Omg my favorite place in the world, I always get my order right and the best service ever as well. Always being friendly and respectful, this is why I love coming to this Starbucks and I don't have to wait for a long time like other Starbucks

It is 2/28/2020, 10:45pm. I just got home from Starbucks. I ordered a Vanilla Bean frapp, with a cheese danish. Whomever was the one that worked on my order did an amazing job. The frappe had the right amount of slush, and drink to it. And the danish was cooked to perfection. Not burned, but nice and toasty. Thank you for not letting me down Starbucks from pacific. 👍

I want to recognize Roger. He Went above and beyond when my girlfriend ,my self, and my Dog went through the drive through. We ended up ordering a pupachino for my dog and when he seen how big my dog was he knew a little cup was not going to be enough. Roger seems to know how to treat the customers and make sure they have an experience to remember. Keep it up!!

Outstanding customer service! Albert & Erik were very nice, polite, service-oriented they are a great reflection on Starbuck's. I had a caramel frappuccino. Delicious!! This was my first time at this location. Parking can be a little hectic.

I ordered a regular Nitro and added a shot of espresso and I did not add enough sugar. I didn't remember that the one I really liked was the Vanilla Nitro Cold Brew. Love most things about this place except the price. Eggbites are great and taste like cheese balls. Cake pops are too sweet for me but kids like them. I'm sure others have better drink reccomendations cause I just get matcha on ice

This is my go-to Starbucks location. It is close to my home and I always receive good service. I do try to avoid the inside of the store because they seem to have a priority on drive thru orders so I stick to the drive thru. All the employees are very nice.

They always get my order right, if they don't have your drink they always recommend something similar. The workers are always nice and friendly. One of my favorite Starbucks stores I don't mind going to.

Came in a few days ago to get a bag of Italian roast and the grains were done too finely for espresso. I came in today to get another bag and asked to get the grind a bit more coarse and they gave me the new bag for free! Made my morning. Excellent service here!

I come to this Starbucks probably about 3 times a week, they are ALWAYS busy. But no matter what they are efficient. I’ve been helped by OMAR a couple of times, amd every time he’s at the counter taking orders he’s amazing always kind and suggesting something new when I ask questions. But he’s not only that way with me, but with all the Starbucks customers. Upon going in today I noticed he’s a rock star with everyone and patient.

I went this past Weekend on Saturday. Feb 17, 2024 the young ladies working the cashier and brewing the coffees/teas were super nice. The young lady who rang me up was super sweet. I had the strawberry acia with lemonade and the Pink drink venti. Would definitely recommend and most likely re ordering the same drinks. The drive-thru alleyway is much narrower than most Starbucks drive-thrus I've been to. I always get the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew from here. One out of 5 times, they've disobeyed one of my customizations: light ice. I don't want to pay extra for frozen water so I always ask for light ice and only once has that request seem to have been forgotten/ignored. Staff is hardworking and line is always jam packed here. Still, I keep coming. I just wish the physical drive-thru lane wasn't so narrow.

The big guy that works here I very nice and down to earth, I always feel secure my order is gonna come out correct. However, one day, a new girl named Jennifer, was very rude to me and rushed me to finish when I wasn't even done ordering.

"After lunch, sometimes we stop by this place. There isn't much of a lineup inside, but the drive-thru line is incredibly long. The parking lot is also full, so we waited for someone to leave their parking spot, but we couldn't find one. Instead, we ended up using the paid parking lot on the street outside the shopping center and walked to this place. Ordered online and arrived only to find that the lobby was closed. Had to get in the drive thru line which took forever and by the time I got my Frap. It was partially melted already. It would be nice if they put put a sign on the front door letting people k ow the lobby is closed. One after another people tried opening the doors.

I don't know what's going on with this location. They have done my order wrong 3 times and its usually when I order more than 3 drinks... Ive been loyal to this location for 2 years and i got to know some of the employees. This used to be my favorite location, but it seems like they don't pay attention anymore. I guess because of covid they aren't the same anymore.... Also, i feel like it was a bad idea to put the yellow railing for the drive thru. In that case, they could have left it like it was with the railing on the opposite side so the line would start forming inside the parking lot... Edit: I don't know what was going on through the batista mind but Why would they give grinded coffee in 2 cups! Why? Should've been better off ordering through the app...

