I came in at 2:30pm on Wednesday afternoon and What sets this place apart from other places in the area is the teens running it today are polite and have manners and WANT to be there especially the tall young man who has a great personality and goo with kids! . Kudos to the hiring manager for finding great employees and to the parents who raised kids that are respectful. The food was great, and hot, of course love the free queso and guacamole. Very nice to my young child who ordered as well.

I was very excited to hear we were getting a Qdoba in Houston and couldn't wait for it to open, worth the hour drive. Food was delicious just as I remember it being, I got the taco salad with the FREE quac and FREE queso added to it, (yes I said free) yummmm. Customer service was on point and employees were very friendly. Hope they end up opening one up closer to me soon.

This restaurant is in a perfect busy location. As we walked in, the staff greeted us. We asked for a breakdown of the food menu to understand it better since we didnt want to hold up the line. The serving staff did a great job serving the food, giving great food portions, and asking if we wanted to add something else. They even gave us a sample of the meat to taste it to make sure we wanted that certain meat. I got a bowl with habanero beef, a bit of chicken, rice, beans, guacamole, corn and just loved all the flavors in it! My kids and husband each ordered the huge quesadilla and they LOVED IT! Thania, the manager was amazing and it felt like a welcoming restaurant. She was even serving food and that speaks highly of her since she's the manager. Other places I've seen managers not assist, but Thania was assisting. Chad was also amazing to talk to him over the phone several times. Very polite and respectful the entire time I've spoken to him. The distance was a 36 minute drive for us since we came from Pasadena, but definitely worth it. I also DO NOT feel bloated, heartburn or any thing like that since the food was well seasoned and not heavy on my stomach. It definitely gave me Chipotle vibes, but the food was BETTER! Thank you Chad and Thania for this great experience.

My friend and I visited this location today at 10:30am when they opened and the place was very clean and all of the workers were very friendly the cashier even told me if I downloaded the app I’d get a free chips and queso which was very nice and if you don’t know which meat to get you’re able to sample it to make sure you like it first! I would say the bowl wasn’t bad the guac is decent and the cheese is a little loose also the chips are very salty other than that $13.00 for a steak bowl with everything wasn’t bad.

With better portion consistency and clearer pricing, this place could be even better.

I ordered the Flame-Grilled Adobo Chicken Burrito with cilantro, fajita veggies, and additional toppings. The burrito was a good size and fairly filling, with decent overall flavor. However, the chicken was slightly cold, which took away from the experience. The chips were fresh and enjoyable, but the guacamole was a major disappointment. It had virtually no flavor—no salt, no lime, and no seasoning to bring it together. Overall, the portions were solid, but inconsistent temperature and bland guacamole kept this meal from being great. With a few fixes, it could be much better.

Me and my boyfriend decided to visit this establishment on 11-20-2025, While it was our 1st time here we will not be returning. The short haired lady who was doing our portion sizes was extremely unwelcoming! she was staring at me and my boyfriend like we were crazy while ordering, didn't welcome us either just stared at us while putting her gloves on. while we enjoyed the food the service was enough to not make us return, the manager was sweet and checked up on us during our meal so that's why this review isn't 1 star. plus this place JUST opened not too long ago, how are you already miserable at ur job?

I wanted to like QDOBA, but it just didn’t do it for me. I ordered a chicken burrito and it was pretty underwhelming — the chicken was bland and the overall flavor just wasn’t there. Portions were okay, but nothing stood out enough to make me want to come back. Not terrible, but definitely not great either. Might give it another shot someday, just not in a rush.

Ordered online, first time ever even trying this place(new location by the house). The biggest complaint is that I ordered a queso Birria burrito and there was no queso in it and literally a string of meat… I opened it thinking there was more maybe at the bottom. Nope… this was like when you order something and they accidentally drop a piece of something else into it, that’s how little the amount of meat was inside… it was just beans rice and pico in a tortilla for $14.. also ordered a regular chips and queso, (which I also used the queso on my burrito-the chips and queso was SUPER good!) it seemed they basically grabbed a handful of chips and tossed them in the bag. I did try to notify the issue on the app but no response.

