I couldn't tell you how impressed I was with the very friendly staff and the cleanliness of this location. They are very generous on the amount of toppings unlike other subway restaurants I have eaten at. Overall great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Love this place!!!! Go there and find out yourself.

Out of all the Subway restaurants I have visited, this is the best by far! I come here regularly and the staff welcomes everybody with a smile. The ingredients, bread, and cookies are fresh every single time, and the restaurant is spotless.

By far my favorite Subway on Long Island. Clean restaurant, with professional and friendly staff…and TASTY FOOD. As someone who is constantly traveling Long Island for work, I can honestly say that this Subway goes the extra mile. I’ve catered from here before, and other Subway’s barely put any meat on their sandwiches…THIS ONE DOES. This is how Subway should be. Check out this location next time for lunch, and I promise you will be happy!

Standard Subway food. People working were super nice and had fresh bread coming out of the oven even though it was late. The hot chicken noodle really hit the spot. Will definitely return when I'm staying across the street

Odd location... Hidden away on the side of the building. Foot long flat bread was stale... rest of food/order was good... Nice staff

Portion sizes are super small for the price, if you're a picky eater I wouldn't recommend coming here at all to be honest, but if you like a sandwich with as many ingredients as possible you may find some value. Staff was nice and this location is rarely very busy, so it is a nice quiet place to eat most times. Not much seating though

Had a coupon for buy 2 footlongs get one free I never got the 3rd one free was overcharged for everything never coming back I barley use coupons but the one time I do u guys don’t accept it 🤦🏼‍♂️

I've ordered from this subway a few of times through grubhub because the one near me isn't hooked up too grubhub service. First couple of time's things were good no issues food was good and got what I ordered. But my recent order wasn't good at all things were missing and the food looked awful the lettuce was soggy the meat looked off and don't get me started on the cheese. I called subway and the guy who answered the phone was a knuckle head you could tell by his long pauses and ridiculous answers he had no idea what the hell he was doing. I'll never order from this place again on a Friday.

Compared to other subways this was not the greatest. If you're hungry and want a really good sub I would not recommend here. 1. They don't look like they know what they are doing. They made my sandwich very sloppy. 2. When I asked for honey mustard, I wish I was making this up, the woman legit poured one line of honey mustard on the edge of the sandwich I was like you have to be kidding. It was no where near the middle and it was so gross. The other subways I go to usually put it in the middle and do about 2 lines. Because she did this my sandwich tasting dry and disgusting. The cookies are also hard. I'm so disappointed and barely enjoyed my meal. My soda was good though. I mean who can mess that up?

The food is good but there's a family running this and if you happen to walk in when they're having a conversation you will be forced to wait until they are finished. I stood there for a solid 3 minutes and then I was told just a second and they kept going for a couple of more minutes. I stood there like a fool waiting for these two women to finish yacking.

I had a $10 gift card and the cashier insisted there was no balance. I had literally just received it from my corporate HR department. I overpaid for cheap sparsely made sandwiches, then went home and called Subway to find out I actually did have a balance. It clearly states: Sandwich Artist®: Ring in the order as you normally would. Do not have the guest scan their eGift Card before the 'Gift Card Pay' tender key is selected. On the POS payment screen, select the 'Gift Card Pay' tender key. Once prompted, have Guest scan the QR code shown on their eGift Card from their smart phone or via a print out of the e-Gift Card. My advice, learn about your corporate gift card policy in tears of turning around making it look like my fault.

Ok, three times I tried to get that corned beef on rye and three times denied. 1st time no beef, 2nd time waited 20min, about to get that sweet corned beefness and then they mix up the sandwich with the other guys and end up with a corned beef w/oil and vinegar and lettuce tomato. 3rd time no rye bread. Ordered was supposed to be a Turkey Sub Kids Meal but asked for the Apple slices and Milk it comes with it, the guy who made the sandwich said its separate. What? A Meal is supposed to come with a drink and a side. I just got a little Sandwhich for 4 something. What a cheap skate! I won't be ordering from there again that's for sure. Thumbs Down! The guy didn't know the menu big time! 👎🏻 Boo!

Was very hard to comunicate with them. I asked for #17 and she served something so much different. Them they told me that they don't have roast beef, I think they was trying that I took the sándwich that she did wrong, they was laughint in they lenguaje I feel unconfortable. Very bad experience in this location. Also they did my correct sándwich footlong and I asked for only the half since the begining and they cut less than a half for me.

Nah I’m really sorry - I love subway, usually go to food for a simple lunch. I’ve always loved going to this location and they changed management within the last few months. Order a sub with chicken on it and something about the chicken seemed off. That should have been my red flag. It’s like they forgot to turn the cooling units on and let it sit out until covered for hours. Got a couple bites in and it just tasted foul, like they somehow made precooked chicken rancid. I had to throw it away. Several hours later and I’m at home with food poisoning symptoms. It really sucks because I always lived this subway, food was always great, and the family who managed it were so nice. It gone way down hill and after this incident I won’t be coming back. It really sucks but this honestly ruined subway for me. I’d recommend people don’t eat at this location until they get their store together.

