This Subway is my go-to spot for lunch. The bread is always fresh, unlike some other locations I've visited, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walk in. Nicole consistently goes above and beyond to prepare my order quickly, which I truly appreciate since I only have a 30-minute lunch break. I highly recommend this location.

The store was extremely busy and the 2 young ladies working Alma and Ruby were absolutely amazing they were very nice and got the line down so quickly all while having amazing customers service. Will definitely be back

MEH BREAD... Subway has changed quite a bit ever since they raised prices for a foot long and created the larger foot long option for an additional cost. The bread isn't as flavorful and the width of the bread is thinner. I decided to go in for a breakfast sandwich on wheat bread and was a disappointed. The bread was kind of stale and boring. The eggs and spinach also looked kind of sad. Thankfully, my sandwich included Blackforest ham and the girl who made it stacked the sandwich with meat which made up for the flavorless bread. Service was fine, the shift manager was a bit moody, but she tried her best to keep the lunch rush at a reasonable flow. Some peeps can't handle the pressure I guess. The shop has plenty of seats available to sit inside, however I noticed most of the patrons made to-go orders. I would've stayed if I had more time, as it wasn't too noisy and I could've easily eaten in peace. This subway is near the MSJC campus and is walkable from the college.

So few people including me when to the place they open at 9:30 am we were at 9:32 ish. just for the worker tell us they will open in 20 minutes. Which is weird because why would they have sign of their open hours just to tell us they open little later. Either the manager didnt know or care maybe got late to give their breaks/lunch. But its just frustrating honestly.

Went in at 8:30 wanted 3 sandwiches we wanted cucumbers on them , there was maybe 4 cucumbers slices left over we asked if they had more to which the female employee said yes but they weren’t allowed to cut another cucumber due to them closing them soon which they closed at 10pm so I’m confused ? Our three sandwiches would’ve used up the entire cucumber it felt like she didn’t want to help us , we told her we didn’t want the sandwiches anymore and she threw them away wasted a lot more food than a cucumber , we left and went to Jersey mikes where they GLADLY made everything fresh.

She then told me it’s a Riverside County mandate, to which I told her there are exemptions. Legally they have to serve me if I am following their rules which don’t state anything about having a mask on. They only state 6’ social distancing required and there isn’t one other person inside the store right now. People think they have become the law, when the law protects other citizens and their rights. Subway you need to either add signage or better educate your employees if they are quoting mandates and laws.
I ordered online and got a turkey sandwich with mustard, pickle, and bacon. Whoever made the sandwich completely messed up and put guacamole in my sandwich when I clearly didn’t not ask for that. How can you possibly mess up that badly. I hope whoever made that sandwich gets punished because now I’m getting an allergic reaction to the guacamole.

The place looked clean and smelled good. I was going to give it 5 stars but the service was horrible. I was with a friend who was waited on but I was totally ignored. The staff waited on my friend and the person behind me but completely ignored me, they weren't going to serve me at all. Acted like the didn't even see me. Won't go back to this location.
