Christian provided excellent service and the food was just what we needed before an 18 hour drive. We really appreciate his hospitality and couldn’t recommend this location enough.

Great service from Jeff today! Overall, this spot tends to be very crowded, but they still manage to keep the line moving quickly. The wait time for food is not bad except there's nowhere really to stand. Unfortunately, the designers of this space did not leave enough room for the massive crowds that Chick-fil-A draws. So if you're claustrophobic, this is not the place for you! Also expect to have to push your way through people to do things like refill your drink.

You will never find better service. Sitting in the food court and an employee (Janely, hope I spelled it right) in her free time asked how I was doing and offered to get me a refill. My tired feet appreciates this greatly. Again, will never find better service in a Mall.

We were in the mall at 8:00 in the morning we had some business at Target pick up a prescription or something Chick-fil-A was open at 8:00 a.m. they saw sitting out there a few minutes so they even opened the gate so we could get some food really really cool Chick-fil-A is getting expensive though $15 for two biscuits but that's not their fault The biscuits were good The lemonade was great

The server let me take my time with ordering. He gave me several small samples of food (it was my first time and I was unsure what to order). I ordered the 1 meat plate with 2 sides, and he let me order sides in half-portions so I could sample more. Everything was amazing. I had the chicken kebab with pesto pasta, yellow rice, regular hummus, and their salad with balsamic dressing. The hummus was remarkably smooth and flavorful without being overly salted or bland. Loved it. The garlic sauce was amazing.

They are so good: the salad was super fresh, the meat was well-prepared, and they grilled enough for serving, so it was juicy. Make sure you order their tzatziki sauce on the side; it was phenomenal. Ditch the fast food, go for the real nutrition.

I wish that they would get a standalone location. They are at the end/exit of mall so I’m sure that has to do with slow business. I drive from Katy just to get their chicken swarma wraps and when my daughter is home from college she drives there as well for the spicy chicken swarma. I went yesterday and may go back today to get another one. Food is always fresh. Service could be better but everything else is good.

I was visiting the Memorial mall and randomly came across this place in the food court and I am glad I found this place. I had a great experience both food quality and service. They have nice variety and their meat is awesome, they have halal options and the quantity per serving was good too. The girl at the counter informed me that they having a special and that really was a good suggestions. So please ask if you plan to eat at this place, if they have any lunch special going on? Their Salads were fresh too. I found it very nice when the owner of this place reached out and asked me how my experience is going so far. I would recommend my readers to check this place out if you are near the Memorial Mall on I10 in Houston.

On this particular day our breakfast was ok. The tater tots were extremely greasy and tasted alot like oil...as if they sat in the oil to long. My chicken egg and cheese biscuit was way to dry. It was so dry that the top portion of the biscuit was very cracked and I was unable to pick it up to take a bite so I just ate the chicken. The service was good but I want to say this. There is a chicken egg cheese meal so there is no need to charge the customer .70 cents for the egg and .30 cents for the cheese.

Pros for having a Halal option in the Mall, but the menu is extremely confusing and I usually end up paying extra than I thought. Some of the items are not very tasty but over all a good option.

Is this the one and only halal food at Memorial Mall ? Well we always come here. My kids love the $8 platter. Last time we had the shwarma. Food is average. Nothing special. $8 platter has perboiled rice, lots of lettuce, pico de gayo kind of salad and 2 long slices of shwarma. I would say price is too much compared to shwarma kings platter: for $10 dollars they give all sorts of veggies besides the meat. Anyways, restaurant is nice and clean and the staffs are very well mannered and humble. Always smiling. Like it.

Not bad for a halal option while at memorial city mall. Although food is just fine. Nothing great. But happy to have options inside a mall. Its like fadi style.. you choose a bunch of already displayed sides and then a choice of meat. Price wise also it was like Fadis... quality and taste wise, not so much. The staff wasnt friendly at all. The person behind the counter was acting like they dont wanna be there.

It’s a decent restaurant. I got gyro platter that had a few pieces of gyro on rice and salad. Gyros were cut too thick and the taste was not that good. The taste of rice and salad was ok. I do not recommend gyro platter, at least you can try something else that might be much better that gyro.

Every time I order for delivery, they’re missing an item. I called to complain and they told me to call DoorDash, which is impossible and very hard to find a Customer Service DoorDash number. This is ridiculous. I should be enjoying my food, not to worry about calling DoorDash. Why don’t they train their employees to put in all of their customers order correctly.

Not a bad place but I was disappointed - I have eaten at the restaurant before in the evening. I have a 1 pm meal with gyros meat,(chicken & lamb) hummus, tomato/cucumber/mozzarella salad. Lamb and chicken were stiff as a soft rock & cold. Veggies plate is the way to go, choice of 4 for $7-8, mine was almost $11 and no drink.

Bad customer service, the chicken strips make me sick almost everytime I eat them! The atmosphere is chaotic and not in a good way. There are few genuinely kind faces and people there the few times I go now.

Food was old and cold fries were hard and old this place has terrible employees and they have a bad attitude. I will not eat here again this place has gone down hill. Throw away your old fries don't give them to your valuable customers because I won't return. Why do you sell old fries. Just throw them out. My last time here

Ever since they changed the chicken portion size to be able to serve their customers faster. Food quality has gone downhill. Also their sandwiches don't taste hot and fresh anymore. Come to think of it, none of their food taste hot and fresh anymore.

I tried to eat here today & the girl behind the counter wouldn't even acknowledge me. A couple walked in after me & she asked them what they wanted. I said I need to place an order as well. She points to the entrance of the door and says the line starts there w/a bit of an attitude (mind you I was there FIRST). I had been standing there for at least 5 mins trying to figure out if they were gonna take my order or if i did it at the register as I’ve never been there before. I was so disgusted with the treatment I received, I just turned around & left.

Fraud ! Horrible behavior. I mentioned that I don't eat Beef, the lady said they will make a wrap with only Lamb and yet you serve me Beef. Thankfully, the chef who prepared the wrap, confessed as he gave me the Togo box. That eventually went straight into the trash. Its pathetic that you guys would stoop so low and lie about the meat itself. Would you be happy if i fed you Pork saying it was Lamb ??
