We came here today to eat when my sister picked up her mom from Bush IAH, we asked for seating that wasn’t in a section being served and they accommodated with ease. The server who helped us was Aubrey, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything came out picture perfect, and was so fresh and delicious when it hit the table that I forgot to take a picture to post! My crab by the pound dish was amazing, I got it with both garlic butter and lemon pepper seasoning. My favorite Red Lobster in the Houston area, happy to drive 45 minutes to get here from the Galleria. Thanks Aubrey for your upbeat attitude and making our meal spectacular!

I joined my parents for an Anniversary Dinner, and they were initially hesitant due to the new menu, but our sever (Avery) turned it all around, which led to an amazing experience. Avery was very attentive, noticing all of our needs ahead of time. Avery even won over my mom, who typically prefers female servers. Towards the end of our visit, Avery was thoughtful enough to bring out a cute ice cream dessert for my parents, which they loved. The food turned out to be delicious, and the food presentation and portions were better than we remembered. Thanks Avery, and Red Lobster.

Aubrey was a wonderful hostess, she's on her game and its a very very good server. We had a WONDERFUL experience here and the food was amazing. The ultimate spend less shrimp is the best deal. Went there for my birthday and our experience was very positive. Our server, José was great. José was very personable and he took very good care of us. The manager was also very kind. He came over to our table and ask if everything was okay. Very nice staff! Our food was very good, no complaints. Seafood was fresh and flavourful. We will definitely return to try other menu items. I love Aubrey to PIECES!!! She ALWAYS remembers what I like to drink - how I order my food- and she’s always so friendly like family. I have made this place my regular place to go when I want something fast and HEALTHY. people always think it’s gonna take forever because they go into a restaurant but it’s just not like that . I’d rather eat healthy food and it’s very affordable to eat here and have a nice quiet time and not feel guilty about what it is that you’ve eaten. When you bring your family in, ask for AUBREY!!!!!!

We had the Mariners Boil tonight and it was amazing. Deondre was our server and I have to say he was the best server we have ever had at this location. He is very detailed and attentive to every need you may have. I noticed a big improvement in the restaurant tonight compared to other visits. The food was prepared perfectly, the presentation was appealing and the food delicious. We also had the new stuff crabbed mushrooms, which were outstanding! Full of crab and flavor. If you want great service ask for Deondre.

I first want to give a personal shout out to our server Leah. She was awesome! Attentive, pleasant, cheerful, she showed what customer service used to be. Pure and genuine. Thank you Leah! As for the food, as always, it was right on point. Everything tasted great from the stuffed mushrooms to the shrimp scampi. The only reason I didn’t give the food five stars is because the king crab legs were not seasoned. As far as everything else, I have no complaints. Please continue to hire those that have the service is key attitude, it goes a long way.

Our Waitress was amazing! Red Lobster truely does not taste as good as it did years ago. I'm shocked at how the shrimp lugini tatse which has always been my favorite.

Came to spend time with family for the first time in over a year. I was so satisfied with everything ordered. Can't go wrong with shrimp but everything was simply divine. Update 2022 So much improved!!! Good was great, service excellent, and wonderful atmosphere. Update... The chips and dip should not exist this way...would be much better with a crunchie bread instead of chips...very dissatisfied with red lobster. I eat here often and it saddens me to give a lie review. I bought their salt and pepper sets that they use at the table for $16.22 for a set two... the manager told me they would cost $1.99 to $2.50 each and they were the same size ...This is what I got. At the table they were the same size. The food was not as good either not the service this time. Not sure what happened.

Barbara was a very helpful server. She kept our drinks filled and our food came out in a very timely manner. She checked on us and made sure everything was good. Don’t find too many servers like her anymore. You are very lucky to have her.

Today we visited Red Lobster for my mother’s 78th birthday and thankfully we made a great decision. Drinks, food, dessert and service by Barbara, our server, was great. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Barbara checked on us throughout the service and even got our grumpy teenager to smile. Barbara, thank you for making our visit a memorable one for all the best reasons.

We took our son to a late birthday lunch. We didn't wait long to be seated, which was nice. We sat down at 12:35 and finished our meal around 2:15. Our server Jacob was nice and very tentative. We enjoyed there all you can eat on this visit. Everything seemed fresh and hot. The sweet tea was great because it was so hot outside.

