I came in with my family for Dinner. Party of 8. D was my server. Everything came out fast hot and fresh great atmosphere we will definitely be coming back.
After an initial disappointment of not being acknowledged by the host. Josh stepped and I mean within minutes. I was sat quickly and he got my drink even though my party had not yet arrived. When the rest of my party arrived we received or drinks within minutes. Our order for food was taken promptly and served in a timely manner. Management makes the difference between bad and great service. Thank you Josh
I arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings at 7 on a Saturday night. I expected for it to be and much more crowded experience but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to be seated immediately. The service was better than average. Our server constantly checked on us to ensure that we had everything that we needed. We ordered our food and it arrived at our table Within 5 to 10 minutes. The food was better than average but far from the best all in all I think that Buffalo Wild Wings is worth visiting again.
I’m not sure why this place isn’t packed every night. The food is delicious and very attentive staff. I hope they start carrying the Beatbox cocktails! I have been to a few locations that already have them.
Customer service here is always excellent. I've been twice and had 2 different waitresses. Both were awesome. The food was delicious both times as well.
This is a great location. Employees were very helpful and friendly making sure we had everything we needed. They cleaned the tables and menus after each customer. Food tasted great. A little on the expensive side but worth it.
My wife and I wanted a burger and heard bww had the best. Hemet bww was the bomb. Our waitress was Nicole. She was awesome, great customer service.
I had an issue with one of the servers, brought it to Me Darryl Nanni attention (general manager )and he was very concerned about the situation. He was very kind, apologetic for what happened. He truly has a great management skills, talked to the server and he let me know that it will not happen again. Buffalo wild wing is a great place and fun for hang out ,to watch a game ,and eat tasty wings. I will continue going there bcuz of great managers like Mr Darryl Nanni. He truly knows how to keep his customers happy. Thank you for taking care of me Mr Nanni. Hats off to you 😊🙏
Awesome experience. Our party was pretty big and they kept a great attitude even after we caused some unfortunate confusion on our part. Thank you for staying cool, calm and collected with us. Will definitely return and huge recommendations.
We come here often but tonight was exceptionally excellent. Our server, Vanessa, was beyond kind, attentive and made sure to help us get our food quickly and perfectly when we were extremely hungry. You made our evening, Vanessa, thank you so much. Management, give that girl a promotion ASAP.
My Buffalo Wild Wings experience was exceptional! The Fried Pickles, Tater Tots, and boneless chicken options were prepared to perfection, showcasing the quality of the food. The Lagunitas IPA from the tap added to the enjoyment, meeting my taste expectations. The top-notch guest service, marked by courteous and friendly staff, contributed to a positive atmosphere. The addition of Touch Tunes, allowing me to play my favorite songs, further enhanced my overall experience. I definitely had a great time on my outing with my coworkers.
Wow, they only had one server, so seating only on the bar. I had my minor son with me and i don't drink with him when im driving and several patrons were seated in non bar area but my son and i tried the bar area. We ordered drinks and requested a menu. After awhile we finished our drinks and were told by server no menu's available because they were dirty and i have to scan a code on the table to see a menu. I explained that i don't know how to do it and would like a menu. She said no so we left. On our way out we asked for a manager and explained our experience and she grabbed a clean menu from a large stack and seated us in the non bar area. She was the server in my life and my son wanted to tip her 100% OF OUR BILL so we did.She solved every issue and the resolutions were available to anyone working there. I am also a manager for a large business and my 2 cents would be start the separation process for that server or train her on the value of each customer and how not to treat customers even when busy. Then give the manager a raise because i want to steal her from but won't because my son Loves Buffalo Wild Wings.
We've been there numerous times and it's always been a good time. Tonight we had a group of about 20 and we had excellent service, Zach is by far one of the best servers we've ever had. He did not miss a beat. We were all pretty rowdy since we were celebrating a friend's birthday and he handled it gracefully. Drinks kept coming, our food was great and he kept a smile on his face the entire time. We will definitely keep coming back.
We came on a busy night however the waitress was very attentive. We ordered 24 boneless wings since it was wing night and we got 4 different flavors of wings. When we got the wings they were all mixed and we couldn't tell which flavor was which. Although it was a long wait to get a table the food came out very fast. Our appetizer and our main dish came out together.
