We love coming here, everyone is super nice and we always have a great time. The Manager Luis is amazing and Sandra are 100% super nice and attentive to everyone. Everyone is great.. Karaoke on Saturday and Friday are awesome.

The food was excellent! The chicken #7was juicy and tender. The green sauce they bring to the table in the bottles is to die for. Definitely recommend to try if your in the area.

I love this place! I always come back for their queso, green salsa and the beef taquitos with queso fresco - they’re very delicious. The flavors are authentic and everything tastes fresh. Highly recommend! And if you go, ask for Lupita — she is the best server there. She’s always so nice, friendly, and makes you feel welcome every time I visit.

I’ve been coming here since I was 3 being 14 now having the same waitress Maricela. She always welcomed us and treated us like family I always enjoyed coming here I was my favorite among all Mexican restaurants. Maricela is always kind and considerate of who she attends to.

Here’s a review for Taquerias Arandas: Taquerias Arandas nails it. First off, the margaritas are absolutely amazing—seriously some of the best I’ve had in a long time. They’ve got that perfect blend of freshness and strength without being overly sweet. Now, let’s talk food. The queso fundido con chorizo? Just wow. Creamy, cheesy perfection with chorizo that’s clearly made with love. And that chorizo… it’s easily some of the best around. Rich, flavorful, and just the right level of spice. I tried the California burrito, and it didn’t disappoint either. Packed with flavor, and their homemade tortillas really elevate everything. There’s just something about a fresh, homemade tortilla that adds an extra level of authenticity and taste to every bite. If you’re looking for that unbeatable mix of incredible margaritas, authentic Mexican flavors, and quality homemade tortillas, Taquerias Arandas should be at the top of your list. Highly recommend!

Waitress was excellent, Tacos also terrific. Guacamole was strange though, they may want to tweek their recipe. I've eaten guacamole of all kinds for 30 years and not once did I send it back or not eat it.

Stuck in Houston for the night so we decided to hit up Taquerias Arandas for dinner. Glad we did! Food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was on point. Service was very slow and not so friendly.

Our family of 6 stopped by for a late dinner on a Sunday. The only reason we came was because they close late, compared to other mexican Restaurant. I was kind of weary because most places have a bar area, and we have kids. But they are very separated. Other than that, our service was great. Food came out right away. The food was good, but was just lacking just a bit. I also ordered a small bowl of menudo, and it was surprisingly good. Would definitely return to try other things on the menu.

I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD! I can eat it everyday; chips & salsa has to be a hit. That's the whole purpose of dining in. It sets the tone, I will say that I did not like the red salsa at all. It had a sweet taste, it was also really watery. The color of it was off as well. Now the green avocado sauce was a banger. I ordered steak street tacos & refried beans was amazing. I went around lunch time. They do not offer lunch specials. Happy hour for drinks end at 7pm. Although the price wasn't happy hour😕. I would utilize this spot for take-out of tacos.

I’m a regular customer at Taquerias Arandas and I always order the same food. The food is usually good, which is why this experience stood out. I ordered chilaquiles rojos and was served verdes. When I pointed it out, the waitress insisted I had ordered green, which I did not—and I don’t even eat green chilaquiles. There is a clear difference between the two. Instead of correcting the mistake, I was told I would be charged for another plate, so I had to eat something I didn’t order. Very disappointing customer service compared to my usual visits.

Overall, the food was exceptional. We did the drive-thru, so I didn't rate on Atmosphere since we didn't dine-in. The food, my wife got the quesadillas con pollo, and my son ordered the California burrito. Both of those were the bomb & well portioned, fairly priced, and were very good. Although, if you're from SoCal, do not mistake this for a true California burrito, but it's still a good burrito. I ordered the #10 Tacos al carbon, pollo. The beans, rice & 2 tacos I received were all good, but what's disappointing was the price for what I received, $15.75. See pic, "in my opinion", it didn't seem like a fair price & it was the most expensive of all three, smh. If you look at their menu, they have other items that are priced more fairly. Overall, I won't be ordering that again but I do see myself going back. Have a good day, be safe; be kind. 🙏🏻

I have never eaten at this place but I will say this is the worst Mexican food I've ever had . Ordered enchiladas...see photo) I would not call this and enchilada dinner. Fajita meat (chewy) no sauce in a hard tortillas, hard cheese on top. Beans tasteless, 2 tablespoons soupy rice. May have been an off night for the cooks or whatever. Ordered aguachile, shrimp was slimy, grey-ish on the tails, super flabby and mushy. They didnt even serve it in an aguachile sauce they just put a scoop of salsa verde on each shrimp. Ordered a torta in exchange because aguachile was inedible. Torta was not good either, not much meat, and tomatos tasted a little questionable. 0 stars! Don't go here for breakfast. I can make better pancakes with my eyes closed. Their pancakes tasted like rubber and the bacon was burnt to a black crisp. Plus they charged 6.99 per kids juice. What the ??? The waitress only let me know how much they cost after it was time to pay. Really? Pedro, the manager, accused me of causing a problem when it was the first time I had ever visited this place. Then a waitress came and said that I had disrespected her. I had already heard that they overcharge people here, especially Erandy the waitress. The waitresses act arrogantly and don’t provide proper service, accusing you of being the one causing problems.

Our food had chicken that wasnt deboned or or trimmed. We werent able to eat the food. The Green Enchiladas with shredded chicken and the burrito that was supposed to be fajita chicken, also had the same shredded chicken. I used to love eating from this location, but obviously something has changed and the nasty taste of the unedible food is still lingering in my palate as of this morning. 42 bucks gone to waste. thanks.