It was worth the wait!! Ofcourse if we would have had reservations our seating would have been faster .... since we didn't we had to wait about 30 min.. to be seated . The food was delicious - the service- Amazing .. our server Shaunwea ( can't remember the spelling 😞) was very polite and helpful to our needs .. my friend had to leave and come back after 45 min - immediately after she returned our server brought my friends food which was hot and perfect.. the drinks were margaritas... He got the Seafood boil and it was seasoned well and spicy. I ordered the Spinach Artichoke Lobster dip and chips. The chips were light and delicious. And the dip was perfect late snack. The drinks were strong and satisfying. I ordered the Resling wine and the birthday boy got the Patron Margarita. The price was nice and the birthday boy got a scoop of ice cream with chocolate sauce that spelled out Happy Birthday! Definitely going back again soon!

I haven’t had dinner at Red Lobster in a very long time. I honestly didn’t know that they were still in business! It was just as delicious as it was all those many years ago. We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed what they ordered! Evelyn took care of our table and was very attentive and checked back with us throughout our meal. Our glasses were never empty and we had enough Cheddar Bay Biscuits to satisfy everyone’s wants! We’ll be back!

Evelyn was a great server, very attentive and thorough. We hadn't been here in years and now, after our second visit in the last 2 months the kids say it's their favorite restaurant. The boil last time was good and the shrimp trio worked out well also for both visits. I wasn't super impressed with the lobster dip this go round. Overall they have improved from years past.

Even though the restaurant was very busy, the service was impressively fast. Our waitress, Aziza, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly made the experience enjoyable. Her service alone deserves a shout-out. The food was good overall. We ordered the seafood boil with mac and cheese and steak. The seafood and mac and cheese were delicious, and while the steak was a bit on the dry side, everything else made up for it. Great atmosphere, great service, and solid food. We’d definitely come back!

We as a family have always loved going to Red Lobster but stopped going due to understaffing and extremely slow service. We were out shopping and decided to stop. You know, I've been here so many times. I already thought I did a review here. I guess not. Anyways, we were here for my mom to celebrate her birthday. They were so low staffed this night, there was no one to greet us when we walked in. It actually took about 10 mins for someone to show up, and once we were seated. We were informed that 3 ppl have called in, so very low staffed this night. But we weren't in a hurry. In my opinion, they did a damn good job bring low staffed. So that being said, it took a while for the food. But still very good service. And as for the food, very nice and was still delicious as always. Love the atmosphere here, too. Red lobster has always been one of my family's favorite restaurants to go to. This has just been one of the many times we have came here and we plan on coming back to more years to come! Deandre was an amazing server. He gave us great food recommendations. I liked that manager came over and talked with us. I tried one of their new seasonal drinks and he asked me about it. They also sang happy birthday to my sister too.

Hostess was very friendly. Waitress arrived at our table within two minutes and took our drinks orders. The food was very well cooked as requested, taste great and plentiful. I will differently be visiting again.

We came here for my daughter's birthday celebration. She got the ultimate feast and truly enjoyed it. My son ordered the shrimp screwers and enjoyed his meal. Their dad ordered tacos and he enjoyed his meal. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo. They really don't fill up the plate anymore or offer salad. The waitress was very nice. The restaurant was opened but quiet. We had a great time.

While it has been some time since my last visit, I recently dined at Red Lobster on Valentine's Day and found the culinary experience to be exceptional. The bartender demonstrated remarkable proficiency in her role, and despite the high volume of patrons, the service remained commendable.

The food was not seasoned but it was flavorful. The server was nice but not ambitious enough. She checked on us 1 time after initial service and prior to bringing our receipt. Her tip was half of what she would have received if we would have received at least one more visit to our table

Ok so was a little skeptical about going cause last time I ate at a red lobster I got super sick. But took wifey and can definitely tell there are trying to change things there, biscuits were 🔥, the mango tea and watermelon tea were 🔥 shrimp dinner was just ok and lobster carbonara was good needed a lil more seasoning and sauce but overall didn't get sick and had gotten a lot better

I visited Red Lobster for the new happy hour menu. It was great. The biscuits were tasty as ALWAYS. The 5 dollar strawberry lemonade margarita was delicious. I had the flatbread lobster pizza. It was TOO SALTY. The crab boil was tasty. I love the new Red Lobster. Great experience.

Our waitress Aziza did a fantastic job! She was super attentive. Love the new menu options! The food was really tasty and the bread taste like old times! The place is still dark, gloomy and outdated. The ceiling is dust and dirty. It almost made me not want to stay. But I'm glad I did.

