I think my wife still wonders how I can plan our errands around Jack's Flats(regular tacos)-I just love 'em. Meals here have always been prepared fast & just as ordered whether we do the drive thru or eat inside. The entire operation is clean and well kept. . But- it gets hard to drive past there - family remembers the great world serious strawberry shakes. But that's on me.

This is my favorite Jack in the box to stop at weather on my way to work or on my way home or if I just want a snack anyways people that work there always seem to be cool always get my order right and never a long wait the fan favorite boxes are fire : ok lil update I do have a small problem can't ever get the free 🍟 again I tried today and didn't work but still my spot specially the sour dough jack

I like this Jack in the box. I like to order my tacos well done and add shredded cheddar cheese and they always get it right and they're always friendly and they're always fast.

I had a great experience until one worker decided to react inappropriately over receiving a possible maintenance alert in regard to their fancy sod pop machine. I honestly have a hard time being upset over this lady's response to my tip. The hours of operation clearly states the Dining Room closes at 12:00AM, and this inappropriate reaction occurred around 1:05AM. It is easy to reply something to the effect she was tired of my overstaying my welcome. There's more, a Drive-Thru customer was able to enter the Dining Room when the doors should have been locked already. This man was rather vocal about having to wait a long time to resolve the errors in how they prepared his order. It is easy to dismiss that a combination of my overstaying my welcome and her being upset at the other man. Bottom line, I choose to let this role off my back like water off a duck's backside because we are all human beings. The thing that surprised me the most is the fact that she was very professional in how she handled the inability to fill my order for a milkshake, due to the machine running out of ice cream. She told me that the overnight crews stop selling that product on their shift so that the daily maintenance can be performed before refilling the machine.

Most jack in the box drive through are run efficiently compared to McDonald's that I've observed. Plus they sell breakfast all day long. The coffee is about as good and sometimes better than McDonald's which is less consistent than jack in the box.

I like Jack in the Box. The chain of restaurants has been around for a long time and not only do they know how to serve customers fast but they have always been ahead of the curve. They offer a wide variety of foods to choose from and even if it was just the Breakfast Jack sandwich they have been offering breakfast anytime for many many years. And their food hasn't changed. Sure some menu items have come and gone but the tacos, burgers or breakfast jacks you get today are just like they were 30 years ago. If anything they've improved their menu by adding more choices and increasing variety. Good stuff.

I've been to this Jack in the Box a few times and every time I've had good service. Late at night there are often long lines but that is to be expected because Jack in the Box is one of the only places open so late! It's a good thing to be busy because it proves how good the food is!

Good quick and easy food

I was at this location around 7am on 8-13-18 and have to say that I had an excellent experience. The staff greeted me and my order was taken quickly and competently. A woman was busy stocking the drink station, but happily answered a curious question I had about the soda machine before returning to her stocking of the stations. While she was doing so a man was busy cleaning the windows and clearly cared about not leaving stains or streaks. The fact that every employee I could see was working diligently and happily gave me full confidence that this entire establishment was clean and well cared for.

Love there breakfast burritos and they serve them all day, both like other places that advertise they do and then don't. I've have their other items also, and everything is great, real onion rings not just bread with onion flavor. Every item I've had their has been awesome never any complaints.

I am emotionally attached to Jack in the box because my name is Jason Ball My dad is Jack Ball I have never met him but I seen him on commercials I actually have seen my brother on commercials as well hopefully someday I'll get to meet them!

Ordered the scrambler breakfast (I think that's what it's called) and a deluxe breakfast sandwich w/eggs, ham, bacon, and cheese. Both were very tasty. Took one star off for Coke and Diet Coke which had weak flavor and not much carbonation.

The service was great. All the employees are always friendly. The food would have had a 5 star rating except you could taste the oil was not fresh. It just has an after taste.

This Jack in the Box has been well managed for over a decade. Food is served hot, and brought to you if you eat in. I have never received an incorrect order. Right at the freeway, it is usually busy but have always received the food promptly.

It's fast food. But it was very clean. And bathroom was in great condition. Smelled great. Attendants check every hour. The kitchen looked clean and organised. FRIENDLY and courteous staff. Drive thru was really quick and explained every bags contents to me before driving away. Food was fresh and nothing was burnt or over cooked. Definitely one of the best Jacks drive thrus in the High Desert, even placed the desserts in separate bags.

It's just your regular Jack in the Box. Regular service regular fast food regular prices. Their burgers would be so much better if the beef patty was cooked fresh to order because they're using high quality brioche buns with fresh lettuce and tomato

Drive thru wait was long. Especially since there was only 3 cars. Didnt recieve exactly what i ordered. Went back, walked in to make sure i get what i ordered(new order). 17 minute wait. I was the only one. Only saw 3 workers obviously under staffed. Food was ok😏.

The line was short but moved slowly, and the drive-thru person had a hard time hearing me. However, staff was friendly, and even thou I had to almost yell for them to hear me, they didn’t assume I was frustrated. I ordered an Extreme Sausage combo. It was cooked very well but the hash brown was flavorless. And I don’t add salt to food or cook much with salt, so for me to think something needed salt says a lot.

The employees never show any enthusiasm, they don't move the homeless dude who hangs out right at the trash can and is yelling at times while you're pulling out of the drive thru and stopping to throw something away. I have nothing against the homeless, I just don't want some one 8 feet away from where I'm grabbing my food. Tripping balls, yelling at random stuff, staring me down, swiping at stuff in the air. He even reached his hand in the window of the car in front of me when the guy stopped to toss something in the trash. I watched the guy in car shove his arm back out of the window. Yes this issue goes above Jack's employees, and it's not their fault per say. But at least call the police and have it dealt with. Your customers are being harassed.

