The guy who took our order inside the store was very good, he was fast and knew his menu! The food was good, like always. We got a 5 dollar deal fries and 3 chicken strips. Would have been great if it came with a drink:( We were the only ones that ate inside place was very clean.

Kentucky fried chicken has the best fries ever. They were very hot and delicious with the famous hot sauce. If I still eat chicken I would’ve had me some original recipe but since I don’t I had the rally for the fries and they were hot and delicious!!!!!!

I know how the KFC restaurants in my city are usually rated. In my opinion this one I recently visited was great. This service was fast and friendly. The food was fresh and great. The restaurant was empty but you could see how clean it was. I'll be going back again and again.

They recently closed the KFC closest to my house. This one is by the mall. Plenty of parking, clean counter and seating area. The only thing is they always have new employees who are trying to figure out the register. They are friendly though. The food is always good and I am a big fan.

When ever I come here it's really quick my order is always right and the workers are super nice. And they have a good buffet. Love the $5 buck boxes.

We did take some home, but dinner was $38!!! Caught me by surprise. Childhood memories were so much better.

Most of the food tasted pretty good that night. I have to give it a four because the coleslaw and gravy weren't as flavorful as I remembered from the past. The service was nice though.

The reason I give only gave 4 stars is because I use very little salt. KFC's other spices are good but should cut back on salt. I love the $4.99, thigh & drumstick box meal. I bought two for me with corn & coleslaw for side dishes. The girl at the window is so nice. What I can't believe is that employees have to work Thanksgiving & Christmas. I saw it on the "days Open & hours" posted at the drive-thru window. That needs to change ASAP!

Personally my food had no issues just a long wait time. However I did over hear other customers complain of having mistakes in their order or an incomplete order.

I have been there in a long time. About 15 year's... All the girls working were doing a really good cleaning, stocking the food in buffet. I had a good dinner all you can eat under $11.00.

Buffet option is pretty nice although you wouldn't want to do it very often. Staff were friendly and food was hot.

We went through the drive through around 4:20 PM on a Friday. There were already 7 cars in front of us but the line moved as expected. When we got to the window, most of the staff I saw had on masks but only covering their mouths. The food was hot and fresh. I didn't like that they put my cold slaw in the same bag with the hot food but after a 10 minute drive home it was fine. The leftovers were great proving the food was well prepared. We'll be back soon!!

They do have a problem with helping the drive thru before the people inside. You have to let them know that you were there before the car(s). The manager is nice and she works with you if there is a problem. I would go again.

I drove past this a few times last night until I finally looked up the address before plugging it into my GPS. While I was on the website I saw the hours listed, until 10:00 pm. I arrived at 9:30 to find the lobby closed but the drive-thru was open until 10:00. There were 2 cars in front of me in line, but it took 20 minutes to get through the line. Had I known the lobby hours when I read the website I would have gone somewhere else. The food was OK, not hot by time I got it home (4 minutes). I should have gone somewhere else but I was craving KFC...

My grandmother who is 90 years old requested KFC for her Mother's Day lunch. She was very excited, but was dissappointed how crumbly the biscuits were compared to when she use to get them. She said the biscuits use to be alot fluffier back in the day. The gravy seemed watery rather than thicker and creamy.

Food was great! Service was great by the second person that helped us. As for the first person to "help" us: attitude, didn't smile, took her time and was just rude.

Ordered pot pie as have many times in the past only to get filler only and not 1 piece of chicken in 2 purchased! That is not the way to keep from running out. We visit the east Hemet store 1-2 times a week but don’t think we will be back, we will drive the distance to another store where they actually put chicken in their pot pies

Been here 2 years now and never had anything really good from this location. Was hoping the chicken sandwich would be different. The chicken sandwich was tasteless bun not that great even the pickles tasted off.Sorry to say but I won't be coming back to thi s location again.

2022 Some changes have happened since the last review. First of all they've taken out the buffet. So no longer all you can eat. The decor used to be a very bright sunny yellow with flowers, comfortable. The place has been painted bright white, the booths are now red and no flowers or curtains or anything else very sterile. The pictures of Colonel Sanders from the 20s, 30s and 40s are very cute, the only lightning of unrelenting modernness. Also the drink station has just been turned into a soda machine, no more brewed iced tea sweet and unsweet. It's been streamlined and modernized. 2016 food is good the buffet is okay, but they have a serious fly problem. Two cashiers constantly argued behind the counter, really brought the atmosphere down.

