Always great service! I sometimes have my lunch delivered if I'm really busy at work and sometimes I pick it up. Today I ordered for pick up but had to change it afterwards due to a snafu at work. They were very kind and accommodating, saving me from having to skip lunch altogether. Thank you!
Great location! I eat a lot of Jimmy Johns & not all are created equal. The location near my house needs help. I won't blast them, but the Hurst, TX location nearest work is the best I've found. Awesome. Kudo's. Please Stay Great!
I came in seeing that there was only one employee staffed at the time, Raven. He seemed like he was doing great and while he had people in drive thru and at the register he was still very polite, jovial, and very fast paced! I really appreciated how he made me feel comfortable and safe in the store. Thank you for a good experience on a bad day, just what I needed! It's not often you see someone working as hard as he was and not be in a bad mood. Great job keeping your light shining bright!
Great Customer Service! This bald guy with a beard was awesome! I think his name is Brenty. When I walked in I didn’t know what to get, so he recommended the Beach Club. I tried it and it was delicious. He was happy to hear that. Ultimately that guy was so nice and cool. I’ll have to go back soon.
Toasted Roast Beef sandwich was delicious! Ordered online at a stop light about 3 min before I arrived and the food was ready the moment I stepped inside
I work down the street & usually stop by to grab a quick lunch & the employees are always so friendly & quick. Today I stopped by right after they opened to see if I might be able to grab some group lunches for our employees who are exhausted working with spring break crowds & the guys were again all so friendly & quick. This is a great spot! Every time you walk in the door you are pleasantly greeted! The staff is always friendly and caring. They are what keep me coming back to this location! The food is always great too!
This jj location is awesome! I love this place, and will continue rave about it to everyone! The people here are super nice and respectful in all aspects from in store, drive through and delivery! I’m not sure his name, but this one guy with tattoo arm sleeves really seems to go above and beyond for the customers! The food is consistently great quality and they deliver super fast. As I strolled into the joint, I was greeted by many friendly faces that felt like they'd been plucked straight out of a laid-back sitcom. Kyle welcomed me like an old friend with his easy grin and lightning-fast sandwich-making skills. With his effortless charm and smooth moves behind the counter, Shane was like the cool cat orchestrating the show. With his infectious energy and impeccable attention to detail, Collin ensured everything was running like a well-oiled machine. And Austin, with his chill demeanor and killer sandwich recommendations, was like the sage of all things Jimmy John's. Now, let's delve into the sandwiches. The menu was a feast for the eyes, with each option more tempting than the last. I opted for the signature Turkey Tom, and it was a taste sensation. The fresh ingredients, the perfectly toasted bread, and the balanced mayo created a culinary masterpiece that was a delight to my taste buds. But it wasn't just the sandwiches that hooked me; it was the smell of the place. The moment I stepped through the door, I was hit with a wave of savory goodness that had my stomach rumbling in anticipation. We've been here over a dozen times and have never had a bad experience or bad service. I'd like to mention specifically, that we were there to grab dinner and went through drive through Saturday evening, August 6, 2022. Looked through the drive thru window and saw some older gentlemen working in the kitchen. They seemed happy to be there, training and even smiled and waved as we drove off. Food was great and couldn't be more happy to support this team.

His friendly and welcoming demeanor makes his presence unmistakable from the moment you step into the store. What sets OJ apart is his genuine kindness and the positive energy he brings to his work. The guys running the shop are soft spoken and incredibly kind. The manager gifted us one of their incredible pickles and cookies since it was our first of many visits. The sandwiches are LOADED, the JJ kettle chips are amazing and the shop itself is clean, cozy and cool. Will definitely be back!
We usually get delivery and it's always fast. They have this Ceasar chicken wrap with ranch seasoning that officially has become my favorite. I get it plain but my wife enjoys it with everything on it.
So today I stop by the restaurant because I had a taste for and little John sandwich. I the customer service I received is from a gentleman name Clyde. Thanks Clyde for the customer service and fixing my sandwich. lol 😂 he reminded me of myself of asking all the item for the sandwich. I truly thank God for meeting nice individuals that care about food and day. I can’t wait to bite into my sandwich that I purchased. Blessings Jimmy John.

