The manager is Jun My family and I went to this place for the first time. When we got there at 12:30 the whole place was already packed. We had to wait a little bit, but let me tell you...the food was definitely worth the wait. Everything was so hot and fresh, the bathrooms and the dining area were very nice and clean. 10/10 will definitely be coming back here again. Congratulations to Jun the manager and all the staff they do an amazing job....thanks 👏

Loved the food so much it’s very flavorful and well seasoned. I just wish the sweets section was better and more fresh, also the ice cream was a bit runny. But overall, it’s one of my favorite Asian buffets so far!

I recently visited E-Star Buffet, and I was pleasantly surprised. The place is exceptionally clean for a buffet, which isn’t always common. They maintain it well, making it feel more like a proper restaurant than a typical buffet. The food quality is excellent, with a variety of options, including fresh sushi. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The employees, especially those at the front desk, weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, and I didn’t see many smiles. Overall, it’s a solid choice for quality food, but the staff could be a bit warmer.

The wait staff was very friendly! We were greeted with eagerness and a smile. I was a little taken aback by the dim lighting. I'm legally blind, so that was a slight issue for me. We went during lunch hours. The food was hot and fresh, but it was the typical Chinese buffet to me. Nothing really stood apart from others that I've been to. The dessert options weren't appealing to me. There weren't many to choose from. The buffet tables stayed clean, and replenished. The restrooms were clean as well. I did notice that there were no condiments on the table. I did see some on the buffet, but they too were limited choices. The online lunch price says $13.99 for an adult, and $2.50 for soft drinks and tea. When we got the bill, those weren't the prices reflected. I did inquire about it, and I was told that the prices online were their old prices. Although it was not a horrible experience, I more than likely won't go back.

If you go during peak times on a Sunday, you’re going to be waiting quite some time for a table and they don’t have any sitting room to wait so everybody’s just standing around in the way. I feel if they have some benches or chairs or something set out in the front lobby area or even outside it would’ve been a much better experience for my family. It would be a much better experience if they had that for anybody with a disability, who’s unable to stand up for long periods of time. I feel the food was absolutely superb and the people that work there are very friendly. I got up to look for a bathroom and someone came up to me and asked could they help me, that’s great customer support.

I drove a good distance because the reviews were good. And honestly it didn't disappoint. Only thing was each time biscuits came out they were hard like they had been sitting in the back. But honestly overall very nice 👌 we most definitely will revisit! And crabs were AMAZING 👏 🤩

$16 (including tax) for all you can eat chinese food. Good food. It's tasty. Good selections but could have some more options. Clean restrooms. Clean tables. Clean restaurant no smell. Customer service is great. My glass of water always full and I didnt have to ask for it. That's great!

Nice Place. 1st Time There. It Was Pretty Crowded, Which I Feel Is A Good Thing. Courteous Staff, Good Food. A Tad Pricey For My Liking and How Little I Ate, I Guess I Shouldn't Do Buffets Anymore lol But That's On Me... But My Son Totally Ate His Fair Share... It Was A Benefit For Me Since It's Around The Corner From Bath and Body Works!

Starting off with I'm coming in from out of town so I wasn't sure what to expect but the food I myself is not really somebody who is crazy about Asian food but they did have a decent amount of American options that were amazing like barbecued chicken on a stick (10/10) others that fell a bit short like the barbecued ribs (0/10). I went with three adults one kid and one baby My other two friends who liked Asian food a little bit more than me did enjoy the food One of them thought that it wasn't enough Asian options but as someone who doesn't really like Asian food that much again I really did feel like it was a good mix between Asian and American. The service was absolutely horrid We sat down pretty quickly They brought us our drinks pretty quickly but after that servers were non-existent I had to summon seven different servers to clean off the plates and get refills before any help was actually received They only gave us two things of silverware leaving other people without any silverware honestly for how nice of a place it looks the service was absolutely terrible that would probably be the only reason that I wouldn't go back. For the atmosphere it was really clean other than the lack of service on cleaning up the tables the food was the right temperature between them having to keep warm foods warm cold foods cold and honestly for a buffet it was a really nice restaurant. So would I go here again maybe If somebody else paid but it's not something I would actively seek out.