The waitresses were very good to us specially Alee Jackie Dalila we were blessed with the very best girls that work there thank you to wild Buffalo wild wings is a place that make s my brother Richard very happy to see his friend thank you lord for bless us with these three amazing girls amen God bless are friends foe life
Food was very good. Hot, fresh, and tasty. Price was unbeatable. Bottomless appetizers for $12 and BOGO wings. The server, Seth, was phenomenal. Very polite and attentive. Didn't forget anything and always made sure we had what we needed. The atmosphere was moderate... wasn't too loud like other locations. The restaurant was clean.
Fantastic experience and was especially stoked that the GM, who obviously loves his job, made us feel like we were family. Great date night place! We are definitely lifers now! Thank you Darryl for showing us a fantastic time in your restaurant!
Love this place. They have a lot of flavors to chose from and great deals for Thursdays. This place tends to get very full when super bowl is on
Food was hot and Fresh. Kailani gave wonder customer service. Our drinks stayed full. SHE should give a class to other restaurants. Great customer hard to find but she was amazing ty.
I’ve stopped in at this location a few times in the past and never cared for it. I decided to try one more time and went yesterday with my family and this location has vastly improved. When talking to my server, I asked her what had changed and she said they got a new general manager named Thelma. The Restaurant has really turned over A new leaf. The manager stopped by our table and introduced herself and checked in with us and made sure our experience was great. The food was good. The drinks were good. The service was good 10 out of 10 would recommend we will be coming back here.
My family and I came to this location as we know there new GM Thelma. Ever since she was at the location in Menifee she was nothing but great and honest to us, so we know that she's bringing the same energy to this location (Hemet). Though she's only been here for no more a month I know that her customer service and utter dedication is what will make her and her team thrive. I will be coming back as BWW food is always great! Todays service did not disappoint as always.
We came to this location because of the general manager Thelma, she has been a great server, manager, and overall a great and honest person. We’ve known her from the Buffalo Wild Wings in Menifee and she’s always been a great person to everyone. I will continue coming in with my family because she’s always had great customer skills, and she’s always Treated us like family.
Whilst the fame of the wings at Buffalo Wild Wings is well-deserved, I must draw attention to a most noble offering: the $12 Unlimited Appetizers. For a modest sum, one gains access to an abundant selection—queso rich and velvety, mozzarella sticks cloaked in golden crispness, zesty salsa, perfectly battered onion rings, and delightfully tart fried pickles—all served without limit. Though the fare did require some patience, arriving with measured delay, it was well past the hour, and 'tis only fair to allow time for provisions to be prepared fresh and proper. The rule of ordering two items at a time proved no burden, for our attentive server returned swiftly, ready to commence the next round ere we finished the first. All told, this was a feast of remarkable value, fit for both commoner and king.
Very excited they brought back double wing Tuesdays. Was slightly disappointed I couldn't personalize them how I wanted but given the volume going out I understand. The spicy garlic wings are always good. Busy place but still served pretty quickly. Had a previous bad experience double charged my card , haven't had the problem since.
I came to visit from Washington state and the service was really good! The bartenders were very friendly, the staff looks pretty cool. Don't really have any complaints here. Got my food pretty fast. I don't know what's up with the other bad reviews on here. Guess they went at a busy time but nevertheless. Don't be fooled, come in and see for yourself!
I enjoy coming here to watch the playoffs or football. They have great tvs with closed caption options. They have a great deal on wings and their burgers are delicious!
Love their wings, but pricing has become ridiculous. I know it's the economy, but it makes it challenging to take family out. Service was good and atmosphere is what you expect of sports bar. Great open space with a lot of TV's.
Very good food. We are frequent visitors. Usually really good service. However today the bartender only stopped by our table once in a full hour. This was at 11am when they were slow so you'd expect better service since they were slow. Joe - the server was more interested in talking with his friends or spending time on his phone to stop by and check up on us. Epic fail. Never been so disappointed in this place. I do still recommend this place cause they do have good beer and food
This place is great as far as fast food wings go. Great place to meet once a month with the boys. My wife and kids aren't the biggest fans of this place. That being said, the cauliflower and bone in wings aren't bad.