Great place to get a sub. They have just recently heating up subs so you can get them hot. Decently priced compared to other sandwich shops and the staff is very friendly. Lacy and Kelsey were great and with 5 minutes left until closing they hurried and made me two sandwiches without any complaints and a smile on their face.

Came in late bc Subway closed early. I didn't know what I wanted, as I usually don't support this business. However, the person who was working at the time was patient, kind, and helpful. I hope this company can turn things around, or that this sweet employee finds a job that also meets his needs, but with a company that carries a reputation of integrity.

Everything is great about this place except they keep the store at an arctic tundra temperature. We used to be regulars but can't seem to want to go back because it's always so cold.
Disappointed...Service was great, however, barely any turkey on the sandwich. The original combo was higher priced than on the menu. I understand there is inflation but raising prices without letting customers know and putting less lin the sandwich decreases the value even further. Customers are already losing purchasing power and this makes it worse. It's wrong to do to customers that still come and support your business. Choose on or the other.

I’m putting this at 3 stars because of the delivery experience, but let’s get her some payroll support to hire a delivery driver. 😉 ORIGINAL POST: While the service from this location has been awful for some time, usually I get what I order or if something is left out it’s not worth my time to complain. This evening was another story. The photos included show what was delivered, what was paid for, and a tip that isn’t listed on my receipt but I definitely included with the order. Nothing like paying $4.79 to a business that outsources their deliveries and getting about 60% of what was paid for. Oh, and that “freaky fast delivery” that once was an actual thing? Non-existent. We’re well beyond the Covid era and inflation is at normal levels while the economy is doing fine. How about we get back to employing people directly and providing the quality experience that didn’t used to include a 10-15% surcharge?

I ordered online at 1:10 pm and didn’t get my meal delivered until 2:35. No more JJ drivers. They use a third party now. Will not be ordering from here in the future.

Tried the new 'cubano' and i don't care for it ...IT'S TERRIBLY DRY and clearly my expectations were way too high as a fan of a hot Cuban sandwhich ordering a cold sub version...just not a fan of the flavor combo. I won't order again. I tried to support a business today during these days of shelter in place ...decided to come out for dinner.....they didn't do what i asked. * correction * they did a portion of what i asked.... Very aggravating nonetheless. I asked for tomato which is not part of the basic cubano. I also asked for extra mayo Well i got my tomato but there's barely any dijon on the bread and that's the main condiment... With no extra mayo. The rcpt even showed tomato/extra mayo. THEY asked if i wanted them to cut the sandwich in half ...i said YES that was NOT done either. SIMPLE REQUESTS AND WASNT ACCOMMODATED. No bueno to get home sheltered back in and have your food wrong. I don't even live near this location to have gotten back out to have them remake.

Only after further explanation did they agree, again with attitude, to remake the order. We then waited 30 minutes for them to get the correct bread and remake the sandwiches, only for the staff member to toss the bag on the counter without a word—while we were literally reaching to take it. This behavior is unacceptable. If this location wants to keep the good reputation and atmosphere that Jimmy John’s is known for, this staff member should not be representing the company.

