Went through the drive through on Sunday evening in the past 2 months and the female manager was rude and would not honor coupon codes. Said I needed the paper coupons. How rude and embarrassing. Never had such a bad experience here before and I have been coming to this location for almost 20 years, at least once or twice a month. Ended up having to drive out of the drive through after being stuck behind the person ahead of me and went to McDonald's instead. Thanks for that. I was not going to come back to this location ever again after that experience. I decided to try it again on a Tuesday. The gentleman running the drive through were polite and friendly and the food was hot and fresh. They honored my coupon codes as well and did not have to provide paper coupons. Because of them I will still continue to use this location. If I see that rude female manager in the future I will walk out. If your in the fast food business, and a manager, Ithink you should treat your customers better. Hope she reads this

Just like most burger Kings, average, service with , 5 to 10 minute's, they automatically, give straws napkins, but no ketchup's , or sauces, unless you tell remember to ask for them, most of the time ,seems good is not freshly cooked, not hot like off the grill, seem like precooked then reheat on popular orders. I am old school and remember how it was in the old days 70s, 80s, 90s,. Everything was hot fresh off the grill, the newer generation, is not used to food being served like that, to bad, because it tastes much better the old way.

Never had issue until today. Have gone here several times no problem. Today I went and the soft serve ice cream I received looked like someone took a big bite out of the cone. Kind of grossed me out.

I wonder burger is hit or miss and this is with most locations, I don’t like my sandwich dripping from the condiments but I also like to taste the condiments too. It’s like I need the happy medium that I can never find, especially at fast food chains.

Just inferior to all other nearby BK's in all respects. They are slow, really slow. You can give them the most basic order of a burger and fries and they'd make you pull up ahead when there is no one behind you. I figure because it gets little business and they have to get the fryers going when one finally does show. The one on Patchogue-Mt. Sinai was much better. Cars were speeding right through the drive through. Really quick and efficient, and I got to actually eat hot fries despite having to take the expressway home. On the bright side, the extra-long cheeseburgers are tasty. Still, the food is pricier than other fast food restaurants, the waiting sucks, trying to communicate over their speaker system is worse than placing an order of takeout from a Chinese gentleman who just got off the plane. As much as I love Whopper Jr's, all the downsides make it a rare occurrence that I stop here anymore.

I ordered a double cheeseburger along with a few other items but got a single cheeseburger. I was charged for the double. I didn't have time to go back. There seemed to be only one person making food.

I visited at 11pm on a Monday night. I went through the drive through as I believe the lobby was closed. I was the only customer so there was really no excuse for "warm" food unless it was sitting around. The fries were "warm". My sandwiches were "warm". At least the soda was properly mixed and cold without too much ice. The only other minor thing was the lack of parking lot garbage cans. I had all to do to find a can after eating in my parked car. Because it's convenient on my route home, I will try them again and see if I get fresh hot food. If not, I won't return. Fast food has become way too expensive to accept what I got last night. In fairness, I will give them another chance especially because I really like Burger King.

I just wanted to try the new plant based Impossible Whopper. So, my family gave me their order and I drove to Burger King to get a quick dinner. I decided to go through the drive-thru because the place was completely empty. What a mistake. I drove up to the menu board which was not illuminated and held together by bungee cords. I placed my order and drove up to the pickup window. The staff are very friendly and I didn't have to wait very long for my order to be given to me. That said, I looked in my rear view mirror and I had two cars waiting behind me. I took it for granted and just quickly glanced into the bags and headed home. Needless to say, I was missing a couple of items. It was my fault for not checking to make sure everything was in the bags, but I shouldn't have to if the people working there are doing their job. Other than missing a few item's that I paid for, the Impossible Whopper was pretty good. I personally won't go back to Burger King, and usually don't get fast food. This plant based burger was the only good thing that went right that night.

I'm not sure what exactly happened but I purchased 3 meals (Whoppers) the burgers were raw (pink). I returned them back to the restaurant. The whoppers and fries are pretty good. The food across burger kings are pretty consistent. Today I went over there with an order number because I paid on the app. I bought a whopper and strawberry milkshake. I went to the window and this girl said "we don't have the milkshake. Have a good day" I was confused and then another lady came over and I asked "there's no milkshake?" And she said no. I had to ask her if I could get something in exchange. It's kinda ridiculous hat they expected me to just leave with them not giving me anything for something I paid for.