Wings were okay but a bit dry. The now bare cement floor and fewer booths makes dining less cozy and a bit louder. Servers, although polite were with unkempt head and facial hair. Uniforms now consist of just a t-shirt that advertises wings. Constant reminders to download the mobile App. QR code on the check doesn't work. It's as if they don't appreciate you being there and would much prefer you order online and leave. $21 for 10 wings with some carrots and celery. We have enjoyed past visits but have no incentive to return. Pity.
Have been coming here since they opened. Food has always been good, ( when we finally get it) but the service is horrible! VERY SLOW. Last time we were here about a few weeks ago, dining room was almost empty. We were told we had to wait till another server came in before we could sit down. Needless to say we walked out. So here we are again today. Dining room is half full, one waitress and we are able to sit down, get our order taken and our food served in a timely fashion. VERY RARE OCCASION! BIG KUDOS to the ONE waitress, Jackie, who did an awesome job. Even made sure to get the Angel game on for us. This is very rare guys!
Updated review. Last one was 1 star during take out only COVID times. Thursday night football and my birthday so figured might as well try them again. The tacos were 🔥 and done great, chips were but stale and the salsa very ketchup tasting. The Pico on the street tacos was great. The Service was decent. Waitress clearly not trying to make tips as mine and many others drink went dry many times throughout the game. The owner needs to spend the extra $200 once a year and replace the projector bulbs and focus them in a bit more bit blurry and dim. (Contact me if you need help I've own projectors at home for years) overall very happy with the prices and food quality.
Place was not busy. Our group plus 2 others in the dining area. A few people in the bar area. Our food orders came out one to two orders at a time. Not happy with that kind of service. In a group of 9 people, several were done eating by the time the last two people got their food.
They take forever. How hard can it be to throw some sauce on some wings. Ridiculous
I went for their all you can eat wings and I finished 17 wings total leaving 3 left over and when I asked for a box, they made it clear that I could not take my last 3 home. I can understand BWW doesn't want to be taken advantage of when it comes to the all you can eat, but 3 wings? Is throwing those wings in the trash better then letting me take them home to be enjoyed?
Had to wait 20 extra minutes for my food take out order. It was cold not a happy camper. But they were really busy and understaffed so I understand
It was so cold in there. I could hardly eat my food. The manager was not even visible to help the only server in the whole building We really didn't get to interact with him until some friends of his came in and then all the sudden he was at their table constantly. The job of a manager is to lead and as a leader, it is your job to set your staff up for success. That means pitching in when needed. The one server was handling the bar and all the customers and then finally someone came in before we left but he was doing absolutely nothing.
The quality here seems to change on a weekly basis never staying consistent for an outstanding experience. One thing that I've noticed is staffing on the two days they run a promo. These are their busiest days and it seems they don't have enough servers to help out. This goes into my most recent visit. I go there on promo days only. I've always had good serve and from time to time great and exceptional service. My last visit was awful in the sake that the serve was rushed so she didn't bother asking questions when placing our order. Our drink order was wrong since we were able to tell her we wanted blended. Also it seemed she only had our table but the other server had the two tables around us. I've never really seen that. Our server also happen to be bartending that night which could be why she was so rushed.
They messed up my online order twice in a row. I ordered all flats, and I paid a $2 premium for it. I even added a tip. However, when I got the order, it was mixed. I didn't realize it until I was already home. As for the 2nd order, they forgot to give me the sauces. Again, I didn't find out until I got home. If you are ordering online at this location, make sure to check everything when you're picking up. If they mess up once, it's ok. I understand that it was just a mistake. But twice, that's just complacency. Management needs to look into this because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one having this issue.
The girl at the door was very rude & had a teribble attitude. I had asked if you needed to wait to be seated. It was a genuine question since we were waiting for a bit & it was empty since they had just opened. she was quick to snap. We sat and we were debating to leave to menifee since she made us uncomfortable, but then our server came & was very nice. He offered great service! He made up for the bad experience and our food was great too.
Came in with a bunch of friends kind of late but well before closing and immediately felt like we were a burden. One waitress (the one that sat us) was way more interested in talking to a group of guys than grabbing out waters or sodas. The place was definitely not busy (maybe 7 other people in two or three parties total) and granted we were a group of about 12 people, but it still took almost 25 minutes for our waters and sodas to come out, the bartender was able to bring our beers and liquor over much faster.