This is the slowest Jimmy Johns in existence. I shouldn’t have to wait 15+ min for a sandwich when I’m the only one in the drive thru because there’s only 1 employee in there (which I think is illegal?). It’s really a shame because I really enjoy Jimmy Johns but this is the only location on my way home from work. I question the manager’s ability to adequately train their employees. It must be a terrible working environment because it’s a new face every time I stop in.
This was our first time at a Jimmy's John and will be the last time...my daughter wanted to try it. So we ordered 2 of the $6.00 meals sweet tea. We picked our bread, She said it was $15 so we get up to the window and she handed us the food and I asked her about the sweet tea she said oh we have to change the bread to this thin bread so I handed her the food back we wait another 10 min and she finally comes to window hands us this small subs, the tea and the difference in change. My daughter drinks it on our way out and its unsweetened tea back through the drive thru. This was just a bad experience. Not worth the hassle or the money 😢
Ordered 9 sandwiches for my team at work and asked if I can add lettuce to one of the slim sandwiches and the lady scolded my associate who picked up the order and told her we can’t add or take away anything on a slim sandwich. We only asked for lettuce on one sandwich! Our order was a $50 order, It was not necessary for her to say anything. She also only gave us 2 mustard packets when she knows there are more then 2 sandwiches and no mayo. And when she was there to pick up the sandwiches she was told to wait for awhile when the order was completed and there was no one else in the store. Was planning on making this the go to store for catering services but after the service we just had they have lost us! Normally have a positive experience at jimmy johns but this location clearly does not care to give good customer service
Strike one, I ordered curbside and they never came out. You apparently have to go through the drive thru and pick it up there. Thats clearly not how that works nor has any other JJ ever handled it that way. Strike two...a few weeks ago, their point of sale system went down on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. No one responded in the drive thru, so I only found this out by going inside. I sat in the parking lot and waited. Just a few minutes later, they helped three cars in the drive thru. I went back inside and the lady said she told the younger gentleman to go outside and get me since I had been waiting and their system was back up. Well that didn't happen. Strike three...so tonight I traveled 10 miles to this same location at 9:40PM. The store closes at 10PM. All lights were on including the neon lights, except the drive thru menu. It might have been the same guy from last time, but either way, he was disgruntled by aggressively hitting his headset mic and upset that a customer dare get there before they closed. I asked if they were open to which he replied "we're almost closed." Clearly, homeboy wasn't willing to work (typical of that age bracket). With the growing number of one-star reviews, it is clear this store should be avoided.
I really have tired to give them the benefit of the doubt on 4 different occasions but I have about had it. The most recent was me being hung up on when I was trying to place an order. My food has been incorrect at least 5 times. Nice can only go so far. Reporting them to the corporate office as well.
Not sure what happened today. I go to this JJ once a week typically and everything is usually pretty good. Well today I ordered a Gargantuan with no tomato, onion or Mayo w/Chips and a drink. Got my order and it was the sandwich and a mayo packet in the bag. I knocked on the window and asked for the drink and chips, which took a few minutes, but they got them. Figured id double check the receipt on the sandwich, just to make sure that was all good and it showed exactly what i ordered. Well, get back to my office and open the sandwich and it is just bread, meat and cheese which was not at all what i ordered... hopefully just a today fluke, but pretty much ruined this JJ's for me..
Thought the point of delivering was because they are “super fast”! Didn’t realize they used “uber” to deliver my order and has taken almost an hr to deliver! So inconvenient i should have gone somewhere else.
Food was supposed to arrive by 11:30am, so I called and person said they are waiting on a driver and hung up. No, customer service as when they may actually arrive. An ETA would have been nice, since we are at a tournament.

I frequent this location at least 2x a week on my way to work. I order the same veggie sandwich. Sometimes w/chips. Over the past 4wks my order has been wrong. The manager “Jamie” accused me of taking items off the sandwich. Don’t know what she was insinuating but clearly I can afford a 7$ meal. Considering how frequently I order food. I will no longer patronize this location. I think Jamie was very rude & quite unconcerned.