Honestly who doesn't like jacks. The food is always good but the service is something else. We spend like $30 to $60 almost every visit and they still want to charge us for buttermilk but every other sauce is free. And they still give us attitude as we asked. Other than this place is average.

This place is of the 15 fwy,its is the last stop for a while in each direction north or south from vegas or needles that being said..... The people that come here are mostly to use the restroom or transigents in area and that is why the low rating nothing to do with the food or people just bad placement and very little traveler options here

They locked the dining room door slightly ahead of scheduled closing time. And then the mgr wanted to argue with me about whether they closed early or not. I showed her the time on my tablet and it showed exactly 10 pm after I had already been there a few minutes. Then she tried to cover herself by saying the time their register said was ahead of what my tablet showed. She reluctantly let me in as I told her I was handicapped and needed to use the restroom. She then gave me a cup of coffee I ordered. Before leaving I asked to see the time on the terminal and she acted surprised when it was exactly in sync with my tablet. She knew she was caught lying at that point. Then she stated she would have to talk to the employees about not locking the doors ahead of time. Not a good policy for store to lockup ahead of scheduled closing time when a handicapped person may struggle to exit their vehicle to come in to use the restroom and place an order only to find that the doors are locked early.

Ordered a sourdough jack. One side of the bun wasn't even toasted and my order was missing other items. When I let them know with a photo just to know, the manager said they would send me a free meal voucher, that never came. Very disappointed in service as well as food.

This happened at 1:20 am. Night shift. My husband went to this specific location and the person taking the order messed up and put chicken sandwhich instead of 2 tacos. Idk how you get that messed up but this isn't the first time this location has messed up my order or my husband's. So he goes back and says they messed it up but then he has to pay for the chicken sandwich he didnt order and the tacos that he did order because they don't care about their costumers only that they don't get the fault for their mistakes.

terrible lady cashier order taker. Said she couldn't understand me. I speak English. So a nice guy comes out to translate for her he understood every word I said. Then when I get to the cashier window she has an attitude and tries to make out she doesn't understand the words BBQ really. Then my order is wrong even though right on the screen and forgot my drinks I had to ask. I honestly think she was just being horrible for the sake of it.

No line still had a long wait. Drink machine was out of the main flavors Fanta orange, and reg coke. Had to wait to get them refilled. After that the machine wouldn't work. Made a special trip from our jobsite at 5 am to get breakfast. I pull in to the drive thru and I'm told we are updating our computer so we are not taking orders. So I drove away with nothing but disappointment. If I was the owner I would up date my computers on days when the place was closed.

We come here often because me husband like the chicken strips. Last time they gave us spicy when we did not ask for it and this time we ordered 1 regular piece chicken strip combo with onion rings instead of fries. When we got home and took the boxes out of the bag, we got 2 boxes of onion rings.....thank God I ordered 2 tacos also. My husband is disabled and this is one thing he looks forward to and the last 2 times Jack in the Box has failed.

I have alot of trouble communicating with others. I guess that doesn't mix well with irritable workers. They kept switching between workers to take my order and some misinformed guy told me to get out of his drive through and that he wasn't going to take my order.

Gave me my drink which took awhile and the entire cup is filled with ice. I paid almost $3 for a cup of ice with a little bit of dr pepper. When I got home my cluck sandwich was super dry, had barely any sauce on it and had no pickles which it comes with. I'm really annoyed and don't know why I waste my hard earned money there. I would have been better off going to Del Taco. If I could give negative stars I would.

Just went over to Jack In The Box ordered $50 worth of food and the manager and drive-thru order taker was the worst person I have ever had to deal with in my life I asked for a ranch after spending $50 he told me 32 cents because he wanted to be rude and objective no I told him if that's the case I would like a refund of my money he replied with no close the window and want and locked the front door and refused to take his food back and give me my money I will be calling corporate I will be finding the owner of this Jack in the Box and I would want my money back and this guy terminated before I will ever return to this Jack in the Box please all friends stay away from this terrible person so we can get the service we all deserve for the money that we spend and the time that we take to enjoy food with this company so please don't waste your time or money I will be updating this daily till I am satisfied with the outcome 3days later I've called multiple times and was told the store manager would be in this morning I called this morning and they said she would not be until after 10:00 still nothing's been resolved too bad I don't have a corporate number

Worst service I’ve ever had. The girl taking my order would talk over me in such a rude tone just because we were taking slightly longer than she wanted. I was ordering for 6 people. Just be a little patient. Also after purchasing $50 worth of food they wanted to charge me for sauce. No will I ever go back to a fast food restaurant that wants to charge me for sauce packets. Watch out for the night shift leader with glasses. He’s hella sassy and refuses to give service to people. Came into the drive thru one night and he looked very high. Red eyes and breath smelled like weed. You can tell he’s smoking on the clock. Bagged the wrong food as well. Doesn’t care about his job and only wants people out of the way.

I ordered food through delivery and they forgot my drink. I called Jack in the Box and they said I have to pick it up to get my forgotten drink. That’s why I ordered delivery, I can’t pick it up because I have no vehicle. I then asked for a refund and they can only do cash in person. This is for the owners of this jack in box. Your night shift is something to be desired. First either hire more people or teach your employees how to listen to people's orders and not be in such a rush. You charge for extra sauce which is fine but when you ask for it during the order charge me then . Rushed at the window handed bags told it's all in there . We'll guess what it wasn't no extra sauce and recived fries not curly fires like we ordered. So why use the drive thru when I then have to walk in and get the order corrected. This is not the first time with this group of night ladies. Sad that people raised min wage so high I'd take a bunch of teenagers working than grumpy old ladies that hate their job.