Food is just ok; a lot of hype for food that is so,so. If you go with the regular menu, it comes at a hefty price; drinks are high priced too. The commercials on TV do it justice; to bad that the food doesn't live up to the commercials. Service is good and place was clean. You don't need to give the standard formate reply that I see on every low review, because your company has set the standard for high prices with low end food !!
This is officially my last time going to this location, I regret giving it another chance. Everytime I have gone to the hemet location the food is very dark brown & taste rancid. This is due to not changing out the oil as often as there suppose to I worked in the food industry for many years so I know from experience. I kept going back thinking maybe it was just a one time hiccup but no it has been everytime I wasted so much money for horrible tasting food cooked in bad oils!!!
I visited more than two years ago with some friends to celebrate my birthday 🎁 the problem was they took around 45 minutes just to offer us some drinks and after that another 30 min for them to take our order 😏good place if you’re there to chill and watch games but, if you’re hungry go somewhere else. At the end of our bad experience we made a complain with the manager and he kindly offered us to give us a 30% discount on our bill 🙂great ! But I haven’t been there since then.
Some much for cheap all you can it $20meals per person, there was 2 off us but ended up paying over $53 . What a ripoff. Carefull who your Waitress not only she didnt wanna give me my reciept but they tip themselfs without out you knowing. Never ever again.!!!!
20 min past the estimated order time and still waiting on 15 boneless wings is ridiculous...especially when I ordered from home. Hostess was sweet but a free soft drink ain't gonna cut it when it takes an hour to get my order. Your frozen nuggets aren't that good or hard to cook.. Trash cooks...
Bobbi the server was super rude, I ordered a chocolate fudge cake, and because she heard me wrong she tried to correct me on how to properly say it. The entire time she looked, and acted like she hated her job. If we asked for anything she would just walk away and not acknowledge. Worst experience we have had here, and in the last month we have been here over 10 times since it’s my pregnancy craving.
Service here is horrible. The lady waiting our table seemed upset at our presence and had a horrible attitude the whole time. We have been here for an hour and a half and as I’m writing this review we are still waiting for our food. Not sure how this place has managed to maintain 4-stars as the service was below par at best. Also it didn’t seem like they cleaned our table before we sat. The only person who was helpful was the new guy (steve) who was training. He seemed to be the main server yet he was obviously brand new based on his name tag. Horrible work environment and negativity all the way around. Only a matter of time before the horrible moral gets to the new guy and he neglects his guest as well.
The waiter was great once we actually got service which was 20 minutes after we got seated and it was very over priced and took forever for the food to come out . The tab was over 100 bucks for 2 adults and a 5 year old . And the phone we had didn't have the ability to view the menu and they didn't have paper menus available. They offered a lap top we refused and they printed on out one which was nice .
The managers here are ABSOLUTELY awful!! We had a party of 35-40 teachers coming in for March Madness for the sweet 16 games. When we called prior to tell them about the huge party, they said they don't take reservations, but they said it should be fine. The day for our event came, it was NOT fine! We had everyone there at 4:00, and they said, we don't have any servers able to take your party until 4:45. They had ONE server coming in for a party of 40! By time we finally got our orders taken, it had been OVER an hour! It took another 30 minutes for him to put the orders in the computer. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER, I finally got my food, and they missed half of it!! They missed two appetizers and 12 wings. They NEVER did bring my drink that I ordered the entire 4 hours. They had ONE bar tender working, on MARCH MADNESS!! It's literally in their TV commercial, "Come to BWW to watch March Madness!!" How can you not schedule more servers and cooks on a day like this, its just complete incompetence. So at the end of the day, it was a completely horrible experience for all involved. Half of us had to leave before even getting our food because we had to pick up kids from practices and whatnot. I am never going to this Mickey Mouse establishment for a party ever again!
I had ordered delivery I three meals ordered spend $70 with delivery. My husband did not get his fries with his and and my daughter did not get her drink for her meal and I order the 20 wings combo for my husband wings were super dry and my fries were soggy and old I called to notify about my complaint and all the management offered me was a $7 refund for my missing fries and drink. Sorry but employees need to do a better job on making sure take out orders are complete. I understand mistake happen But when a customer just paid over $70 at your store be sure everything is complete and freshly made.
