Best workers are the ones who hold it down till 1pm. I love those guys. They get you in and out with a quickness. The two people from the island. The man is skknny and the girl is older work glasses thick and works at the other Macdonald's sometimes. Please let them know they are appreciated.

Out of ALL the McDonalds locations that I have ever gone to, this location in Hyde Park, MA is the best. It is clean, the staff are friendly and the food is always served at the optimal temperature. They also make you very aware of any healthy substitutions such as a side salad versus fries and water versus soda. If you have to go to any fast food restaurant, I highly encourage you to go to this location.

Always Great Customer Service!! My Mother and I really enjoy coming here, whether it's ice cream or a nice Filet o' Fish sandwich! We especially like Euwan the Manager, he is missed when he is not there, because he keeps the line moving smoothly.

I've come to the conclusion that there are only two good McDonald's locations left in Boston and this is definitely one of them. The food is just as good as it was when I was a kid. Not to mention the service is still great. A definite two thumbs up!!!!!

I just want to say, this place would fall down without the Manager Eewann!! I hope I spelled his name right... Please compensate him accordingly. I know when he is there by the look of the line and how fast it moves... My fries are hot, and no mistakes are in my bag. His customer service is outstanding and I look forward to his smile. He remembers me because I always ask if the sweet tea is really sweet or just ok. He says "I made it myself it's really good!" lol! Thank you for being a highlight to my week when I run out of time, or too tired to cook. Now get this young man a bonus!!! 😂😎

The line was slow and I was asked to pull forward to wait for my order which took an additional 10 minutes for a few cheeseburgers and fries. The staff were friendly and very apologetic though. They are hiring. Feel free to stop in and put in an application so my next visit doesn't take as long 🤣 as far as quality goes, it's McDonald's.

If it's the Hyde Park one, it doesn't matter! It's a MC DONALD'S. Order a Mc Muffin and over time you get a free Muffin Top, all for a great deal at 2 for $6 value struggle meal or super size your cholesterolic-heart attack(not sure if it's a real thing but sounds right). It's fast food. Fast in and faster out! Get some 😋

Very fast McDonald's I've ever been too. I ordered at the drive thru and I figured it would have taken a few minutes,but as soon as I pulled up to the window my food was hot and fresh and ready so fast

I went to the drive-thru for a pick-up order and was told I was goto have to park and come inside. This was so inconvenient for me since I'm disabled and the parking was inconvenient. I will keep going to the McDonald's that has no issue with me doing a pick-up order in the drive-thru.

It's easy to place a mobile order and pick it up. It seems to reduce human error and misunderstanding, so i always order in advance. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but the staff themselves are pretty quick and decently polite (the ones i have encountered).

Was the freshest food I've had from McDonald's in years, they're benefiting greatly from Uber eats, door dash, GrubHub etc. In the time it took me to order my meal and consume it, there was no less than three different drivers picking up multiple orders..,which translates to fresh hot fries 🍟 and sandwiches. The place was very clean and the cashier was very friendly (though obviously tired, pleasant young lady with a kind smile)

I met a girl I met on PoF here unrelated information but part of the story, we ordered a soda, a coffee and some french fries took about 15 mins. They were fairly busy. I watched the guy scoop the French fries that would ultimately end being mine into a bag. Looked at the tv looked at me and the other customers and looked at the tv again. He then proceeded to make my coffee which was actually the frappuccino thing with espresso in it. Grabbed the bag and the frap. Asked for my number and he gave it to me. I thought they'd give me a cup for the soda that I had ordered. But I wasn't sure who to ask since they figured I was all set and went back to work on other orders. I figured I'd sort it out eventually So I waited patiently. I managed to flag down the guy who gave me the fries and frap. but the guy got all mad at me when I asked for a soda cup I showed him my receipt and he groaned. Grabbed a cup and nearly threw it at me like I ruined his day or something.. I scoffed at this attitude and we sat down and had a good chat then later left. Besides his attitude . They were all working quickly. And it had a nicely modern designed eating area.