The last three times I have eaten there I have been pleased with the quality of the food but disappointed with the lack of attention employees pay to keeping the dining room clean. And then tonight I was further disappointed to learn that the machine that makes the grilled chicken that I prefer for health reasons has been broken and there is little hope for it to be repaired. So the only chicken prepared now has that thick, crispy crust that I have to peel off before eating the meat. I think I will go back to El Pollo Loco, even though they don't have the buffet like the one that I enjoy at KFC.

Super tiny inside and very limited seating. They do have an all you can eat buffet for $20 a person and I think that's WAY to high! I ordered takeout and felt like a sardine in there because there were so many people waiting to get their food. VERY small pieces of chicken. The legs and thighs looked like they came from a chick and not a full grown chicken :(

They forgot the side Mac n cheese that I ordered. I tried calling 3 times I left a message stating that the Mac N Cheese. I came back to the store and the manager Francisco ask for the receipt I did not have the receipt he says this time I wi do it but next time call and make sure you talk to someone. I then say maybe someone should be close to the phone and answer on it. We asked for the corporate number he goes the back writes the number down and then says "I sent an email too and next time make sure you talk to somebody because I'm real busy." Just rude and not caused for u not manager status to me and unprofessional.

The chicken was good. I was surprised when the biscuits were hard and I was there at 12:30 pm so I can assume they were yesterday's left overs and the Mac and cheese was dry so again yesterday's leftovers????? I'm pretty disappointed and will probably go to El Pollo right next door or Popeyes across the street. This KFC has disappointed me for the last time. Sorry not sorry guys. Do a better job. You charge enough.

KFC is always good, but the buffet presentation at this location is not as good as other KFCs my family has been to, in terms of variety of selections, and how well the restaurant stays on top of keeping the buffet stocked ~ and this was at 4pm before the dinner rush, so I can't imagine them keeping up with the demand on the buffet during the dinner hours. We had to wipe down our table, too, which was filled with red sticky goo from someone's cherry cobbler. I don't think I'll be back.

Bring your own napkins! Imagine a place where you eat food with your fingers that's greasy and you have to ask for napkin rations. When you ask for them, you get like three. Really? Same Kentucky Fried Chicken as you would taste at any KFC, but plan on wearing your work shirt as a napkin. Either that or bring your own

Walking up to the front doors, there were a few dirty napkins and lots of leaves before the first steps and in the entrance way. Employees were just standing around talking. This was about 3pm. After placing my order for a 5 PC tenders combo, I was given my drink cup. Went over to the drink station that had a lot of liquid on the counter. There was also straw wrappers and lids on the counter. Only a few lids were available for my regular drink cup. By the time I filled my cup, my order was ready. The employee that gave me my order was so non-chalant and uncaring. After sitting down in an unusual setup of a dining room. It had two different rooms. I sat in the first room near the front door. There was a musty smell which was off putting. Music was pleasant and enjoyable. The room needed some cleaning attention as there were two stacks of dining trays on the shelf above the trash can and some trash on the floor. Fries were hot and crunchy, just the way I like KFC fries! Unfortunately the chicken tenders were only slightly warm. Biscuit was hard on the bottom like it was drying out. I have visited this location before but this was the first time I sat inside to eat.

I am so tired of ordering something, get home, ready to eat AND the order is WRONG! Why, oh, why, can't they get two simple meals correct? And you can't open everything there and check it, you just have to take their word for it, which isn't much! I will be so glad when Popeye's opens, or we can just go next door to Pollo Loco. I have loved KFC my whole life until I came to Hemet, this is the worst one, by far. And the size of the chicken shrank, looks like Cornish Hen. But, you know it, the price went up.

Chicken is usually good. Sides are great as well. Every so often they don't do so good on cooking the chicken. But the reason I gave two stars, ( and was really thinking of giving one star) is everytime at both KFC'S on Florida Ave (East & West ends of town) you get food to go they screw up the order. This time it was only missing a biscuit. However, it's something like this everytime. I swear it's to the point that if I get it to go, I'll have to dump out the chicken to count the pieces, count the biscuits and the sides to hope to make sure it's all there. My advice is get it for there, then take it to go. They are less likely to short you anything.

The workers were very helpful and friendly, but the buffet was not refilled when it became empty. I brought this to their attention and they filled it promptly. The chicken seems to be not cooked enough as it's red and spongy right next to the bone. The buffet has foods spilled over into the adjoining foods. Rather messy.