Went here today 8/7/23 for my sons birthday. We use to always go at the MURRIETA location and the food was excellent. NOT THE CASE HERE!! Went with 10 people. Ordered off the lunch special. They brought out 1/2 my wife’s meal by itself. Then 10 minutes later brought out 2 more meals 1 of which was again 1/2 of the meal(frys missing)! 15 minutes later brought out my wife’s fry’s. 10 minutes after that brought out 4 more meals. 20 minutes after that and after we asked about the other meals brought out the rest. We had my whole family together which doesn’t happen often and we could not even eat together. Also all the food was horrible. Fry’s we’re over done and cold. Chicken sandwich were bland at best. Really was a bad experience all around. All that and it was $150. Definitely will not be going back again.
If you’re hungry as hell, do not go here I was sitting here for 30 minutes before even getting notice and I was with a party of four after the waiter notice that we had been sitting there for a while and changing tables because nothing was comfortable for my party. They didn’t even ask if we had ordered any food at 45 minutes later, we still haven’t eaten dinner and we ended up walking out

Went in at 8, the dining room only had a couple people sitting in there. So many tables were empty and the hostess said we would not be sat because the dining room closed at 9. That our only hope was the self seating at the bar but that there were 5 people ahead of us and that we should just leave somewhere else. This is the second time this has happened and it's just ridiculous. Definitely not going back.
This location ALWAYS messes up orders. We ordered 2 lunch combos to go and one with wedges. They gave us fries instead and still charged the up-charge. We also ordered Pepsi but we got Dr. Pepper instead. When I called to speak to the manager, the woman just laughed. Absolutely rude. To the owner, do not tell me to contact the BWW page. I already did. Fix your place instead.
Came here to get some food and the waitresses and waiters don't even come and greet you. We sat in the bar section and 4 different staff just walked right by us. As someone that works in the food business a simple greeting goes a long way. We waited about 10 min and left. They definitely need better staff. So sad the lack of effort people put into their jobs.. 🤦🏼♀️😔
Ordered online for the bogo deal and over half my order was missing. I called in and I was told they couldn’t do anything about it because on the receipt it only showed I order a 15 piece. But I was missing the second 15 piece I got no veggies no ranch . And the second guy I spoke to was just rude . When I was not being rude at all . Very disappointed
I had asked for boneless wings and received wings with bones I had to wait another 5m for my kids wings and the wings still came in cold and so did mine I had also asked for Mozzarella sticks and they had also came in cold, They didn’t get my order right and forgot my potato wedges which I had to wait for again by the time I received the rest of my missing order I was done with my food. Just a bad experience and Won’t come back again
Went to the one in Hemet, sat outside as we had a dog. It was Veterans Day and the food that they tried to pass off as edible was absolute junk. Supposed to be wings(chicken tenders is more like it), cold, french fries were cold and old. Will never return there again. A disgrace for a Veteran. I am sure the paying customers received better.
We were not greeted when walking in, and there was someone right there moving chairs and tables around. I wasn't sure if it was open seating in the bar area or not, so we stood at the pickup order desk for a few minutes. Then, the guy in the dining area decided to come tell us that the dining area was closed. And if we hadn't asked about the bar area and seating, he didn't offer seating info. However, we went to the seating area for the bar side, and the tables were not clean. Even the booths that had chairs on them were dirty. No one greeted or even acknowledged us standing there puzzled with no clean area to sit. So we decided to leave.
Came here to eat i had enough points for 30 free wings i told the waitress before ordering that i was going to redeem these points. At the end i clicked to redeem and suddenly she tells me that my free wings arent coming up she says i must’ve cancelled it, which i did not. I spoke with a manager who claims they have been having issues with their blaze rewards and to get a manager involved. I tell her if they knew that why didnt they get a manager involved then she claims its because yesterday things were working just fine and she had no idea. But she just said she knew they were having issues with the blaze rewards. The food was cold the fries were cold and burnt. It was a terrible experience. If you go get a manager involved with your points from the beginning.
The service was awful. The wings were dry. I paid $13.00 for a tall Coors light. It was only 22 ounces. My son ordered strawberry lemonade, it was $8.98. He got two thinking free refills, of course not. I spent $160 for 3 of us to eat and we all came home hungry. I will never go back there again and I will tell everyone how awful and expensive it is. The owner should be embarrassed.
