Delicious! I've been passing by here for a year and hadn't stopped in for a meal. Yesterday was my first try with the jalapeno chicken and veggies. That was surprisingly, absolutely deeeeeelightful! Today I got 3 things. The Cobb salad, which is huge! I am going to have this leftover half for dinner. I put a piece of croissant in the box with the salad sho ignore that. I also purchased the Cajun chicken salad. I haven't tasted that yet but it looks promising. Lastly, I got this delicious chocolate chunk and cranberry pastry (a ships from the owner's own mother!). Do not sleep on this place!!! I'm eating healthier and actually enjoying it. 😂

Great healthy food options. All vegan. Friendly service. There is a wide assortment of smoothies, juices, grab and go meals, and snacks. Parking is a little tight. Simple decor, limited seating.

The owner is from New Orleans. Im from Louisiana as well. I got the hero smoothie with protein/ fiber. Two soups turkey sausage gumbo type and turkey chill both diary and gluten free. Yummmmmy my first time here i downy 73$ to this will last be all day and I got two meals.

I had the silence... It didn't last long cuz I slurped it right up! 😋 There are a lot of healthy options here and all the juices are freshly made. You can have a quick chat about the ingredients and what they're good for because the owners are very knowledgeable.

I absolutely loveee this place. Owner Blair and his family are super amazing people! They go above and beyond for people in general and most of all for their customers. I work out a lot and I’m an Aesthetician with over 20 years of experience and believe in overall quality healthy foods/juices/supplements etc.. I believe skincare is inside out which makes green fork and straw my go to for everything. They have the best service/customer service. Their food, juices, and smoothies are quality food with quality ingredients. I love clean eating and Blair and his family provide that here. You can tell they care about you by your overall experience. Blair and his family are amazing people and Blair is a hard worker. I met him and his wife at the beginning of green fork and straw and immediately loved them . I believe in their business, I believe in them and what they stand for and I believe in the vision that have for their business. This review is a little different than most reviews but I felt lead today to show some love and shine ✨ a light on how amazing this family owned business is. To know them is to truly love them . If your ever in Houston you definitely have to stop by and experience the food, juices, smoothies, etc..Btw this is my ONLY place I purchase smoothies /juices/clean eating from 🙌🏽💕🫶

The gluten free cafe of your dreams is here! I had the most divine golden milk with cashew cream, it was akin to a warm, buttery cloud, rich in flavour, texture and comfort. The giant, crunchy chocolate chip cookie made with huge homemade chocolate blobs was heavenly! I love this place! The staff were attentive & knowledgeable. Kudos to you all for this gem of a cafe! P.S.If I lived nearby, I'd be there several times a week. To your success!

I absolutely love this place! I order this every day I go to work to start my day off right. Each time it taste amazing! Today I had a problem trying to order online, when I called the nice gentleman knew my name based on my order! Talk about customer service! AMAZING!! Randomly ordered from here on Uber Eats and everything I got was delicious! We ordered a ton of food to try including multiple soups, carrot cake, muffins, baked chicken tenders, and 5 different smoothies. We were pleasantly surprised that every single thing was incredible! We also like to eat very clean and healthy, so we are so happy to have found this place! HIGHLY recommend! 😍💕👍🏻

The egg cups are always tasty and filling. They make everything fresh and daily. They take pride and it shows with their quality. They will tweek any of their juices and smoothies to your liking. If you’re looking for a new place I think you should definitely give Green Fork and Straw a try.

There is a large variety of of smoothies and juices; shots and smoothie bowls included. If gluten is a concern this is a worry-free zone! They are environmentally ethical and the energy here is great! This is my number 1 spot.

I stumbled upon this establishment as I came into town for my son’s doctor appointment. As someone that has an autoimmune disease and eats gluten and dairy free it was truly refreshing to find somewhere I can eat worry free. The owner was friendly and my smoothie bowl was made fresh and it was amazing! I will definitely visit again next time I’m in town.

And today, the day before thanksgiving when a 3 hour drive turned into a 5.5 hour drive, the owner personally delivered my thanksgiving order to my home when I was unable to pick it up in the pick up window. THANK YOU for amazing quality food and ingredients but most importantly thank you for having heart and soul run through your business!

My husband stopped by Green Fork & Straw last month when I was knocked out by the flu and feeling too sick to make my own soup. He purchased the healing chicken soup and the white bean and kale stew. Given that I usually cook myself I was a little bit taken aback by the $25 price tag for a mason jar of soup but they are homemade using high quality ingredients so 🤷🏻‍♀️. All that aside, I was pretty disappointed by the chicken soup. It was largely broth with maybe one or two brussels and nowhere near the quantity of chicken that I would expect. The white bean and kale stew was considerably hardier than the chicken soup, was very tasty and incredibly filling. It’s nice having a spot in the neighborhood to be able to pick up a premade healthy meals but next time I will steer clear of the chicken soups.

The most expensive smoothie I've ever had in my entire life and $14 for a small container of pretty average chicken salad. It tastes fresh but there just isn't anything special about it and it's just too expensive to give any more of their menu options a try.
