Went with my mom and we had a lovely time Our waitress Guille wemt above and beyond with the service. I even noticed her running around attending other customers, but always had the time to ask if we we're doing good and if we needed anything. You can tell Guille is a hard worker and I appreciate her customer service

Our server Lizbeth provided great and attentive service. I tried the patty melt with a side of fruit and it was bomb! Fruit was fresh and the bread was toasted to perfection. I recommend asking for grilled onion and mushrooms in the patty melt

It's Norms. It was a pretty crowded morning but we got seated within 10 minutes. Server was pleasant and service was great. Drinks never ran out and we were surprised how fast our meals came. Good quality diner class food. Had the egg combo special and my friend had a tuna melt sandwich. Had a nice meal at a reasonable price.
My server Claudia was amazing! She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and checked in on us without being overbearing. She definitely made the experience at Norms better. I’d be happy to have her as my server again!
Claudia was our server. I brought both of my sons and they were amazed on how attentive she was. They said it reminded them of me, mom. So that goes to tell you that she has a very warmed, compassionate and attentive attitude. We love her for being her. She don’t fake it til she makes it, she is real. Thank you norm’s for having her in you establishment.
Brenda at Norms Restaurant was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome the entire time. Her service really stood out and made the experience even better. My boyfriend got the country steak, which was hearty, flavorful, and hit the spot. I ordered the hot cake combo, and everything came out fresh and delicious. No complaints at all, great food, great service, and a really enjoyable meal overall. We’ll definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience. Hands down the best customer service i had. Guille was amazing very attentive despite there being a rush. Her smile and her warm personality had added more pleasure to this experience. I love the fact that I could see my food being made. The work flow was almost artistic. I’ve been coming here for more than 10+ years with my family. I’ve never had a complaint once. Great service & food honestly. The only thing that I’ve been upset about is the norms resturant i go too in Huntington park got rid of the sauce “ PICA PICA” very disappointed! That sauce goes good with anything/ everything please watch this as I’m not the only one asking for the return of that sauce for our order! My server was Rita Ortega and was absolutely amazing! She deserves a raise for hard work and dedication! Thank you! I can’t wait to be back again
This place is Really good, the food is made at the moment, prices are very affordable. The service is great. It does take some time to get your order, everything is prepared fresh when order.
The pancakes are great. The omelette was a little bland, steak was overdone.. but they replaced it. Price is good, service excellent. There is a waiting line and the place is crowded during breakfast hours. A good place for breakfast. Coffee was alright, not great.