This place use to be great and clean now it’s absolutely disgusting !! I went today they gave me old chicken and wilted lettuce . Fruit flies EVERYWHERE. I’m calling the health dept.

One, two, three strikes you’re out. As someone who works in the food industry and has a degree in Gastronomy I have worked restaurant’s whether fast casual, like this subway as well as three michelin starred restaurants. Three times ive been denied entry because lazy eye closes 30 minutes prior to the actual closing time. It sucks when people like myself do come in late I get out of work looking for a healthier option than Wendy’s next door- they got my business because “Sorry we’re closed.” Steer clear of the ice in the soft soda machine please clean it or the Department of Health will shut you down in a quicker second than this man closes the store; as there is mold in the Ice. Was also charged double by mistake when presenting a coupon via phone picture - I understand not having the physical coupon and was giving benefit of doubt when that situation occurred; I can provide additional info if needed. I will not be going to this franchise don’t lose business to unhealthier counterparts and clean your ice machine before you screw yourself and sacrifice other peoples well being especially if it turns out to be black mold. Sincerely, disgusted & ordering dinner from a local deli

Like other posts, this was our go-to convenient hero shop. This has changed since it appears the shop changed management. Long story short, they have cut down on the meat they now put on their heroes. One of our favorites is the BLT. The last few times we could barely taste any bacon. We wanted to believe it may have been someone new, etc. this last time we didn’t even know if there was anything other than lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. Bottom line, stay away from this establishment. Their prices were actually too high for what you were getting. Now, they are stealing your money. We will not be back!

Me and mother come here all the time as it's our local subway and never have trouble. But as of March 12th 2024, this has now changed. I walk in and order my food normally and trouble free and use my coupon as I always do. But as I'm paying, the machine has an issue and the man at the register restarts and cancels the order with no problem. But as he restarts the order, he clicks on the max tip button, making my total go from $19 to $24. I see him do this with my own eyes and ask him if it's OK to continue and he says yes. I paid and received my receipt to find out he overcharged me because he pressed the MAX tip button. This is no big deal. I waited till he was free to mention it, but that is when the trouble started. I explained to him that he overcharged me by hitting the max tip, which I made it clear was no big deal and absolutely showed no aggression towards the man. But instead of simply paying me back the difference, he was extremely rude. At first, he said I did nothing wrong and then started saying it wasn't my problem. I was stunned that he was acting this rude and, in the end, aggressively gave me $3 instead of the $4 he owed me and as I'm leaving, tells me "Next time no coupon". I am so surprised and disappointed with this interaction that I may never return to this restaurant until they take action.

Worker tries to give me the wrong order multiple times and tried to tell me no that order that says James is yours. Then tried to give me someone else’s order. Her supervisor came out to also tell me that is my order despite having a different name. Then his manager had to come out. It’s clear only the manager speaks English and there was a language barrier but then he tried to act like I was being rude for trying to get the correct order. I suggest you try Wendy’s, it’s close and the always get it right without fuss. And You’re welcome to James and Dalia for not taking your orders these people tried to give me.

Curbside order, had to go in to pick it up, no sauces and 20% of the order missing. Can't speak English and accuse customer of theft. When asked to look at their own CCTV they refuse. Avoid at all costs.

I very very rarely leave reviews good or bad but right now I'm just fed up. I used to go here often and enjoyed taking the veggie patty footlong home for dinner. Always enjoyed it ! It's been about 6 months since I was there last and today went and ordered the same .... added veggies...passed on the cucumber because they were visibly dried out n beige around edges. I wish I had taken that as a clue and left. I thought about mentioning it but didn't because the employees had to have been looking at it all day. Got home.....opened the sandwich....had a couple bites and it's now in my garbage. The veggie patty was disgustingly mushy.....tasted spoiled. Why is it so difficult to make a decent fresh sandwich ? $ 10 wasted.

Went there when there was a line, got my turn after 15 mins which I don’t have problem with but after getting my turn the employee refused to warm up my cookies because of a line behind me… I told him 2 warmed up chocolate chip cookies and he put the cookies in my bag as it was laying down, I repeated again I wanted them heated up, angrily he said there’s a line I’m not heating up your cookies. It only takes 15 secs to heat up the cookies, I was on my break on a time limit. Everybody is busy. The way I got treated was disgusting. The management skills are trash. It’s like not warming up my sandwich cuz there’s a line. I was standing in line too…? Not like I’m holding everyone up. I wanted to speak to the manager but felt like he was the manager himself refusing me a service because there’s a line. This is unacceptable behavior.

Three times I've gone to this subway and all three times the service has been miserable. They don't listen, they don't care about listening, and they get mad when they make a mistake when you clearly asked for something and they give you something else. It's quick but at what cost, when i went today I've made the public decision to go to a Subway further away because I've given this place many chances to no avail of improvement.