The employee was horrible, acted like we were an annoyance. The wings that we ordered were neither hot,or Buffalo. There was no sauce or seasoning cooked into them,there was a lot of thick sauce poured over them.,you could call them a hot mess,but the sauce was room temp,dumped over cooked hot wings. I won't be going back there again,waste of money for rude treatment and inferior food.

It was okay. When I got a refill of soda there was a dead baby roach in my cup. Not sure if the ice or soda was how it got in there. Other then that, the tables and floors was clean and workers was nice and cool.

Worst customer service for a KFC ever. Food was only luke warm when I got home 5 min later. When i pulled up to the window, the employee was complaining about the last customer who had a problem with something. she was halfway out the window looking like she was talking to me. Then she finally slammed the window and turned around to talk to the manager, who looked like he couldn't be older than 19, without ever apologizing for the wait. Then she forgot to give me the sweet tea I ordered, which tastes like toilet water, and was only marked with a written on the cap "S", if it wasn't sealed I would have demanded a refund. Never going back here again. they also changed the recipe for the Mac n cheese. Not nearly as good as it used to be.

Very overpriced nowadays from what it use to be for the quality of product that you get. I understand that the prices for everything have gone up, but the quality is not so good. Coleslaw is differently not the same and that includes the mash potatoes too; nasty !! Service is hit and miss as well; sometimes good and sometimes bad. I like the chicken tenders at Winco better than the ones here and the price is about half.

Food was cold and dried out chicken today. The guy at counter was indifferent and looked you up and down That I took as he didn't approve of "ethnic" peoples. I would rather drive to the east side kfc to get better service and fresher food I use this place once or twice a year only for convenience Don't think I'd come back for that once over by the staff He should get some information Ethnic people aren't going anywhere!!!!!

Chicken and sides were good, but many pieces in 'family bucket' were 'undersized'. Staff came off as not interested in interacting with us. We asked to split chicken and 'tenders' but they would not help ... But when they were out of 'Crispy' and asked me to substitute I was asked to be flexible and accept options - and when I pointed that out to person who took my order, he didn't recognize the inconsistency.

Do you really want to know. The food was hot but we waited and. They didn't even keep track of the orders and they was handling out food to whoever. The managers without talking to family and feeding them free food and couldn't even keep track of tickets. What is better hot chicken with fast service or hot chicken with this good service. You visit them and you decide.

So my dad and I were extremely hungry and had been craving KFC all day. We sat down and got our food and we were enjoying it. UNTIL we saw a roach crawl right in the windowsill next to our table. My dad tried to squish it and it ran under the seat. We quickly got up and threw our food away. My dad called the health department shortly after.

Poor drive through experience where customer service was poor and the teller had an attitude over the intercom from the get go. Been coming here for years. Sadly, we will not be returning to this location. Cancelled our order and went across the street to Ono Hawaiian BBQ instead.

Today I purchased KFC on Westy Florida Avenue . IN THOUGHTs OF A Quick DELICIOUS HOT DINNER. AFTER WORKING ALL DAY. Got home sat down with the family and TO OUR DISMAY OUR CHICKEN WAS NOT COOKED ALL THE WAY...... RAW PINK, & SOME RED CHICKEN. THEN I Called four times and they didn't answer not once . So now I'm at a loss on what to do for now 🙄I am very disappointed. That I've lost time and money. I pray 🙏 we don't have any issues with our tummies.

The food is nothing compared to Popeyes, KFC has little to no flavor. While ordering, we mentioned having a coupon, but the drive thru employee felt inconvenienced when we handed it to him, and continued to talk about the "issue" to his other employees while the window was still open. To top it all off, they still managed to get our order wrong, luckily we weren't charged. My family and I definitely won't be going back to KFC after this experience.

Worst fast food place in the whole city. Workers are always on some sort of drug, and give no care to people with allergies or disabilities. I've ordered many times from here with specific custom instructions and explain to them thoroughly about my allergies and they pay no mind, drenching my food in gravy and sauces and PICKLES of all things along with things I didn't order and ripped bags and boxes containing disgusting chicken. We went in to the buffet, sit down to eat an had to fight the flies off of us. Smh, chicken wasn't that good, only legs an thighs,the dessert tasted like they put bbq sauce in it. You might want to probably check out e. Florida's KFC before eating here. The place is dirty, they cross contaminate. When they change out thier for in the buffet seen it personally. I told the manager about what the employee had done and he said nothing just left the food the way it was.

