Not like I remember from back in the 90s! Burgers were good, but the fries didn’t taste like anything despite the seasoning look. Cheese sticks were a little off in its flavor. The restaurant was clean and the service was good too. Fast and friendly for us traveling through town.

Michaela was great! She was very nice, her customer service was excellent. The food was cold. The bun was cold like not toasted or anything, the slice of cheese was like they had just took it out the fridge, the burger was not hot at all. The meat and veggies were the same temperature. The fries were barely warm. I tossed the meal. $11 for a cold meal.

RAW RAW RAW CHICKEN STRIPS IF I GET SICK I'LL KNOW WHO TO SUE!!!! I've been at Memorial Herman hospital with my grandmother since Wednesday, so I thought it would be a great idea to go get a quick burger through drive-thru so I did just that and rushed back to hospital when I got there found out they gave me chicken stripes I said oh well let me try them . My goodness I gagged!!!!!! Half on down side or upper side how ever you want to take it was RAW i put a picture where one small piece of chicken was cooked and thats the one that looks whiter than the rest . I settled for the fries with ranch and my coke . I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGIAN.

Disgusting. Slow service. And challenged my request for a refund. Despite being told to pull around. This is what I waited 14 minutes for smh

I paid almost $7 bucks for the XL fries at CheckersRallys, & what I received was: 1. Lower amount than supposed to be portioned. 2. The fries were fried in old & contaminated frying oil. 3. Some of the fries were still frozen & cold. Prices went up, but the quality went down. The worker insinuated that I had eaten some of the fries because she knew she filled the cup up. I said check the cameras.

Ordered a champ combo and there was no customers and still waiting 20min for it!!😡😠 Then they say it’s 8:08pm and they are completely out of 🍟 fries!!! Very poor management

Gave me the wrong order twice. Took my receipt and then stated i could not be refunded with out receipt that they literally took from me. Told me have a good day we wont fix your order again. I left the bag with them and left. No food, no refund… absolutely rude and disrespectful. The employee really tried to help me but the supervisor told her not to. Instead of arguing or getting rude i chose to leave. $10 is not worth the problem.
