I called into Applebees because I was having an issue with the app. The person who answered passed me on to Ashley the manager. Ashley was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. I was driving and trying to put in an order. Ashley was quickly able to solve my problem and get my order in. When I arrived to pick up my order, Ashley was there with a smile and my order was ready to go. Great experience!

Great service here and was treated by the on duty manager Saturday 7/5/25. All food served was on point and our waitress in the bar area was great. Manager was running a great operation with staff and satisfied customers.

I've lived in this town for nearly 9 years and never came to Applebees until today. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. But the thing that made the visit worth it was the service. We were seated promptly, and our server, Wendy, was polite, friendly, personable, and very accommodating. I haven't had service this good in a very long time. She needs a raise.

Great experience this time around and our server was pretty much attentive and checked in with us during our meal. Ordered the 6 oz top Sirloin Steak. Haven't had Applebee's in years, bf suggested we get it for dinner via door dash. Our expectations were exceeded. The cheese curd appetizer was yummy, pretty standard cheesecurd. The firecracker aioli was wack, stick with the ranch for dipping. The mac n cheese is nothing special, but wasn't like gross or bad or anything. Fries were chill, still warm when they arrived too so that's a big plus. My bf got the full rack of ribs and he was pleased. I got a chicken bacon sandwhich and it was yummy, a bit dry so I added ranch (there appeared to be a small amount of ranch present but not much would Def recommend extra ranch for this item) the piece of chicken was surprisingly large, I was only able to finish about half of the sandwhich. We also got the cinnamon bites and a blondie for dessert. The cinnamon bites were a bit sweet (as they come with a icing and also caramel sauce) my bf enjoyed them without the dipping sauces I enjoyed it with the frosting dip but the Carmel isn't my thing. The blondie was fire, will absolutely get that again. Overall we were very pleased and will certainly get Applebee's again!!

I love the strawberry salad...with modifications and the kitchen scores big again. The salad was delish. My one suggestion to the chef would be to leave off the large chunks of onion. When I say large, I mean the size of the head of my fork. Four stars because the service was eh. The waitress was nice enough and definitely got my order correct. She just needs to be more proactive in providing good customer service. I had to ask for a drink refill. I had to ask for the check. Stuff like that.

They have late night happy hour from 9pm - closing. We went here for some drinks and the coronarita and Adios was actually good. The Bahama Mama was a bit too sweet for me so I have to order another extra shot. The beers were good too but the 805 was preferred by the boys. The food was good especially the wanton tacos, fries and riblet. We also enjoyed the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream. There was a wait when we arrived, about 15mins. We saw so many tables unoccupied, but since it was a Sunday, they probably did not have a lot of staff. The receptionist and our server was very friendly and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

One of the servers was very dismissive to us when we arrived, saying it would take 45 minutes to sit us and we could try somewhere else. I'm reality we waited 15 minutes. Our actual server was super nice and attending. The rude server who greeted us was also rude to a table of senior citizens who she kept interrupting to ask questions when they were talking to each other and having a good time. If I had her name id mention it.

Ate here for the first time last Monday night and it was not so busy, about half the tables were taken. Everything started like normal, we got a table, we ordered our drinks and food. But then, the gentleman who was serving our table was pretty much never seen again. Not once did he check on us or asked if we needed anything. Had to hunt him down to ask for BBQ sauce. Half of our order came out after a 30 minute wait (which was only an appetizer and a kids meal). And then about another 30-40 minute wait until our 2 remaining meals came out. Pretty long delay in between for meals to come out. Fortunately the food was amazing! So thank the cook for saving this review from being a 1 star. Overall 3 ⭐️

Maybe they were having a bad night, but our beverages were warm, our appetizer took 25 minutes - it was chips! Our food did not look appetizing and looked nothing like the menu. The waitress took our order but didn't show up until it was time to pay the bill, it seemed she wanted to make sure she received a tip, which she did not! We had 3 other people bringing our drinks and food, and one of our dinners waited an extra 6 minutes for a part of the meal, so the first half got cold! It's really a shame that this establishment is going down hill, but what can one expect from a corporation. I will say the host was a pleasure.

APPLEBEES: A.K.A "The Drinking Spot" Went to Applebees and the food is still subpar and tastes very bland/reheated. The fries are good but I wish my main meal was just as good. If you're looking for a place that is a relaxed bar spot for you and your friends then come on down and have an appetizer (I recommend the mozzarella sticks!). Otherwise, if you want a good lunch or dinner at a sit-down find another restaurant. Overall, I enjoyed my time here as the staff are quite friendly and professional. The service was quick and the staff had a great disposition about helping out the customers.

I went yesterday for the 3-6 happy hour and it took a time long to get a glass of water. I ordered the chicken parmesean pasta 2 for 20 and it was horrible. The whole plate was dry. Plate looked like it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Pasta was dry chicken was knotted and it had the consistency of canned chicken. I couldn't finish it. McDonald's McChicken would've been way better than what they gave me. I'll never go back there.

Worst service I’ve ever had at an Applebee’s. We did get a table right away. Waited about 15 min for our waiter to even come and bring us water/drinks. Waited another 10 min to take our order. Appetizers came in good time, but had to wait a while again for silverware. At this point I was upset and took the plate to the manager who instantly told me I could leave because I swore when speaking to her and told me she was going to call the cops. I was not aggressive with her, I did not swear at her, I just swore while explaining why I was upset. I could have refrained from swearing, but Of Course I was upset by this time! We waited 45 minutes for undercooked food and our waiter was MIA most of the time we were there. Mind you the restaurant was empty, not busy at all! I can’t imagine how it is when it’s busy. I was very embarrassed by the way the manager treated me after I was upset about the service and food. She did try to apologize but I was upset at that point, justifiably!

