Accidentally sent my order to redondo and they were awesome! Jumped right on it and took care of my order. Also helpful in telling me how to order a quesadilla since you can’t on the app... order burrito then choose just tortilla and cheese and name it ‘quesadilla’. easy enough

Team members consistently provide a warm welcome, and the food is exceptional.

It just took less than a minute to walk to counter, get a chicken bowl and beer and have some cheerful conversation with girl over the counter. Incredibly fast (and the food was really good). Obviously there was no line.

Great portions and servers are always friendly. Gets busy but the line always moves quickly. Food quality is consistent and keeps us coming back.

My early day (10:40AM) enormous burrito bowl came quickly. This restaurant was clean and looked good. I was surprised by the wooden forks and was pleased that I used no plastic. I spent F10 for the meal.

Went during lunch Saturday. Decent burrito, a little too heavy on the rice and too light on the salsas in my opinion. Burrito was a good size though --- Update: Hit a double day today. No regrets.

Some baddie employee honored my promo code that I was having trouble with online and then I got a free entrée. I don’t know his name, but he was really chill and so are the other employees. I also love chipotle and the food is yummy so go to chipotle. My mom said the promo code was fake, but then I proved her wrong by getting a free entrée

Excellent service! Especially Amanda! We've always had an excellent dining experience at Chipotle especially when she's there. Food is always fresh, healthy, and delicious. It's organic, my children love it, and I really appreciate how nice our location's Chipotle employees are. They are always happy to accommodate our requests.

As someone who used to work at Chipotle, I can tell that this location takes a lot of care into their food. The service here is a lot better than any chipotle I go to and the food is always fresh. I've placed orders here for pickup and it's always ready on time. The dining room is always clean, utensils are always fully stocked, and the food is always delicious. Never had a bad experience out of the probably dozens of times I've eaten here.

This location is always clean, very popular so very crowded; but the super long line always moves quickly, and the kids who work here are always polite and friendly. One of the nicer "fast food" places in the area.

I love this Chipotle location so much, the staff is amazing. I go here a lot and I always see Adele who is a total sweetheart and super friendly. Dominique and Irving are also super awesome employees and they always provide a great experience. Vibe is great there and the service is fast. Definitely my favorite Chipotle in the South Bay!

Nichole and Leo are excellent employees. They were super nice and efficient in terms of getting my order through the door. I cannot think of a better chipotle employee that would rather run into..

Great customer service and friendly staff

As a Canadian American having been to many Chipotles' in Los Angeles, this one is the best! Why? Because first, the 2 employees at the front both the man and woman were so polite and very nice. They both were so super motivated and you could see that they genuinely loved their job. They were so upbeat and ready to serve. We are a family of 6 and everyone of us really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place because there is a vibe here that we love. The location is perfect, the area is lively and this was just on a Tuesday! I'm a very hard critic but this place and staff gets 6 thumbs up. My family kept talking about how much fun they had at Chipotle and this was also our first time getting out as a family in a while so this was extra special to me. The young man was very knowledgable!. Also what's important here is that they didn't give us the side eye because of the complexion of our skin. We love this place and the area. Oh I almost forgot about the food being so good as well. They give you plenty and when you ask for something, they appear excited to serve you. Great job you guys!

Both the cashier and the burrito assembler were extremely friendly and pleasant on the night of 4/12/25. I was also impressed that they had all the ingredients available so late at night.

I love the food but they're always skimping on everything. I'm always asking for more rice and lettuce. I'm paying $2.85 for guac and I want more than a tiny spoonful for that much! There are a lot of other places I can go and spend $18-20.

Place requires a little bit more cleaning, the food is great, but is a little bit expensive, if you ask burritos, you can ask to cook more the tortilla, because they leave it not well cooked, other than that, is a good place, they just missed to add Chipotle to any of the topics, and is weird because of the name of the place, I was specting some plate related to it, I can recommend it to you if you want a good meal only

Food is great but staff is stingy when filling your bowl. One of them even said that they have been asked by management to scale down how much is served!

It's a standard Chipotle; nothing more, nothing less. I think they rotate or bring in workers from other locations on the weekends, which can be frustrating (for all involved) because they don't know how this location does things. That's the only distinguishing factor.

