Go here instead of the watermen location especially for meatless or vegetarian options!!! Fast. Friendly. I always get my correct order here! Never had any issues here!

Why do I keep getting asked to contribute to places over and again? Because this IE staple is the bomb. While the others give smaller portions. Bakers has remained and in some cases dishing up even more per serving

In the middle of SB, usually there's bad customer service . NOT HERE, fresh food came in less than 5 mins and this is one of THE VERY few places that serve vegetarian food AND ROOTBEER!! Everyone was friendly and bilingual.

Bakers has always stayed consistent in quality, service and atmosphere. Also the prices are descent.

When through the drive series so I do not know about the atmosphere however the service was quick and the drive-through line was quick

I went through the drive-through ordered a quesadilla with no green sauce, plain burger, and cheese, and some french fries with a vanilla shake. Everything came out good. The price is not that reasonable but it’s workable.

I love coming here as a kid. now I still love the tacos' the meat is still soft but I move from san bernardino one day I will move back and enjoy the tacos.once more. plus I think they still had a big bucket of chocolate ice cream I once had as a kid. i love bakers and it will be my favorite place to eat again

Walked in to use the restroom. Needed a code and the older gentleman kindly gave it to me. Restroom was neatly kept and very clean. Smelled clean, and the tp was super soft. Apart from the small graffiti scratches on the sink and blow dryer, the movement sensor light kept turning off which made it slightly uncomfortable to relieve myself. Apart from that, 10/10 would definitely come here to poop again.

Always a good option for a simple fast food joint with Mexican and American food. The wait is slightly longer than some of your common chains, but reasonable and typically well worth it. The spicy ketchup and fries are a real treat. It's hard to go wrong with a double cheeseburger.

Got papa twin deal. Best tasting cheese buger, love the taco... 1/2 pound fries better than in n out. Super LG drink all for 6.99 oh .40 cent extra for cheese. Well worth it.

worst bakers so far, employees are really nice on the other hand the manager is not. today i went in to make an order and was waiting for more than 10 minutes because the manger (gladis) was in the drive through window OFF THE CLOCK yelling at her employees in front of the customers causing them to not work and waste all our times, it was really unprofessional! i often do come in here and she won’t be helping out her workers as the manager on floor.

Unfortunately, this location needs help. They got my order wrong even when I told the guy at the window the correct one. He was really nice and apologetic about the wait, but the presentation of the food and the long wait really killed my Bakers vibe. I do miss my pound of fries 😭😭😭

This was the best Italian food I can ever remember having. I got the pasta norcina and it was amazing. He got the lasagna which was also delicious - though we liked mine better. Even the bread they served before the meal was great. The service was decent and they brought us a complimentary dessert which was very tasty. It's going to be difficult to eat other Italian food after this - it will be hard for anything else to live up to it.

I don't eat here often but when I do, they do not disappoint. I love their Taco Burger the best. I also picked up a vanilla shake and it really is the best one made with real ice cream and simple milk. They also started a kiosk inside to order which is kind of cool. I'm not a fast-foodie but I love the kiosk as McDonald's because they always tend to mess up your order even when I go just for their ice caramel macchiato which they no longer make. So the kiosk is a sure thing. I'm from OC and my dad and brother both say they wish Baker's was in OC as well.

First time ever eating at any Bakers. Food was really good and the service was awesome.

Walked inside to order no other peoplewere ahead of me, I think had I gone thru the drive thru I would have gotten my order quicker.

95% of the time we go to the drive-thru not enough parking in the lot or at least the handicap space for myself.. my experience that day was a little crazy.. I first went to Del Taco to get my husband a burrito notice the burrito wasn't the choice that I picked after I left.. ended up going to Bakers should have been my first choice I haven't eaten anything that I did not like.. never had a problem with customer service always polite even if you make a mistake in your order they try to make a right at least at this store..