Check your orders... I made it to go order for the sampler platter and an extra side of chili. And I drove home after specifically asking if all of my sauces we're in the bag and I was told yes they were... Well guess what was not in the bag my sauces.... So I had to drive all the way back.... Thankfully the manager made it up with a gift card.... But I should still not have to drive back because someone cannot do their job properly and then come back to eat cold food
This order of tiny dry wings was $10.49 I thought my wife was playing a joke on me, but the only joke was BWW portion sizes. This is WIIIIILD!!! Update: I contacted them and they offered me some points. Not even enough to get a drink….. I miss when this place was good. While it was always kind of expensive, they used to at least give you a respectable serving. Now it’s just tiny and leaves you feeling bummed out
Last week me and my family visited the location after flying all day in from TN. We had Sarah as our server and she was absolutely terrible. I am not one to pull the race card but I have served many years so I know exactly what was happening and how she profiled us being of color and having smaller children. (any previous server knows what I mean) Many of us did order waters. The promo that night was the bottomless Apps and BOGO boneless wings which we inquired about and as soon as we did Sarah rolled her eyes as if she was irritated with us. We were not rude to her at all just asking questions so we understand how to order. I watched Sarah refill all the other tables around her drinks multiple times that night ( which were all a lighter complexion from us) and not once did she refill any of our drinks the entire night which were all empty. Again we did not complain or give her any attitude for not doing so. What made us upset is that I ordered first a large order of fries for my TWO year old which did not come out. I reminded Sarah twice about the fries before requesting a Togo box. Also when my buffalo wings came out they were half sauced so I asked for them to be sauced again which took maybe 7-8 mins for her to bring back and of course they were cold when they were returned. No problem I looked at Sarah and reminded her of the fries again and she said okay. I watched her go back and forth from the kitchen to the bar doing absolutely nothing at all not picking up any drinks for her other guest just looking around. We then head to check out and we ask to split the bill 3 ways we remind her the fries needed to be removed she said okay and went to the back multiple times to have the manager remove them allegedly. She then gave a receipt for one price but charged my sister another. After her charging the wrong amount to my sister we asked for an itemized receipt which she wouldn’t provide. After all the frustration we decided to just handle the difference on our own because it was clear Sarah was irritated with us and at the point I was too because my two year old had not eaten and he was very cranky. But we then decided to go back and speak with the manager Cheyenne ( could have spelled wrong) informed her about the service we received from Sarah and everything that happened. We the requested to see what we were charged for. Of course they could not find the ticket that originally had the fries but when they did the fries were indeed still on the ticket and we had paid for them. The manager removed the fries and said she discounted the ticket but not once offer to provide the fries for my child that still left without eating. The manager also really didn’t show any empathy. All she said is that she would speak with Sarah. This experience was far from acceptable and definitely should have been handled better. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone eating at this location and if Sarah is there I wouldn’t recommend any person of darker color dining in with their family. That was my first time ever leaving a restaurant and not leave a tip and that really bothered me I normally at least leave $5 even if the service is slow but the service we received was completely unacceptable.
Amazing food expect if you get Brittany as your server. Worst service in my entire life. Gave attitude right from the start. We waited almost 2 hours for the final person to get their food (10 boneless wings) and it was a table of 4. Did not bring us any ranch until we had to ask. Came to check on our table twice in the span of 2 and a half hours. No refills were offered. The tables in her section were receiving their drinks fast as they were ordering beers. Food also came out cold. I love this place but if Brittany is your server, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!
Fries and fried pickles were served hot and were really good! Unfortunately, our order of 30 boneless wings was a huge disappointment — they were all “bottom of the bag” pieces: tiny, mostly breading, hard, and barely any chicken. I politely let the server know, and she even agreed, mentioning she had to count them, but still asked if everything looked good. I told her, “No, these don’t.” On top of that, the wings were cold. The manager never came out to address the issue, and we ended up leaving without even eating. If I owned this restaurant, I would be extremely disappointed in how management handled (or didn’t handle) the situation. It’s so frustrating because we genuinely enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, and with limited options here in Hemet, we were really looking forward to a good experience. Sadly, this visit was a major letdown.
Went today and the waiter said it would be a 5 minute wait so we sat down and waited. Another two parties walk in and they were seated right away. I then got up and asked the waiter why they were seated before us and she said that she forgot we were there but she was staring at us while she sat the other parties first. That was issue one. Issue two was that we were sitting down waiting and no one acknowledged us for 30 minutes! We waited while we were talking about where else to eat if they did not come. Once they came to ask for our order they also went ahead and brought the food out for another party who came after us ! When after they placed their order after us. It was the worst service I could imagine. The food came out cold and was not that good no sauce on it or very little. Would not recommend coming here at all. You will wait for 2 hours and be treated like garbage.
