We had such a wonderful experience with Liz as our waitress! She was warm, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. First time ever at norms we went in around 2am after a fortunate youth show, it was the only dine in restaurant open nearby so we decided to have pancakes chicken strips and and club sandwich the food was good considering the price . I was impressed that they seemed understaffed, one chef, one waitress and one cashier on lunch/break, but managed to get orders out to everyone as promptly as see me possible, I really appreciate that our waitress was attentive and would fill our coffee and waters soon as she saw they were halfway, considering that at 5 star restaurants I still have to wave down my waiter to get more water. Coming into the restaurant I expected a Denny's vibe but this particular norms went above those expectations in cleanliness, taste of food and customer service ( and remember they were understaffed and that lobby was full) Great job graveyard crew keep it up!

I love this place I ordered from here often the staff is nice and the food is always hot and fresh whenever I walk into the establishment I'm always greeted nicely although I can't say some of the customers can be a bit off-putting I will still come back for the food and nice customer service.

Even though it was busy, we were seated very quickly. Our server Liz was very sweet and helpful. Her energy was positive and brought the atmosphere up. I got the lumberjack breakfast and a coffee. As a coffee fiend, I appreciated that Lizbeth and the other staff members came to check and refill on our coffee. They brought pancakes instead of French toast but were very quick and positive in fixing my order. Overall very satisfied with the experience and will be more than happy to return just because of the staff!

Surprisingly awesome. We had Zaira as our server who was super attentive and kind. The food came out hot and fast. Everything was yummy. We got the tenders and burger. Both were good and you can't beat the value especially when you consider the service at a sit down diner vs what you pay for fast food for the same or worse quality.

It's Norms. It was a pretty crowded morning but we got seated within 10 minutes. Server was pleasant and service was great. Drinks never ran out and we were surprised how fast our meals came. Good quality diner class food. Had the egg combo special and my friend had a tuna melt sandwich. Had a nice meal at a reasonable price.

The place looks nice inside, kinda cozy. I liked the vibe. Food took a bit longer than expected but tasted okay. I was hungry so maybe that’s why it felt extra good 😅

Open 24 hours. Big plates and good selection on the menu and amazing prices. Even after midnight they were pretty busy. Food was actually pretty good I just didn't like how I got tiny chicken fingers with my steak trio and they were out of soup that was supposed to come with it. Our waiter did give me a extra salad instead. Their fries were awesome. Norms is a great place to come late night if you're hungry. They have really good prices. And you can sit around for awhile.

This Norms has really good service. All the servers we interacted with were great. The hostess was nice as was the cashier. The place is large and parking is easy. It is always open and that is a plus. This Norms is clean and the bathrooms are in good shape. The food, overall, was not good and I hate to say that, but some of it was just bad. My grandson had a burger, which we ordered med, rare. It was so dry and so very well done. They forgot the cheese, the fries were cold. It was uneatable. We took it home to the dogs. It was just so bad, I ordered breakfast. I ordered my eggs over easy. They were over hard. Now, the pancakes, hash browns, sausage, and bacon were pretty good. None of it was hot, but we were able to share it and it was just fine. I especially found the pancakes to be satisfactory. My grandson ordered some sweet drink called cotton candy something. Don't do that. It is just terrible. It was late at night when we were there, there was no wait and again, the service was very good. I wish somewhere there could just learn to cook.

The food is delicious, very good, but the way the waiters treat me was very horrible, the experience I had. To start with, it takes 5 minutes for a table to be available, which isn't much. What did take them a long time was to take our order and bring the food, it took them 20 minutes to take our order, another 30 to bring it. and I say this because the table next to us was served faster

Well went for dinner with my family and it was the worse experience ever. We haven’t been there in a while. The waitress was rude to us when taking our order she was making face. I understand that it’s a hard job to be on your feet, walking around. And to top if my food had a large hair on it. When I told the waitress she was oh ok…. They did replace my plate but that’s it. Once it happened to my sister at IHOP and the manager went to our table and apologized for the inconvenience. Which I understand it happens but at norms they were like nothing…. When we go I spend like $200 since my family is of 6. After this experience I will think about going again.

For the first time in my 10 years of coming here, I am incredibly disappointed by the service we received. We came in at 10:30 am and wasn’t seated until 11 but did not get our food till 12:00 pm despite having our order ready when we were sat. We were very eager to eat and when they finally brought our food, it was unfortunately cold, bacon was burnt, and pancakes overcooked. It pains me to write this, but the service was not enough to save the food. So sad and so disappointing

The chicken noodle soup was really looking like unrecognizable swamp water with 3 noodles in there and it was lukewarm. The salad said mixed greens but it was ice berg with 3 baby leafs of romaine lettuce. There was a hair in the french fries. They brought the steak medium rare when i ordered well done and gave me mashed potatoes instead of a baked potato so i had to send my entree back twice and eventually just ordered it to go. The overall hygiene was low of the establishment and i was freezing the ac was on at 11pm.