The service here is absolutely awful! I want with a party of 4 and we were seated immediately. It wasn't crowded at all which we thought was great at first. We sat 10 minutes with no service. No menus, no chips, no drinks. I should have walked out then but my mother wanted mexican food so I stayed. I saw other groups walk in and immediately receive service. I finally got up to inform them that we hadn't been helped. One of the waitresses told me they would send someone to our table. 5 minutes later, still no service. I got up and got my own menus and asked about service again. The waitress came immediately and took our drink order. She was nice and apologized for the wait. We still hadn't received chips. They sat another couple next to us and received chips immediately. I asked the server if we could get chips also, he brought us some. It was about 30 minutes of being seated and we finally placed our order! I love Arandas. It is always my go to restaurant for a good Mexican breakfast but this location's service is horrible!!!!

Drove through the drive thru and the lady SCAMMED us by handing us back change we didn’t have. Told us we could check the cameras but were too nice to do that and stole the money that we would’ve tipped anyways. Mind you she made comments about the tip twice before we even handed her money. Trash service . We had no bill in the wallet below a 20 and she turned around and acted like we still owed money. Hate that the burrito is good

This is the most racist Mexican restaurant I have EVER been too. If you are black to not come here!! When you come in and you are black they will treat you like your not even there.. this has happened to me multiple times when I pick up orders because I’m a Uber Eats delivery driver so I have to come there a lot it’s the same experience every time.. when I come in they act like they don’t see me or won’t acknowledge me every time. I have to say something to them to be serviced.. very uncomfortable situation every single time.. very disappointing because Mexicans usually aren’t racist so it’s just the people that work here.. first time I came here I wanted to dine in and they took so long to come to the table we had to leave.. again BLACK people stay away from this location.. they better hope I don’t call Ice

Do not come here!!! Me and my family have been eating here for years to enjoy some authentic food that tastes like home. The last few years, the food sizes are going down and the prices are rising. Went yesterday and we paid almost 70 dollars for THREE menudo bowls. Even our waitress agreed the management was awful. Save your money, eat at any other Mexican restaurant.

Save yourself the trouble of this place. We had troubles with the manager and their pricing (trying to overcharge for items, menu said one price, ticket said another) , and they tried to play it off as a menu error. This is against TX law, we escalated this to management. Spoke with Angie, she is amazing ! Sent us a few gift cards to use as a sorry for the mishap. Well.. we came back.. used the cards... they left us sitting at the drive through for 20 mins 6:30pm - 6:50pm. Frustrated no one was coming to window, my spouse went inside to see what was going on, she told the manager we were waiting outside for 20 mins what is going on? , he started giggling and laughing at her. 5 mins after she left the car, I realised she was inside for too long, i went inside, saw the manager and my wife arguing... i immediately grabbed my wife, demanded the gift card back, went back to the car and left this review. This place is TERRIBLE. P.s. managers excuse was sorry we dont know how to use the discount gift card.

I ordered the burrito and when I received it I was happy with the size of it and I ate half of it and started to eat the other half of it. When me and my group of friends were getting ready to leave, she asked if I needed a box and I was like “nah I can eat the rest.“ When I took ONE bite, and thank god I did before leaving, i chewed and it wouldn’t go nowhere so I spit it out.. WHY WAS IT WHITE PLASTIC stuck to a piece of meat??? the waitress comes back and I show her what I just spat out and she says “it’s cheese” I took the plastic off the meat and stretched it “this is not cheese!“ She grabs the plastic brings it to the manager and he comes back and asks me if I would like it remade. I say yes. WHY AM I HOME eating the burrito the next day and there’s PLASTIC AND A PIECE OF PAPER TOWEL in this burrito !!! never again never again. Now I feel like they played with me just so they didn’t have to give me a refund for the first burrito ! I took before pics of each piece and pics after rinsing each piece off to confirm that it was indeed plastic and paper towel !

⭐️ 1/5 – Disappointed with Quality and Value I just went through the drive-thru at Taquerias Arandas #32 and honestly left disappointed. I was charged over $10 for just two breakfast tacos, which is already on the high side, but what made it worse was the quality and portions. One taco was supposed to have refried beans, but there were none, even though I was charged extra for it. Both tacos had barely any egg, and the amount of cheese added was minimal at best. The tortillas also seemed old and stiff around the edges, like they had been sitting out for a while—definitely not fresh. I expected better from a spot like this, especially with how much they charge for basic breakfast tacos. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

I was offered to add cheese and avocado to my mini taquitos, they brought my plate without the cheese and avocado - I let the waitress know to not charge for the cheese and avocado since my tacos didn’t have them (I’d already eaten 3 of them) she then apologized and brought out the avocado and cheese AND CHARGED ME FOR IT, even though I let her know I no longer wanted it, again I had already eaten THREE tacos. See receipt image) Then I asked for lemons and she brought 3 slices I asked for more lemon wedges, brought out another 3 wedges for a party of FIVE and CHARGED ME FOR THE LEMONS! ($1 for 3 slices of lemon) This is the first place besides a grocery store that charges for lemons to accompany your food! Now for the food- the taste was below average and the meat was stale. My bill was $110.78 WITHOUT TIP - definitely not worth the bill amount for the quality of the food. I will not be returning and would not recommend, they might charge you for the plate they serve your food in!

I asked for a fajita torta with no lettuce, the torta has ONLY lettuce, the 3 pieces of fajita are totally dry, the torta is DISGUSTING. It was my first time ordering from here and the last one.