Stopped I'm for a quick lunch and cocktail. Drink was mildly ok, but the wings we ordered were dry in the middle. Its almost like they were left out over night or re cooked. I like wings almost everywhere but I feel like I was scammed out of a good meal. Service was choppy, girl was nice when she finally came. Wasn't busy at all, I see why now. I'm really surprised this place has 4 stars over all. Someone must have pissed the staff off or its under new management because it didn't seem there were many cares to give.
Came in with a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Very few other customers were there, maybe 5 tables with people. Food took forever and wasn't all brought out at once. One person didn't get their food until we were leaving so we requested it boxed up. About an hours wait for a burger is wild. They did take $30 off the bill.
We ordered for here gave us everything to go 😐 cup was ripped when we picked it up spilled everywhere on our table waited at cashier for something no one came out for another 5 minutes charged us extra for grilled onions and avocado on our burger got none of that
We arrived and no one was there to greet us. When we were finally greeted we were told we could sit in the bar. Kelvin, our "server" did not come to our table for 5-10mins after seating. He took our drink order but made it seem like he did not want to serve us. We asked for the hockey game to be put on, which it was... But the TV kept going out every few seconds. The fo0od was subpar. Kelvin rarely checked in on us and it was mostly in passing. My girlfriend and I eventually had to pay and leave before the end of the hockey game due to Kelvin not being attentive to us. Bad service and it was our first time being here.
Burnt wing taste nasty came from the taco shop down the street before and they had better wing only thing good is the beer and fight food comes out cold and burnt smh
Today I had a very bad customer service with a server her name is Alexis ,she was very stuck up and also anther person that was up in cash didn’t see her name.. they were very rude and also very expensive there never will ever go there they didn’t want to let me eat there if I got some food to go and some drinks there they gave me the check like if I wasn’t a customer…very bad experience not even wing stop or epic wings has this kind of customer service the last time I will go. No wonder there wasn’t many people there it was lonely maybe if their customer service was more professional or proper and their prices too not even their fries 🍟 were fresh they seemed like they were hard and were sitting there like they warmed them up in a microwave.
We’ve been at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Hemet for over an hour and still haven’t gotten any food. It took nearly 40 minutes just for someone to take our order, and almost 30 minutes just to bring drinks. I ordered something and the server never even brought it just wandered around the restaurant like we didn’t exist. No updates, no apologies, just rude attitude and horrible service. This location clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Save yourself the time and frustration go somewhere else.
Walked in on a Monday at 2:38 . There was no crowd or anything I hand counted 14 people in the restaurant, I waited at the register to be helped for over 10 mins before approaching someone myself to try and order a takeout order . Very unprofessional workers very unenthusiastic and just a horrible first impression I would rather spend my money anywhere else that sales wings employees need serious retraining

Couldn't get service took awhile to get a drink. Nobody working at the bar. After we got our drinks never came back for our food order. After 25 minutes we left. This is the second time and I'll never got back.
Placed an order for pick up. It gave us a time for when the food was going to be ready. We pick it up on time as we live 5 mins from there. The drive back was also 5 minutes. Fries we so cold as if they were sitting in the box for a long time. The wings were also cold and couldn’t tell what sauce it had since they all the same with no sauce. We stopped going for this reason and now it happened again. Murrieta is better.
Service sucks we wait for 1 hr and food wasn’t ready we end up leaving . Employees there they don’t care about customer service specially the guy the has wommen hair bad attitude , bad vibe i dont recommend this location i recommend the franchise owner to have a better manager bad bad service
I placed an order through the app, and it indicated that the order would be ready at a specific time. However, the delivery took longer than the estimated time and I didn’t received it till 30 minutes afterwards. It would be beneficial if the app’s time allocation could be updated to provide a more accurate estimate.