The service was fine and I have no complaints about that. What I have a complaint about is finding the shell of an avocado in my guac!! Disgusting because let’s be real, no one cleans the outside of an avocado! My burrito was okay but not nearly enough chicken. All I tasted was rice and cheese. There was meat in there because I seen them put it in there but I think maybe there should be more. Also, there were wood like pieces in my bell peppers and onions. Not sure if they use wooden utensils to cook but just be mindful of that. I may or may not give them another chance.

Overall I’m disappointed I’m from Ohio and have been craving QDOBA since I moved out to Houston finally seen this location opened drive 1HOUR because I was so excited . Service was trash no one spoke Girl with the piercing and tattoos just stared at you crazy and seem like when I asked for extra she was being stingy even tho I mentioned I can pay extra .. would I drive here again ? Maybe but yeah the experience can be better . Also my chicken was cold . Chips was good but smh do better

Look, I’m going to be honest. I ordered a quesadilla from here, off the bat I see it’s $15 and in this economy, it makes sense, I can’t really trip about the price. However, when I got the quesadilla, I’m eating it and each bite literally feels watery, goey and no flavor whatsoever. I open it up and the cheese isn’t even melted, the whole thing looked so unappetizing I genuinely gagged. The quality of the food was horrible for the plate to be $15. The service was good though, genuinely nothing to say about anyone. Super sweet! Food? Horrible lol, just not worth it.

I ordered a custom chicken bowl and it had 7 pieces of chicken (I counted them because it took me 3 bites before even found the first piece). The guacamole was not even guacamole. Just large chunks of avocado. The fajita vegetables weren't even cut up (see photo). I requested cutlery to be included with my order and there was none in the bag. Not even a napkin lol. All and all, this place is not worth choosing it over Chiptole, Uberritto, or Freebirds. Its sad, because I've been to a Qdoba before on the east coast (SC) and it was better than Chiptole. This place was not that at all.....

They opened at 10:30 we went for lunch at 10:45 our order was hardly warm at best! both rice and beans were crunchy not fully cooked and really lack flavor. And none of the staff seemed happy to be there! n= smiles or thank you for visiting us.

Food was bland, didn’t have much varieties, they didn’t give us a good amount of portion, the queso diablo had a weird taste to it didn’t even have a cheesy flavor at all, and our food had a sour taste like it was gone bad. Spent about $70 + here but wasn’t worth the drive and food. Sadly wouldn’t come back. Also when we parked in front there was a strong smell like sewer, that ruined our appetite and made us gag.

I am from Denver and was excited a Qdoba was finally brought to Houston. We drove 40 minutes out to get some and spent $70 on our food. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a stake burrito and barely got any steak. The diablo queso had a very very weird taste, did not taste like queso at all. No onions only pickled onions, no corn or many of the things that Qdoba usually has. Usually the food/meat is seasoned very well at Qdoba(in Colorado) but they were very bland here very very bland. I had high hopes maybe it will get better but for now, I probably wouldn’t want to waste time and money going back there. Maybe later on if they finally get it down, we will give it another try. For now we will go to CaboBobs. Oh and the smell outside was horrible I gagged and almost threw up.

My first time @ QDoba & I was honestly very excited. I walked in and asked the young lady with glasses and colorful hair if she could explain the concept of the place so ill know how to order. She looked at me with the most serious face and goes “its the same as chipotle”. Which obviously it looks very similar but i did notice there were other items that they offered that chipotle didn’t and in all reality since they just opened she should be trained to make the atmosphere and service more enjoyable. She had a rude look on her face the entire time like it was a bother that I was even there. She acted the exact same way towards my husband. Long story short, when someone genuinely asks you something and literally states its their first time there as someone working in customer service it doesn’t hurt to smile and just explain the concept. She made the entire interaction uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
