Karen is a pleasure to deal with and another reason I frequent that particular Wendy's!

Went through the drive through. The people running the drive through are fast, courteous, and professional. They deserve praise.

Hot food, perfect order, friendly drive thru guy!

Not sure why, but this Wendys is in my top two of best Wendys on Long Island. I have been to many as I work all over the Island. But their food is always hot and fresh. They have never missed an item. Plus their service in generally fast even if the line is out into the parking lot for the drive thru the wait is still worth it.

Probably the first time I've been inside a Wendy's in 20 years because of drive-thrus and you know, MERICA! I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was inside. They have taken some cues from the whole coffee shop movement. All they need is some nicer chairs. They also have a soda machine that is almost like the work of ancient wizardry. You can get almost any soda flavor you can think of. Hey! I don't get out much. This stuff is exciting.

My wife and I are retired on a fixed income. We get 3 crispy chicken sandwiches, 1 large fries and 2 senior drinks for a little over $6. Food is always good.

I love this Wendy’s! Food is always hot and fresh, and every employee I have dealt with here is very friendly. Inside is very clean and well as the bathrooms.

Love the new Bacon Jalepeño Burger. I would also suggest getting a few dipping cups of their Creamy Sriracha to dunk your fries in. That's not to say that there fries are not excellent on their own!

Excellent food. Actually made my burger perfectly like the picture, and it was very fresh. Very nice staff and they work hard and do a very good job.

Gets my order right all of the time and they serve fresh, hot fries without salt upon request for a bit of a wait.

This is by far Wendy’s best location . Food is always tasty and HOT . Friendly employees. I love this location. I’ve been here over 100 times and never was disappointed.

This Wendy's is in a good location. This establishment is clean and staff is friendly. It is located right in the island 16 parking lot. The food is tasty and hot.

Great spacious covid seating has machine in dining for drinks great service never crowed...drive thru busy but not dining so if you have a family kids come on down...

Clean place . Eric (the manger) , Nick , Antonia are the people that go above to make customers happy . If something goes wrong and their on , they will make sure the customer is happy before they leave

This is my preferred Wendy's to come to if I am in the area and have a choice in the matter. The people here are down to earth, normal people and always have a good attitude. I also really appreciate their helping me with Breakfast in regards to making me french fries when they typically only serve the potato wedges. My son is not a fan of them (they are too spicy for him) so them accommodating me is a tremendous help- especially when all the surrounding Wendy's outright refuse to make normal fries prior to 10:30am. Totally give this place a shot if you are in the area, and I'm sure it will quickly become your preferred Wendy's too.

Wendy's is one of my favorite when it comes to fast food. The chili is great, I wish they had the spice packets like they did in the old days. The burgers are great and they would have you believe that it's because they're not frozen I can't argue with that.

Usually get takeout. Orders are accurate. Service is good. Gets busy at night. But that’s a good thing.

Strangely no one named Wendy was present.

The breakfast is delicious I just had it a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit Delicious!!!!!. The coffee was hot the people were very nice and you can sit and eat there also which is nice, the workers are so nice and best of all the prices are amazing, the nicest staff I have ever met in a fast food restaurant

This is probably the only fast food joint left on long island that consistently gets your order right every single time. Fast food has declined over the years but this place never skipped a beat! The food quality is great here too, the baked potatoes hit every time!

I ordered through the mobile app, hey mistakes happen, I was missing a few items in my order whenever got home, called the restaurant, Karen the manger was so amazing. She had me go back. And gave me the rest of my order with a few extras , apologized, which I wasn't upset, but she insisted and accommodated me, great service Karen thumbs up, thank you so much

Definitely one of if not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food quality is definitely leagues above other Wendy's locations. The consistent food quality time and time again is impressive. The only critique i have with this location is the drive-through entrance. It's very tight, and I've curbed my wheel because of it. Other than that, this is going to be your new favorite Wendy's location

