The ONLY time i eat chicken strips is @RaisinCanes, so crispy, juicy, delicious
We've eaten here for years, and the food is always good and the people friendly. But today, my daughter accidentally left her air pods in the booth we were eating in, and didn't realize this until a half hour or so later. We hastily returned to the restaurant, and when we didn't see them at the table, we asked the nice girl at the counter who immediately went to the back and retrieved them for us. I am very thankful for good and honest people. Great job guys. Thanks so much! I fully expected they'd be long gone. Kudos!
I feel confident in giving you guys 5 stars. Food was filling and very tasty and hot temp wise. Not too hot and not too cold either. Cashier was very friendly. Dining area was clean from what I saw. Received a decent portion from my meal.

Raising Cane’s officially won me over. I first tried Cane’s back in 2022 and honestly didn’t get the hype. Fast forward to December 2025, I gave it another shot—and now I’m hooked. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, our order was taken immediately, and the food came out fast, hot, and fresh. The restaurant was clean, and the staff checked in on us throughout the visit, which made the experience feel intentional rather than transactional. You could tell the new store manager genuinely takes pride in his work, the store, and making sure customers leave satisfied—and it shows. Safe to say, this visit changed everything. I’ve been going to Cane’s almost every week since, and I’ll definitely be back again soon 😂. Sometimes you just have to circle back—and when it hits, it hits.
Jada and Julian are wonderful people to have in the front. Very positive attitudes. I’m a sucker for customer service and they did great!!
The food was spectacular and heather had an awesome welcoming aura but mostly the food was A+ grade
It was an amazing dine in experience. The worker, Carson, was so on top of it all, I was impressed. My meal was extra hot because of him. I'll never be more thankful for a canes service

It was the national chicken strip day & they were giving a free chicken strip if you bought The Box. No free chicken strip given after getting home. I wouldn't have even stopped by if it wasn't, yes just going for the free strip. So I called to let them know in a fun way...are y'all forgetting to give the free chicken strip?! Anyway, they made up for it. They also gave me a sweet tea when I ordered an unsweet tea but didn't know that till after I got home, added stevia to my tea, took a sip & it was overly sweet!! Not good! But they did correct it more than they should have, so all is good & happy.
I had canes about 6-7 times, and it is amazing. But if you are gonna refridgerate and save the fries for the next day they taste a little chalky but what can you say. I LUV IT!!!!
This place never disappointed! Great flavor and super fast service, we didn’t sit when they call by my name hahaha Super clean location! Perfect welcoming for my first time in Dallas TX!
What can I say about Raising Cane's except I really like their chicken fingers. They are cooked just right, juicey, and flavorful. The slaw is great as is the dipping sauce for the fingers. The fries were very good and the texas toast was toasted just right. It was really great to be able to sit inside and eat again.

If all you like is chicken strips and that's it nothing else. This is the place for you. The Caine sauce is like a spicy rendition of thousand island dressing. That's just just my opinion.

Don't tell me you can do extra crispy fries if you can't. Placing old fries back in grease or microwave is NOT the answer . That's all ordered. It went in the trash. The girl at the window was nice.
