I had a great experience today in the drive thru! To my surprise, they started selling small food items and it seems like I'll be stopping by tomorrow for an Avocado Toast or Protein box before the gym.

I wanted to jump on here and you leave a five star review. I’ve been using this location for a long time and although it’s not always perfect. I have to realize that you don’t always know what kind of day somebody else is having so if service isn’t exactly the way that you Expect It. In my opinion, that doesn’t warrant a bad review or even a review lesson four stars. There is a reason why I have continued to use this location and it’s because they make great shakes and I feel like their consistency on good shakes is about as good as you could expect. Long story short, I had left a bad review in the past when I have since realized it was made out of frustration and not out of logic so I’d like to apologize to split the key for that.

I'm a regular at this smoothie king, and today Ryder managed to brighten my day with amazing customer service and can-do attitude! My smoothie and avocado toast tasted amazing as always!

I’m absolutely obsessed with Smoothie King, and a huge part of that is thanks to one incredible employee—Kelly. She’s hands down one of the most hardworking, dedicated individuals I’ve ever met there. Every time she’s working, she goes above and beyond to make sure each customer has an unforgettable experience. Her energy is contagious, her service is top-tier, and she crafts every smoothie with care. I genuinely look forward to stopping by when she’s on shift because I know I’m in for a great time and an even better smoothie. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and go—especially when Kelly is working!

This place is usually really slow, but I just got the most amazing fruit açai bowl delivered I had to write a review. It was amazing!!! It has açai mixed with granola as the base, then cacao nibs, strawberries, bananas, and chocolate syrup topping. I loved it.

This location near HEB in Hutto right off the toll road always closes early. Everytime my son n law goes to pick up their grocery order from HEB he yells my grandson they can go get a smoothie. The past 10 times he has gone the lights were off and the doors were locked and it was anywhere from 20 to 30 mins before closing time. Don't advertise your hours if your employees aren't going to abide by them. If a business is slow an hour before its posted time for closing then change your hours of operation rather then allowing the employees to lock up and leave 30 mons early all the time. Great way to lose business.

She just stared at me as if I was lying. She then told me well this is already paid for. It was obvious the customer service skills were lacking on how to rectify the situation as she continued to stare at me. Sadly I had already tipped and this exemplified one reason stores shouldn’t request tips before they’ve actually completed their job.

They close earlier than they are supposed to. Got there at 7:45 drive through was said closed. The sign said open. I walked in at 8 7:50 the girl at the front says they are closed. I ask if they close at 8:00. She says yes, but they have a lot to do. So I ask so you just close the store while you're open? She says yes. Pretty lame. Maybe should update the hours for the store to 7:30... but then I guess they'd really close at 7:15. Smoothies are consistent, but seems service flops.
