She’s hands down one of the most hardworking, dedicated individuals I’ve ever met there. Every time she’s working, she goes above and beyond to make sure each customer has an unforgettable experience. Her energy is contagious, her service is top-tier, and she crafts every smoothie with care. I genuinely look forward to stopping by when she’s on shift because I know I’m in for a great time and an even better smoothie. This location near HEB in Hutto right off the toll road always closes early. Everytime my son n law goes to pick up their grocery order from HEB he yells my grandson they can go get a smoothie. The past 10 times he has gone the lights were off and the doors were locked and it was anywhere from 20 to 30 mins before closing time. Don't advertise your hours if your employees aren't going to abide by them. If a business is slow an hour before its posted time for closing then change your hours of operation rather then allowing the employees to lock up and leave 30 mons early all the time. Great way to lose business.

I was anticipating the toast and smoothie special because of all the ads. I ordered my smoothie and peanut butter toast only to be given the avocado. I told the server that’s not what I ordered. She just stared at me as if I was lying. She then told me well this is already paid for. It was obvious the customer service skills were lacking on how to rectify the situation as she continued to stare at me. Sadly I had already tipped and this exemplified one reason stores shouldn’t request tips before they’ve actually completed their job.

They close earlier than they are supposed to. Got there at 7:45 drive through was said closed. The sign said open. I walked in at 8 7:50 the girl at the front says they are closed. I ask if they close at 8:00. She says yes, but they have a lot to do. So I ask so you just close the store while you're open? She says yes. Pretty lame. Maybe should update the hours for the store to 7:30... but then I guess they'd really close at 7:15. Smoothies are consistent, but seems service flops.

Just got over charged $3.00 for our two smoothies. The employees charged us for peanut butter and strawberries for a smoothie that already came with them included. When asked they stated it was the cost of a sub, when it’s literally an ingredient. Didn’t even give a refund, once they realized they made a mistake, said a manager would give one. But no Manager around. Probably the last time I spend my money here. Hope the $3 was worth it. They even tried to keep the receipt so I wouldn’t have proof smh.

Terrible service and got up charged for something already included in my bowl? When I asked the cashier she said “oh sorry”. Management should retrain their staff.

They gave me the wrong size (upsized) also, when I was asking about sf flavors they tried to give me a an obvious answer followed with silence like I was asking a dumb question and answered properly when she realized it made sense and she just misunderstood. Their smiles dropped as soon as I didn’t tip because my order was 30 for 3 items which I understand now that I realized they uncharged me. AND it was nasty wish I would have went to tropical smoothie. ASK FOR A RECIPT!