No understanding of take out vs. dine in. Nor telling the difference between order number and serve to table number. There is a language barrier with the employees which negatively affects everything. The food itself was fine but not worth the hassle.

Slowest customer service at any mcdonalds Ive ever gone to. 15-20 minutes for a 'fast food drive thru!' The server was nice, but the person taking the order (she had an accent, was rude). About 10 cars just left without ordering

Got to the drive through. The person taking orders just says "hello" like we are on a phone call. I say hello and he just says "what's up". Never happened before at any restaurant. So funny, just thought I'd share.

Food is great... which is the primary reason for one to visit the restaurant. The interior is a bit dingy but pleasant. The staff is capable and qualified - but rather abrupt at times. This might be cultural as I hail from Texas and this McDonalds is obviously a Massachusetts institution.

Closed at 8:30pm no signs all lights are on workers inside but door is locked. they were making menu renovations. i made my own sign and put it out front. theyre cream machine is broke so when i order my coffee 6 cream 6 suvar she just eyeballs it and dumps some cream into my coffee! when brought to mgrs attention he says oh ya thats cause the creamer machine is broke and we dont want them walking back and forth to the drive thru creamer ! i agree with other comments here as well. They could try a little harder. ive had no complaints with my food there though

With this Mcdonald’s, you’ll never know what to expect. Most days they get at least ONE thing in your order wrong. And even if you don’t, they’ll make you wait over 15 minutes to receive your food.

When they mistakenly sugared my ice coffee yesterday they replaced it today, but when righting a wrong they then proceeded to give me a hard time when asking for a sufficient amount of extra ice. They pour room temperature coffee over a cup of ice which melts the ice and then try to charge you if you want more than the thimble full of ice they try to pass off as extra. It's not all of the workers either, there is one girl who apparently doesn't work well with the public and actually walked away without letting me know she wasn't getting the ice. So there I am holding up the line for nothing and she apparently didn't care about the people being held up. I'm sure if I asked she would give me a false name. She has given me erroneous info on the app before and all I can suggest is she gets a job she likes. Hopefully one that doesn't include customer service or much in thr way of knowledge of the workings of the company.

I have nothing to say I think you're overpriced it's junk food you know it's not good for you you workers there are unbelievably incompetent you need to be doing more training with these people it just goes on and on and on and that's all McDonald's all of them the only reason why I might pick up a Coke or something from there it's because I normally give to the McDonald's house that is an important cause but your workers in my opinion do not mirror that they do not mirror the cause and that is important because because of good service decent food the hamburgers are terrible nobody wants onions on their hamburgers all the time did you know that did you ever think about asking people would you like onions or not because there are some people who have allergies and you could kill them so I would be very careful on that cuz I hate onions and I have to tell them not to put them on there and it's like asking them to to actually build a nuclear bomb stop with the onions ask people your food's not that great

It's exactly what u expect,it's fast food and it tasted like McDonald's always does..it wasn't cold,the fríes seemed fresh,and I got exactly what I ordered..nothing was missing either..Although I will say this,I don't think I've ever waited in line so long,it was complete insane!!! I tried to leave the line but that drive-thru was made so that once u order u can't get out,and that really made it so that I will never ever go back!!

There is a young woman working at this location who styles her hair in pink (recent color) and has a tattoo of a rose above her wrist working the intercom at the drive thru who continues to be very rude when taking orders. No customer should ever be subjected to this negative attitude when making an order. Not the reputation I expect with any McDonald's.

It was fine .But one thing I have a problem with. The staff that served me. Need to be retrained. I noticed that she went outside to give a customer a drink. Return wearing the same gloves. She never changed the gloves before she started to serve again. So I kindly asked her to please change her gloves before. Serving me. Will not visit that store again. No hand hygiene.

