I love coming to this Pizza Factory. Service is always great. Dining tables are kept cleaned. When the customers leave, they clean up the tables right away, I'm like, WOW, THAT'S AWESOME.

We come from Phelan to eat at this location its 10x better cleaner and friendlier. Employees walk around and make sure everyone is okay and needs anything there helpful as heck and awesome vibes couldn't recommend any where else for a lunch buffet but here tbh.

Fast service, food was good, the bathroom was clean.

This place makes the tastiest pizza of all the brands that I've tried. We went 30 miles out of our way to pickup 2 Xtra lrg. pies. I wish there was one in Santa Clarita! The counter man, Paul, has exceptional customer service skills. The franchise owner is fortunate to have Paul as an employee.

I only go for the 11am to 2pm buffet special they have. Which is salad. Bread sticks and pizzas plus a drink for just under $15. Since the John Incredibles closed locally, this has been the pizza place to go if you want to sit and enjoy food and try a few of the crazy pizzas they have. Two examples are the pastrami pizza, with pickles and mustard even included! As well as the buffalo chicken pizza, a favorite if you want spice and good chicken... But they also have the classics as well. Highly recommended, though be sure to ask to try the new flavors if there isn't a huge crowd c:

Pizza factory is my favorite pizza spot and my family and I go to a lot of pizza factories in several states. The staff here is very nice. The two super stars here are Geo and Vanessa. They have always made me feel welcomed there and have the best service.

We were passing through town and randomly stopped here for lunch. What a find! The pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. We were treated like family and we are still talking about how lucky we were that we stopped here. Thank you!

Place is clean, servers quick and attentive. Pizza and hot wings was delicious but the best was the garlic bread. Yummy! Draft beer was a little flat but didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. My daughter and granddaughters love this place. We'll be back

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of a dinner at the pizza factory. The young people who waited on us were pleasant, professional and the food was delicious. We had the cheese sticks and the flat bread and we shared a half pitcher of beer which was perfect for 2. The restaurant was clean, service was amazing by the two gentlemen working we will definitely be back

First Impressions were great, lovely interior decorations, pricing is not bad for the quality of food youre receiving, food came out in a timely manner, and the overall size and quality of the food portions were really good. 10/10 would absolutely

Stopped by for a quick bite while charging my car on the way to Vegas. It took about 25 minutes for the food to come out, but it was worth the wait. Fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. Great stop if you’re not in a rush!

Our family comes to the Hesperia pizza factory often. The whole staff is great but Alyssa is always so friendly and really takes our families gluten allergies seriously. The food and service were very good. I would give this place a 5 stars. However, I noticed the eating area wasn't kept up too clean. Maybe they were short-handed?

Pizza is amazing. My husband and I are big on cheese and pizza dough being of the upmost importance; this place has got it. Actually all three locations in the high desert are good. Prices are reasonable and ambiance is casual. Only thing I can complain about is one of the video games and candy machines, along with the change machine, usually have some sort of issues, so be careful about that. Over all, excellent place to eat.

Travis was such a nice kid had great customer service. Great food nice timing. I would have 5 for service but the lil girl with blonde hair tall and thin was a lil rude🤍

First off, this place has amazing prices for what you get. If you are on a tight budget and you have a big family and/or a bunch of kids, then this is the place for you. I will say, the pizza is not that good and it's just a tiny salad bar but it IS all-you-can-eat AND drink for only 8 bucks!

Disappointed. Expensive. Dough sucks. Wings are no good. And I truly believe little ceasers pizza has better bread sticks. The beer sure is cold though. Make you forget the food is mediocre. Way better pizza at several other locations for a better price.

This is what passes for bone-in chicken... Freezer nuggets ..........for how much! $16.... dollars for a 10 pcs!!!

Ordered the Bone In Wings and got 10 of them that were the size of Lil Caesars Wings. Had the Mango Habanero and BBQ, Absolutely No Spice whatsoever for the Mango Habanero, BBQ wings tasted like normal BBQ (Nothing Wrong with that but $18 for 10 super small wings?! Outrageous, Great Service and Cleanliness is phenomenal tho

Floors were gross and the trash containers were so gross (as pictured), I didn’t even want to toss my trash. And the soda machine had something hanging off it with duck tape. Such a shame!

I asked about 3 times to fill the salad bar, girls in the back are not customer friendly. Soda machines not working, most arcade games not working. I did not see any of the staff clean or ask any of the guests if we are ok....salad bar was so/so pizza was good. The guy up front was nice. Please fix things up, clean and have smiles on your face girls.

I ordered an all meat med. pizza and antipasto salad. They both were AWFUL!!!! The pizza was not cooked throughout, raw dough was gross. The salad was some greens, about 3 or 4 slices of salami and cheese, 1 peprocini pepper,, and a small dressing. No tomato, no olives, which are available in the salad bar. It may be close to home, but to get trash for $32. , never again. I haven't been this disappointed in a pizza place in many years.

The food was disgusting the sauce of the Pizza sauce was like a lunchable but even lunchables are better than this trash, the service wasn't that bad but the cleanliness of this place was horrid, the food crumbs at the table booths were pushed into the cracks of the sitting booth and the walls were dirty aswell. I mean is it that hard to clean I can even clean up better than whoever even "cleaned" this place. Won't ever be going back.

The workers are getting younger and the wait times for food, drinks and condminents are getting longer, there is no management whenever we come, which is unfortunate because we are a big group and always spend well over $200 not including tips when we come. The kids hide in the back talking, chatting and not caring that they have customers waiting over an hour after they've ordered their food, we haven't even gotten the food over an hour later the restaurant is empty and their excuse is their printer didn't print the order?!?! If we didn't bring this to anyone's attention BTW we wouldn't have gotten our food, We aren't the only ones either 2 other customers on a table not too far from us are visibly annoyed there orders have not been prepared yet as well. This place is going down hill fast! WE WON'T BE BACK, SO SO SAD WE'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. Also they hand out cracked glasses to drink from so check yours. Luckily I saw this before my husband cut his mouth
