Didn't know they had remodeled it. Looks very nice. The restrooms now have a code you need to punch in so make sure to ask for it.

This is THE Houston Starbucks. Such a great store ran by wonderful people. Love this community. Thank you for the smiles and hot coffee 🙂☕️

The barista was very helpful earlier this morning. She was filled with happiness,, laughter, and smiles. I think she knew that I woke up right out of bed. Hahaha! This is one of the few Starbucks that are open really early and closes really late especially since covid. It is spectacular! The interior decor is simple and contemporary. It gives a modern look. It has high ceilings and a great view of the area. They have big windows and lots of seating. The store always has someone cleaning and keeping the place spotless. There were even people cleaning the windows inside and outside. The barista suggested foam in my favorite drink so I got my usual Grande Nitro Cold Brew with Sweet Cream & foam! It was delicious and yummy. Each sip was savory & mouthwatering! I have ordered a second one. I also tried The Impossible Sandwich finally! It is beyond delicious! Usually this sandwich is sold out but today must have been my lucky day. Thanks Starbucks for a wonderful & fun experience always!

Trendy spot and very busy. Lots of University students. There's always a line but the service is pretty quick. It's also next to lots of retail shops so that's also a big plus. Came here during the Holidays and the lights were very cool looking.

Always a great place. They don't give refills anymore. At least on refreshers. If its a tea they can only put sugar. Nothing else. I was told this by management with a tattoo of a bow tie on her front neck but she doesn't know I've been coming here since I was a kid and what she is saying is not true. Lol lol. She said it all out loud and stuff.lol

Great staff and great drink execution. Very busy location and you can get some of the oddest people coming here. Staff is super friendly even with the high volume. Even experienced a customer who was quite unruly about getting his free water and demanded that it be made the moment he ordered. The barista kept her cool and was able to continue delivering excellent service. We told the unruly customer to get a grip and calm down that it was very unnecessary to act that way and that he wasn't the only person waiting on beverages. The location is a drive thru store that's open 24 hours. The lobby closes at 10pm i believe.

I am very happy this location getting the life back after long sever time with the pandemic. Happy to see my favourite place getting back again...

My absolute favorite is the Frappuccino with whipped cream – consistently crafted to perfection. The friendly service, especially in the efficient drive-through, never fails to impress. Starbucks remains my top choice, and the passionfruit tea, with its delightful sweetness, stands out as one of the best summer drinks. Overall, a stellar experience every time.

An amazing restaurant in every way♥️. The menu offers several different types of food, drink and cheesecake options-more than any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food, cheesecake , and Tropical Smoothie were fabulous. There’s something for everyone at the Cheesecake Factory . ☺️

I love the variety of food options they have here. The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive, making the overall dining experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area and looking for a quality place to enjoy a satisfying meal.

Great service and delicious food. My server Cory was extremely attentive and constantly checking in. They forgot one small thing and went out of their way to rectify, the manager Sean was great. Definitely recommend to stop here if you want a small bite or a nice meal before or after shopping!

Great service, yummy food! Got a kids pasta plate and it was more than enough for an adult however they did put very little chicken. And the restrooms need a remodel because the design is not very efficient and it’s dark in there. Other than that, great spot!

Goddie and I had a fabulous time!!! The GM, Shawn, was so delightful. He stopped by our booth at my admonished of our very sweet and efficient waiter. Jasmine was also very helpful. The service was immaculate and the food was delicious and plated expertly. The Godiva cheesecake was heavenly!! Go check them out! 💜💜💜💜💜👑💯🤞🙏

Came for desert and an Irish coffee and it was delicious. The service, the drinks and of course the cheesecake. We had classic cheesecake and a peanut butter one with caramel. It was great. I highly recommend.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was family friendly and very enjoyable I had a great time. The waitress was super kind and efficient, excellent service! And the non alcoholic piña colada was the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a family lunch here and it was a very pleasant experience and meal as expected. I was a little skeptic about 1- sustainability of quality 2- waiting time and was pleasantly surprised. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have to wait! Food, service were really good.

You can never go wrong with a cheesecake can you! Love the options, decent price for a decent sized cake!!! This place can get pretty crowded so watch out but you can always do take out. The trick about parking is since it’s attached to the galleria mall, there is free underground parking right there under the paid parking lot, and you can take the stairs straight upto the Cheesecake Factory entrance.

It was my first time at this location. I just ran in to get some desserts to go. They were delicious as usual. 10 out of 10 Also it wasn’t much parking in that area so I parked valet. I told the valet driver I was just picking up an order & he kept my car up front without charging me. I really did appreciate that. I gave him a tip of course. Lol - Edmond aka “Uptown Saxman”

I forgot my waiter name but he was awesome and I must say well put together. Very friendly and helpful. It was my birthday night so the dinner was important and I must say delicious it was.