When we go back to the IE we always get Bakers. This location is good except the way the drive in and drive way collide. They gotta fix that. Employees were friendly. The double baker is what this place is about, plus some of their tacos with the slice of tomato in it is what sets them apart from the others. The curl ur tounge sauce and habenero ketchup with frys is what I like from there.

This was my first time here and I have to say for fast food it was pretty good. I had mostly the Mexican food. Staff was nice too.

Love coming here,but I ordered the Cali steak 🥩 burrito 🌯,yuck!!!!! The meat is not tenderized at all,it was chewy ugh never again!!!!!!!

The staff here are fast & friendly, smiling and eager to help. The food is always good hot & yummy just as I ordered it. The wait through the drive- thru can be a little bit longer Huntington's than expected but the courteous staff and great food make it worth it.😊

The food is always pretty good here. But they gave me a burrito instead of a quesadilla. But someone caught me before I left the drive thru to tell me. But didn't let me keep the burrito like most places would. Also there a security guard who thinks he is guarding the white house, he stares at you the hole time.

This is the best Bakers in San Bernardino. They take the most care in terms of quality. They don't charge for little things like extra burger dressing and onions as I have been at other Baker's in the area. This burger holds up to In and Out if you ask me

Burritos are made too small now, beef burrito is soooo small, it used to be a little bigger than how it is right now and is more expensive, I understand everything is expensive but reducing the size and increasing the price is totally wrong, people don't mind paying for the price but give them back the original size. Also check your bags and order alway messed my order and when you call never have gotten any answer of my complains, food missing or wro g order. A totally bad service.

Needed to break a 100$ bill they didn't have change had to leave without my ...I was not happy 🙄

I enjoy Baker's, they are normally friendly at this location and the food has always been good in my experience. The prices are a bit high but not super high. I like that if you dine in they bring the food to you at the table like a restaurant does. Only thing I suggest is if you go through the drive thru, ask for extra sauce because they will give you like two if you don't.

Best Bakers in San Bernardino! Excellent staff and food is consistently good. They redid their menu! Now you pick your entree and then you tell them what size. Super easy. I love their plain cheese burgers..just meat, cheese and bun! I also get their original beef tacos and add sour cream to them. Super bomb! They have the best iced green tea too!! Love it!!

I don't know if there was only 1-2 people working when I went through, but extremely slow. Food was not that tasty.

Bakers is always delicious but I think I had a bad experience the other day I had a 50 dollar bill and they didn't have any change I was hungry and they didn't even care to top it off my order was like 20 dollars. So yea no bakers for me that day.

Burger had so much mustard, cinammon bread was really hard.

They changed the menu and I don't typically eat @Bakers. I was ordering for other people and instead of helping me figure out what they replaced the offer menu items with the girl taking the orders just kept replying with the same words over & over. Corporate read my review and reached out. They were kind enough to invite me back on them. I'll try a different Baker's. Thank you corporate.

The girl at the drive thru might have been over whelmed at lunch rush cuz she got my drink wrong..i felt bad I didn't even bring it to her attention. No biggie.. but the beans were a little too salty and taco shells had a weird aftertaste. 🤷‍♀️

When ever I'm in the Inland Empire I stop at a Bakers. I love the tacos and bean burritos. This one was quick with my order and the staff were nice.

The burrito I ordered wasnt the right one. And the fries were room temperture. It didnt make me want to go back anytime soon .

Serves good food. The management is not good though !! Don't bother bringing in food handlers certificate because the managers don't seem to know what it is.. I presented mine and the woman asked me what it was !! I was like uhhh don't you have one ?

When I got up to the window to pay for my order the individual that took my order somehow had split it when it was supposed to be all together. So she had to fix the order which she did. I was confused by it because she was the individual that had took my order at the speaker. Made no sense of it but she fixed it and got the order correct.

Since they added the kiosk, the employees don't pay attention to you. Your orders take longer than they ever have. I'm very disappointed.

They have no workers. The wait is crazy. My last time going, my fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. It's always hit and miss.

