This place.. I must say... me and my family dont go out much but I definitely pick this place everytime.. It's hands down amazing... The servers Ive had everytime were nice, came back often to check how the food was and if we needed anything.. the manger! He was asking everyone each time how they liked their time here if everything was up to par.. and I must say.. YES its Devine to be honest... so clean... They make alot of their own things in house like the ranch (amazing!) The blooming chicken and the chicken tenders! mmm amazing breading.... crispy great. Soda is definitely maybe a tad flat for me. Seems to need to be re calibrated.. but overall amazing time and I made sure we told the manager last night (9.16.25) WILL BE RETURNING! ❤️

The BlackBerry Martini was spectacular, and the Sirloin and Aussie Chicken Breast was great as well. Kathy was very attentive during the time I ate my meal.

We sat at the bar. The restaurant was on a wait. As soon as we sat, Marla said “what can I get you”?… I love that! I don’t like to be ignored…. She got me a drink and my husband came in after parking the car and again!!! Services was immediate! We eat dinner at the bar… they are on a wait and we are greeted by Chloe who is so sweet and so polite and professional… our salad came out.. perfect! Our dinner came out Perfect! And they are crazy busy in kitchen and at the bar… we met the manager at the end of our meal and Frank was just the icing on the cake! I can see why perfection follows perfection!! The staff is unbelievablhard working, professional people and lead by a great leader… what can we say… date night was perfect 👍🏻

Yesterday I had dinner with my family and we chose outback in Holbrook.. even though we live in Commack. My family and I have been coming here for years, always have had a good time, but yesterday’s experience made it exceptional. We come in and we see smiles at the door when we are greeted by the hosts. We get sat pretty quickly at one of the nice round tables close to the bathroom.. which was great with all the kids we had! Our waitress Angelique came over fast, with so much knowledge on the menu and suggesting her personal favorites. We order cheese fries and the new mozzarella sticks she suggested and wow amazing !! The kids were getting antsy waiting for the food and Angelique noticed, she came over with a few sharks to give to the kids and it really made the night, something so little but going the extra step to make my family feel more than the typical guests.We have had plenty of wait staff here, and although we never had a bad experience , Angelique really was beyond exceptional. Food was great as always, I got the Alice springs, my husband a ribeye and coconut shrimp and the kids almost all the kid menu you can think of! Angelique suggested I tried the new Jassie drink and it was delicious. Although we wanted dessert. We were way too full to attempt . From start to finish between the host who sat us, our amazing Waitress Angelique, the gentleman who brought over our food and the manager who asked if everything is good, is the reason why we continued to come back here year after year. Bryan, our server was great. The food taste, temperature and quality was wonderful. We felt very valued as we were checked on often. Only down side is you have Coke zero on the menu but not in the restaurant. My husband is diabetic and is sensitive to some sweeteners and this is his go to beverage. PLEASE bring it into the restaurant.

We ordered the surf and turf. I ordered the lavender drink, it was DELICIOUS! Our server was personable, had knowledge of the menu items, and was efficient. She should be recognized for her service. I asked the hostess to let the manager know on our way out. We will be back.

This is how the Outback should be done, the best run Outback Steakhouse I have visited yet. The staff is friendly and attentive the manager is personable and mingles with his customers, and the kitchen has been able to get my food right which is something some other Outbacks have not always been able to do.

Invited 2 of my employees out for Christmas dinner. Our waiter was amazing!! Super kind, on point, joined in with the joking. Food was delicious. Dishes included, chicken fingers (nice size, nice portion), half rack ribs, hamburger, steak, and salmon. Of course had to have the bloomin onion and drinks. We all left with full stomachs, but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Wish I could remember our waiter's name to give him a shout out. Came in to celebrate my 59th anniversary. Ben manager came over to see how everything was. We told him why we here and with no hesitation he sent over a cheese cake with Happy Anniversary on it. Good place to start. Prices are still accessible. Outback knows their audience and their deals reflect that. It is appreciate I'm sure. Drink specials are nice and the steaks where good indeed. Outback in Holbrook is my favorite restaurant. I usually go twice a month. I always have excellent service and excellent food. It’s just a great vibe and great customers. It’s never too loud. Super impressed with the customer service here. I ordered a six oz filet and they brought me a Sirloin and shrimp dinner. I had no intention of saying a word but next thing I know they came over with a full correct meal and even comped my dinner. This is top notch customer service. Thank you Outback!

We had reservations here at 7:pm and frank the manager was very accommodating to my cousin who has a disability. Our waitress Venessa was very nice and checked up on us 4 times through out the evening despite being very busy. We look forward to coming back here again in the future.

But Outback never disappoints while dining in and tonight they really impressed my family and I when we decided on pick up. Everything was great. Came here Saturday afternoon for the first time with my husband and it was definitely worth it. We had an amazing server Chloe who was very informative with the menu and explained the deals they had in house. We tried some of their drinks which were really good. Following a golf outing near Holbrook, we dined at the restaurant. The host greeted us promptly, and we were seated immediately. We went shopping in Riverhead and stopped in this Outback for dinner on the way back to the city. It's conveniently located near the highway. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, which is always a good sign, we were seated promptly. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. We ordered the Grilled Chicken on the Barbie and the Prime Rib sandwich. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, while the sandwich was a tasty experience. However, I personally wouldn't order the sandwich again. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience at this Outback.

If you been here then you know what I'm talking about but if you haven't make a date out of it. The waiters are all nice and very well mannered. The bathroom is clean. Typical Outback Steakhouse Im not a huge fan of Chain Restaurants but this is close work/hotel and easy to get in out for lunch. Steak was flavorful and tender, beer was cold. Had a great waitress.

