Great food!! I don't go to Cane's to terribly often, but every single time I do, no matter what location I'm at or what time of day it is, they are always 100%! That goes for the staff, the taste and texture of their food, the correct order, the repeat back of an order, as well as the accommodations to an order! Cane's is a great restaurant and I'd recommend it to anyone hungry for chicken!!

First visit to this location but usual fast friendly service, good quality food freshly cooked and steaming hot. Clean tables, stocked condiment station, and overall good experience. Cane's reduced menu is actually a good thing, they can focus more on quality and consistency. This could easily be a weekly choice.

Walked in and immediatly greeted by the cashier. Very friendly staff and very quick food service. The food is terrific and the Canes sauce is really good. Ask for extra if you get a 4 piece. It's always a plus that they support Kidd's Kids.

All I can say is....YUMMY! And their sweet tea is some of the best! Fresh chicken! Love the special dipping sauce (which I also love to dip my fries in). I wish they would offer a 2 finger meal though. 😊❤️

Canes is the closest you’ll get to Chick-fil-A quality service. I would only recommend going around peak lunch and dinner times though because off hours can get you some stale fries.

Fast food? Not really. Oh, they're hella fast, but the food flavor isn't rushed. Raising Canes is truly the only spot I see as doing chicken at the same high level as CFA. One edge RC has? The bread. I am addicted to fresh, hot bread when it's done right. Toasty, buttery, with this tiny crispy sesame seeds. If your diet excludes bread, RIP your diet. This is cheat day toast. Put no gravy on it, though. Take it home, and break out the molasses. This is pure Texas toast. Should come with a Stetson and boots. The tenders are tender. The Canes sauce? Ask for extra so you can luxuriate in it. Even dip the bread in it. The slaw is not super sweet and messy. It has a fresh taste, lightly sweet, crunchy, yummy. Ask for your fries well done, or they come out looking flash fried, not golden. I like mine golden. As prescribed golden, these beat Mickey Ds. Apply a liberal sprinkle of Black pepper people. Stop skipping the spices. And while we're on the subject of tenders, don't spend too much legal tender, moolah you know you might not have. It's time to pay our property taxes as well. It's time to give TAD a wad of moolah, so look for value where you can. Take care of yourselves. I'm looking forward to an even better 2024. It always gets better.

Ordered 175 fingers in advance for pickup. The order was just 5 minutes late and everyone was so kind about it. Everything was delicious of course. I definitely recommend Canes if you're considering a catering order.

Wow what great service we got at 9:15 pm. The jerks at Rosa's next door where so rude and wouldn't come to the counter to take an order so we left and went to Cane's next door. Very nice and everyone that worked there looked happy. They made us feel very comfortable and the place was very clean.

Customer service is always great, no matter which location you go to. Food was fresh and delicious.

I didn't used to like the canes sauce but it is actually very good. The toast is toasted to perfection, nice and buttery and the chicken tenders are always really great. They have pretty good kids meals too, my kids loved it here when they were younger.

I have never had a bad experience at this Cane's. It's is always clean, the staff are always friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh.

I’ve never had a bad experience but I definitely just had the best one. Dominic took care of me in the drive thru, I made it right before close after I myself got off from work. I knew I had to be the last customer and probably too late for lemonade, which is my favorite, but I asked just in case. He kindly told me that they were out for the night, which I was fine with, but he went above and beyond and got some for me. So so sweet.

Ordered `a la carte, 3 chicken fingers w/sauce and fries, both were fresh, hot, and tasty...it hit the spot. Great customer service -quick and polite. Atmosphere was clean and neat, to include the restroom. Great job!

This was my 1st experience at Raising Cane's chicken. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was so patient and helpful with my ordering. The chicken strips were meaty and full of favor. The Cane's sauce and toasted bread made the meal perfect.

Cane's is, I think, one of the better fast-food chains. The chicken is good and not too greasy, the sauce is delicious, the stores are clean and welcoming. This one is no different. The only "problem" is the limited menu, making it hard to eat here all the time, but when I do want chicken, this is the clear winner.

After shopping my mom and I just stopped here to get a bite to eat, I got the most basic thing besides a kid's meal... Very carnivorous (I do not like cole slaw) and the "meal up" from 3 ckn fingers, TX toast & fries includes that! I loved it, I do wish the fountain drinks had a better selection or that they had a sugar-free iced tea option... Their sauce was really good and service was fast. This is a fast food chain. Very clean interior. Would definitely recommend this location over the one in Euless because there's not so much traffic/easy to park. That is why id give this particular one 5 stars and that one 4... Even if the food is the same. Sauce is sooo good!!

We've eaten here for years, and the food is always good and the people friendly. But today, my daughter accidentally left her air pods in the booth we were eating in, and didn't realize this until a half hour or so later. We hastily returned to the restaurant, and when we didn't see them at the table, we asked the nice girl at the counter who immediately went to the back and retrieved them for us. I am very thankful for good and honest people. Great job guys. Thanks so much! I fully expected they'd be long gone. Kudos!

