I eat here all the time, for the most part the wait isn’t that long. At night the drive thru may be a bit long but I can say I’ve been eating here for the past 10 years and they have messed up my order maybe 3 times.
The Food Was Really Good The place could of been alil clean but when u have 1 Guy working in the front and then gotta clean the dinning room and then run back to take orders it's Hard But For That Man Who is really working I'm not knocking him
Chicken nuggets were delicious as well as the dragon fruit freezer.
This is the ONLY fast food place I've been to durin the pandemic that has had ACTUAL no contact drive through. They wear gloves put your food in a bin hold the credit card machine out the window and seal your back with a sticker! The drive through is always spotless and the service is fast and friendly!!
The young lady at the counter Sat Dec 16 was very nice and patient. Don't go to Taco Bell often so my 12 year couldn't decide and had lots of question. She answered all with a smile. Wonderful service.
Best. Easily the best one in the area for miles and def better than the city ones. Very Fast. Maybe once there has been an incorrect or missing order but they have always been accommodating. Patient. Even when packed they're fast and accurate. All times of the day.

Great service the automated machine was very helpful and efficient. Nowadays let's just leave people alone who work there. They are in outer space anyway and can't jump back and forth into human interaction and screen interaction. I will be back because it's Taco Bell and that's what I like from time to time.
Never had a problem. I am visually impaired and one girl always comes out from behind counter to help me enter my order on kiosk. Only problem is with loud teens from high school filling almost all seats and screaming profanity and racial words at each other. Very uncomfortable for other guests who actually buy food
Good fresh food. I've been there four times already going through the drive through and service was quick and easy. Good service as a matter of a fact almost always. I would go and sit there if I had time. My advice, if you're hungry and need something quick and tasty stop by and enjoy some fresh taco bell.

Quick service, and they actually gave us condiments, straws, and napkins, I know that doesn't sound so terrific, but you'd be surprised at how many times those things aren't in the bag.

Very busy at times. Make sure you check your food before you leave. They often forget to put items in your bag.
Pretty nice & chill, not crowded. Reconstruction makes the place look a whole lot better unlike before. Employees should be a little more enthusiastic however
They're not always bad with service. It depends on the time. The drive thru is packed most of the day, but they are usually really quick during the day, but at night a bit slow. Every other time I've been they have messed up my order, but they are quick to fix it. The Baja blast soda usually runs out of syrup by mid night so avoid ordering that, unless you like seltzer water lol.
I waited abouy 20 minutes for my food because they gave my food to someone else. There were only 2 other people online besides me. Everyone was really nice though just pay more attention. Also when i went to get water from the machine it was all black.
Taco Bell is always great to satisfy that craving but this location takes FOREVER. It doesn't matter if their is no one in there or if it's crazy busy. The wait time is unnecessarily long. I try to go to a different location but sometimes this location is more convenient.
I don't eat much fast food anymore but this was open and filled my needs. 3.5 I'd say. Cashier was helpful when I asked about vegan options. 7 layer burrito was good and filling. Inexpensive and quick option when you don't have much time or not in the mood to go sit inside of a restaurant.
Food is good, favorite menu item has to be the shredded chicken burrito. This restaurant seems to be low on staff at the front cashier and usually doesn't have pizza ready when you want it, it looks like they focus more of the energy on the drive thru, which is weird considering the slow service there. If you come to this location, be prepared to wait a while.
It's fast food not bad
The only thing I didn't like was the area where the drinks were so messy and sticky from being over spilled. The floor was a danger zone, and when I told a worker about it, there was nothing done to avoid an accident, not even stopping to clean it.
The staff is pretty good day get a fair rating. They are courteous, and polite. The food is okay but it could have been served a little hotter maybe it was just in this last situation but the food was warm not hot. The building is clean and looks good. The only issue I had last time I went to this location was the food could have been warmer or even served hot.

drive thru is fine. get to the place at 1050 on Friday night. Sign says the lobby open till 11. the line at drive thru has 10 cars piled up. the door is locked. employee says door locks 15 min early. so are they open till 11 or 1045. what's the point of saying 11 if it's really 1045. oh forgot to mention a few Spanish families were sitting in the place. had to wait 18 min for drive thru
Two stars because I recently was there and ordered some food, when it came to the chalupa I specifically said two chicken chalupa and what I got was two beef chalupa cravings box, it was when I saw on the receipt the mistake I wish I saw it sooner I asked if I could switch it because I had to pay more which I find unfair! So I had to deal with it, please train you cashiers alittle more! It was either she didnt understand English good or what, she even made mistakes on other people's orders too! I'll be sure not to come back to this location again.

For you dinning-customers, be prepared to have beggers come to your table and ask for money. In my visit, I was,approached by 2 beggars during the course of my meal. The last begger wanted my cup. The dinner area is,dirty with food crumbs. Seats and tables too. Being watched while eating by the different beggars can be a bit unnerving. I do not recommend anyone eat here alone.
Order preparation was cordial and fast. Too many school kids hanging out not even eating. They students must be in lunch break. They are taking up 50% of the seating and aren't buying anything. I wanted to sit down and enjoy my lunch insudeinside but opted to eat in my car due to the lack of seating and the extreme noise.

