Went in today. I ordered alittle less than 15 min n by the time I was there it was ready. The cashier was nice to, so friendly.

Had a delivery from this outlet, very prompt and delivered hot and tasty. Very happy customer.

I love going into this pizza hut location across the street from the flower shop dream garden. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I especially like that I can earn points which makes me want to come back. 10/10

I had the worst experience in the store as some of the promotion and advertising brought me in so I wanted to try out the promotion and use my EBT card. The staff was very rude, dismissive once I presented my payment and almost hesitant to ask if I wanted anything else but was completely pleasant before I presented my payment. Then all of a sudden the wifi and the machine used to process the transactions didn't work... I naturally was uncomfortable but the employees were even more rude and kept pressuring me by asking for another payment and saying my card wasn't working and had been so short and abrasive about the whole situation so I left. When I turned to talk to the other customers they complained about several issues with applications, orders and customer service.

Pizza we ordered was super mini size :) Hawaii 5.min.waiting time, very ok. Place is nice and cozy, friendly staff . I been surprized that they didn’t have oregano 🤷‍♂️

I always love eating here. And I love e that the hours posted on the door say that they're open so late now, too! The rewards program makes it easy to earn free food, and who says no to a free medium pizza? My only two suggestions would be to not make the dining area so frigid and try to get there well before the posted closing time. When I arrived with a little more then 45 minutes to spare, I was shuffled out the door and told that my friend and I would have to wait outside. We were allowed to pick up the food we ordered however. Overall: the clean restaurant, well above average food, and generous rewards program most definitely outweigh the unexpected ejection from the store to get a 5-star rating from me. I'll eat here again, soof!

Selected "leave at door, contactless delivery" They left it OUTSIDE of my building in the cold. Called to have it redone.. waited an hour for them to cancel the second order saying another driver accidently took my order. Sure... no apology, nothing.

This is the slowest and most incompetent location. We have been waiting for our pizza for almost 30 minutes now. She messed up our previous order didn't offer anything complimentary and we are still waiting for our order even after many people that came after us and even delivery orders. Don't come to this location unless you have an hour to waste.

I am writing to share a very disappointing experience my wife and I had at this Pizza Hut location. We ordered pizza along with fries. When the food arrived, the fries were almost cold. I politely informed Brenda, the server, about the issue. Instead of addressing it professionally, she argued with me and refused to replace the fries at first. After I tried to explain the situation again, she rudely threw the fries in the trash and reluctantly brought us a new serving. This behavior was unprofessional and aggressive, and it made my wife feel genuinely uncomfortable. As paying customers, we expect courteous and respectful service — not confrontation. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again. Staff should be trained to handle customer concerns with respect and professionalism.

I bought a pizza and tipped for their service only to find that the pizza was never cut. I called and told them and they said they are all pre-cut there is nothing they can do. After telling them that I have a literal picture of an uncut pizza she said its too late. Terrible customer service at this location. Never again.

Order a dinner for my family at 8:30 order was picked up at 8:15 the guy in the phone that sounded clueless said they couldn’t track the DoorDash driver that picked up the ordered I waited outside for an hour an food never arrived I don’t know what kind of people they hire there but to wait over an hour and get no response a waste of time no communication whatsoever and I never got my food now I gotta dispute an order for food I never got !! Never ordering from this Pizza Hut again they don’t know what they’re doing in there and to top it off the Guy says order again and you can wait for your other money to be refunded