I feel confident in giving you guys 5 stars. Food was filling and very tasty and hot temp wise. Not too hot and not too cold either. Cashier was very friendly. Dining area was clean from what I saw. Received a decent portion from my meal.

Raising Cane’s officially won me over. I first tried Cane’s back in 2022 and honestly didn’t get the hype. Fast forward to December 2025, I gave it another shot—and now I’m hooked. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, our order was taken immediately, and the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the staff checked in on us throughout the visit, which made the experience feel intentional rather than transactional. You could tell the new store manager genuinely takes pride in his work, the store, and making sure customers leave satisfied—and it shows. Safe to say, this visit changed everything. I’ve been going to Cane’s almost every week since, and I’ll definitely be back again soon 😂. Sometimes you just have to circle back—and when it hits, it hits.

It was the national chicken strip day & they were giving a free chicken strip if you bought The Box. No free chicken strip given after getting home. I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't, yes just going for the free strip. So I called to let them know in a fun way...are y'all forgetting to give the free chicken strip?! Anyway, they made up for it. They also gave me a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet tea but didn't know that till after I got home, added stevia to my tea, took a sip & it was overly sweet!! Not good! But they did correct it more than they should have, so all is good & happy.

I had canes about 6-7 times, and it is amazing. But if you are gonna refridgerate and save the fries for the next day they taste a little chalky but what can you say. I LUV IT!!!!

What can I say about Raising Cane's except I really like their chicken fingers. They are cooked just right, juicey, and flavorful. The slaw is great as is the dipping sauce for the fingers. The fries were very good and the texas toast was toasted just right. It was really great to be able to sit inside and eat again.

I generally have a good experience with this location, but today was one of those days when all I wanted was a little bit of good to come my way after a week of not so good news. I have always subbed honey mustard instead of the CS since Cane’s started in BR, so reciting my order is like saying my name. The order was read back to me 3x; they even stopped me from pulling off because they forgot the extra slice of toast. Get home. Open the box. No honey mustard. (Sad face) Love the service and the speed, but slow down and double check the order. The thing that separates Cane’s from everyone is else that it’s “Made Fresh!”, so the orders may change from customer to customer. Other than that, great place.

I'm sure everyone knows about Raising Canes, but not all are created equal lol. It's the little things that make a big difference. Fries were somewhat warm, chicken fingers were more like fish sticks, & my 'TX Toast' wasn't that; it was 'TX ⅓ Toasted' but had plenty butter on it 🤦🏾‍♀️ Best part was my Arnold Palmer. It's been a long time since I've eaten Raising Canes & I can't say that this made me love it.

Used the drive thru and the car was friendly, easy to understand and helpful. My experience at the window was just as good. Only downside was that my chicken strips were a little soft and mushy instead of the crisp amazing strips I've come to expect.

First time having Raising Cane. Loved the strips and the sauce. Slice of bread was delicious and I was glad my sister offered hers. Fries werent crispy and we small not sure if by design or not.

It's a nice enough place for fast food. Little LED votive lights on the tables are a nice touch, but the food is just ok. No better or worse than any other chicken place, but a little more pricey and fewer options. The toast is very tasty, but I'm going to go someplace where mashed potatoes are an option!

I went here About half hour from closing time. I ordered the Box without the coleslaw and added fries. The fries weren't hot but okay, the chicken was hot and excellent. I got the lemonade to go with it and it was good like always. The employees here always polite and helpful. No employee loves getting someone they're closing time as they want to go home. None of that show them their face however.

Ordered an extra Cane's sauce but they didn't give it to me even though I paid for it. Other than that it was great! Parking and maneuvering were a bit difficult as it was taco Tuesday next door at Rosa's. I witnessed multiple of their patrons walking over to Cane's parking lot to retrieve their cars with huge bags of food from Rosa's. 🤷‍♀️

A big MEH. It was okay. The sauce is pretty good, which is a good thing because the chicken and fries need it. The chicken seemed a little overcooked, dry in the middle, and the batter doesn't really add any flavor. The fries are those thin crinkle cut fries, and are so non-greasy that salt and pepper won't even stick to them, leaving them pretty bland. The toast was good, though! The service was excellent, too- they were fast, they brought my tray to me, and when the girl cleaning tables saw I hadn't eaten my coleslaw she offered to trade it for more sauce. This was not only excellent service, but very helpful since (as I already said) the chicken and fries both need it and the cups are pretty small. Overall, I didn't hate it, but I probably won't go back for a while. If I want chicken fingers, I can get better ones elsewhere.

Good chicken tenders but nothing special. I prefer another Chik-en place. Even so good chicken and pretty good fries. It is not cheap in my opinion but only slightly higher than other places. Good if you just need a snack or light dinner.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered the chicken sandwich - it’s 3 chicken tenders on a bun with some sauce and a piece of lettuce. Every component wasn’t very good sadly. The sauce on its own is really good. Fries were bland. Ordered sweet tea but they forgot to give it to me and I went back/inside once I remembered. I’ll give it another try but I’d stay away from the sandwich and just do the tenders with toast.