Coming here can be good, however there will be times that either one they are too busy, and they don't have enough employees or their printer machines go offline, or just minor errors they may make. However they tend to have good customer service. Please be kind to the people here, sometimes I see customer scream or say things that are out of place. They just renovated the place seems really comfortable. I usually do mobile orders just to go and get out quick (but beware sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes to get your order too). I would like to ask to keep an eye on the fruits for the refreshers drinks cuz I got some strawberries that’s were not the best for both my drinks. Nonetheless thank you for your service.

I am irritated with this place because every time I go the people that work there are giving attitude. Today I went through the drive thru at around 7am and ordered a Venti cup of water, a breakfast sandwich, a pastry and a hot chocolate. When we get to the window they charge me and then hand me a grande cup of water, so i called the girl out like two times and then told her i ordered a venti. She rolled her eyes and took the drink and came back with a venti. Then after driving away I get to work and realize that they gave me the wrong drink instead of a hot chocolate i got a grande blonde flat white! If you don't like working at a place that serves people don't work there but your attitude over mixing up the size of a cup of water resulted in bad customer service and another error in drinks. Many people wish they had any job they can get and on New Year's Eve this girl decides to give attitude when I was nothing but polite. Literally ruined my day, I am pregnant and have really bad morning sickness which is why i went in to order my drink and food and now i have to go to another Starbucks and get the drink i originally ordered all because i asked for what i originally ordered. I did contact customer service though and I was refunded and assisted greatly so thanks to Starbucks for having some good employees.

We waited for our drinks for a long time then they gave us a different drink from what's written on the plastic glass. Then the place isnt very organized. The front and the bar where the sugars, creamers and stirrers were filthy. Not like any other starbucks.

This place is always full and as a result the drinks are always a hit and miss. It takes the staff around 15mins to give out your order because they prioritize drive-through orders.

Great location, great place to sit down and get caught up with work/school, ambience would be almost perfect if it wasn’t for some rude staff. Rosa, la rude lady that didn’t help today could’ve handled things better. I asked for restroom code and Rosa rude lady laughs in my face and says nothing, then the other young lady approached and apologize for co workers rude behavior and states Rosa in on her break and I apologize for reaching out when on her break, but still point out that she didn’t have to be rude like that. No bueno Rosa salvaje!

They were 30min behind (and usually are extremely behind) this morning. Just Mobil ordered a Caramel Brûlée Latte, no substitutions or additions. Constantly packed, not a good location for working as they’re always crowded. The Drive thru takes forever too. Usually out of menu items. Just not a good location. The workers are nice tho. Don’t really think it’s worth it or recommend coming to this one. Might as well go to a farther one (I like the one on Compton Ave.) Hope this helps.

The service here is usually great but today an employee named Jenny was extremely rude for no reason. When she read our order to us, we asked to change a size of one of the drinks and she immediately changed her tone like if we were bothering her. WORST STARBUCKS, they literally take so long, drive through moved about every 15 minutes. And line was about 6 cars ahead. People working at this time are inconsiderate for taking so long. They said the drink was supposed to be ready 10:04pm and we just got it 10:44pm .. so upsetting

A miserable place! The workers there are so rude! Me and my friend got there with a to go bag from in n out across the street and wanted to get a drink from Starbucks and we sat down outside and we were going to buy two strawberry acai refreshers and they kicked us out because we had food from another place, they should really fire those disrespectful employees and train them to not be rude.

The good reviews for this store are obviously fake, written by their own employees. I've been to several Starbucks locations and this is by far the worst one. I can't imagine there being another one like this. There are a few employees here that are rude and either make really bad drinks on purpose or are just that bad at their job. The only reason why I put up with this joke of a store is because I live close by, I guess its worth driving to B.G to get some decent coffee. I orders a Grande ice coffee with easy ice and my cup was only 75% full. Not only are the drinks over expensive but the managers has no people skills. This branch makes all Starbucks look bad. I spend over $40 on drink for my coworkers and this branch is still stealing from customers. I will never go back to this branch, I tether drive to a different location.