This food is way overpriced. It's not worth what they charge. One soda, one Boca Burger, an order of french fries and a burrito $18. The burrito, fries and soda was a combo meal, mama size. I can get similar food and size at del Taco or Taco Bell and not pay that much. Thumbs down Bakers for gouging people.

I dont get food here much anymore like i used to. The prices went up and seems they got rid of the daily deals a long time ago as well as my favorite menu item; shredded beef! I stopped by for a cherry coke on my way home because those who know , know bakers makes them best! I noticed they brought back budget meals as i pulled in so i made my order a meal. The line wasnt long but we waited forever. My daughter said same happened last week when she stopped by for a couple of shakes and had one car ahead of her. It was about 20-30 minutes so they must be short staffed for sure. The food is good, fries are great, grean tea is also one to try if you havent!

These burgers used to be juicy and fresh. I got one and it was dry and unimpressive. It looked terrible and the taste wasn't any better. This isn't the Bakers we grew up with.

We stopped by for dinner around 6pm and the doors were locked. There was a note on the door stating that they were only taking orders through the drive thru for the associates safety. Understanding their worker's safety is number 1, but what's happening to the customer service?! What a waste of time getting off our car, and the drive thru line was so long.

Showed up at 11:45 on 9/4 and the place was closed. I googled and it showed they closed at 12:00am very disappointed!! I even got someone on the speaker that tolde me it was closed and when i said it was 11:45 and not 12am they ignored me

Recently in the Autumn of 2017 they changed their menu, and destroyed their familiar menu that was very popular with it's customers. Items on the menu, popular meals where taken away while disguising raised new prices by changing the menu. All this to the dismay of loyal customers familiar to a culture that they built around their brand. Neal T. Baker would be sadly disappointed on how his restaurants are being managed if he was alive today. The original Baker's location. This place was remodeled in the 90s. Unfortunately all of the original restaurant was demolished or has been altered to its current look. This at one time actually had the original twin kitchen ordering Windows one side for Mexican food and the other side for American food. Baker's has done nothing to save its heritage or company history.

Do not come for taco Tuesday....very very skimpy with the meat you cant even taste it in the taco koo...my tacos where Pure lettuce and cheese will not be returning!!...there are alot of reviews saying the same thing...they dont give you any meat very greedy and I feel cheated!!

Staff is extremely rude. Literally watched the so called manager make my food with no gloves after he just got done handling money for at least 3-4 customers. There is nothing good to say about Bakers. They are over priced. The quality of food we get for these prices is absolutely obsurd. 4.99 for a tiny little beef burrito , 4.69 for a small shake it just goes on. I have never seen burritos so small .

I’ve been to this location twice, and I ordered a combination burrito that hardly had any meat in it and it was small as a microwave burrito. It was early in the morning on my way to work. If I could give 0 stars I would. I think this Baker’s drive thru is rationing one pot of meat for the whole day or saving food to take home 🤦🏻‍♀️ Never again! I’m not surprised why we were the only car there.

I have bee going to Bakers for decades. This is the first time that my order was terrible. I bought a boca burger a few weeks ago.. It was terrible. I dont eat beef and it has been a joy to eat a Boca burger here. They have really good food. But my order tasted and looked like dog food

Food is good, the service is the thing I complaint about. Drive thru takes for ever, if you are in a hurry then this is not the place by any means. They take over 20 minutes for an order, that's insane.

Expensive. Original founder died, and whoever took over is nothing but money hungry. Their prices have gone up considerably. Something that use to cost me MAYBE $20, now easily cost $30+. Bakers has lost my business; I can get better fast food for cheaper.

Went there this evening on my way home from picking up my son from work, order the family meal #1 got all the way home and they forgot to put the cheeseburgers in the bag as I had them add cheese to hamburgers extra cost. I went through the drive-thru last Thursday afternoon. I orded a taco burger & a taco. I thought the taco looked old. I ate it and the taco burger and got so sick. I will never go back to this location. I called and talked to the manager.