Food was just alright. Katelyn on the other hand, gave me the best experience. She was so respectful and nice. She def needs a raise! She compliment the way my shirt looked with my skin tone so from there i booked an appointment with a model agency and now I’m staring to work on my career! All because of this wendy’s worker katelyn. Whoever raised her did an amazing job. She made sure all my food was in the bag as well. The bag was so aesthetically pleasing to the human eye. Seeing all the honey mustards ( the exact amount of i asked for ) lined up so neatly just made me want to come back. I come here every week looking forward to match the level of respect i got from katelyn. As soon as i walked in i could tell she was ready to make this food magical. Thanks to this beautiful angel , i am now going to be successful in my career and forever be happy. Thank you wendy’s for giving me opportunity to meet someone as kind as katelyn.

It's fast food so you know what you're getting for your money lol but I think they have the best burgers and this location is really clean

Very easy to grab food at anytime when you dont have time. Food is fine nothing special i would recommend the Baconator meal tho.

Its fast food so it is what it is, but the fries were fresh and the cashier was unexpectedly attentive and very friendly.

Food was terrific. Great atmosphere in the newly renovated Miller place Wendy's. Not a single irascible person employed. Only problem was; they forgot the tomatoes on my spicy chicken sandwich. My order was a tricky one I will admit, but my new found love for tomatoes makes them a must. When my buddy Fenez and I rolled up to the window and ordered 4 spicy chicken sandwiches (Fenez likes them plain with pickles and I like them without lettuce) I envisioned adding cheese to spruce things up a bit from the fantastic welcome back 'SPC' from the night before. However adding cheese and also asking for no lettuce proved to be a bit tricky for them and as a result I received a SPC with the Asiago cheese as requested, but sadly, no tomato. The food was still good, 4 stars will be awarded for the all around service however one star will be left off because my sandwich unfortunately could not reach it's peak potential.

Chicken nuggets taste like cardboard, the burger was alright. The service was very polite and helpful.

Food was good as expected. Soda machine was a bit screwed up and none of our drinks came out tasting as they should. Staff there was awesome - polite, helpful and professional.

I went in for take out. The barbecue chicken combo was good, added bacon. The fries are just ok, glad they have sea salt to keep pressure down. It was good but not mind blowing.

Since the renovation, I find it very comfortable. It has a nice cafe look and feel, which is the trend now for fast food restaurants. Their drive-thru was always very fast, too.

The sale item Son of Baconator for $3 is a very good offer. I tried the chocolate shake, and it seem small for the price. Tastes good though. Staff was very helpful.

For an 11:30pm, Quick Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Meal with the hubby, just kinda hit the spot!!! Burgers were Hot & Good for such a late night, and the Fries were warm, so if you like HOT Fries, then ask them for "Fresh Hot Fries"!!

Had coupons that are not expired but was told I could not use them because they don't sell those items and would not substitute

Frequently stop at this Wendy's on my way home and food is fresh. For some reason, my dressing is forgotten whenever I order salads! I don't know what it is!

Clean establishment but unfortunately under staffed and slow. But staff was friendly and really trying. Chicken ranch wrap was dry and falling apart when I opened it. Double cheeseburger was a mess.

The first night we went there it was really good especially the chili and that was on July 3rd... I've been back twice and the chili hasn't been as good as it was the first time we ate it there... But the food is 10x better than the Wendy's by island 16

The food was fresh, the service was great. But a huge major concerned, how they clean their floors. It was slippery! Someone or an elderly can get hurt slip and fall. I could slide from one end of the table into another. Maintaining, IS PROOLY MAINTAINED!

Food was ok. Employees were to busy talking away to make sure all the food was in the bag. Told by employee it's all in there "you're good you're good" glad I checked the bag before I drove to far. Had to pull my kids out if the car to go inside and get my missing food.

Its alright Its a wendys. Dont use the drive thru just go inside and use the kiosk to minimize dealing with employees the dont know how to work the register.

Really long wait with very few customers at the store. Very mediocre burger (dry) and cold fries. Didn't really hit the spot.