Awareness, to all business's, experienced no hand sanitizer, front door and inside door's are not sanitized after each and every customer that comes in and out. Staff not following through can cause out break. Safety and Sanitation Guidelines please 😷

Ok so i go to a different chipotle pretty regularly on my lunch break. I always use the order ahead feature to beat the line since i have limited time. Well i placed my order requesting it be ready by 12. I get to chipotle a little after 12 thinking i will be in and out. I go to the cashier and ask for an order under christina. He looked confused and walked to the back. He then found someone and asked him for the order. Finally they located my receipt for an online order which they never made. It took about another 10 min for it to be made. The only reason i gave them a 3 and not a 1 was bc the food was really tasty albeit they did not read the order ticket correctly and messed up on the rice.

Nothing more than over priced taco bell. If you like taco salad, which i do, putting ingredients in a tortilla just doesnt cut it for me. My son loves it, but its menu is simply too steril for my taste.

The process of chicken in my salad were so tiny, I almost didn't have to chew! I did receive the salad, 2 very large romaine stumps, which should have been placed in the trash when cleaning the lettuce. Overall, not a fan.

So a couple things always gets me with Chipotle. One, my burrito is always cold. It's just part of what I have come to expect. Two, finding someone who can fold a burrito at any Chipotle is nearly impossible. Apparently burrito is Spanish for "tortilla ball barely wrapped in tin foil". This current iteration of my burrito couldn't even fit in the tin foil. It was already open for me when I got home. Which was super fun for the bag that it was soaking through. With that being said, the reason it gets 3 stars is because the food is delicious. I obviously keep going back, even with the ever present flaws. I can come to grips with the fact that I'm eating my burrito out of a bowl, and that I'm going to have to reheat it first, because the food is fresh and delicious. All in all, if they could tighten up the little things, this place would kill it for me.

Portions have gotten smaller, I barely had rice in my bowl. The Guacamole wasn't fresh and the employees seemed overworked and annoyed. I get it, times are hard but you shouldn't work in service industry and be mad at your customers. I won't return to chipotle.

Flood is good but service is not good and the servings have definitely gotten smaller. Won't be coming back.

this chipotle is ok the staff is friendly, however chipotle in general has been giving very small portions on meat i have to pay like $13 just to get 4oz of chicken and i dont think that is fair, i know in order to be a profitble business, food wieght is key to success of a food chain, i do agree however when doing this drives customers away for the long term, again i love chipotle i just dont like being over charged for a small bowl when i can go some place else and get more for less

9:30pm arrival. They are out of queso, pico, cheese, and guacamole. And the food that they did have looked very tired.

I feel like Chipotle is losing what made it so good. The fresh taste is gone. The meats sit in the trays for so long they get dry. The veggies are always soft and don't taste fresh and the staff has become so unhelpful.

Closes at 11pm, runs out of pico and other key ingredients by 830. But don’t worry, they’ll let you know once you’ve waited in line vs posting on the door

Food was good, but service disappointing. I have a gluten allergy. Chipotles are normally great, they do a quick line wipe, change gloves and spoons. Well his location was resistant, I felt uncomfortable and as an inconvenience to them. Maybe they are not properly trained for allergies like other locations or maybe they don't care. They kept messing up the procedures and didn't even try to wipe the line for me. Very frustrating for a health conscious restaurant. Not likely to return to this location. Poor management it seems.

The portion sizes at this Chipotle are sub-par. Down to half scoops of beans and meats and salsas. I’d recommend going elsewhere for a better value.

I go here 2-3 times a week. I love chipotle and the staff is very friendly but whoever is in charge of stock is has frustrated me to the point of writing a review. More than half the time I go, they are missing ingredients. It's so consistent I drive much further away to a chipotle that regularly has the basic ingredients I would like. I simply don't know how they so regularly have this issue and how they make their employees consistently have to deal with the issue. Hopefully it's something they figure out as they are very close and very friendly. I simply hope this review adds to others that may encourage a beneficial change.

This location has so much potential. I think it needs more oversight and a "woman's touch." Each time I order, they drag your meal across the disgusting counter. That counter needs to be cleaned off after each customer order. I should not have old beans, corn and rice attached to the aluminum foil or kids meal container. It is absolutely disgusting. The fork, spoon, and lid area is also disgusting. Someone needs to pull out all the forks and spoons and clean the "hole." I don't use their utensils anymore. When the rice is low, change it out or add more. And the foods that have been mixed together should be cleaned accordingly. As of late, I have opted to go to a cleaner Mexican restaurant down the street. Until they fix these "easy issues," I will not return.

