I love Miri's Kitchen, this place offers authentic delicious Persian food that shows that has been prepared with lots of care, the flavor and the presentation is all there. So if you're looking for authentic Persian food that is mouth watering, this is the place to visit. They have a small outdoor area and the interior is very cozy. The menu offers a variety of different Persian Foods and to be honest they're hard to choose from because they are all delicious. The service is great and the owner is very Hands-On. The food portions are generous. The facilities on the dining area are very clean and well maintained. If you like to try cuisines from around the world or if you like Persian food this is a must try!

My husband and I hosted our son’s Baptism reception at Miri’s Kitchen this weekend and can’t say enough good things about the event! The staff were easy to work with, the room was set up just as we had discussed, the staff were attentive and food was delicious! Would recommend anyone in the area consider hosting their event here!

Ms. Miri by far can be considered as Queen of Persian Cuisine. The food is spot on; far better than many restaurants i have been in this city. The secrets stay with her. I am a satisfied neighbor living in memorial neighborhood as well. Be your own judge Buy lamb shank, ghorme sabzi, lentil soup, etc and just compared to other restaurants, i bet we arrive at same conclusion.

My husband surprised me with my 40th birthday here and the service, food, and decor was amazing. Mrs. Miri was soooo nice and accommodating. This restaurant is beautiful and does not need much decorations but with the added flowers and garland, the restaurant felt like we traveled to another place. We love Miri’s Kitchen. My husband and I eat there frequently and I’m always pleased with the service. Thank you so much for making my day special.

Miri kitchen is one of the best Persian restaurant that I’ve ever been to!The food is really good and taste like homemade. Beautiful decoration and welcoming place! The owner is always there and walks around to make sure everyone is being taken care of! They are not only great at Persian food but also their fajitas are so delicious and can tell better than some Mexican restaurants in Htown! We had a business dinner and they provided us a Mexican food and it was really impressive! The fajita meat was really tender and the sides were tasteful! Thanks to Miri kitchen for a great food and hospitality!

Atmosphere is beautiful I was surprised it is a small place but the portions are huge. The food is amazing loved the pitta bread with smoked eggplant sauce and the steaks were so soft and flavorful melts in your mouth. Wanted dessert but couldn’t eat anymore lol HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10. I need to bring my family ❤️❤️

I have visited Persian restaurants in Chicago, California, Washington DC, and New York on my extensive business travels. When it comes to food quality, Miri's Kitchen in Houston is the greatest. The owner, Miss Miri, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Each dish I tried tasted as if it were straight out of my own kitchen back home. The flavors were authentic, and the ingredients were fresh. What truly made my experience memorable was the personal touch from the owner. Upon learning that I was from Boston and staying at a hotel, she went out of her way to offer me extra samples to take with me. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me feel like a valued guest. Her hospitality and genuine care for her customers truly set Miri's Kitchen apart.

My favorite Persian restaurant in Houston! The quality of their food is amazing. juicy ribeye skewers with saffron chicken kabob are my favorites. and let's not forget about the Persian ice-cream. Delicious!

The service was good and the ambience is very nice and clean. The food was good but simple. The great sign was seeing the owner eating at the restaurant herself with friends. It’s a definite visit if you are looking for good Mediterranean food.

The food was great, really tasty, but the service was too slow. It took too long to get the food. I had boneless chicken kebab, and my friend had salad. Both were really good. It's a big portion, and chicken is really tender and tasty. We both love it.

It's a decent spot. The restaurant is small with standard decor. We tried both the koubideh and a burger, and I'd say the burger was definitely the standout. Prices are about average

The food is great, but the service is unprofessional and disappointing. In fact, this is not a restaurant as you may expect. They often host parties, allowing random people to enter the kitchen or leave the door open for long periods on cold days, creating discomfort for other patrons. It feels as though the restaurant is run for the benefit of certain individuals rather than all customers and the owner is scared of them. During my first visit, they hosted a birthday party, ignoring and disrupting other guests. On my second visit, they prioritized a special guest table while neglecting everyone else. Finally, on my third visit, the restaurant was closed on a Saturday night for a private event. Another time, When I called to make a reservation, they told me the restaurant was fully booked. However, when we visited at the same time without any reservation, we were seated immediately, and there were several empty tables throughout our visit. This unprofessional behavior greatly diminishes the dining experience and makes it undesirable to return.

Miri's Kitchen Ground beef was the best. Chicken was second best. Ribeye, we didn't even want the leftovers. The rice and roasted tomatos were delicious. The hummus and pita chips were decent. I'm not quite sure why this meal was so expensive. Took greater tip than we actually authorized on our card. Not professional at all for that alone. Feeling robbed.