We stop here sometimes because of convenience but each time I'm turned off by how unkempt the eating area is. Tables are never wiped down, floor is slippery and there is a faint bad odor.

I told the person in advance that I had a coupon for free fries with my order so I ordered a med fries. Got to the window, the person started to hand me a soda which I did not order, I told him so. A (manager?) also corrected him. I handed him my coupon with my card. I was still charged for the fries…. pretty disappointed in this service. It also took a while and I felt rushed, the bag was thrown to me and I was not offered any sauces. I went at 3:30pm on a Friday so not exactly during lunch or dinner rush? At least the chicken sandwich was hot, but I’d much rather go out of my way to Popeyes or chick fil A if I want a spicy chicken sandwich from now on!

Every table in the restaurant is dirty. I was here at 5:30 PM and it was dead. Myself and 3 other customers. The floor is greasy. The food was fine, so I'm assuming drive thru is good. But come on man, clean the tables.

Very salty fries the unsweetened ice tea was the worst I ever tasted. It was old and dispenser was dirty. No ketchup in dispensers.

So i have been waiting all day to go to wendys and get myself some delicious cherry cream soda with a 4 for 4 and let me tell you i was denied and lied to at that michelle told me there was no freestyle machine and i know for a fact there is i am dissapointed and dont think i will go back

I drove up at 6:57am by the time the lady answered it was 6:59 and the manager said that they weren’t open yet and nothing was ready. It was 1 minute till open and nothing was prepared. Poor attitude and poor service. Now it’s 7:10 and I’m waiting in the parking lot for my food .

Under staffed, luke warm food. And they dont keep to their business hours many mornings no one taking orders even at 8am.

Stopped for a quick lunch today. Went through the drive through and no one was in line, they still gave me the wrong order. I ordered a bacon actor combo and recieved a single. Never going back!!!!!

This late night meal was horrible. They gave me the wrong order and it was nasty. The chili had fries in it and missing cheese and onions as ordered. The fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was a hot nasty mess.

JUST WAS HERE TONIGHT. I HAD ORDERED A JR BACON CHEESEBURGER OFF THE BIGGIE BAG AND THEY HAD INITIALLY GAVE ME A DOUBLE STACK AND I WANTED A 4 PC CHICKEN NUGGETS. AND I HAD ASKED FOR NO ICE IN MY ORANGE SODA SMH. THEY HAD GAVE ME THE BURGER AND THE NUGGETS. AT LEAST THEY HAD THE VANILLA FROSTIES THIS TIME. BUT THEY STILL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER SMH. THIS LATE NIGHT MAY NOT BE A GOOD IDEA. OR HAVE PEOPLE THAT LISTEN.

Worst experience ever cashier is in hurry pushing with total and keep telling him “excuse me I am not done yet” continue be in hurry. Bathroom it was nasty, my son said that smelly and toilet was clogged. I will never back here..

I used to go here regularly, in the last week 3 meals were incorrect, and missing items. With a 6 month old we can’t always get back there to fix the order. Going to other location now.

This Wendy’s is Dirty, don’t come here around noon to later afternoon. Awful service, always messing up orders and a mess.

The young girls that work there always have am attitude. They put mayo on my sandwiches after i had to pull around and wait for 10 minutes and when I went around and said I asked for no mayo they just put new buns on the sandwich, but the chicken patty still has mayo on it. This location used to be 5 star but all but 1 of the friendly staff are gone. The lady who does the dinner shift and sometimes closes is amazing always smiling and super friendly. I drive around first now and if she's not there I go somewhere else.

Slow service. That wasn't fast food. Also very subpar. Wendy's food quality WAS great not anymore. I love how a Triple used to be $5 and change. They were HUGE PATTIES. As the price went up the burger size went down. Wendy's is really going downhill.

I go to this Wendy's at least once a week because it's close to me. They get my order wrong everytime and an item is ALWAYS missing. They forgot my fries and gave me the wrong salad today. 2 stars because it's fast food it tastes good. EDIT(March 7th) Once again my order was completely wrong, wrong sandwiches and wrong baked potato. so one star because it tasted good.