I ordered a veggie bowl but this location was very skimpy with the rice and beans, at the end it look like I had a kids meal even with all my additional toppings. The cheapest chpotle grill I visited around the South bay ,if you happen to go in the Evening there will give you a dry meat old vegetables and they get cheap with a portion of meat like you are 9 years old kid today i visit them its 10,20 they don't have any kind of meat and won't tell why they don't wana cook more the line was like 7-10 people they had to walk out some poor management where is the corporate from those guys.

Food is always cold when you order ahead. My last order was missing sour cream, guac and the two types of salsa I ordered. But they did add a salsa which I don't like, so there's that. You need to order there and watch them prepare the food.

Waited in line about 15 minutes to get a salad. When I order the guy working says NO LETTUCE RECALL. period, nothing else. So zI leave, the problem was this, they could have put a sign on the door thee was no lettuce, but they did not - so actually less than 1 star.

I did a online order for pick-up, once i got there my order was no where to be found. Once they finally did my order, i got back to work to a busted open burrito full of lettuce. I’ve been here just twice, and I’ve already picked up on a bad pattern unlike any chipotle I’ve ever been to. Completely inattentive staff. I walked in, and saw my prepared order immediately. There was no in person line, and the workers were having a side conversation that had nothing to do with what they’re being paid to do. I was waiting for a good while for someone, anyone to acknowledge that I was even there. I thought, hey it’s a simple enough task to grab my food, so I thought I’d do them a favor. I walked one step, grabbed my bag, and I was yelled by their worker, probably a manager because of her false sense of entitelement and complete lack of awareness, aggressively. For doing HER job. Literally, all ya gotta do is acknowledge your customer and say you’ll be with them shortly. Oh, DEFINITELY the last time I give you guys my business. Which you’re probably happy about judging by how I was treated. In that case, you’re welcome. Edit: food was below average. The queso was watered down which is a huge bummer when you pay extra for it.

I have never been to a Chipotle and been this grossed out! Very dirty with the food, unkept and it wasn’t even busy. Plenty of employees working, but no one bothering to refresh anything. None of the food looked fresh and was spilled, dried and crusty from one food bin to the other. The salsa looked like it sat there all day and didn’t look like it had been kept the right temperature as it looked clumped together.

They ran out of cheese, vinaigrette, crispy tacos, corn, and pico. The staff blamed a fundraiser for the shortages which does not make sense. If you have an event that increases your orders then your manager should account for the increase and order more supplies. This is the second time I come here for quesadillas and they were not available. You have an expensive pos and inventory management systems that can help with these types of issues. Please do better.

This location is terrible. The service is fine but they definitely skimp on your order based on how you look. I ordered a steak bowl where there chick with pink hair gave me half a scoop of white rice and even less protein (I got steak). Initially I didn’t order beans but I asked her to add beans because I didn’t want to pay extra for meat or rice. And she still skimped on my bowl. I’m not the type of customer who is going to call it out and I was nice to the employees the whole way through. My fiancé ordered after me (he got a chicken bowl) and he got more portions than I did. So the only thing we could think of for the different experiences was discrimination. I’m Asian and my fiancé is white and the guy who ordered ahead of me was a white guy. I hate thinking that that’s the reason, but how else do you explain the different rations between me and my fiancé? You can’t.

I ordered the same chipotle just awhile ago and delivered , but it's not what I'm trying to order when u called the number it's a choice recording that comes again and again and again and I can't access the stores . I ordered 2 burritos but it's not what I expected . It's just white dried rice and just meat without the green salad and most other things. I have taken the pictures . A man had pooped his pants in the Chipotle. To say I am utterly disgusted is an under statement. Then he went back in line and ordered "everything but dairy". Workers did nothing. Please clean your restaurants and take care of customers with poopy pants.

Great location, nice layout (half the walls are glass, tall ceiling, fairly clean). My wife and I have been to Chipotles all throughout LA County, Orange County, and out of state. This one is by far the worst in regards to service and portions. Every time we come here, they always skimp on all ingredients in bowls and burritos. Almost none of the employees smile either. Today, the guy literally squeezed all of the juices out of the burrito excessively before folding it. Smashed it almost beyond recognition. He taught the new employee how to fold it, too, so i dont expect them to get better at it. Guy was THE worst burrito maker I've ever seen. Only the woman with long, blonde hair is nice and professional here. All the guys here lack social skills and act like they're too good for the job even tho they suck at it. Will drive the extra few miles to Del Amo instead.

They delivered a wrong order! I can't make a call direct! It's a recorded voice recording again and again and it wont make me call and talk with the chipotle staffs!!! I called again and again and again and the voice recording wants me order again and we can't access the proper people who can assist!!! What a way the service was, a proper one needs to be coordinated with calls !!! It's so disgusting.