My food was ok. The mac and cheese was not the as it used to be very watery! Do not get the buffet they couldn't keep the food trays full i found myself waiting for certain items to be filled by employees. Also a horrible fly infestation! Beware of buffet! Two of us stopped at the KFC buffet for lunch. One of us couldn't eat dark meat, but the buffet was low on chicken when we started eating. When they refilled the chicken, she went up to get a breast. That was when we were told each breast costs an extra $1.79. If they would have informed her of that when she ordered, she would have ordered a different meal and saved a few bucks. She spent $8.79 for cole slaw, peaches, and a drink. And after complaining, received no satisfaction from the staff. She was told they never offer white meat on the buffet. It would have been nice to be told that beforehand.

I went to this location in Hemet, ordered two chicken pot pies and 4 chicken Littles. Got home there was only two chicken Littles in the bag. Had to drive back to the place to get the rest of my order. The store manager Santos villa argued with me that I was only charged for two chicken Littles. I told him there was no way two chicken Littles and two pot pies cost 24.35. Upon printing out the receipt he noticed I wasn't charged properly so decided to give me the other two sandwiches as a favor. Not a favor! I had to drive all the way back up here, deal with his attitude and then ask for a refund. Not a favor at all. Then I had to drive to another KFC because my severely autistic son wants chicken pot pie and nothing else will do. People have no idea how their attitudes and actions effects others people day or lives. Wish there was a zero star option because I would give zero stars because Santos caused my son to have a really bad day.

What happened to all those herbs and spices? That chicken ain't got no flava! So disappointed. I literally lived on their chicken for a bit in junior high. Their spicy chicken sandwich (trying to compete with Popeyes) is ok, they put way too much of their sauce on it. There can be too much of an ok thing! Employees have attitude, won't listen to you when trying to order, and so on. Won't be back to this location, at least without force.

Ordered 2 piece breast and wing, and a 6 pc wings, original recipe. Was quoted 12 min wait, which turned out to be way less than 12 min and I found out why when I got home. The chicken in the 2 pc was almost black, and the 6 pic wings were dry like they sat under the lamp for hours. I won't be back

I went to KFC my order was wrong. . Got home it was wrong no breast meat l had to pay $8 more. So they owed me back $3 and he said no refund. That is the last time I eat there. P.s. chicken tasted bad had a throw away. I told the manager l would leave a bad review and he said go ahead and don't come back. I was very professional with him. So l paid $30 for nothing. Me and my husband and 3 yr old son went to dine in 2 nights ago and it was 8:45pm and the ladies at the register were all mad that we wanted to dine in 15 minutes before they closed. Poor service and also after we had ordered our food it came out to 23 dollars and we were going to use a 100 dollar bill to pay it was our only form of payment and they told us that they couldnt break a 100 dollar bill that they already pulled their dwars before closing. The drive threw closes at 10 pm but dine in at 9 pm. We walked out hungry and upset very very bad service. The assistant manager was very rude and angry with us. I will never go back to this location again!

Where do i begin? First i like to say i will never entertain the idea of stepping foot in this KFC. I waiting patiently for my food as others did. I notice that there was about 2 people waiting near the beverage bar when i came in. And a small amount of people in line. Placed my order. After waiting a while. Felt a bit longer than need be. I could see that a steady flow of business happening in the drive thru. They finally started calling orders but out of sequence. I felt something was happening but no was saying anything. So they continued to take order after order. Knowing that there was some kind of malfunction in their system to provide product. When they called the order for the 2 couples that came in 5 mins after i placed my order. I had to go up and I asked about my order. By now its been 30 plus minutes. The establishment has closed. All I was told that it was coming. But not 3 mins later. The management I'm assuming, announced that it be 30 minutes for bone in chicken. I came for 10 pcs. After already waiting 30 plus minutes. He was finally saying something. Wow dude. You need to do better. I got my money returned to me. Got a half ass apology. But it didn't matter though. Either way he is still a lousy manager. One good thing is the gal who took my order was very nice.