This branch always served the freshest cheesecakes! Have had multiple different kinds and enjoyed all of them. Cinnabon is my favorite.

This place large and so clean. Staff here are so friendly.

One of the biggest Starbucks I know. Plenty of room and good for studying. Bathrooms require a PIN which you can get from a staff member.

I love to meet new people at this location! Great for first date if it doesn’t look like it’s going well it’s just coffee drink it down quickly and get out of there or if it’s going well sit slowly and enjoy the time and second call for Paul Webster 9323 Pleasing Great Pl. everybody seems upbeat and friendly overall a good place for our first meet

I wanted to thank Adrian for making me smile! I will be honest, I’m usually annoyed with the service at this location (and most Starbucks really) bc most baristas taking your order in the drive through sound obviously annoyed, especially when you have a “big order” (I’m usually ordering for the office) and after every single item they ask “is that all?” (Like no.. I have 4 more things)… but yesterday Adrian was taking orders and I’m “that person” who’s awful and embarrassingly panics at the window and instead of treating me like the above, he was so quirky, hilarious, made a joke about my order and didn’t make me feel bad about it. I really wish more people like Adrian worked the drive-thru bc it genuinely made my day and is 80% of the reason I’m leaving this review when I’ve come to this location a hundred times before. The other 20% is for Scott who was handing me my order. Again, I usually order about 4-6 items every time I come bc of the office, and I usually have to ask for carriers/bags and are made to feel like I’ve burdened the employee. Scott immediately offered both of these things to me before the drinks/food were even out and I was just genuinely shocked at the service I had received yesterday. Keep those two on your team I would love to always have them start my day!!

This is genuinely one of the most spacious Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. The layout is open, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of seating that never feels crowded or cramped. The natural light and relaxed atmosphere make it so ideal. Really appreciate how inviting and thoughtfully arranged this location is.

Went to this location on a Saturday night and had thee most amazing server. Ayana took such good care of my best friend and I. She was so caring and attentive throughout our time there. We started off with the Avocado egg rolls and new orleans cajun shrimp appetizer. They were absolutely delicious. For our entree I had the shrimp scampi and my best friend had the Louisiana chicken pasta. We were extremely satisfied with both of our dishes. Looking forward to the next visit 😀

Admitted coffee addict here, so I have solid experience to back up this statement… This Starbucks is fantastic. Convenient drive through and mobile call ahead option. It gets very busy a times, but they tell you wait-time when you order and the staff is consistently helpful and friendly

A 24 hours Starbucks in Houston? An employee attempted to lock me out on a week night as I was outside on a phone call. He informed me the inside closed at midnight, but the drive thru was open 24 hrs. That sucked, to see people hurriedly gathering up their stuff and scrambling to the doors. Large, comfy location with a lot of chairs and booths and a lot of people on laptops, but too few outlets. A large international crowd mostly college students, so no drama. Was iffy, if they could deliver on quality service. It was just okay. But, energy was bad. But, this is not a place to meet for a quiet intimate conversation due to the loud music blaring and people having to shout over it (other than that the acoustics are crystal clear hearing other people conversations-earphone are a must if your trying to concentrate). Location is killer, but parking is good, just everybody wants to be close to the door-crazy-there's more than ample parking despite the reviews-divas.

I LOVE this place. I used to live in third ward and I would drive here because it’s 24/7, it’s big, and the staff is great. I live in the area now and I’m still here. It’s usually very busy in here because of the location but it’s still quiet enough to study and get quality work done. There are some things that could be fixed but I don’t think the owner or manager can fix them because of all the recent Starbucks issues in the news. I know each Starbucks is privately owed but I also understand these private owners don’t want to offend anyone and end up in the news. With that being said, I think they let some stuff slide. Overall great place! I would give five stars the day more than ONE barista make my drink right!

Very busy store with such a friendly staff! The store itself is huge and located conveniently at the corner of a busy intersection. The patio and inside are very pretty and well kept, though the lines can get pretty long. Very good store, will definitely return!

While prices are generally higher than other places, it offers a wide variety of food and drink options, not just desserts. It has a unique, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous, and service is fast. Despite being multi-story, there's an elevator, making it convenient for wheelchairs and the elderly.

