Smokey bones Ronkonkoma is 100% the spot. Awesome for locals, even better for people staying at the hotel next door. Great deals, terrific service! Emily O was our waitress, she was quick, responsive, and always checked in! Definitely coming back!
Always one of my favs! Never misses. Great atmosphere, top notch service. Best wings on the island, in particular the brown sugar bbq. Grill Cheese brisket sand great too
I had Zach as our server this weekend and he was so good! He was fast, efficient, entertaining and knew the menu really well. It was a smooth experience from start to finish. Will come back and request him again!
My family and I have been coming here for years and never really felt like a review was needed, until tonight. Food and atmosphere were great as usual, but what set tonight apart from any other night was our server, Mike. Nice young man. So polite and courteous. And a hustler! He had so many tables and took care of all of them with a smile and the utmost respect. You don't see that today with the younger generation. And you could tell it was sincere and not just for a tip. 10/10 recommend, just on his service alone.

Happy hour was great! I had wings (choice of smoked or not) with the brown sugar sauce & they were delicious. Came with the usual choice bleu cheese or ranch (I love bleu cheese) but I was surprised and disappointed there were no celery sticks. Also had the small nachos, which were pretty big and had an unexpectedly sweet sauce on them, but were very tasty. I didn't get a drink, but the prices were excellent had I wanted one. The bag of donuts we shared at the end were the BEST...warm, cinnamon sugar and had raspberry & chocolate sauces to dip them in.
Went here for the 1st time for my adult daughters birthday. I had the half bbq chicken and it was delicious. Everyone else liked what they ordered as well. Bottomless soft drinks and our server was on top of it all. Overall the place was really good. 6 people ate with 2 alchohol drinks ordered, and a few deserts. Priced reasonably. I'll definitely try it again to try more of the menu.
Ariel was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. She had such great energy and made the experience so enjoyable.
Food was just okay. Emma the host on the other hand was outstanding. She’s an amazing associate and goes above and beyond. She made a compliment on my outfit and I decided to enroll in a fashion school. I wasn’t to sure what I wanted to do in my life and now I figured out what I wanted to do because of Emma! She was super helpful on showing me where my booth was and handed me the menus. Outstanding employee and deserves a raise.
Ariel, our server was the best! She mentioned the specials for the evening which saved us money, which is appreciated as we are senior citizens. As busy as the restaurant was, Ariel was attentive and polite. The sirloin steak, the drinks and desert were perfect and amazingly delicious. I recommend the drink ' Shipwrecked '
Happy hour all day at the bar, need I say more? The wings are exceptional! I love the pulled pork sandwich, too. The Bar Tender Christian was fantastic! He was on top of everything at the bar. I never waited on refills and he answered all my questions, efficiently. My food was perfect.
I had an incredible experience at the Smokey Bones during the RAMS game! Jacquelyn, our server and bartender, truly went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. Her cheerful attitude, thoughtfulness, and courtesy brought so much energy to our night. She ensured my party had a fantastic time with delicious food and perfectly crafted drinks. Chris, the manager, was equally impressive. He greeted us warmly, shared excellent menu advice, and demonstrated exceptional hospitality. It was wings happy hour, and his attentiveness and customer-focused approach set a shining example of the amazing staff he leads. This spot is a true gem, conveniently located across from the Courtyard hotel. Whether you're looking for fantastic food, casual drinks, or just a good time, I highly recommend it. I've been here 2 times and was very pleased both times. Service and establishment are fantastic, but I'm going right into food since there was a lot. For starters; Korean pork belly lollipops were great. Flavorful, tender, easy to eat. The smoked brisket chili was out of this world. I wish I got a bowl and not a cup. The Brunswick stew was good, but nothing compared to the chili. The stew was a little thinner than I would have liked, but it was tasty. For the mains; The brisket stuffed grilled cheese was really good. Good flavor and size plus the tomato bisque dip was tasty alone. The side of Mac and cheese was flavorful and not overcooked. The bonefire was a nice sampler. A little small for 2 people, but it was great to sample everything. I absolutely loved everything. This would be my highest recommendation if you've never been here before. For me, this is just a well-rounded restaurant that I'll come back to anytime I want this type of BBQ.
WOW!!! What a great experience! Our waiter Chris was helpful friendly and overall amazing!!! The food was awesome! My husband and I both got ribs. They were so tender that when we tried to pick them up the meat would literally fall right off the bone!! We also has pretzel bones to start which were delicious. I got potato wedges as a Side and yum yum yum! I also got baked beans which had pulled pork mixed with them for a unique and delicious flavor! My husband got coleslaw which he said was some of the best hes ever had! Dessert didn’t disappoint—had one of the BEST apple cobblers Ive ever had!! Great service great food!!! Awesome experience!!! So good, I forgot to take pics of everything we got. The nachos are AMAZING, the chicken was so tender and flavorful and all of the chips were crunchy. But that build your own bowl??? Magical. Wonderful. Give me 45 of them. I got pulled pork with Mac and my choice of toppings. I like that it’s seasoned with more than just bbq sauce. The cocktails weren’t strong, a couple of the ones we tried tasted like juice only but for the price ($3-$12), you get what you get I guess. Overall I’d return for the food for sure!