Rude employees. No compassion. The food isn't great. They were freakin harassing my mother by following to her car for a little piece of chicken she took that she fudging paid for with the buffet. Keep this in mind she had an operation and can't eat it all in one go. (the two managers followed her like if she took the whole buffet with her ) *pffff*what kind of place is this. When I ordered my food I ask pacificly to please make my mashed potatoes and gravy separate. That didn't happen then I waited an extra 7 minutes for my biscuits to be done,Well the biscuits were raw!! When I walked into KFC to let them know that my wasn't as I asked. More times than not ... this KFC serves up old dried up chicken. This picture is supposed to be original recipe. It was so hard, dried up and disgusting. Will NEVER go to this KFC again.

I was going to give this place 2 stars compared to the East Florida location which I gave one star. But it changed due to inconsistency.. I was allowed to use the bathroom at this one which was good and it was somewhat clean and lit so it was usable. The employees were friendly and the lady cashier even offered to help take my tray to the table. But I kept having to ask for stuff because they don't have it out like napkins and salt and pepper. And to switch out the silverware. They had no salt (?!) so I only got to have pepper for my mashed potatoes. How do you run out of salt? This is an inventory/management issue. Last I checked those salt packets come in huge boxes and obviously you order before you get low on stock. Or make it work and substitute..go to the store and charge the company or another KFC. Don't be out of salt. The popcorn chicken was easily half the serving amount of the east Florida location. Why? The east Florida location served the popcorn chicken combo in a bucket and this one served it in a smaller to go style container. The inconsistency alone of this meal turned me off and ruined the vibe of the experience. Other than that it is way cleaner and nicer looking than the dingy ghetto east Florida location.

The chicken was fine. But when I finally got to the order area I was informed that a bucket meal would be 45 minutes to an hour. Apparently they were out of chicken breasts. I ordered a 2 piece meal and strips for the kid. When I got home the strips weren't in the bag, but the sauces were. Called the phone number on the receipt and with no answer I left a message. Still haven't heard back from them. Took the survey from the receipt and explained it again. No response from that either. I doubt this post will amount to much either. With 3 other chicken places yards away from this KFC I have to wonder how long till it closes. My guess, not long.

Just went through drive thru around 6:30pm Very disappointed with staff helpfulness or friendliness. Couldn't believe if guy at window couldn't talk or didn't want to talk until he asked me to park. Same situation with girl who came and tossed me my bag seemed mad she had to walk out side to bring it to me. Tossed me my bag thru my car window and walked away without any words like "sorry for the wait" " here u go" nothing. Couldn't believe it and these fast food workers want more money for less work wow.

Wow. I can't believe how unprofessional those two girls were at drive window. Not sorry. You don't rush people when they try to order. No company trains their workers to act that way. And the fact that she kept telling me "do you understand how I feel" when I wasn't even mad in the first place, is honestly kinda sad. I waited like 25min just to not get my order. Go to the other kfc location if you can, there hardly was a line & the service was amazingly better

The manager can’t speak properly, forgot to give me a receipt and messed up my order. Then lied about giving me a receipt and got mad with a unprofessional attitude when I came in to politely ask for my order correctly because I’ve worked fast food. Then she passed me to the assistant manager in anger who can’t do basic math without a calculator. I ordered a 5.99 2 piece box and wanted the side swapped out with extra side. All I got was 2 sides and no receipt then got blamed for it and not having a receipt. Management needs to be changed over. The CSR is more competent than both of those skonkas combined. Will never eat here again. And I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know the same.

Today 9-30-25 @1:15 pm, my wife went through the dtive thru, Im listening to the lady server and as my wife is ordering the employee kept interrupting my wife, asking questions as she's trying to order, then as my wife paused the lady said that's "it OK." My wife said "No I'll have a tender meal." The employees didnt ask if she wanted sauce or anything else. So she said "also a side of cole slaw." The lady says "ok ill have you total at the window." The employee was in such a rush and pushing my wife to hurry. Now the food...TERRIBLE, and Im not a picky person, if I was I wouldnt eat here. My chicken bowl smelled and tasted like motor oil or some weird plastic type of something. The potato wedges were old, no honey, no butter, and no sauce for the chicken stripes.

No plates for a family to eat a 14 piece chicken meal. Stingy on there hunny sauce giving 2 than asked for more they give me one small packet more. We had a big meal

After skipping this location for very long time 6 yrs, I decided to visit it and again I am done with them for good. First, the service was really not good, they gave me meat that was not really good. Then the fountain drink was very watery and they charge $2.99 for it ? I like the KFC food, but it is not what it used to be and I will not go in there probably for good.