Stopped by the Cheesecake Factory in the Galleria Mall for a quick bite and a drink. I ordered the Strawberry Spritz and an Old Fashioned, along with the Korean Fried Cauliflower. The Strawberry Spritz was light, crisp, and super refreshing--perfect for a hot summer day. The Old Fashioned was solid, though personally I prefer something lighter in the warmer months. The real standout was the Korean Fried Cauliflower--crispy, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It honestly reminded me of a spicy sesame chicken, in the best way. Our bartender was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite being the only one behind the bar. She managed to juggle drink orders from the floor while still giving bar guests great service. This Cheesecake Factory has a two-level layout, which made it feel a bit more cramped and darker than others I've been to, but overall it had the familiar, reliable chain vibe.

My wife and I visited this location today and I wanted to try something different and OH MY GOSH!! I was not let down at all!! My wife had the Cesar salad and added chicken she said it was pretty good. I had the chicken Shawarma pitas it came with a side of fries, tzatziki sauce and hot sauce.THESE LITERALLY HAD THE MOST FLAVOR!! 10/10 recommend that meal!

The location of this store is great, almost right at 610 and Westheimer. But the last two or three times I've happened to have gone here, the waits have been horrendous! Today I had to wait for 25 mins from the online order to it's receipt. The drive through line had at least 12 cars in the line. Granted the holiday traffic, this is not acceptable customer service. I'd go there again only if I had plenty of time at hand and just absolutely had to get a drink from this location; otherwise driving an extra few miles will probably save me time.

love going out to eat and enjoying a pleasant dinner with my family, but today was not a very pleasant day. First, the service; I felt the waiter wasn't focused on his job. He seemed thoughtful and worried. The fish tacos had cold, stale tortillas. Then we went down to the restrooms, and the situation worsened. There was no hygiene; it was dirty in every way.

Kinda disappointed with the lack of cleanliness at this Starbucks. You would think they would keep it up since it's in the heart of the galleria. Coffee was ok, nothing special, the employees made it feel like they were doing you a favor by serving you and taking your money. It was cool to see so many people working at their computers. The homeless guys who shared our community table was chill. Didn't bother anyone and just smiled

1-29-26 the drinks were not to par! Our coffee was mostly milk based, the strawberry açaí with lemonade literally tasted like water. Not sure if they have a new employee or not. But not worth the money. The food on the other hand was good as normal Service was ok, nothing special, other than everyone did great us when we walked in.

We came around 1 AM on Tuesday (10/14), and it seemed like the store was understaffed or something because we waited almost 20 minutes for just three drinks. The presentation was poor, the whipped cream was messy and overflowed out of the lid. When our order was finally handed to us, the lady at the window didn’t give us any straws. We waited another 10 minutes before she came back and gave them to us with a lot of attitude. (Window was shut and workers were wearing earphones so noone heard us trying to ask for help). Like, how can I supposed to drink frappe without a straw??? Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Definitely not coming back.

Service could have been better. The mocciato was delicious. Meatloaf on point ,korean chicken was fire. Unfortunately my meal got lost I ordered the steak frtiz. After a long wait the manager informed me they gave it to someone else. I dont think ill ever go to this location again. Im not sure how you lose a meal.

Went here on my birthday 12/29. Sat upstairs with a male friend in only of the smaller booths and our waitress was a Hispanic woman (slightly overweight). She seemed friendly at first, but ended up ONLY addressing the guy that i was with the entire time. She barely even got my drink order with the way she was ignoring me. The guy ended up wanting separate checks. Which is what i knew would happen…as he has financial issues. I bet if SHE knew that, she would have probably acted a lot differently and showed me some respect. I asked her to put it all on my card, she snatched the check book away and said that she could not do that to accommodate HIS request no to join them. I know for a fact she received no tip from me, but she likely received no more than a $5 tip from him. I would NEVER eat here again. Especially not with the pick-me treatment that I encountered from the waitress. Value customers, not men. Even if you are attracted to a man that you are serving, try not to let it be so obvious if he is with a woman. Enjoy your $0-5 tip.

So dirty , Floor and tables are sticky and gross. I informed the staff that table is dirty and asked for towels to clean it by myself, he said he will send someone to do it and NEVER DID.

I usually get my coffee at this store, but I unfortunately experienced ridiculous service today as I wanted a cup regular iced coffee with 3 pumps white chocolate so they served hot one and I would’ve replaced with cold one the manager argued that they have not ice coffee than few minutes letter guys took iced coffee.. so whata nice service is it !!

This has to be the worst Starbucks as far as customer service. I just got a iced tea in a dirty cup with leftover seeds / fruits + raspberries in it. FYI I’m allergic to raspberries so of course I have to go to ER … I went back to the window and they tried to ignore me, so I started knocking on the window and trying to get there attention but still nothing … one of them started filming me … I will be back tomorrow bright and early for a refund …. I’ve never understood why this Starbucks always has to hire the sassy / lack people skills employee… everyone is always bothered 😕… is it really that bad ?????