Very disappointing experience. The food took a long time to come out, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The wings were extremely dry as well. When we brought this up to our server, she said, “I can put in the order, but I don’t know how long it’ll take to come out we are behind.” That response was not reassuring or professional. Honestly, the poor service should have been a warning sign from the beginning. When we arrived, the greeter already mentioned that there would be a long wait until they “got their stuff together,” which set the tone for the rest of the visit. We then spoke with Thelma, the General Manager. Her explanation was that she was new and had only been at this location for about a week. However, I know that is not true, as I have seen her working here as the GM months ago. That lack of honesty only made the situation worse. The next closest Buffalo Wild Wings is about 12 miles away, but after the horrible service and food quality at this location, I wouldn’t mind making the drive. Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill, and I would not recommend it based on this experience.
Since my past few visits at this Buffalo location, I only had 1 good experience with customer service while the rest of times I dealt with rude staff, long wait times, and issues with the hosts by refusing to let me and my friends to sit at the empty booths that are available. I recommend to go to other Buffalo locations because they're more professional.
We ordered 2 orders of boneless lemon pepper and an order of 15 buffalo hot. When we arrived home. One of the lemon pepper orders was buffalo. Thanks, you left me without dinner because I don't like buffalo and my brother can't eat spicy food.
My wife and I tried to eat here on OCT 4TH 2025 but was told by the front cashier that there was a UFC fight and was told if we wanted to dine in It would be a 5 dollar fee PER PERSON I was like whaaat?? I don't even watch UFC fights All I wanted was to have a nice dinner with my wife since we where craving wings and onion rings. I can't believe they are charging now to sit inside. I went somewhere else instead because I was not about to pay for something I don't even care about.
Wings came out a minute after waiter placed our order, clearly not fresh. My Dates meal did not come out about 10 minutes after the first meal was served. The Wings tasted dry, overcooked, and tasted burnt. I know its not the waiters fault but clearly those wings should of never been served. The picture you see is how we left it. We still paid for our bill. We recommend going somewhere else.
First of all, tables are so dirty and whoever was our server today kept giving us the wrong beer. She probably thinks we don’t know about beers. If you want to get rid of your old beers just throw it away. She offered us a to go box rather than checking if we need anything else. This location is not good at all. Sucks!
Can’t give a 0, Sever Nicole today was disappointing, bad customer service waited a long time for her to come around to our table asked for thing never brought, but sure did pay a lot of attention to her other tables. My disabled father asked her for a refill and was ignored. I even asked for a manager since we were waiting for over 30 min the rest of our food, that didn’t help super rude manager and brought the food all cold. There was no reason to complain since we didn’t see the sever for another 20 min and the manager didn’t do anything to make it better. For a big bill was super disappointed in the service we received by the manager and Nicole.
Wow what horrible food and poor customer service skills. I've always known that it was crucial for my best customer service skilled employee to work the front. Tonight proved case and point. I ordered $60 worth of to go food from Buffalo Wild Wings-Hemet. It was a waste of money but it was possible for the Host/Cashier to fix the situation and he made no effort to do so (Anthony?). If you look at my photos you can see the order I placed and the food ordered. You can also see the food I received. The salad and the Philly cheese steak were not edible as far as good food goes. The wings and the chicken bites were fine. Basically BWW should stick to only chicken. My bigger concern is that somebody actually bagged this food and thought it to be acceptable. I ordered a wedge salad no green onion add avocado. I received a salad loaded with green onions and no avocado. I uploaded a picture of the salad from the menu, my salad and then a pic of the toppings. I actually had to lift the salad wedge to show toppings or lack there of. The salad was not eye pleasing and wasn't worth my picking out the green onions. Also there was no avocado or crumbked bleu. I threw it away. The Philly cheese steak is chopped not shaved meat that looks very dry. The cheese sauce which is on the bun not the meat is minimal. My bf ate his chicken bites and put the sandwich in the refrigerator. My guess is I will end up throwing away the sandwich also. Anthony suggested I check the food before leaving. When I saw the salad loaded with green onions I put the lid back on. I said to Anthony there was no point looking any further as I ordered no green onions and it was loaded with them. Anthony started telling me something about a new menu. What does that have to do with my order being incorrect? Anthony did not say let me fix the salad or call a manager. He did absolutely no customer service recovery of any kind. I took my food and left. After checking my order the other errors....I didn't receive the drink that was ordered and the wings that were fine were put in the to go box without the paper liner. The bottom of the to go box was completely soggy. Everything else had a liner but not the item with sauce? I'm completely displeased with my food. I do not recommend this BWW for to go orders in particular.
