We had the best experience at the chipotle! My kids, wife and I were super hungry and we needed somewhere to eat that would be relatively clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and generous and I would 100% recommend this location. My wife joked, 'today, chipotle earned their first Michelin star'. It tastes really great and the kids loved it. Recommended!!

The portions of the food has gotten smaller and the prices have increased. I recently had the steak and chicken bowl. The steak was very chewy and the chicken was okay. I feel that unfortunately, the quality of the food has gone down. The service was good as always and the establishment was clean so that’s why I give 3 stars across the board.

Guys come on. Can we get it together? You make bowls or burritos. It's crazy that you have yet to master rolling one. If I would have known if this is how my food would arrive I would have just gotten the bowl. I'm just gonna drive a little further to your competitors for now. This isn't the first time but I held out leaving a review hoping this issue would be fixed.

Update 4: I've been another dozen or so times at least, they're usually out of tea but everything else has usually been available and that has been nice. Today the manager (I presume) who has always been sympathetic to my frustration actually checked the tea for me without me even asking and I found that really nice. I'm raising the service and food stars and bringing this to 3 stars overall for now. The unreliability can be frustrating, and some of the staff can be difficult, but there is still some passion when the right people are present and that means a lot. Thank you for trying. Update 3: Been several more times. I'd say every single visit they're out of something, always before 9pm, this time at 7:30pm, no steak and no cheese. Steak being cooked, okay, but "morning didn't prep enough" cheese. I say okay I'll order if you give me the queso dip but I'm not paying extra, they say no they have to charge it. Okay, fine. Your rating will stay at 1 star and I'll always advise people avoid this location. Been making it at home lately, and the only reason I even try coming here is because it's right by where I live, but even that is quickly becoming less of a consideration as I begin going to locations much farther to avoid this nonsense. Update 2: I've been 2 more times since the last update, and they have more or less been steady with ingredient availability. They lacked chips and vinaigrette last time but that's at least tolerable for me as I don't need either. Raised star one more time, but atmosphere is lacking since I'm usually there late and it can be quite messy and they had no accessible napkins last time I was there. Update 1: Because this location is 2 minutes from my house, I will be giving them a few more chances before defaulting to a farther location. Tonight was one such chance, and I've raised my rating 1 star in favor of it. I showed up an hour before close, expecting (and this wouldn't be horribly unreasonable this time) them to be missing things, but no, they had everything, even guac! Team seemed in better spirits too. Original Review after 5+ visits: Consistently out of ingredients, I've been bringing my own and then they're out of MORE things. It's insane. I'm not paying full price for half my order!

Went yesterday, the tall lady with blonde pony tail served me. First it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me as they were all gossiping by the drive through area. She didn't seem happy to have a job. She just unhappily plopped everything in the bowl, tiny amount of meat, and before I could say light she put a huge spoon of sour cream. Then went back to talking in the corner while someone else completed the sale. She was complaining about how she didn't have gas in her car. Lady, you'll be on the street soon with that attitude as I'm happier to have a robot that will replace you with AI soon if you don't lighten up and be nice to customers, I was the only one there too. Wow! There was no Hi, welcome our thank you. My last day here. . . Prob any location, quality AND quantity has gone down while price sores

I came in super hungry at about 10:30 was super happy that they were open late. But shortly after going inside to order my food I realized it just because they were open late didn't mean it was going to be a good experience. The lady that was helping me one lady came up to her and said hey I can help you with this one if you want to go home and she goes no I'm just going to finish up and slapped my meal together through it in the containers practically Chunk in the spoons back into the assembly line container where the food was. Nothing was labeled and it leaked out of the side because it was not seals very good before it was put in the bag. Then I felt like I was kind of just rushed out.

Portion size is about 70% of what I usually got from another location on San Felipe; No one asked what I wanted to drink, and I had to ask for a water cup; there is no plastic spoon, only forks. We ordered two bowls, but we both were still hungary after finishing everything - the portion size was just not enough. See the photo - that was one of the dishes before serving.

Last time I come to this location. Made an online order for a bowl and this is what I see when I open it at home. I can fit almost ALL of the rice on a single spoon. This is a joke. Avoid this location.

i don’t understand why the workers have to have such a bad attitude when they take your order. They don’t even do the bare minimum, it’s not hard to say “hi, what can i get for you today?”, i’m not trying to be petty but this has happened multiple times now. Not only that the lobby was trashy, the drinking station was all over the place. They have time to talk while you’re there waiting to order but they can’t clean and re stock? or just be nice?

Steak bowl, no steak??? Are you kidding me?? The customer service number didn’t help me. Couldn’t for the life of me get anyone at the store on the phone. I like how they start off with “I’m sorry your experience wasn’t up to par- I’m here to make it right” and then proceeds to do NOTHING. How do you forget the protein in a steak bowl?? What a seriously mismanaged location.

Portion size is about 70% of what I usually got from another location on San Felipe; No one asked what I wanted to drink, and I had to ask for a water cup; there is no plastic spoon, only forks. We ordered two bowls, but we both were still hungary after finishing everything - the portion size was just not enough. See the photo - that was one of the dishes before serving.

I get a chicken bowl with double protein. No drink, no chips, no extras…. Still spent 20 dollars and they cant even give me a normal portion of chicken or white rice?… every single time… from my experience I’d recommend going anywhere else if you don’t want to get ripped off. This location is the biggest scam and always a let down.