They said they opened at 5:00 am. I waited for ten minutes for the McDonald's to open then went to the drive through, no one answered. I then went to the door and stood there as the guy watched me knock on the window for about 5 minutes until he finally came over. Then he told me they didn't open at 5 and we're only selling coffee even when they did ope. For the first half hour. If you need time to set up GET THERE EARILER!

We drove up from Connecticut to visit my dad in the nursing home. We wanted to surprise with McDonald's. We'll the fries were under cooked. The burgers were cold. I will never go there again. You guys are the worse !!!! You are so lucky I am not coming back to demand our money back!!!

This McDonalds time and time again has proving the slogan have it your way wrong. It has also completely removed the word fast before food. They continue to charge people than have you go wait 5-10 minutes on the side for your order. I’ve received the wrong order several times but continue to go back cause it’s close plus I am not a frequent customer. Today when I had an emergency cause my 5 year old needed to use a bathroom I was denied even after I made a purchase. The employees were going in and out but no customers were allowed. In addition to not receiving access to the bathroom what really provoked me to leave this poor review is the rude and disrespectful delivery that was met with my request to have my child use the bathroom. I will never spend a penny there again. I understand some customers can be rude and difficult but my request was not one that I felt warranted such a dismissive and disrespectful attitude.

Anytime I've been there, its been the same issues. Drive thru is a mile long. OK, I get that's not something they can help.....but it does take forever between orders to move the cars along. Then there's the service. There is none. No, I'm not being overly harsh. of the 3 times I've been there this year, I've had to go back into the restaurant to correct my order, 3 times. This kind of defeats the purpose of a drive thru. The food is the same as it is anywhere. I cant give a higher rating for simply delivering the product.

This McDonald’s is by far one of the worst I have been to in London. They always have long wait times when they are supposed to be “fast food” and are not courteous to their customers. We waited at a window for almost 25 minutes for our mobile order before being turned away and money returned. Very poor customer service if you ask me

Employees are not trained well. I ordered drive thru and they didn't confirm my order. They were going to give me a hot coffee by mistake. I corrected them, so they just dumped it into a large soda cup with ice.

I come here because it is close to my home. Take out always gets my order wrong, so tonight I went in and ordered. Instead of giving me chicken sandwiches they gave me buffalo chicken sandwiches. My grandchildren couldn't even eat them. I give up. Not coming back here. I'll take the trip to Norwood.

I'm standing in McDonalds now on Hyde Park Ave, and one of the young girls bagging is swearing at another worker, repeating the N word in front of me and other customers...why they have these young kids working at night with no supervision is baffling. Folks with customer service establishments have got to do better.

the drive thru is whack. when you pull up to the second window they have you keep going, loiter and wait for them to bring your food out. Doing it this way makes it literally impossible to leave because the drive thru line blocks the exit. it’s dangerous and also stupid for the business. This place is horrendous…I was just there…they cannot finish any of the orders in time so they literally have 4 cars waiting for their food…I had asked for a QuarterPounder no cheese…I literally waited 4 minutes for my order only to find cheese on the quarter pounder…I went back through the drive through and indicated that my order was incorrect and was told by the young man that he didn’t take my order…anyway I repeated what I requested vs received and he kept asking me if I had truly asked for no cheese…when I became frustrated with him he said he didn’t know who I thought I was talking to but it better not be him…one of the rudest customer service interactions of my life

Service at drive through and inside is just awful... rude,make you repeat yourself a million times and then STILL get the order wrong!! Rude, BORED staff.... if you don't like your job, LEAVE!!!!!! I Can't remember the last time my order was correct, food always like warm, if that AND found hair in my food more than once!!!! DO BETTER!!!!@ No obvious management of the place and honestly it brings down the image of the neighborhood!!!! I Will Be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

I ordered a quarter pound meal. It Was cold, The napkin holders were all empty You would have to ask the counterperson a napkin and they only give you a couple , lids for the cups were available,finally, I asked for some ketchup for my meal. I was given only two packages for extra large fries with my meal which I should be given at least 7 to 10 packages, I don’t recommend this Location to anybody.