Beware nasty general manager!!!! Went to BK with the new app and ordered food for me and the kids I stated to woman at drive up window I had a coupon to which to she too my card from my hand and didn’t take the app code. I told her before the card was swiped but she either was too busy or ignored me. I told her I had a coupon when she nastily told me I had to do prior to ordering. I apologized and just asked if I could have money back I was told NO in a absolutely unnecessary tone. When I told her I would not leave without the discount she handed me some money (don’t even know if it covered it) and told me to order correctly next time. I told her there’s no next time. Nasty staff. Food is good gets 1 extra star for that. I’ll drive the extra mile or two next time for the kids.

I came here twice in one day to get things. Both times my order was gotten wrong. Ordered the steakhouse burger meal through the drive through on 10/3 at about 2 PM and was given a dollar burger and charged full price for a meal that was wrong, then at 10:30 order was messed up again. Had dinner at this location last night. The 1 star is for the drink and a plastic straw. Other than that, my Whopper was bland and the meat was luke warm... the fries were okay... Staff closes the restaurant whenever they feel like it. Just pulled up at 12am and everything was dark at the drive through. Look up the hours just to see that they're supposed to be open EVERYDAY until 2am. Pulled up to the window where there were 2 girls just talking who proceeded to say they were closed. Will be contacting corporate. So ridiculous. I work until 11pm or later and have been there later than 12 before. If you close at 12am then maybe you should put that on your hours online instead of open 6am-2am EVERYDAY.

They cheat. I got a $6 Whopper deal from another Burger King and it came large fries and soda. At this location, they give you small fries and soda for the same deal. You have to pay 25 cents extra for each sauce. Never going there again. There is a McDonald's nearby and it is always busy and now I know the reason why.

I had to go back to fix their mistakes. First missing a sandwich and not given a receipt. Could not call because as I find out "the internet is down". When I get there was the guy who waved me to come in, who turns out was off the clock yet behind the counter walks away. Had to repeat what was wrong twice. Was like pulling teeth to get the original receipt and the one for the replacement. Could not get the GMs name until the 4th request. Its almost like they could care less about the fact I had to drive back and waste a half hour while the rest of my food got even colder. Only to get home to find out the other person's food was incorrect as well.

I went to Burger King in Ronkonkoma and ordered a hot tea with milk. I received a bag of food with a teabag in it and my hot tea was actually just water with milk. In the parking lot I added the teabag but obviously since the water wasn’t hot enough it didn’t turn into tea so I have a cup of watery milk. How do not know how to make tea ? Am I the first person who asked for a cup of hot tea I doubt it. It’s a disgrace

The Burger King on portion Rd in Ronkonkoma is absolutely awful!! BUYER BEWARE! Don't bother ordering anything with bacon, you won't get bacon. And they don't give a receipt so u can't even bring it back to argue over what you ordered after they take your money. It's gotta be a corporate move to drive up profits. This is the 3rd "local" BK I've tried, and they all have done this many times. Also, beware of the sunrise hwy location in Bohemia, and the new motor parkway location in Hauppauge. All 3 have been doing this. Save your money, just order regular burgers that aren't supposed to have bacon.

I went to the drive thru to grab food before work. The guy taking my order was nice so there's no complaints there. I get to the window and they take my card and hand me my bag of food which felt heavier than it should have been. I opened it to see...something that wasn't mine. I told them it wasn't my order and passed it back through the window when they asked. They had 4 people standing at the register when the mistake was brought to their attention (how many people does it take?!) and then someone went to hand me a few singles (I paid more than I should have) and didn't say a word, just hung them out the window. I was given my bag and drink without any apologies or even any words...I said thank you and got no response. Mistakes happen but be respectful! I still said thank you and waited patiently and yet was ignored verbally. I'm disgusted that ignoring someone who received the wrong order is how they went about this. I won't be back.

Refused my order? I placed an order at 11:45 p.m., doubled checked that they were open until 2 am. I arrived at 12 to find out my order was marked as completed? No one answered the speaker for a few minutes. Drove to the window to see a lady counting the drawer. She opened the window and said they were closed, I told her I had an order to pick up, she repeated that they were closing early at 12 tonight. She refused to make the order or issue a refund, even though I had PAID for it already and it was marked as completed. Is this illegal? I have worked in food service, if they planned to close early should they have turned off app ordering while starting to clean?(30 minutes min prior to early close?) She was the assistant manager according to her nametag, Evelyn.

The customer service here is generally bad, but when some people try to make money by doing food delivery and this location locks the door at night but refuses to give food delivery orders through the drive thru window, it creates a problem that common sense could have solved. It was embarrassing to witness the harassment of an apparent college kid simply trying to make money with food delivery by a Burger King employee calling the delivery driver lazy as he tried to explain he was only in the drive-thru because the inside doors were locked. Perhaps "managers" need to be retrained. Other fast food locations know how to do this; I'm not sure why this location can't figure it out. Our family will never again support this location after witnessing this rudeness.