I ordered from the Hurst Texas location, and never received my sandwich. I placed my order at 1:25pm. I called to check on my order status around 2:00pm, and was told they were waiting for their driver to get back , and I would get my sandwich soon. At 2:14, I received a text message from uber stating the driver was on their way to pick up my order. I clicked on the link they provided and was able to watch the driver on my app. At 2:30 I called the store again, and i asked for a refund, as it had now been an hour, and I still had not receive my order. I was told over the phone that my order had been picked up already and they could not give me a refund. At 2:31 I call the uber driver, and he said he had not picked up my order. I told him to cancel my order. I called the store back and asked to speak with a manger, and the person said they were the manager. It sounded like the same voice from earlier, So I said,” You lied to me and said my order had already been picked up. I just spoke to the uber driver and he confirmed he has yet to pick up my order, and I wanted a refund. In a very hateful tone, she said,” she would process the return, “ and then hang up on me. I left a voicemail for the company, and I hope to have a Resolution. I have had issues with this store in the past. I ordered a salad with no meat, and there was chicken in my salad. I called the store and I was told they would not be able deliver a replacement, as they had no one to drive the salad over to me. I was told I could either come get the salad, or they would give me a refund. I said I was hungry and wanted my salad, I expected them to find a delivery driver. He said that was not an option. I told him I would call back in a minute when I spoke to someone that could possibly go get the replacement salad. About 3 minutes after I hung up, I received a call from the General manager and he said they would send me a replacement. This is twice we have had a problem with this store, and I doubt I will return!
Rudest male employee I’ve ever seen works here. I came in today for a post soccer game lunch with my son. As soon as we walked in the door, mind you there was not one single person in the drive-through nor inside the restaurant, this male employee does not greet us and rather screams “for here or to go”. I reply back with “hi how are you” expecting a normal response back but instead gets yelled at another “for here or to go”. I make eye contact trying to figure out what is the persons deal and he makes it a point to make me feel stupid by repeating himself a third way slowly as if to imply I’m dumb. I walked right out of the store without ordering anything. I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. This guys needs some serious training.
Decided to get lunch for my team here, redhead employee was insanely rude and obviously doesn’t want business, saying we should have called it in to her days before because it was “so big”. It’s 12 sandwiches, we were willing to wait. Then our entire order was wrong except for 2 sandwiches, when we had to go back up there she made us pay for sandwiches again that was still didn’t receive. Never coming back, we’ll take our “big” orders to other business that want it.
Rudest male employee I’ve ever seen works here. I came in today for a post soccer game lunch with my son. As soon as we walked in the door, mind you there was not one single person in the drive-through nor inside the restaurant, this male employee does not greet us and rather screams “for here or to go”. I reply back with “hi how are you” expecting a normal response back but instead gets yelled at another “for here or to go”. I make eye contact trying to figure out what is the persons deal and he makes it a point to make me feel stupid by repeating himself a third way slowly as if to imply I’m dumb. I walked right out of the store without ordering anything. I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. This guys needs some serious training.
Decided to get lunch for my team here, redhead employee was insanely rude and obviously doesn’t want business, saying we should have called it in to her days before because it was “so big”. It’s 12 sandwiches, we were willing to wait. Then our entire order was wrong except for 2 sandwiches, when we had to go back up there she made us pay for sandwiches again that was still didn’t receive. Never coming back, we’ll take our “big” orders to other business that want it.
Thought the point of delivering was because they are “super fast”! Didn’t realize they used “uber” to deliver my order and has taken almost an hr to deliver! So inconvenient i should have gone somewhere else.
I ordered from the Hurst Texas location, and never received my sandwich. I placed my order at 1:25pm. I called to check on my order status around 2:00pm, and was told they were waiting for their driver to get back , and I would get my sandwich soon. At 2:14, I received a text message from uber stating the driver was on their way to pick up my order. I clicked on the link they provided and was able to watch the driver on my app. At 2:30 I called the store again, and i asked for a refund, as it had now been an hour, and I still had not receive my order. I was told over the phone that my order had been picked up already and they could not give me a refund. At 2:31 I call the uber driver, and he said he had not picked up my order. I told him to cancel my order. I called the store back and asked to speak with a manger, and the person said they were the manager. It sounded like the same voice from earlier, So I said,” You lied to me and said my order had already been picked up. I just spoke to the uber driver and he confirmed he has yet to pick up my order, and I wanted a refund. In a very hateful tone, she said,” she would process the return, “ and then hang up on me. I left a voicemail for the company, and I hope to have a Resolution. I have had issues with this store in the past. I ordered a salad with no meat, and there was chicken in my salad. I called the store and I was told they would not be able deliver a replacement, as they had no one to drive the salad over to me. I was told I could either come get the salad, or they would give me a refund. I said I was hungry and wanted my salad, I expected them to find a delivery driver. He said that was not an option. I told him I would call back in a minute when I spoke to someone that could possibly go get the replacement salad. About 3 minutes after I hung up, I received a call from the General manager and he said they would send me a replacement. This is twice we have had a problem with this store, and I doubt I will return!