The only good thing about this place was its atmosphere. The food was not in good quality especially their beef steaks and crabs did not seem to us fresh given to the price they charged us ( $68 two adults and 1 toddler). More importantly, while we were in the middle of eating after about 20 min of our entry to the restaurant waitress brought a bill basically hinting pay and leave. About 5 min later she took away all utensils from our table. We found it strange. Overall, not a good experience.

We came here for lunch today, and I have to say that for an Asian buffet, it really lacked the “Asian” part. There were no drinks like bubble tea—just standard sodas. For dessert, there were only simple items like cream rolls and profiteroles, which were tasty overall, along with some almond cookies and a few fruits—nothing special or exciting. The rolls were disappointing: they use a low-quality cream cheese, and I didn’t enjoy any of them. The sushi selection was very limited. The sashimi didn’t seem very fresh. It was also noticeable that some of the vegetables, like mushrooms and broccoli, had already started to go bad, yet they were still cooked and served. The rangoons and shrimp were tasty, though. I’d give the food a 3 out of 5. The service gets a 4—it doesn’t quite reach a 5. The atmosphere is also a 4: the dining area looks nice, but it’s a bit too dark.

If you love spicy food from mild to omHOT ... this is it! I'm intolerant to spicy hot 🌶 food so the variety of other things is very little (hence my grading). It is very clean 👌 and the staff is very attentive. There's great music 🎶 too

The first thing I noticed about this place was how nice and clean it looked. My sister had eaten here before and like it, I actually wanted to try the crabs, but unfortunately, they only have them after 4 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends. The food was good, the temperature of the food was fine, the egg drop soup was very flavorful, and everything looked fresh. I liked that they are constantly checking the food and filling empty items quickly. Our waitress was extremely nice and kept cleaning off the empty plates and asked if we needed refills on drinks. I would recommend this place if you love Asian food, pleanty items to choose from. People love the crawfish, and they keep refilling it. That's a plus for crawfish lovers. There was a large variety of sushi it looked really good..

The food was good but nothing special. The restaurant is pretty dimly lit in the seating area which I'm not a huge fan of. The staff are very nice and helpful. The buffet was very well stocked with a nice variety of items and everything was clean and orderly.

last saturday my family of six visited this restaurant, including my young child who uses a wheelchair. What should have been a normal family dinner turned into a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience. Despite clearly explaining that we had a wheelchair, the front desk insisted on seating us at a fixed table that physically could not accommodate it. When we asked for a more accessible table, we were met with resistance instead of understanding. The situation became worse due to the attitude of an older female staff member at the front desk (wearing yellow shirt). She was extremely rude, dismissive, and showed a clear lack of respect toward our family, especially toward our child with a disability. Her tone and behavior made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. To make matters worse, one of our children—who is not even three years old and barely ate anything—was still counted as a full charge. When we politely asked to have the child removed from the bill, the same staff member became visibly upset and argumentative, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Families with disabled children already face many challenges in daily life. A restaurant should be a place of hospitality, not a place where we are made to feel like a burden. I truly hope management takes this seriously, provides proper disability awareness training, and ensures that no other family is treated this way in the future

Big Star Towing

This is the worst restaurant ever and never show up the last hour of dinner manager David he’s the worst person and he have bad attitude with the customers I went there before they close an hour ahead and he was lied to me. He said we close the kitchen at 9:30 then at 9:15 he said he’s the last the last call to get your food then he kicked us out of the restaurant. I would not recommend anybody come to this restaurant. The manager David, he kicked us out when we were eating he didn’t give us a chance to finish our food
