Amazing happy hour! Karen was so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Visited on a Friday. Happy hour is available from 5-9pm. My group of 3 was able to try several items and drinks from the happy hour menu. Everything was good with awesome drinks, especially the Lychee Delight and the best Piña Colada I've tssted in years! This is a nice spot. Bright, lots of tvs, nice clear sound system. We had a great time!

I went to Fantasy for a drink last Friday and had the most amazing time. I had the pleasure to be served by the most amazing, polite, and friendly bar tender LAYONEL who made sure I had a wonderful time…LAYONEL was attentive, pleasant, polite, friendly and most important respectful. The drinks were amazing. As a result of the amazing service on Friday, I returned on Saturday for a bottle service… again LAYONEL was very attentive to my needs and made sure I had a blast.. Fantasy will continue to be my spot to chill when visiting Miami…. THANK YOU LAYONEL 🤩

I celebrated my birthday here on Thursday the 31st and it lived up to the expectations. We started off at Happy Hour, and I must say the pricing is incredible. Also Happy Hour is until 8pm so definitely really worth going. After 9pm Thursday it was ladies night and the live music was incredible. Went with a group of 20 people and everyone had a great time. The hookah is set up really well and is free, except the refill but also was inexpensive. My coworkers and I will definitely be coming back to Fantasy Room with no hesitation. Thank you guys for such an amazing experience.

It was a surprise visit to Fantasy Room and we were greeted by Karen. Who was very attentive and accommodating. I’m from Texas, and every time I come to Hollywood I always stop by Fantasy. I know a lot of the people there, and everyone is super nice. They always welcome you with great vibes. It’s hands down the best Latino spot in Hollywood—perfect to come with family or to enjoy a drink. Jennifer is one of the best waitresses there; if you get a bottle with her, she’ll take great care of you and treat you with real love. They always have great specials too, like $100 bottles before 12. Fantasy is simply the best place to go in Hollywood. 💃🍾

Great place, great music, my family and friends enjoyed our time this weekend, our waiter Jenny made sure we we’re always good, she will pass by every 15-25 minutes to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything and if we did she’ll be back with whatever we needed in less than a minute. I highly recommend Jenny as your waiter whenever you go.

The venue was very lit, Downtown Hollywood Christmas vibe live DJ out in the parking lot, heavy security and extra with the police which was very assuring. The prices for drinks and food can be a little exorbitant so this is a great place to come to once a month when you want to live the nightlife in Downtown Hollywood. I recommend coming on the weekend.

They have is decorated so nice. They play good music. Staff is friendly. I wish they would dim the lights some it’s so bright in there. It’s a club not a doctors office.

Claudia was great customer service A-1 and the only thing I would say was disappointing was that the hookah was originally $10 but when I ask for a refill they said bit would be $20 I mean what a up charge that is, and when myself and my husband walked into the building we love the welcome, but as the night went on I noticed that they wasn’t so welcoming anymore. The bartender made great drinks and the food was also good, but I love a all around good customer service experience. And I also noticed side conversations In regard's too my husband and I. I would visit again to see if the business gains better customer service. The prices are very reasonable also just need to not show lack of customer service, and it was not busy so I feel that service could have been better. And I actually was ready to take my hard earned money somewhere other then here, because me and my husband really enjoyed out Sunday night football dates. But what I was see it made me super uncomfortable, I didn’t tell my husband what was going on on until we left because I didn’t want him to react and and act a fool, for what I saw. I just felt like it was very racist, I witnessed the bartender and another guy sit and have a conversation about myself and my husband and I feel like all customers should be treated equal me and my husband were the only black African-Americans in the establishment and I just felt very very uncomfortable

I guess of your not Dominican, you wont get service and you'll pay $31 for 3 oz of cheap wine and a bottle of water

Went on a Sunday night for my bffs birthday, only two people ordered drinks my boyfriend and his friend. Shortly after finishing their drinks we took them to the ER as they had both been drugged by the waitress. Luckily they were both fine but the waitress was the only one to handle the drinks and they were both sober before having one drink. We’re lucky that we all didn’t order so we could take care of them. Don’t go if you would like to not visit the ER after. Will be contacting the police.

My 1st time experience…Walked in Sunday evening 1:15am, there was maybe 25 people inside. The selection of music was great but way too loud it was just screaming. DJ should learn to read the room. We sat at a table, it took 8 minutes for a waitress to reach us. After taking a drink order only (4). We sat and waited about 20 minutes and no drinks. There was 4 guys standing behind the bar, just standing there vaping and talking. Needless to say we left.

my friend got drugged by the staff. do not go. writing this from the emergency room as we speak. we didn’t go anywhere previously to this bar. his drink went directly from the bar to him. he was our designated driver and knew 1 beer wouldn’t do anything so he ordered it and after he drank it he immediately knew something was up. they also overcharged as well. this place is begging for a lawsuit.

My visit to Fantasy Room Bar & Grill was far from enjoyable. The staff was shockingly rude, and basic hygiene standards were completely ignored. I witnessed a bartender drop a plastic glass onto the floor, pick it up without any sanitation, pour a drink into it, and hand it to a customer. Waiting for a simple drink took more than 60 minutes, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the place was visibly dirty, with no signs of regular cleaning. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic experience.

The music and vibe are awesome, but they overcharge for the tip—over $80. I've been here three times, and each time they charged my card twice. I had to call my bank for a refund. Be careful; this place seems to do this often, as my friends have had the same issue. Try paying cash or carefully monitor your charges.

Unacceptable noise levels at night. The bass from this club is so loud that it vibrates walls in nearby apartments and continues until early morning hours. Living nearby has become extremely uncomfortable due to constant noise violations. If this continues, I will be filing a formal noise complaint with the city.

Please don’t go there and trust them! Their lying people who up charge on their drinks without notice. They claim to be a Dominican place who Robs people for their money. And make you pay prices that are not on their menu. Like how is one tequila drink (Don Julio) with pineapple juice $45. Not even the beach charge those prices. Their straight up disrespectful. Never going there again! I’ll make sure to also post this review on my page that has thousands of followers!

Our group purchased bottles of Don Julio 70 and Don Julio (Blue/Real), but it became clear very quickly that the alcohol had been altered or replaced with something else. ​The next day, every single person in our group was severely sick and intoxicated in a way that felt like chemical poisoning rather than a typical hangover. It is extremely dangerous for an establishment to sell counterfeit or "refilled" bottles. ​We spent a lot of money expecting premium service, and instead, we ended up with a serious health risk. Do not risk your safety or your money at this establishment. I strongly do not recommend going here.