Food was decent. I got the boil with the lobster tail, shrimp, crab legs & I feel like they could have added another cluster of crabs legs. But the flavor was good. We had Aziza as our server & she was amazinggg. She was very helpful when it came to questions on the menu. She was happy & ecstatic. I was very satisfied with the service! Our waitress (Aziza) was very nice, attentive, helpful and diligent. However, the food told a different story. My shrimp and lobster tail were overcooked and dry, but the salmon, rice, broccoli and Brussels sprouts were scrumptious. It’s pretty disappointing to spend over $35.00 for food and not be happy about it, especially nowadays when money is tight and prices are high. Restaurants should leave you wanting to come back, not regrets for coming.

Our visit was on Saturday 12/28/2024. Wife and I doing some shopping and got hungry so we stopped in for a bite to eat. It has been 12-14 years since we ate at a Red Lobster so decided to try it out again. Wife had the steak, loaded potato with a side order of grilled shrimp. While I had the surf & turf with the loaded bake potato. Our waitress was really pleasant and cheerful while taking care of all our needs.

The Mariner Seafood Boil was decent, it really didn't have enough garlic in the butter. The potatoes weren't cooked all the way. The shrimps and the lobster really have no taste to it. But I will give it a 6 outta 10.

Asia was very patient and kind with me and my 75 year old Aunt who just had to have your biscuits… she ended up ordering the Lobster Fest, talking and eating the whole time- have never really seen anything like it…. Aziza made the diffference! Thank you very much! We were lucky to have her assist us on this day.

Menu seems like it's a cliff notes of the original one I remember from years back and the most expensive dish takes front and center as well as the most space. Still nice biscuits. I got to wonder if they'll wind up closing this one like 45 & 1960 because it's pricey and not many people were there. I think it will be a long time before I'll be back.

Red Lobster is not the same as before. I ordered the new sea food boil and was very disappointed. My boil was supposed to be Lemon pepper and the boil had no seasoning and no flavor. This used to be my favorite restaurant but, unless it changes back to the original red lobster I'm good on spending that type of money and not enjoying my food.

I went to RL with my dad today. I ordered New England Clam Chowder and my dad ordered blackened Flounder (instead of fried). The chowder had way too much cream in it, hardly edible; and my dad’s food was so awful he asked me to taste it. For some reason they thought smothering fish in rosemary was the best way to blacken the fish. I couldn’t even eat it, meanwhile, he was trying to wipe the seasoning off with a napkin. We don’t send our food back. They were also out of draft beer; so we ordered by the bottle. Our saving grace was Azziza. She was awesome! My food was ready way before my dads was so she even replaced my meal with a hot bowl when his finally came out. I also overheard another demanding table; but that didn’t get in the way of her great attitude! If you go to this restaurant ask for Azziza- and tip her well! She deserves it! She’s really the only reason this wasn’t a bad experience.

They greet when you walk in. Our server Micheal was great he gave drink recommendations. Micheal helped us decide between two different entrees, that was very helpful. The drinks took 20 mins and for no one at the bar you wonder why. This goes into the atmosphere servers were sitting at the bar like it’s a normal everyday thing very unprofessional. The managers and I’m assuming GM were on the floor. It wasn’t a secret I wouldn’t come back. You’ll spend around 50$ for drink , app ,& your main course.

I (1) went for lunch about 1:30 PM Was told that tables empty ones) were for larger groups and I would have to sit at the bar, I chose not to. I was a Red Lobster fan until today and now i understand more of the problem they're having with walk in business. Luckily there was another seafood restaurant next door and had no problem seating me at a table.

The seafood boil was subpar. Sauce was gritty and potatoes were not cooked thoroughly. Spice level was good. Wife's steak was dry and lobster not fully cooked. Service was not to the level of Red lobster! And now my wife is not feeling well! For almost a $100 dollars I was very disappointed with the experience of this location. I have visited this location previously. And service and food was substantially better. This has left us with less desire to eat at this chain again!