Almost everyone I've ever spoken to about Raising Cane's has stopped in their tracks to go on a monologue about how exquisite their sauce is. I'm not a big fan of the sauce, and I'm not a big sauce person in general, so whenever I find myself at canes I'm left with what can't be described as more than just a decent plate of chicken fingers. Their fries are alright, their chicken is decent, their coleslaw is okay, but their toast is EPIC. Cane's has two things going for it: sauce and toast. Unfortunately, neither of those things are its chicken (which is lack luster in my opinion) especially for the price . Their service is great, their drive-thru is efficient, and their food is alright.

Honestly, I’m losing my taste for Canes overall. I have noticed lately that every other chicken strip I get has a piece of gristle in it. The sauce is still the best of the fried chicken places, but the quality has fallen off in my mind. It upset my stomach and my wife’s last time we ate there.

The food was good but the service was lackluster. We ordered over $25 worth of food, several meals including chicken. When we requested one additional sauce, the cashier attempted to charge us 40cents per sauce. I have never had to pay for additional sauce at a raising canes so we asked about it and then ended up requesting a manager. When we asked for the one additional sauce again, the manager refused our request, laughing and telling us it was homemade. We reminded her we had just ordered over $25 worth of their food and needed just one more sauce, she finally just handed one over. I understand you need to make a profit, but that was ridiculous and truly so stupid. Make your paying customers happy and have your staff check their attitudes. Will not be coming back to this location anytime soon

To start, I absolutely love Canes. The Bedford location is probably the most inconsistent of any of the restaurants in the chain. One time it's perfect the next it's terrible. Tonight topped it off. Asked for no slaw and extra fries crispy, and extra toast. The fries we got I felt weren't even enough for a normal serving let alone extra. They took the entire meal back and the fries we got were obviously double cooked. There was hardly any uncooked potato in them, couldn't even eat them! When told the person what was wrong, we got a sorry, no offer to even remake them. This location just lost our business. We will drive anywhere else to get our Canes.

I had an order remade because the say before I ordered a 3 piece tender and fries meal. I waited for awhile to get hat fresh tenders but the fries was stale and not fresh. I called and spoke with Angie and she said come back and we will remake it. Went on the inside and order again. I waited a long time just to get hot fresh tenders but the fries was not. Very disappointed and dissatisfied if the visit.

"Give Them The Pickle" by Bob Farrell. This book should be given to managers of each restaurant. I went to the Hurst restaurant for a dozen chicken tenders for Take-out to complete our meal with our left over black-eyed peas from New Years Day. Did not want any sides because we had plenty at home. First, no offering of multiple tenders only other than to purchase each piece for $1.19 per tender. Second, My main complaint and determining factor, dipping sauce was not offered with the purchase of a dozen tenders. Was going to be charged over $2.10 for sauce after spending over $14.00 for chicken. I refuse to pay for any sauce. I walked out of the store without purchase. Your managers need to read "Give Them The Pickle" and realize that charging for the sauce might be saving you money but costing you loyal customers. I drove to your competitor, Popeyes, paid near the same amount for 12 tenders and was given 6 sauces FREE... Again, you saved your cost for the sauce but you also lost $14.00... But, the biggest thing you lost was my Loyalty as customer. Raising Canes will not be my first choice for chicken tenders, It will not be my second choice for chicken tenders BUT it will be my LAST choice in chicken tenders.

Hello! My name is Klara and I dined in on Wednesday, June 22nd I had a bit of a rotten experience while eating. One of the blonde employees had forced about five or six employees home to great disappointment as I heard since most of them were children and required their parents to take them home. I figure that if the restaurant then that shouldn’t have happened to those poor girls. Please, handle this store properly!

My family and I order a pan of fries pretty regularly and they know us by now. They sometimes seem to be annoyed by us and we can see it as our order of fries is inconsistentent. Sometimes they’re soggy and limp, and under seasoned. Sometimes their hot and perfect but there isn’t much fries. Not only that but this location specifically charges for 7 order of fries when ordering a pan of fries but most other locations only charge for 5 orders. Charging for 7 orders is a rip off because 7 order of fries can’t even fit in the pan. Management needs to be better.

Today we ordered a simple order for the toddlers. 2 chicken fingers and 2 crinkle fries. We get home to discover we can not even serve the toddlers the chicken because a worker put them in the Styrofoam container so hot that it melted to the Styrofoam! How disappointing. As we normally spend alot at this location and never experienced this before.

Thursday March 13th 7.00 pm drive through Caniac combo. All I can say is it was not good. The fries were stale & the chicken hard. Not anywhere near the standard I expect from this location.

I don't know what was going on tonight , but we didn't get much in the way of fries with the cainiac combo & they were stale . I did suggest to my wife to check the order before we left the drive through.
