Avaliações de Fia's Pizzeria Houston
Definitely a top-notch pizzeria in Houston whipping up some flavorful and unique pizza pies. Their are plenty of firey options, like the Bayou City Chicken Ranchera w the spicy Red sauce, for those of us who love a little spice in their life and, of course, they have the classics like Margherita and Pepperoni for the rest of us 🤣 The staff was friendly and patient with the newcomers reviewing their menu. Great prices for the pies. They have hoagies, pastas and salads with little twists on them, and you can customize your sub, pizza and salad with the fresh ingredients at the bar. Large selection of canned beverages, but the tap sodas are limited. Clean environment and definitely a hot spot of celebrities coming to visit Houston's museum district!
So good! I had the garlic knots and garlic parmesan wings. Everything was fresh and taste so good. Great customer service as well!👌🏽
Been coming here for 5 years and I love it. Food is delicious, great prize and big portions. My go to is a hoagie and garlic cheese bites. Good little stop before going to the zoo or any museums around the area.
🍕 FIA's Pizzeria in Houston is freaking phenomenal! We had two pizzas and both were absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection right in front of us. The wings were awesome as well. Watching them make it fresh added such a cool touch to the experience. Our kids loved it so much they tried to eat ours 😂 Next time, we’re definitely ordering more than two! FIA’s has officially earned a spot on our family’s go-to list. Can’t wait to come back! It's also down the street from the Children's Museum so a great place to go before and after💞🥰 with the family to eat and chill.
Pizza was really good, salad was hefty, bread sticks were huge... all for a good price... parking is crazy there and if you park anywhere where the sign says you can't as soon as you get in the restaurant there will be s ticket on your windshield so be mindful of that... place got packed really quick after I got there... there are tables outside as well if you want to enjoy the gates of hell in the summer time in Houston haha...I have been back since the first time and will continue to.
Went for a late lunch today. Service was excellent, the lady behind the counter was friendly and our orders were ready in about 10 minutes. Cozy setting and had a nice hip feel to it. Pizzas were cooked well, their pizza choices were unique, and I appreciated the theme of their names relating to parts of Houston. I ordered the Astrodome Rodeo pizza and it was cheesy with plenty of the toppings advertised. Also has classic pizzas for those unsure. Their beer selection ranges from commercial to IPAs and special brews. I'm from Houston and took my family from Ohio down for vacation and stopped here after visiting the science museum. Will definitely stop by again when in the neighborhood
If you can deal with the parking situation, Fia's Pizzeria has fantastic food! They have a great menu with a lot to choose from. My friend ordered the Montrose Spicy Pickle pizza and I ordered a cheese pizza with pineapple. We both really loved what we ordered. The crust was perfect and the ingredients were delicious. I also have to give them a shout out for their delicious fountain Dr Pepper!!! It was right up there with the very best that I have ever tasted out of a fountain! We ate inside, but there's also a small patio area with tables in front of the restaurant if you prefer to eat outside. They no longer take phone orders, but you are able to order online. We had to park in the garage that's shared by the other businesses in the building. It's a very tight parking garage with tight spaces. It cost $7 to park for a little under an hour. They are very close, however, to the McGovern Centennial Gardens, Miller Outdoor Theater, and Hermann Park, so you could walk right over and skip the garage altogether. The parking was a bit of a challenge, but the food… the food AND THE DR. PEPPER were excellent!
Fast, delicious food for a reasonable price. Clean restrooms. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because there was a very strong smell of fabuloso the entire time I ate. Other than that I really enjoyed my lunch.
It is a decent spot with a solid 4-star rating. The atmosphere felt a bit dull, as the staff wasn’t very friendly or engaging. They weren’t rude, but they didn’t make me feel particularly welcomed or encouraged to order. I was disappointed that they only offered canned beer from the fridge, with no draft options. Additionally, despite asking for less spicy food, my dish was still somewhat spicy. On the bright side, the prices were reasonable, and the food itself tasted good. Overall, it’s an average place worth visiting for the food.
Clean with a large selection of drink options. I just wish they offered some non-alcoholic beers in there somewhere. The servers were young, standoffish, and held their chatter in the front of house, occasionally yelling their conversation across the dining room, but it is a louder environment so it wasn't necessarily invasive. They were busy with a large delivery order but it didn't delay our service too much. I ordered the Transco Hot Pep and my husband had the Space City Sausage. Our pizzas were satisfying, but not overly impressive, with a crust on the softer end. It's affordable and the portions are perfect. Our friend told us he really likes pasta when he goes there and the neighboring table ordered some that looked good. Maybe we'll try that on our next visit.
I've only visited this eatery for lunch since it's across the street from the hospital. It's quite busy at lunchtime and on the weekend during peak museum hours. The menu has a little bit for everyone. The pasta dishes are yummy and the pizza is pretty good. They bring your meal to you if you dine in. It's not the largest restaurant, but people spend about 25 minutes here. Most folks take the meal to go or do pick up. They also offer a nice variety of wine and local beers. So for those who wish the meal can be enhanced. I definitely recommend enjoying lunch here at least once.
Great pizza place. It may be more of a “lunch spot” than a dinner place, but the food is good either way. The biggest complaints are that the garlic knots are always undercooked and doughy, and the large pizza is not very crispy and a little greasy. Still, it’s great for the money and definitely worth a visit!
I ordered and waited for a sandwich, after 15 minutes seeing orders come out and mine passed i ask about my order. It was forgotten, they quickly put it together but if the chatter between staff was limited this wouldn't happen. I was disappointed.
Recently visited Fia’s Pizzeria to try the Transco Hot Pep pizza, and it was an intense experience. The pizza was loaded with jalapeños, cut in various sizes, and drenched in extra honey drizzle sauce. While I appreciate a good spicy dish, the heat level of this pizza was overwhelming, masking all other flavors. Despite removing the jalapeños, the spice was too much, and unfortunately, we couldn’t finish our meal. We attempted to salvage the remaining pizza at home with some ranch dressing, but the overpowering taste of jalapeños persisted. The experience led to a rough couple of days, and sadly, most of the pizza was wasted. It was a lesson learned – this pizza is not for the faint of heart or those who prefer to taste their food beyond the spice. While I love a spicy kick, the balance wasn’t there, making it hard to recommend this particular pie. It seems we might have missed out on a better experience next door, but that’s how it goes sometimes.
Bad service, they can't deliver a pizza in these conditions, burnt pizza, they should be more careful and inspect each food to make sure it is in the correct condition. One pays for the product or food well made and one as a person places trust that our food will arrive well and in the correct conditions. bad service.
What happens when you come to get pizza , and there no one in the restaurant, and then a bike group comes in and floods the area. You saw them making your pizza so you figure 15-20 minutes. You saw everyone in bike group go up and order so you know it was not preordered. You see them get their pizza first , so you are watching everyone come in after you eating , so you continue to wait, but are told to sit and they will bring it out to you, brushed off. You went to see if they forgot about you because at this time it's been 40 minutes. If I owned this business , I would look into reading about normal business practices and know that food orders are in order (ex 1-10) and there is no skipping. What kind of logic is this? Thanks a lot