The portion of food was only half the usual size—it looked like half of it was missing. I can normally get full, but today I was still hungry. And they didn’t even give me a drink cup. After I called the server over to double-check my order, she just smiled and explained that I hadn’t asked for a water cup. Is she joking? Very bad experience at this store.
It’s hard to order when the only cashier barely understands English, they need to train better, it took me about six minutes to order two things and they didn’t grill my burrito even though I said it several times because the cashier and prep cook didn’t understand me. Customer service requires communication first and foremost.

Both the front door and the app say this location closes at 3am; the app says to arrive any time before closing. I placed an order on the app and arrived at the store at 2:30am but the store was closed and the person cleaning said I could not enter, but they already drew the money from my bank account. I had to go back to the location the next day to get my food. HIGHLY annoying!
I have never experienced a rude employment as I have seen in taco bell..first of all they had nothing except hard tacos...and were rude to the customers... If I had a chance to give them a 0 star...I would have..really dissapointed!!!!

Went to this location this morning for some late night food and had a horrifying experience. My girlfriend ordered a supreme burrito and as she bit into it she felt a terrible sharp pain and she spit out her burrito only to find a bone in it over an inch in length! Absolutely horrible experience. She's very shooken up about this and is very upset. I have pictures of this disgusting bone if you'd like to see. I can't believe your company can let things like that go through a system and get put into people's food. Will NEVER eat here again and will be submitting this to the media so people don't go to this location ever again.
I waited over 25 mins for a chalupa 2 bread sticks and 2 cheese pizzas...unacceptable then the manager comes out and gives me the food and says to me we are sorry and they aren’t ....not even include any extra foods for the long wait time this is my first and last time going there NEVER AGAIN 2nd day in a row no cheese pizza Unless you wait 15 mins GLENDA LEAVE THAT STORE AND GET A BETTER JOB!! Highly pissed off!!! Drive thru had about 7 cars in front and of me & about 5 behind me! It started within the first 10 mins of me being in line. You could hear the employee (or manager as so she claimed to be) arguing with the first customer over the intercom.. 15 more mins & it was my turn. Started to place my order & I was told to hang on & all you hear is laughing in the background. I got even more upset & told them maybe if they were busy working instead of playing they wouldn't have a line of cars wrapped around the building. The so called manager proceeded to tell me if I didn't like it I could leave. Advised I was going to make a comment to corp (which I still plan on doing) & she then told someone else to take my order. Needless to say I was in a FAST FOOD drive thru for a total of 50 mins. Completely unacceptable!
for some reason they always mess my order up and never have cup holders like where am I supposed to put my four to five drinks that I get my family and the girl at the window always has an attitude. the new taco built in Baldwin is way better go there instead
July 22, 2015, I went to Taco Bell in Hempstead, Long Island, New York located on Peninsula Blvd. Thie place is five minutes from my house and I chose it because I wanted something fast and snack-like. However, I had purchased some ice cream first and thought I would go to the drive-thru for quick service and go home. The drive-thru line was long about 10 cars were ahead of me. So, I went inside and learned it was not busy, they were slow and short of staff. Only one person on the cash register. Three people were fixing the orders and a young man was preparing, I guess, app orders. Or, maybe he was preparing for the next day. It was unclear what he was doing. The manager was handling the drive-thru orders but not making them. One lady left, so then there were only two, very slow, middle-aged Hispanic women making the food and this guy who was strangely in the back fixing .... I placed my order waited for over 30 minutes, Told the cashier I would be back because I did not want my ice cream to melt. Came back and finally got my order. The place was dirty. Floor needed mopping, the bverage area was dirty, some tables were dirty and not cleared. It was a mess. Later, the cashier said, people quit, just walked out, earlier. So, they need workers, desperately. Anyone, need a job! Go to Taco Bell, in Hempstead. The manager seemed clueless and did not feel that he should be cleaning while the others prepared food or vice versa. This is a lower middle class, working poor community. HIRE PEOPLE TACO BELL and train them to do their job quickly and well. The manager needs management training (what to do in a crisis). What a mess! I'm looking for another location for the next time I want a late night snack.

