There are many coffee houses but I prefer Starbucks. It is one of those "little pleasures of life". It might be a little expensive but it's a nice treat one in a while

Friendly staff who speak English. Place is tidy and on weekday mornings it has lots of space to sit and get some work done.

Great place for grabbing your Starbucks coffee and have some work done. The only cons is that this Starbucks doesn't offer much variety of sandwiches and bread as other ones in the city.

The drinks were nice, but the service is what made me write this review. Andy, who took my order, was very nice and helpful, bringing me a straw when he noticed I struggled to drink my Frappuccino. This is the first time I see a waiter noticing a client's need then helping them. Thank you! :)

Staff were friendly, service was fast. The pain au chocolat was good and the Matcha Tea Latte was delicious as usual. The brownies were very tasty but a bit on the sweet side and didn't have walnuts.

The staff seem a little bit confused with the orders, but overall it's a nice and cozy place. One of the Starbucks you'd rather drink your coffee at inside than getting a to-go.

it is spacious and tiny at the same time. It looks just like any other Starbucks, nothing special. The servers were very nice and the drinks are good! Nothing to complain about but also nothing to brag about

Typical Starbucks, unfortunately limited to Plaza opening hours. Nice place, clean, friendly stuff and good chances to get a seat. Starbucks app accepted. Only 4 stars because they start cleaning and finishing the day too early so that few minutes before closing not everything is available

Nice location, except it appears the same people are here everytime I come in with their laptops, etc. using the internet. While they're only doing what was intended for the internet, you'll find you dont have anywhere to sit. I was staying at a hostel nearby and I swear it was the same people everyday taking up the same seats as if they were assigned to them!

Always friendly staff. They have nice and different options and they prepare the orders really fast. There are always seasonal offers and specials. They already have the automn offers like pumpkin spice latte, iced pumpkin spice drink and pumpkin spice cappuccino. I tried the pumpkin spice latte and it was as good as always - a soul warming drink.

Well I have not tried any food items from Starbucks but what i have tried was there matcha tea with cream and that was something quite nice..I have tried latte and cold coffee but this was totally something new.

I went here to use my free drinks from the app. The staff was nice, but the line was very long. An employee started stacking chairs and tried to take my half-full coffee cup an hour before closing. On the bright side, the place was cleaner than other Starbucks branches. There's also no customer restroom.

No air conditioning and very basic for a Starbucks.

The crew is not the nicest.

This Starbucks is in a mall and you have to use the pay-per-use bathrooms of you need them. You get a sanifair coupon back, which you are supposed to use in the stores in the mall... Except Starbucks, who decided customers don't need bathrooms. Otherwise, a normal Starbucks experience.

Regular Starbucks cafe there’s nothing wrong with the coffee or the pastries it’s just that the last two times we’ve visited the staff wasn’t in a good mood they seemed annoyed and weren’t very helpful, maybe they weren’t having a good day but it was twice in a row. Hopefully the service will get better next time.

I had a disappointing experience at your store today. The blonde girl who initially took my order was extremely rude : no greeting, no eye contact, and a very cold attitude. I ordered two iced lattes, but after she served someone else, she came back and handed me two hot lattes instead. When I told her I had ordered iced lattes, she bluntly said, “That’s a latte.” I explained again that I specifically asked for iced lattes, and instead of apologizing, she took the drinks back very rudely and made new ones. She then handed them to me with a very dismissive attitude and strange facial expressions , no apology, no words, just clear annoyance. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I usually enjoy coming to Starbucks, but this experience left a very bad impression.

Standard Starbucks fare. Limited Vegetarian options. Confusing names of coffees, which you are guaranteed to forget by the time you get your order. Constantly changing menu doesn't help with a great experience. And to top it all, SBX is damn expensive.

5€ for a tea. If you like tea, go across to "Tee Gschwendner". Sorry Starbucks, but hot water and tea is not worth this price you charge. Also, the chai tea is a syrup and should not be sold as chai. Please improve the tea selection.

Absolutely the worst!!! I live in NL (previously USA). Was driving thru Frankfurt and decided to stop at this mall. Got a Gingerbread Latte there on Wed 30th of October (pics below to prove) on my way down to Munich, 3 says later Saturday I'm driving back home and we stop again, my daughter and I. And we wait over half an hour at the counter, new person training- fine, we were patient. A supervisor comes to help as there are now 20 people+in the line behind us and a lady ordering gets 20 (5 euro gift cards) they have to scan and add individually. Finally the batista that's making coffee comes to take our order, I again order a Gingerbread Latte, add they also have it advertised on the poster behind the registers, and she said are you a member, I said no. She then said I can't serve you the Latte. Then Supervisor pipped in and said yes you can't get it, you're not a member. I said I don't live here, I have the App from US, he says that has nothing to do with us. He was also very rude to my daughter as she sneezed while we were waiting, making a joke "hope it's not the big Corona". It wasn't funny, and they absolutely refused to serve me. After a few minutes I gave up and walked out of there. Pics below as I was sooooo excited to have the Gingerbread Latte again for about 2 months, it's my absolute favorite there. Now I'm avoiding all Starbuck over one mean Supervisor that ruined my and my daughters day with his attitude and rudeness. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I asked for a dairy free drink since i have an intolerance but the guy that did it decided to use the dairy blender without even questioning what he was doing, i tried to get his attention and ask him to use another blender but they were all minding their own business. i spent 9 euro for something i couldnt even drink. if you dont care enough to do stuff the right way next time dont do it in front of the costumers

Worst ice coffee ever. They couldn't offer most of their menue. Because they didn't have it. And ice caffee was just some ice blocks witj watery taste milk and barley any coffee. See the photo. I had never experienced starbucks like that.