The food was good, as good as one can expect from Red Lobster. The service, however, was disappointing. We attempted to order a dish that came with lettuce. The server said there was no lettuce. Then when I tried to order the jambalaya, We were told there was none. It turned out they had just enough lettuce for the one dish, still no jambalaya. Our server did not frequent our table, and when she did, she forgot some items we would ask for. She dropped off the ticket without offering us dessert, which we initially wanted. We tried to politely tell her we thoight they were out of desserts since she didnt offer, and she just said, "no, we have dessert." She did not apologize for not offering, nor did she apologize for not having jambalaya or lettuce. The manager was prowling around the floor similar to a middle school administrator on lunch duty. We also witnessed the manager "correcting" the host, without listening to the host's concerns. The host was actually correct. The manager complicated things. I could go on, but I feel bad enough keaving such a scathing review as it is. I hope this review encourages improvement, and not penalty.

Took about 10 minutes to get a waiter to our table, ordered the seafood feast but was not provided with any crackers to crack the legs open. As much as the food was decent to good, the service leaves room to be desired. Portions were not as much as last time also, good food, but would like to see some improvement.

1 waiter sat us at the table then we waited 15 minutes for our server we asked a different waiter where I waiter was she went to get her then she shows up to the table after 20 minutes and tells us she just had a baby and has fallen on hard times then took our drinks orders when she returned to our table she slammed the water on the table then asked us was we ready to order then she came back to the table and said the bell went off so we couldn't get the drinks so she didn't ring them in then tells us about her baby's health issues again then went to get our food she again slams the food down and my mom tells her it's her anniversary and her husband has passed away so we was trying to take her to his favorite restaurant and she made the experience bad so I asked for the manager to tell him about our visit it was horrible but the food was great

We were here last year in january to celebrate my mom's birthday and the service was good. THIS TIME, THE SERVICE SUCKED. we were seated by 6pm. We couldn't find our waiter at all. We had to stop him and remind him to please bring us straws , biscuits and refill our drinks. Our food took forever to come out, we wait an hour and half. We were upset with the service and just paying and left. We didn't even cut the cake. The place was not even packed.WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

The food was a solid 4/10, no seasoning on any item on my plate. Steak was cooked how I wanted it but had no flavor. Lobster was just steamed, no seasoning. Baked potato was dry as hell. Service was slow as hell. Ace I believe was my server and I asked for no ice in my sweet tea as well as a water. The water had a funny taste like carbonated pork chops and my sweet tea had ice. Spent $80 all together between my meal and my boyfriend’s (he wasn’t really hungry and got drinks from the bar) and it was not worth it. Still tipped the waiter despite everything. They never asked me how I wanted any of my items. They assumed my sides and how I wanted my steak cooked. I had to basically beg for some butter for my lobster and I never got any sauce for my flavorless steak. Will not be returning

Edit 4 stars to 1 star. The service in this establishment was horrible today. The wait time was horrible. we literally waited for 1 hour and asked the young receptionist about the wait time again, and she gave my family a sarcastic attitude and was just rude. We were upset being treated like this when we always have a great experience so we decided to leave to olive garden where we were taken care of with a smile and even a manager who checked on us from time to time even in the waiting lobby.

Took around 10 minutes to get greeted.finally a server with a pirate beard came up to us and started talking about his personal life then walked away. when we ask if we can be seated he said he didn't have a table for us. five minutes later another server greeted us very sarcastically and refused to seat us away from a big crowd as we requested . It looked like they just got done with a big lunch rush , but that is not the fault new customers walking in. We eventually walked out. I would give zero across the board if I could.

TERRIBLE DO NOT come here. No taste cold food. Left not eating even 75 percent of the food!!! Gross kitchen do not come here if you care about ur health or taste of ur food. Lobster had black in it Chicken was PINK AND RUBBERY couldn't eat here again even if I was paid too

My first time at Red Lobster. Ordered the Mariners Seafood boil. Came with a few shrimp, 3 potatoes, 2 corns, lobster tail, and crab legs. I wanted the Cajun Butter but the server said that they were out of the seasoning. I had to settle for the Regular Garlic Butter. This food was so disappointing! There was no flavor whatsoever! No seasoning whatsoever! The seasoning that you see is all my doing. I had to drown my food in salt and pepper just for it to be palatable. I asked the server for hot sauce. He brought an empty bottle 10 minutes later. He apologized and said “this is all we got” lol. I literally was able to get 5 drops out of that Tabasco bottle. (I should have taken a photo so that you’ll know I’m not exaggerating.) Now on to the pasta. Another dish without flavor. The sauce was watery. It was disgusting. The only thing that was worth the visit were the biscuits. I will not be returning.