The taste is very bad and the milk is extremely hot and the foam looks disgusting. The worst flat white I ever had.

I come here often and never have been disappointed like this. Today when I ordered through the drive thru the lady got a little rude when I had to repeat my order because she got it wrong. I got to work and took a couple sips and it tasted off but I took another sip and this black foam piece came out of my drink!!! So I open it up and look inside and this is what the inside looks like only about 30 mins or less after ordering.. I ordered this today (08/01) at about 9:20am and this is a picture of it at 9:40am. It is very frustrating because I did not have the almost $8 to spend on this but I decided I needed a good strong coffee for the long day.. and this is what I got. I'm not sure if the lady made it bad on purpose angry about our order over the intercom orrrrr if this is just what they are dishing out today.. but I won't be going back. I let everyone here in my office know too as we use this place daily and they won't be risking it either. Very disappointed. Try to add the pictures but I'll def post them !!

(Left is what I’m used to) (Right is what I was given at this Starbucks) Fallon couldn’t give a receipt for returning an item. I’ve never had that issue at any Starbucks before. Extremely passive aggressive and unhelpful.

Extremely disappointing experience. There was no bread served before the meal, and we waited over 10 minutes just to receive water. Every time we tried to get the staff’s attention, we were ignored, and the attitude felt clearly discriminatory and borderline racist. Even when we asked for the bill, we had to call them several times before anyone responded. On top of that, the plates and chairs were dirty, which made the whole dining environment feel unhygienic and unacceptable. This was a humiliating and deeply unpleasant experience, and I will never be returning to this restaurant.

I've been coming to this location for at least 15 yrs. This is the first time I've had this kind of service. I asked her about decaf tea and she had to answer. Boohoo, someone asks you a question. And for that she didn't serve me anything until another worker asked what I'm waiting for while she served people after me (including the freaking tea. Just hot water and tea bag. Doesn't take too long, does it?). First time in my entire life I took away a tip too.

Last couple of times I went the service was very argumentative. Had to argue to get my mobile orders, and never got my food, despite using my points in the app. It shouldn't be like that. Company didn't even reimburse me, no follow up call, nothing.. very tense environment her at night as well. Not welcoming..

I come to location almost every single night and everyone is always so nice but recently I think they have some new employees I have never seen before. There’s one in particular… Pigtails was very rude to me for no reason and I regret giving her tips.

Went here the other day and I told them I didn't want milk in my drink but I did want sweet cream. Well they still put milk. When I returned the drink the Indian girl at the register decided because I wanted sweet cream in my drink that milk wasn't my issue and had them make it with both. Then she told me I had to pay for it. Well I originally did pay for it so why would I pay again when it wasn't added to my drink in the first place. Needless to say when my drink cooled down enough for me to drink it, not too long after I threw up. I can drink any of the milk items except the actual milk from Starbucks but she decided to have it in there anyway. So I wasted my money on a drink that I buy every other day at other locations with no problem.

I strongly recommend that you do not visit this location. I had an interaction with the Store Manager Ollie where he refused me a cup of water unless I made a purchase. I have been a rewards member for 4 years and have made 72 purchases at Starbucks this year alone. I am enraged at this company. Apparently Beige the district manager put forth this policy in January. I will not be patronizing this company going forward. You shouldn't either as your business isn't appreciated. It could also just be because Im black but who knows. I will also be blasting them on Meta. I will update with a link soon.

Disappointed. I called to see if they had sugar cookie, and the guy said yes on the phone. When I arrived, they did not have it. I am not from around here meaning I have to pay for another Uber due to a tool bag. Thank you. Huge waste of time.

I visited this location on this morning before work to order a caramel frappuccino. I walked into the store, approached the second register and awaited a team member, which took less than one minute. Avery, walked to the first register and stood there until I looked up from my phone. She didn’t greet me or even tell me she could take my order. I said to her, “Good morning”, as I walked to the first register. She only gave me a black stare. I proceeded to order and she didn’t tell me the total once I was done. I handed her my money after looking for the total myself and once she gave me my change I said, “Thank you.” Again, she said nothing. As the guy behind me placed his order, she was talkative and even gave a smile. I hate I was paying with cash on today because any other time I place an order on the mobile app.

You guys really need to train your stuff better to make better drinks. 90% of the time when I come to this specific Starbucks (because it’s conveniently right by my house) the drinks are terrible and not made properly. Some staff also have no positive energy and act like they don’t want to be there. Very monotone and non chalant not in a welcoming mood. Considering this location is right in the middle of the most popular and touristy spot of Houston, this Starbucks should be one of the best when it comes to service.