I ate a simple bean and cheese burrito and French fries. There was a grey hair in my burrito, I thought it was cheese just melted but I pulled it out my mouth and nope !! Small great hair ... manager asked if I wanted another burrito but I declined, he asked if I wanted anything but at the point I was not hungry anymore. The whole time I'm talking to the manager they don't have any hair nets on even the ladies. Wow

I went to the Highland ave location by E street for taco Tuesday and was so disappointed. Bakers has fallen. The taco meat was almost non existent and was mostly lettuce. I'm not one to complain and hate to do it but this time I had to. I took the taco back to the counter and told them I think they forgot to put the taco meat in my tacos. They remade my tacos and it wasn't much different, maybe a little more cheese and tomatoes. At this point I just ate my food and left, didn't want to argue, I just won't be spending my money there anymore. And to be fair it's not just that location, it's all of them. I've noticed this for about 2 years now but I kept hoping it would get better. The quality has gone down while prices have risen. It's really sad because I grew up on Bakers and can not believe how they have changed.

Total rip off. I paid $10 and cents for a chicken quesadilla and an original taco. The quesadilla is so thin with so little ingredients I had to fold it several not once, twice to get somewhat of a mouthful. My buddy and I were laughing at how so shamelessly you ripped me off. Went there last night, they didnt give me my daughters grilled cheese and when i asked them the girl try to accuse me of taking it out, like really over a grilled cheese. And in the end shes the one who made a mistake, and then i ordered 3 double burgers and all 3 were singles! Never will i go back there again

I'll begin with the fries that weren't cooked at all and even my dog wouldn't eat them. My "combo burrito" had absolutely nothing in it, an extremely stale and hard tortilla that they attempted to grill to hide that fact and in general it was disgusting. The tiny amount of meat in my "combo burrito" didn't taste like it had any of their seasoning on it at all. I was so disappointed. I rarely eat here because it's so expensive, I'd rather go to In N Out and get great food that's cheaper BUT I decided to treat myself and now I wish I didn't. I also couldn't get the website to work for check in and realized that every time I go there, it doesn't work. All around bad experience. Save your money and go to In N Out, Bakers has been horrible since they changed their menu. BTW, I have to find something else to eat because the stale tortilla definitely didn't take my hunger away.

I think I just made the final trip to this location. I was waited on by Jessica today. At the very least, she was one of the rudest people that I've ever met and the hospitality and restaurant industry. Although I've been visiting this location for nearly 50 years, I doubt I will be back. The place was filthy , the employees were rude, the weight for fast food was way too long and now they want you to order on a kiosk instead of with a real person. Neil Baker would roll over in his grave if he saw this place today.

So disappointed. I love the salsa from Bakers, usually I get it from Waterman Ave (102) but the highland Ave (101) was on the way home. I had to spit that salsa out because it was room temp and felt like it was left out long enough to ferment 🤮

I can count the strands of cheese with my fingers and toes that sucked because I worked here once before. What sucks even more as I live across the street.This lady felt it was her duty to "charge me extra for extra cheese".She showed me the measuring scoop and it's like an 1/8th of a cup....all 4 of my tacos were very sad. I'd make that white guy the manager of that location in a heartbeat, he at least has some decency. People here are unbelievable, it's just a job go and find another one.....Have a blessed life..

If I can give 0 stars I would. I ordered a ground beef burrito. First off the burrito was so SKINNY. Mostly all tortilla. The meat was OLD. It was black and hardened. And there was no more than 3-4 specs of cheese. Worst burrito I ever had. They took almost 7-8 minutes just to make a burrito. Everything was uncalled for. Do better !

The restrooms were cleaner than the dining area. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere wasn’t very inviting my food. I give it a half star and I only gave it the one because I couldn’t get the half because it looked like somebody just threw up on it, took out the trash and put it on serve to me. My overall service would have to be one and a half star only because customer service was so friendly and that’s why I give it the one and a half star.