I'm getting tired of the long wait times even when there's barley anybody inside and I'm also becoming annoyed at the fact that when I do get my order in a reasonable amount of time the order is not even correctly prepared. For example I ordered a 10 piece nugget with S&S as I'm getting on my train home I look in the bag and I get 3 cups of Tangy BBQ like come on, and now I can't even my money back, if I were you I would consider trying a different location before you pull into that place.

Their drive thru RARELY is accurate with taking my order and I feel its because of the language barrior. Example..I asked for an "Ice Tea", and received a "Hi-C". Requested a "Sprite" and received a fries and NO Sprite. I can give several more examples. Out of 5 visits, my order is complete without error on maybe 2 of those visits. They really should designate staff with very effective understanding of English as drive through "order takers". I clearly provided a .99 cent coupon code and requsted "one cream" , expresso ,2 liquid sugars and i received what you see in the image. I do not have the patient or time to wait for them to correct and usually keep it moving. Take the incorrect charges just it as a loss and punishment for eating fast food when I shouldnt be. Just thought id share my experinces with this location.

I ordered just a large fry and a root beer. A very simple order. The guy taking the order literally put in a 20-piece nugget into the system instead of the large fry. I went into the store and I told them about their mistake. The girl at the front shoves the nuggets in front of me and tells me “this is what you ordered” just to get me quiet. Mind you that I currently work at another location and do my very best there. The other guy at the front counter says “if you have been working at McDonald’s for 6 months maybe you should fix your attitude”. Maybe talk about yourself. I always help my customers when we get something wrong and treat them with respect. These people don’t know respect. I would give my experience 0 stars if I could.

Walked in and stayed there standing in front of over 5 employees as they played around… After about 5 minutes of them avoiding me one of them goes, “are you alright?” Yep. Just waiting for someone to acknowledge my existence here, but that’s ok. You can keep on fooling around and pretending there’s nobody here. Not even a greeting. No basic manner.

Customers who go inside are ignored and neglected in favor of drive through customers. Often employees will look directly at you as you stand in front of the register, clearly needing help, then look away only to stand and wait (doing nothing) for the sandwiches for drive through orders to be completed. The only good note, is management seems to actually care, are helpful and quick to rectify issues brought to their attention, but the rest seem to just not care.

Management sucks at this place. Hispanic lady is very rude, so be ready to return the attitude. Ordered breakfast this morning at 10:20 and was in the driveway at 10:25, waited at the intercom for a few minutes. Drive thru sign had not changed to lunch items yet either nor the mobile app. Got to the 2nd window for them to tell me the system cancelled my order. Which is a lie and has never happened before. They said my order would be refunded in 24 hrs. I ended up calling corporate over the situation as this has never happened before and I will post a photo. Corporate said if an order is placed it shouldn’t be cancelled, so McDonald’s team was just lazy and did not want to do the order. You have until 10:30 to get an order in for breakfast which I did. Management also lied about the refund, there was no refund in process, corporate started the refund for me.

Every time I go to this location, I have a problem with management or the staff. The incompetence of this location is starting to become redundant and inconveniencing. I will physically make it a point to contact the BBB if you don’t know what that means the Better Business Bureau to have this location shut down because of the lack of competence at this location between management Staff and amongst everything else it always looks dirty. It never looks clean. I’m over it. Good luck keeping this location open after I’m done with you.

Constantly get food wrong. Order in drive-through they get it wrong, order on uber eats they get it wrong, order on app, they get it wrong. ONLY time they get it right ia at the counter which explains why the lines inside are so long!

Worst experience I've ever had at a McD's and mind you I worked at McDonald's for many years as both cashier/front, drivethru and shift leader. Went thru drive thru because I was needing food quickly with my morning medication to curb the nausea. I was ignored in the 2nd lane while several other customers successfully ordered and pulled up thru the main lane. Decided to pull up to the window to ask to order because in my experience it's one headset for 2 lanes you're supposed to switch back and forth to keep times down, but she kept talking over everything I was trying to nicely explain and she told me next time I should just wait. She asked what I wanted then said I can't hear you, half shut the window in my face and decided to start taking another order while I was telling her mine. By that time over 10 mins had passed so my code had expired. I just gave up and drove away.