It was my third visit within a couple months here and they’re always out of the clear cups for their iced drinks. Some times it’s their grande size cups and other times they’ll go as far and place your cold drink in a hot coffee cup. Management must do better, this is unacceptable.

You have to continuously ask if your online order is ready because "nobody" is monitoring the orders that are ready and not calling out a courtesy reminder if they call your name out once that's it you will not hear it again. I thought the whole idea with online orders was to avoid being in line.I come here everyday and it's the same thing.

For people that do Uber eats, the service sucks here in Huntington Park. I arrived and the order wasn't done, it took them about 30 min. To make it, while doing the order, they would do other orders first. So what Uber eats isn't important to them, because to us drivers, delivering is important, time is critical.

Very rude and unprofessional morning associates. I was waiting for the store to open at 4 am and they were ignoring me and one of them was trying to communicate with me through sign language that the store closes at 4 or something like that , but the girl didn't even know what she was communicating and the other two girls were completely ignoring me. It says that the store opens at 4 online and so on the door. I kept waiting almost 10 minutes and they still didn't open the store. I'm never again coming to this store. They could've said something behind the locked door but they chose to completely ignore me.

Service before and during this pandemic hasn't improved or easier. If you fancy a wait in the drive thru be prepared to wait. If you order ahead and not get off to pick up then it sucks as a customer. Location is fine, handicapable but would be much better if it had no drive thru.

When I visited yesterday the WIFI was not working. Another customer asked me if it was working and I said no. So sounds like just not me. When I approached staff to ask if it was getting fixed they just shrugged and said they do not have access to the wifi. They did not even bother to try and contact the store owner or manager to fix it. This is poor customer service. Please retrain your staff. Will not be coming to this location anymore as plenty of other Starbucks nearby with working internet.

Why every time I come to this place I receive bad service. I ordered on the app to come pick up, I arrived at 9:01 pm and the door was closed, they made signs to pickup my order by the drive thru, how difficult was it to give me the order knowing that they have many cars in line, I received my orden 20 minutes later is ridiculous that's why I ordered on the app so as not to wait and just come pick up the order. Ordered a grande caramel frap with no frap roast and they wanted to charge me for caramel. When I questioned them as to why their reply was “we don’t have a recipe to charge for a cream based caramel frap” my response: charge me for a regular grande caramel frap, omit the frap roast from the drink and add everything else that the recipe calls for!!! Because you’re not charging me less because I’m omitting the frap roast but want to charge me more for something that is supposed to be included.

I live two blocks from this location, and I've come in at 8:30 p.m. and the door is locked. I don't know why they lock it when the online schedule says it closes later than 9:30. I've been careful not to disturb anyone, but one employee gets upset when I show him the online schedule. It seems they can't handle the drive-thru. If they can't, they should hire more staff. Not only do they close the door before opening time, but they also serve customers while they're stressed.

This was the single most disgusting Starbucks drink I’ve ever had. I purchased an iced London fog latte, and it was hot. They must have poured the hot tea over ice, and it melted all the ice. Unfortunately this has been the 4th time on a Wednesday morning that I place my pick up order with 20 minutes or more of anticipation before going to work and when I arrive at this location, the order is no where near ready as I see only 1 person stocking and getting ready for the day but no one else working on the mobile orders at all. This is terrible and I am discontinuing ordering from this location and arranging to order from somewhere else.

My sandwich was all cold . ..i could not eat it i even take out the chesse and nop . Also it smells like frezer .. . Called but no aswer. Also personal was just chating and not attending.

They didn't have any of the items I wanted to order which is fine, I understand they run out of things. Although honestly I was grateful I didn't purchase anything because they had a bunch of flies in there display area. It was truly disgusting and had my stomach turning.

Guy that worked drive thru refuse giving me service. I feel this was not right. Please do something about it. Guy that worked there didn't want to give me his name. How he looks is chubby and short.