The food was great. The service no so much. We finished eating dinner and the order for cheesecake to go and a box to take leftovers, paid the bill at the table with credit card and 22% tip just to wait over 25 minutes for the cheesecake and a to go box. Our waiter moved on to take care of a large group. I had to go find him in order for him to finish taking care of our table. At the end he (Miguel) DIDN'T deserve 22% tip given.

Our server Chloe was so nice, bubbly and extremely helpful! Also, the fries are gluten free and I almost cried happy tears knowing I could have my favorite appetizer :)

We arrived as a party of 8, when arrived we got seated quick and no wait, the server was very nice. We ordered our drinks and appetizers but it took a very long time for the food to come out. Other tables that came in after us were getting the food before us. They didn’t offer to bring out the kids food first usually like other steakhouses I have been too. The food finally arrived and honestly the coconut shrimp was good but I did not like my sirloin. I felt it very dry and burnt on top. I had ordered the platamus lemonade drink and it was okay, it was sweet and didn’t taste the alcohol in it.

Lunch visit-not crowded. Good service and food. We enjoyed the dry rub wings and fried mushroom appetizer. The salmon entree over rice was tasty and came with tasty vegetables. Family got subs for dinner, each one had just a sliver of whatever deli meat was ordered and the rest was filled with lettuce. I guess that's how you turn a profit.

My wife got a steak that tasted like old cow or liver. The service was fine. The manager gave us credit a a gift card for her steak. This was a first time weird experience.

5 of us went to dinner early on Sunday 2, 2025, and all 5 of us ordered the same steaks (house sirloin). The steaks on some were over done, even though we asked for medium rare. They were burnt to a crisp on the outside and difficult to cut. This was the first time we brought our 2 cousins with us from Europe. We assured them that they would love it! The only things that were done perfectly were our appetizers. Other than that, awful experience. Why did it have to be awful on a day when we were supposed to be treating our cousins to a great dinner? Oh well.....

They don’t have prime rib during weekdays any more - a disappointment. Asparagus side order had some that were very tough and should not be served. Service was good.

Came for the bread, slip and slide out because those floors are quite slippery. We got the legendary bloomin onion, a potato soup, a chili, a sirloin, and a burger. Everything was alright not as great as I remembered as a kid. The brown bread just wasn’t as great as usual :(

I enjoyed the food but I must say for a steak place the food could have been cared for a bit better. Things like burning the onions or charring the meat too much and even over cooking the shrimp quite a bit were all factored into the star count. They lost stars for quality and care but their customer service is impeccable, a wonderful staff every time. Drinks are also tastey but a little overpriced, it is a steakhouse though. Overall not bad but not “great” or “wow we HAVE TO come back here” material.

Coffee was luke warm, and so was the potato soup, but the $30 dollar steak? Almost cold! I walked out and got some hot Chinese next door at China 4.

saw they're 1699 promotion on Facebook called and ordered it. turns out it's actually 1899. when I asked why I was told because we're in New York. made me wonder if they pay their servers two bucks more... had to wait till I found a fork and knife in my car to eat it because even though the individually wrapped every potato addition. from two butters to sour cream to cheese and chives theydid not add utensils or napkins. my steak was raw in the middle when ordered well done was kind of outrageous. and the bacon for the potato was cold and seemingly even uncooked. it's been at least 5 years since I hit up one of these places I don't think I'll be hitting it up anytime soon. you know just Chief complaints being that they lie about prices and don't actually cook their food....

Food was fine. Waiter started off great. Ordered& finished eating in less than an hour,but then took over an hour to get a box for leftovers,dessert to go,& the check,though I asked for them all at the same time. Though I prefer to pay by card for points,paid cash(luckily I had enough) because I was afraid to wait any longer waiting for my card back.

I ordered the prime rib with a salad as one of my sides. I requested 2 dressings and when I got home only 1 was in the bag. There was no Ajus for the prime rib or bread that I asked for. I was told I did not have to ask for bread that it came with it.

The wings were mushy and not crunchy, and overall, I was not too happy and probably will not be going back. There are many other steakhouses on Long Island that offer so much better! Original first review post. Omg... To die for and so worth the 45-minute wait. That was the only thing; there wasn't much room to sit, and the bar area was a bit small, but the service and food were fantastic. The blooming onion is crazy delicious and pretty big. Great dipping sauce, even for the coconut shrimp—just yummy! It was great. And come on, you can't go wrong with a steak, baked potato, and broccoli and cheese! BTW, I got a sweet potato; it came with cinnamon-sugar butter. I needed two extra! Overall, great service and a great place to eat!

Im confused as to how this is well done. I am missing mashed potatoes from both orders and both our steaks are raw. This is a constant issue with their kitchen. Not sure what gets lost in translation when placing the order or who doesn’t listen or take the order properly. Not worth the money and 100% will NOT return back to this place. Terrible.

Don’t go here when it’s busy they’d rather have you leave then park in the available parking space meant for to go orders. They literally turned away customers.

I had gotten takeout here, my mother had gotten grilled chicken with broccoli and sweet potatoes. Chicken was dry and over cooked, the broccoli wasn’t very cooked, my mother had ate it and didn’t notice till she ate it all that at the bottom of the cup was all brown liquid. After couple of hours of eating she became violently sick with food poisoning. The takeout from outback is very questionable, often either overcooking their foods or undercooking it. Potentially giving customers old and stale foods. We will not be ordering again from here, after the last several times. The food poisoning was an immediate cut off. I highly suggest customers to check their foods, even the vegetables for any discoloration, and to not eat it if it appears sketchy especially takeout. Absolutely disappointing!