My husband and I went for a nice dinner break after a hectic day on 12-7-24. We were greeted and waited 10 min before being led to a booth. And then we waited for someone to come, and no one did. Not ever. We perused the menu for a long time. Still no one. So we got up and left.

2 for 25 is a joke!! Choice of 3 gross meals???? Went for a birthday dinner and we all got forgotten???? Food was cold and bad!! Waste of money, time and birthday.

Date 8/12/2024 time 1400 to 1600. 2 hours in this terrible establishment. No silver wear, No napkins, No refills. Family of 2 adults and 2 children over 80$ spent for terrible service. Restaurant was empty and an elder woman next to our table had the same issues, but they were able to address and discount her bill. I was waiting for a 2nd order of all you can eat and left before it could be delivered. Another table had their all you can eat delivered before mine after I had been in the restaurant over an hour, and the other table had just sat down not even 10 minutes. Had to eat pasta noodles with a spoon. Never once was asked if we needed anything or were ok. Not worth your hard-earned money or time. Tip was left when it shouldn't have.

First impression is what always matters! There's a new manager in the restaurant who is very unprofessional & makes herself known.. When we first walked in to the restaurant, she was standing giving her back to the entrance. She had 2 hosts gathered around her, didn't even acknowledge us as we came in & with her back to us. She was having a work-related conversation (raising her voice) and it was evident the employees were uncomfortable. It is very unprofessional for her to have those conversations in front of customers, that should be happening in a back office. Throughout our whole dinner, you could hear her yelling all the names of the employees from across the dining room! This manager is insane. Nothing we've seen here before and we've been coming for the last 4 years to this location. The servers are excellent! The food is delicious! But this manager.. we can't handle her and she needs some training with her social leadership skills.

Be careful with the machine at the tables that have the option to pay there once you pay they charge themselves the tip they want!!! I didn’t want to leave a tip since they took over 30 minutes to even ask what we want to drink and it’s understandable since it was late night on a Saturday but once I got my food it had an expiration tag on my pasta obviously from the packaging! I don’t usually leave reviews but when I saw the charge to my card for $15 more in tips I was outraged!!!!

This place has really gone downhill. We went for my sister's birthday and it went pretty poorly. First, the host looked like he didn't know what he was doing and instead of seating is right away, he just stood there for like a good minute. Then, the servers took too long to take our drinks, refills, and our to go boxes.Then lastly, they brought dessert for my sister and the brownie was so hard she couldn't even bite into it. Needless to say, if you're thinking on spending a night out, this certainly isn't the place.

Waited for more than thirty minutes to get our food.We purchased the 24 twenty five dollars.The food was like ice.The service was terrible, hard to believe.The service is that bad and the food took that long.The restaurant was not full of people.Yesterday

Service was terrible, had to keep asking the waitress for drink refills, silver ware, straw, questions regarding menu and waitress showed no interest in trying to help. Husband ordered well done steak and received a medium rare steak at best. Whole experience was regrettable and waist of time and money. Will not be visiting this location again.

Celeste was rude and had a bad attitude. I have had better service this lady slammed my drink on the table all because I had informed her that I don't like when someone reached over my drink. After that Celeste had a nasty attitude and didn't service us at all where I had to request another table . Richard at the door was very helpful and was going to move our seats. The food was good but the service sucked . 1 star for me.

Ordered online via doordash. I paid for an extra marinara sauce and only got one. Then the pasta had a long black hair inside of it.

Walked out after sitting for almost 15 min. with no acknowledgement, greeting, or anything! Then another party came in well after us and was immediately attended to! Won't be going back anytime soon!!

I ordered medium well steak tonight 2/07/2024 Hemet Ca branch store now its 9:32 pm with stomach upset.But according to this picture I just took a minute ago is seems way to far also for a well done steak and its hard dried and i took a bite and all i can taste is charcoal taste. I have a stomach upset every time I eat burn food. I told myself maybe its ok because if I will return this it will take me another 30 mins to an hour and I am really starving and my husband will not happy to go back to return it. But in a small bite my stomach did not agree to it. Please ! Be kind be fair we paid for our food and is going to a waste in a trash because no one will like to eat a hard rock burn steak.

Customer service must have been thrown out when they remodeled. Food was cold and the table was stacked with plates. The waitress only took them when told to.

Horrible service ordering in the restaurant and online order a medium steak get completely rare order medium well still rare. People need to learn to hire real cooks and not ones from wherever they are coming from. This management is horrible especially the wannabe manager lady Hispanic one that has no personality will never wear eat here again. Only reason it’s in business in Hemet is because of lack of choices and the bar section

Manager that works Saturday nights older Hispanic man lies about wait times to get people in. We called 5 minutes before we showed up and he said no wait but when we get there the hostess says they’ve been busy all night and it was a 30-40 minute wait. Manager has a very distinct voice so I knew I talked to him and when I told him I just spoked to you and you said no wait time and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Horrible service on his part!

we literally ordered two classic combos to go first we get no spinach and artichoke dip then we get two small ranches for both classic combos and then on one of them the quesadilla was just cheese no chicken at all so ridiculous and you guys weren’t busy at all

Went at happy hour for the first time. No one at front to greet or guide. Approached the bar area to sit down. Bartender stopped us and yelled" I'm the only one here. I don't mean to be rude but you have to wait. I'm the only one here." We waited and saw she made little effort so we left. Horrible! And, still no one was at the front so I assume the family behind us had to wait as well. Really bad experience!!