Ordered two salads (one Taco, one Apple Pecan). Taco salad was missing chips and salsa. I asked and was told " they must have stopped offering salsa". The Apple Pecan salad was missing the dressing and pecans, and there were no utensils in the bag.

Took forever to order at the drive-through speaker. Then, the girl at the window was basically tossing the drinks at me as they were dripping. Would not make eye contact, pretended she did not hear me. Tosses me bahs of food, and as I'm trying to check them, tells me it's all there. Every bag was just disorganized and thrown together. To top it off, I get home and $20 of food, not in the bag!

HORRIBLE service! I have went here on multiple occasions lately and my orders have been missing items. I used to work here back in highschool and the service we gave was nothing compared to what I have been getting. This location specifically has clearly horrible management going on when their staff is clearly asking for help and the manager is laughing in the back with coworkers. Absolutely a disgrace and never going back. Wendys needs to restart this location it could use a breathe of fresh air. again even as kids in highschool we have better service

The drive through never gets the orders right. Even when you place the mobile order they mess up. Repeatedly we ask for unsweetened tea when placing the order, and it's always incorrect. One time we spoke to the manager over the phone. They said they were going to accommodate us because it repeatedly happens to us, and he was supposed to send us coupons through the mail for the inconvenience. It was a nice gesture, but it never happened. Beyond frustrating when you have dietary restrictions.

Got to drive through and waited almost 5 minutes to place our order. Waited almost ten minutes at the window. Definitely understaffed and managed but two employees where hanging out drinking there frosties. Finally get our order with no receipt and the fries where stale and all three burgers we ordered where wrong. I know we are all human and make mistakes but this was unacceptable. Besides all of that, the kid who handed us our incorrect order didn't even say a word. No sorry about the wait, have a good day, nothing!!! I never write reviews but this was just that bad of a visit.

Scammers and Fraud at this Wendy’s drive thru. They’ll compliment your nice car as they put on a value meal for themselves added to your small purchase and no receipt in bag. I had to get another debit card because of this. And their manager? She’s a winner. She’ll lie to you and tell you she will call you back acting concerned when she actually fights the claim at your bank for the fraud she caused. Get a receipt every time even if they say it’s in the bag double check because these scammers are gonna scam the wrong person one day. Don’t get a medium frosty instead of $4.01 it will cost you $16.30 for a medium ravens blood frosty. The most expensive Frosty in the world…. But… at least I have a nice car so I have been told

If I can give 0 Stars this Location definitely deserves it. Today at 3pm I ordered 2 South Western Chicken Salads. I can't believe how poorly the presentation was. I understand were going through rough times but how can you serve people this. This was the most tasteless example of horrible quality I've received. Management needs to see this.

Wendy’s would not take my call or complaint. I ordered a cheeseburger and i got a crushed burger, not sure what the deal with the employees are but if you are that upset with your life that you have to ruin other peoples food, then you shouldn’t have a job. it’s very disrespectful and i’ve been going to this Wendy's for a few years now.

This has been my go to Wendy's for a long time, so very disappointed. Today (3/15/2025@~1:30 PM) my order was missing an order of chicken nuggets, 3 of the fries were half empty, the fourth was 3/4 empty, and my kid's milk was open and drunk from. The staff at fast food always assume digital orders are door dash, so when you pick up your orders yourself I suggest picking up in store and opening your order in front of them.

Stopped here the other day I know they don’t wear gloves but the woman that handled my food had a cut and was bleeding. There was blood on the outside of the bag and then proceeded to ask if everything was okay. Kindly I replied with never mind I don’t want the order but bc it’s an online order I’m told I can only get refunded on the app, which doesn’t work no response so the food went right into the trash.

After asking them to correct my order TWICE at the drive through I went home and my order was still messed up. I was So exhausted from work I did not drive all the way back and just settled. I’m truly upset !!!