I have only gone to this location twice and each time I pull up to the window to see the young women working the drive thru yelling and arguing with each other! The behavior I witnessed is not how someone does their job professionally! I wanted to ask for my card back and not eat there after seeing this display

I was in the restaurant as a customer on October 3rd at 7:25 PM, I saw an employee in a black cap, colored t-shirt, and a big chain humiliate and threaten a delivery driver in front of everyone. The driver did nothing wrong, yet this employee kept yelling and insulting him. It is shocking and shameful that this restaurant tolerates such abusive and unprofessional behavior. I will never return here and I will strongly warn others to avoid this place. I hope Owner pay attention.

I've visited this place on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, there is a consistent issue with the burgers. They are always excessively salty, to the point where the salt completely overpowers any other flavor and makes them difficult to eat. It's a shame, because the burgers seem like they would be great otherwise. I hope the kitchen can address this problem.

They have the lobby closed at 3:10 in the afternoon then give an attitude because I’m picking my in store order up in the drive thru. April 7, around 9:15-9:30am I encounter Terrible and rude customer service at this location in the drive through NOT ONLY I came by when it wasn’t busy in the morning to only be ignored in the first bay of the drive through and had to move to the second drive through only to be spoken to with a NASTY attitude not welcoming of McDonalds standard or policies that deal with how to SERVE the CUSTOMERS, with POLITE manners and a strong welcome that would reflect THE VALUES that McDonald’s used to stand for, I been here dozens of times during the week, but this will be the last time I EVER came here and I would advice anyeone to legit go else where even to a different location then this. Terrible customer service in the morning and I would have to assume clock round terrible.

Unfortunately, there is no rating below 0 when it comes to poor service, this location sets a benchmark. I came to find that my experiences with the rude, arrogant manager and incompetent staff are far from isolated. I am a diabetic and asked for a Diet Coke. They gave me a regular. When I went back the cashier said he couldn’t change it. The manager told me I should be drinking water. It had to turn into a loud argument for them to fix it.

While the service and food quality at this particular location is remarkably sub standard for the chain, the incompetence of the staff puts it over the top as a bad experience. Double lane for drive-through person was ordering a pull into the other place to order. The other car takes off to go get their food. I wait, and then another car pulls into where the other car left and then it was greeted by a person to take their order I was waiting so I drove to the window and then the lady said did you make an order and I don’t know I was waiting there and she goes oh I was helping a customer I go. Yeah I was waiting at the window and somebody was taking this person‘s order before me. She got very upset and was like oh can I take your order right out of the window? Normally, I wouldn’t drive up, but I avoid this place for reasons like this and the messing up food you don’t find out until you’re away from the cluster don’t wanna go back!!! Burger King in Brockton is much better than McDonald’s in Hydepark

I don't know why 1312 Hyde Park Avenue participates in the app. They completely ignore the customer. Everyone working with their heads down, the manager giving instructions and ignoring the customers as if they didn't exist. I asked the manager if I was invisible and she simply told me that everyone was waiting for their order. She didn't even bother to ask me what I needed or why I had said that, she just continued giving instructions to the employees without caring about anything else. That's where you can see how important a customer is to her. My first experience with the app and it was definitely disappointing.

Got unpleasant experience in this restaurant. Staff not paying attention to customers, working very slowly. A lady put my order in the front of me, I confirmed the order, but she barely moved, slowly put stickers on it. It was very painful to look at at the end of the work day on my way home. Moreover, all six (I counted) employees spoke foreign languages in the front of the customer, I found this very disrespectful. I’m for fun at the work place, but not when serving customers. If you in the hurry, I suggest you avoid this restaurant. It became on list of places to avoid. Update 08/08/22. Still dirty and slow service.