Night shift have a terrible attitude. They simply do not care about customer service unlike the other location close by. They had absolutely nothing and waited until I was ready to order to announce this rather than letting people coming in know they’re out of stuff. When asked what time they closed, they responded with 2300 with a big smirk, it was 2200. I doubt a huge wave of people cleared out their entire inventory on a Wednesday night so they just didn’t care to properly prepare enough food for their shift. I’m sure day shift is better but their night shift is just horrible. Thank you for their other location close by for setting an actual example.

Plastic lids visibly floating in salsa. Out of guac by noon. Literally sprinkled on each ingredient of my burrito bowl and then charged me double for what is really a single portion. If this guy was so concerned about an up-charge he should probably inform everyone that they are out of a key ingredient to literally EVERYTHING in the place prior to nickel and diming guests. After I got upset he only exacerbated the situation. If you wanna charge these prices now chipotle… step up your game to match. Hire people that know it’s a health code violation to have foreign items visibly floating in your visible salsa to guests. Hire people that know how to save a sale. It’s all an actual joke.

This place was filthy - everywhere. The entire place seems not to have been thoroughly cleaned in years. Food was slopped on serving counter, almost empty serving pans, hot foods barely warm. Serving size very small. About three guys were standing around the cooking counter, talking. Server attitude was bad. They had a lot of take out orders, but no one was eating at any of the tables.

We pick up 2 bowls almost every other day and the portions are just terrible. My chicken and beans bowl is always half or less. It’s barely enough food for me these days. Happened to eat at 2 different locations last week and they had reasonable portions so I know the skimpy portions are not everywhere. Staff is not always friendly but the portions are more urgent.

Extremely busy and workers seemed overwhelmed, I ordered ahead for pickup at 6:40 about 30 min prior so when I walk in at 6:45 there was a huge line which was moving very slow there were 4 people waiting for pickup, so I waited after them and we waited around for almost 10 min before a worker came to ask about their order, then waited another 15 min for those 3 people to get helped until I had to interrupt the cashier and ask about my order which had been sitting on the shelf the whole time from when I arrived, now the food was pretty much cold and what’s the point of ordering ahead if no one can help you to give you the order? If it was already done it should’ve been on the shelf for me to pick up and go not to have to wait for someone to check on my order, never going back to this location again

Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar — the pico de gallo was soggy and unappetizing, which only added to the negative experience. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the overall environment felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I expected better service and food quality, and I hope to see improvements in both areas moving forward.

Additionally, the quality of the food was subpar — the pico de gallo was soggy and unappetizing, which only added to the negative experience. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the overall environment felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. I expected better service and food quality, and I hope to see improvements in both areas moving forward.

They need better discipline at this location. The counter where they prepare food was not clean. The crew member preparing food didn’t bother to clean up the standing water on the counter and was pushing the food right over it so my burrito ended up getting wet as a result.

This is absolutely nonsense. I ordered two separate meals and after 40 minutes the driver dropped one meal and I called him and no response and called the restaurant and no answer and asking to email to headquarters, they must be joking after $70 get one meal??

This is one of my first reviews I’ve ever written - Just putting that out there first to share it takes a lot for me to want to write something. Unfortunately, the Chipotle we once used to love and crave for is now dead. I can get past the small portions, but the food is absolutely disgusting. From employees who just throw your burrito around and could care less, to the chicken being near frozen, salsa being chunky, beans being soggy & wet, yet hard as a rock, and the chips being stale… it was the perfect storm. I also ordered guacamole for my burrito, and there was a 1/2 piece of avocado in there instead. I’m talking the full avocado with the indent of the seed still visible…!! I’d get over it if it were just this one time, but I’ve visited this same location around 7-8 times on drive home from work for dinner, and all but one experience has been the same. Not to mention, I haven’t seen any familiar faces in the restaurant. They go through people/turnover at this location like it’s nothing, and it shows with the lack of care the employees put into the food & service (likely severely underpaid). This is now the McDonalds of Mexican food…. Well, at least McDonald’s has great French Fries. Unfortunately, there are zero redeeming qualities at this location and I would recommend staying away if you’re hungry.

Terrible absolutely awful. The portion size is far under what they need to be giving out regularly. The bowls I get here are made for birds. Even with double options my bowl never even goes higher than the lip of the container. Awful location and highly recommend driving further just for better potion sizes and getting your moneys worth.
