This is probably the only fast food joint left on long island that consistently gets your order right every single time. Fast food has declined over the years but this place never skipped a beat! The food quality is great here too, the baked potatoes hit every time!
I ordered through the mobile app, hey mistakes happen, I was missing a few items in my order whenever got home, called the restaurant, Karen the manger was so amazing. She had me go back. And gave me the rest of my order with a few extras , apologized, which I wasn't upset, but she insisted and accommodated me, great service Karen thumbs up, thank you so much
The staff here is super nice and friendly. They are also quick at the drive through. I'm a happy customer.
I come in every week for coffee and food for like a year and I've never had any complaints.
Definitely one of if not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food quality is definitely leagues above other Wendy's locations. The consistent food quality time and time again is impressive. The only critique i have with this location is the drive-through entrance. It's very tight, and I've curbed my wheel because of it. Other than that, this is going to be your new favorite Wendy's location
Food was just alright. Katelyn on the other hand, gave me the best experience. She was so respectful and nice. She def needs a raise! She compliment the way my shirt looked with my skin tone so from there i booked an appointment with a model agency and now I’m staring to work on my career! All because of this wendy’s worker katelyn. Whoever raised her did an amazing job. She made sure all my food was in the bag as well. The bag was so aesthetically pleasing to the human eye. Seeing all the honey mustards ( the exact amount of i asked for ) lined up so neatly just made me want to come back. I come here every week looking forward to match the level of respect i got from katelyn. As soon as i walked in i could tell she was ready to make this food magical. Thanks to this beautiful angel , i am now going to be successful in my career and forever be happy. Thank you wendy’s for giving me opportunity to meet someone as kind as katelyn.
The sale item Son of Baconator for $3 is a very good offer. I tried the chocolate shake, and it seem small for the price. Tastes good though. Staff was very helpful.
For an 11:30pm, Quick Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Meal with the hubby, just kinda hit the spot!!! Burgers were Hot & Good for such a late night, and the Fries were warm, so if you like HOT Fries, then ask them for "Fresh Hot Fries"!!
Food was ok. Employees were to busy talking away to make sure all the food was in the bag. Told by employee it's all in there "you're good you're good" glad I checked the bag before I drove to far. Had to pull my kids out if the car to go inside and get my missing food.
Ordered two salads (one Taco, one Apple Pecan). Taco salad was missing chips and salsa. I asked and was told " they must have stopped offering salsa". The Apple Pecan salad was missing the dressing and pecans, and there were no utensils in the bag.
Took forever to order at the drive-through speaker. Then, the girl at the window was basically tossing the drinks at me as they were dripping. Would not make eye contact, pretended she did not hear me. Tosses me bahs of food, and as I'm trying to check them, tells me it's all there. Every bag was just disorganized and thrown together. To top it off, I get home and $20 of food, not in the bag!
HORRIBLE service! I have went here on multiple occasions lately and my orders have been missing items. I used to work here back in highschool and the service we gave was nothing compared to what I have been getting. This location specifically has clearly horrible management going on when their staff is clearly asking for help and the manager is laughing in the back with coworkers. Absolutely a disgrace and never going back. Wendys needs to restart this location it could use a breathe of fresh air. again even as kids in highschool we have better service
The drive through never gets the orders right. Even when you place the mobile order they mess up. Repeatedly we ask for unsweetened tea when placing the order, and it's always incorrect. One time we spoke to the manager over the phone. They said they were going to accommodate us because it repeatedly happens to us, and he was supposed to send us coupons through the mail for the inconvenience. It was a nice gesture, but it never happened. Beyond frustrating when you have dietary restrictions.
Got to drive through and waited almost 5 minutes to place our order. Waited almost ten minutes at the window. Definitely understaffed and managed but two employees where hanging out drinking there frosties. Finally get our order with no receipt and the fries where stale and all three burgers we ordered where wrong. I know we are all human and make mistakes but this was unacceptable. Besides all of that, the kid who handed us our incorrect order didn't even say a word. No sorry about the wait, have a good day, nothing!!! I never write reviews but this was just that bad of a visit.
Scammers and Fraud at this Wendy’s drive thru. They’ll compliment your nice car as they put on a value meal for themselves added to your small purchase and no receipt in bag. I had to get another debit card because of this. And their manager? She’s a winner. She’ll lie to you and tell you she will call you back acting concerned when she actually fights the claim at your bank for the fraud she caused. Get a receipt every time even if they say it’s in the bag double check because these scammers are gonna scam the wrong person one day. Don’t get a medium frosty instead of $4.01 it will cost you $16.30 for a medium ravens blood frosty. The most expensive Frosty in the world…. But… at least I have a nice car so I have been told
If I can give 0 Stars this Location definitely deserves it. Today at 3pm I ordered 2 South Western Chicken Salads. I can't believe how poorly the presentation was. I understand were going through rough times but how can you serve people this. This was the most tasteless example of horrible quality I've received. Management needs to see this.
Wendy’s would not take my call or complaint. I ordered a cheeseburger and i got a crushed burger, not sure what the deal with the employees are but if you are that upset with your life that you have to ruin other peoples food, then you shouldn’t have a job. it’s very disrespectful and i’ve been going to this Wendy's for a few years now.
This has been my go to Wendy's for a long time, so very disappointed. Today (3/15/2025@~1:30 PM) my order was missing an order of chicken nuggets, 3 of the fries were half empty, the fourth was 3/4 empty, and my kid's milk was open and drunk from. The staff at fast food always assume digital orders are door dash, so when you pick up your orders yourself I suggest picking up in store and opening your order in front of them.
Stopped here the other day I know they don’t wear gloves but the woman that handled my food had a cut and was bleeding. There was blood on the outside of the bag and then proceeded to ask if everything was okay. Kindly I replied with never mind I don’t want the order but bc it’s an online order I’m told I can only get refunded on the app, which doesn’t work no response so the food went right into the trash.

After asking them to correct my order TWICE at the drive through I went home and my order was still messed up. I was So exhausted from work I did not drive all the way back and just settled. I’m truly upset !!!