These folks just messed up my entire companies lunch order and the items were very small, half full tacos and stuff... What are you guys doing? Taco Bell is based on repeat business, maybe this location did not get the memo
I’ll keep it short. I have a food allergy, I was very specific about my order, it was reflected in the screen. Thankfully, my wife took the first bite and indeed we found the order contained the items it was not supposed to.
They always forget to bring part of my order and they never give me my money back.
Not only once, but many times they have charged me more than is supposed to. They always charge an extra taco 1.20$ with any regular combo. If you ask why? They reply with a dumb excuse "it is including taxes" or "this flavor is extra". Please check your tickets and don't let them scam you. This doesn't happen in others Taco Bell. A#6 combo with taxes is about 8$. They were charging me almost 12 dollars. Be careful people.
The manager Osman was very rude, unprofessional, and aggressive in regards to me putting a mask on (which I did say that I forgot) and said that I can go get one but will take it off to eat at a table. He insisted that I walk out, come back in to order, and can't take it off to eat at this location while there is no one there but the staff..... but let another hispanic man of his descent come in without a mask for his order. The tacos did not taste well at all....my dog's wet food looks tastier than this. I wanted to to order a few meals but decided not to due to Osman's behavior. A word to upper management - Train your employees & On-Site managers to treat everyone of all races equally at all times. I have noticed that the hispanics and whites get better treatment than us african-americans.

I bought Taco Bell in which I don't buy this on a regular. Order a nacho supreme and a $5 dollar box. I was getting ready to eat the nachos but the minute I opened it I could smell the meat. Smelled like old rotten meat. My daughter bought the $5 box and she said her Chalupa tasted funny. Needless to say I won't be going back and going to notify The health inspector. Totally disgusting and a waste of my money. Ended throwing it away.
By far the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. I am taking to this format because I had left a message to speak to someone within corporate and no one has reached back out to me. This restaurant have horrible customer service and blatant disrespect for their customers. They treat you like a criminal when they mess up your order and you ask to speak to them about it. They closed the window and refused to talk to me. I did not use profanity nor was I disrespectful back to them. I figured I would be able to address this with management later. But I guess Taco Bell has no concern for their customers. I suggest you stay away from this place. I know know my family nor I will patronize Taco Bell any longer.
We went to the drive thru and the employee tell us the machine for drinks is not working and they can't substitute for something else and we still have to pay same price like a meal. Ask for manager apparently didn't have one. Please if your machine are not working and than you need to do was right for the client. 490 PENINSULA BLVD hempstead. After a long day of work all I want is a good service and you can't even get that. 👎
I placed an order at this restaurant on Wednesday, but the app was malfunctioning. It mistakenly assigned my order to a location about 10 miles away. As a result, I was waiting in the drive-through, giving my name and details, but nothing appeared on their screens. They then told me to come inside the restaurant. I informed them that I didn’t care about the order’s location and just wanted to reorder. Despite my request, they kept insisting I come inside. It became clear they didn’t want to take my order, which made me feel like I had already lost my money. I refused to go all that way for service I found unacceptable and disappointing.
Went to drive through, spent $22.49. I asked for no sour cream on two orders and soft tacos and put the receipt in the bag. Got home I had sour cream on everything and two hard tacos. I wanted to go back and get my correct order so I looked in the bag for my receipt and it wasn't there. Well I decided to call the restaurant and it just rings. I called 4x's and no pick up. Really poor customer service 😢
The manager of Taco Bell is completely disrespectful and very unprofessional, he called cops on me and my friends when we were there eating and trying to take our time to digest our food but no the manager keeps thinking we’re making a scene and just being loud even though there’s other people around too, he gets everyone kicked out and if we wouldnt leave he would call cops !! Later on that same day 5 customers were taken by ice because of him !!! , I DEMAND THAT HE GETS FIRED AND BANNED FROM EVER STEPPING FOOT IN TACO BELL EVER AGAIN!!!!

My recent experience at Taco Bell leaves much to be desired, earning this specific location a one-star review. Despite having a designated rack for mobile pickups, it's consistently left unused. Instead, orders are placed behind the counter, inaccessible to customers. I've waited almost 10 minutes for a mobile order that I could see right behind the counter. Attempts to get the attention of the employees through calling have been unsuccessful; they either seem too busy or conveniently can't hear my attempts to communicate. If the mobile pickup system were utilized as it should be, similar to the practice in every other fast-food restaurant, I could have easily walked in, picked up my order, and left in under a minute. The inefficiency and lack of responsiveness make this Taco Bell experience frustrating and far from satisfactory.
I placed an order for delivery on the Taco Bell app prior to the store closing. After about 20 minutes of waiting for my order to get delivered it was canceled. Online it says the store is open until 5 am, I called to confirm this. After the 4th time calling somebody answered the phone I asked them what time they closed, they sounded under the influence and said they’re about to close now so I asked not 5am? And they responded that’s what I said, not even making sense and I just didn’t want to deal with it so I hung. I suggest that you guys have people employed who actually want to work and not people who obviously take the late night to slack off and do whatever they want.
My steak power bowl had no steak in it. I mentioned it to the female manager. she inspected the bowl by shaking it, then opened it and spoke over my meal. That was unprofessional and nasty. To hide my disgust I just asked for a refund. The manager ignored me like a child and continued to help others. I politely asked again before calling the cops. Before the cops arrived, I was refunded my measly $6.80... All that for six dollars