I will never be going back to this Chipotle location. I ordered a takeout order with four orders in it and this is my first time at this location instead of the Louetta one. I truly think they could have done better at McDonald's which is egregious considering how costly it is comparatively. I placed the order on the app, which was no problem at all - the app is very easy to use. I set the order for 12:40p and arrived at 12:44p. The Chipotle Lane worked well and the woman helping me at the window was very kind. When we got home to eat the food, we had no silverware or napkins in the bag which was actually very inconvenient because we are doing a home remodel - hence why we ordered out to begin with. We had to go digging through some boxes to find silverware to eat 👎 none of the orders were labeled and we had some burritos so we also had to go digging through each other's food to find out who's was whose. Frustrating considering I specifically had put the names on each of the orders I placed. The drinks were filled to the brim with ice which is not a problem other places because the cup sizes are usually large but at Chipotle they are essentially the size of a small/ medium so I got about five sips of the watermelon limeade before it was empty. When I opened my bowl, I was shocked by how small a portion it was. Extremely noticeable especially because I ordered both guac and double protein and I for sure did not get double protein because I go to the Louetta location and I know what two scoops of chicken look like. To top it all off, the food was lukewarm at best with one of the bowls already cold. Overall it was a waste of $76 and I will never order from this location again unless I'm actually in house watching them make my food. Disappointing waste of money.

There’s two girls that work the evening shift that have very funky attitudes. I went a while back and the line was almost to the door. I guess they made themselves a bowl right before the rush and were complaining about not being able to eat. I brushed it off and went about my day, however, I went again tonight and it was the same two girls making rude comments and being really nasty and rude towards customers. Management should definitely have a talk with them about being respectful.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION, specifically for the so called manager named "Fabio" who didn't have a name tag and called himself manager when I asked for one. We are long time chipotle rewards customers and participate in events that get text to me like this $6 burrito night for Halloween. Well Fabio thinks he's the world's biggest costume judge because my Son and I came in there at 9:20 pm and we no longer had costumes on. He said it was store policy that he couldn't honor the discount due is not having costumes. What?!? So what if we were dressed like a Mom and Son but not something obvious with lots of colors or wild style? It was just judgemental ignorant and rude and he took it personal like as if I'm stealing $6 out of his own pocket or something. Chipotle is a multi million dollar restaurant chain, they could give a flip about strict policies being enforced over something that should be fun and enjoyable for their rewards members. They will still be millionaires and pay their employees bare minimum while giving discounts galore to keep customers coming back. Get over yourself Fabio dude. Other chipotle locations have never made us feel like that. In fact one day I went in there on Jersey day unknowing there was a discount and the cashier took it upon herself to inform me that she would give me the discount anyway, even when I didnt ask for one. See....the managers or staff there do whatever they want, so Fabio must be some rookie that actually thinks he's too important to make a customer happy over $6 instead of saying no problem here's the discount have a great night.

So when did Chipotle have it to where only certain items are only bought online as well as during certain times?. I say this because I went to multiple locations throughout Houston and I never have a problem when it comes to ordering my quesadilla or any of my items but every time I come to this location, it's always the same issue that they can't make quesadillas past a certain time or they have to only be online. But yet I've seen them make my quesadillas before and it was never an issue. So my question is is Chipotle bought by different companies in different areas? Because then that would make sense on what certain policies are implied at one location versus others. But if that's not the case then it's either on the employees being lazy and not trying to serve the customer when it is still business up operation hours or then this location needs to have an indication for customers to know that certain items can only be bought online so the confusion doesn't keep on happening because this has happened multiple times and every time I've come to this location it's always a problem when at other locations I don't have this issue at all

I walked in and stood there for a legit six minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally was served, the lady behind the counter seemed like she had an attitude. I truly hope everything is okay with her, but paying customers don’t deserve to be treated that way. For the prices Chipotle charges, the least you expect is decent service and respect.

Granted I came in 15mins before closed, but it's Chipotle you just scoop rice in a bowl... Either way I walk in, the lady behind the counter yells asking if I have a mobile order, I reply no, she then yells to me they're not accepting walk in orders because she "don't have enough food" (as she's cleaning behind the counter).. I look down at the food on the counter... literally it's ALL FULL 😂 ... Honestly I was going to be petty and just order from the app since they're still open and it'll let me.. but it's all good I'll make it an opportunity to leave my first google review in the parking lot. I've worked in a restaurant before so I completely understand but come on it would've took 58 secs

This location is absolute trash. It’s always dirty, the majority of the workers have a an attitude, and your food will always be sloppy, if they even have what you want. It was trash when it was at 6/290, and it’s still trash in a new building. Edit: When using the app for delivery, I’m stuck ordering from this location because it’s the closest one to me- the app doesn’t let me try to go to a different one. Naturally, 2 times in a row, at different times during the day, there are issues, and my first order was cancelled and the second one wouldn’t even go through- I got a pop up that said “sorry about this, we’re unable to identify a delivery time.” Which is HILARIOUS, because the whole time I was ordering, I had a delivery window. I just give up with this location and Chipotle as a whole.

So disappointing. Food was abysmal, dry, overcooked. Steak was gristly, difficult to chew. Far cry from Chipotle I remember. Cannot recommend any food as everything we ordered was subpar.

I ordered on uber eats and under the name Ty foster and I had a bowl and burrito. My burrito was fine but my bowl barely had any sour cream or lettuce when i ordered the bowl with lettuce and sour cream. it’s like the employees were being stingy with the sour cream and lettuce.

Whole place needs new staff, everyone is so judgy and rude. I had to ask them to remake my bowl because they made a mistake and she got frustrated with me because of her wrongdoings. The cashier also gave me a hard time. Wouldn’t recommend going here, makes the whole experience unpleasant along with the portions being affected by moodiness.

I will never come back to this Chipotle. The portions are ridiculously small, like the employees are serving food out of their own paycheck. I paid $23 for one bowl with nothing extra, and it was barely half-filled. On top of that, the person serving my food had a terrible attitude, which made the experience even worse. For the price I paid, I expected decent service and a full meal, not to leave hungry and frustrated. Absolute waste of money.
