Management sucks at this place. Hispanic lady is very rude, so be ready to return the attitude. Ordered breakfast this morning at 10:20 and was in the driveway at 10:25, waited at the intercom for a few minutes. Drive thru sign had not changed to lunch items yet either nor the mobile app. Got to the 2nd window for them to tell me the system cancelled my order. Which is a lie and has never happened before. They said my order would be refunded in 24 hrs. I ended up calling corporate over the situation as this has never happened before and I will post a photo. Corporate said if an order is placed it shouldn’t be cancelled, so McDonald’s team was just lazy and did not want to do the order. You have until 10:30 to get an order in for breakfast which I did. Management also lied about the refund, there was no refund in process, corporate started the refund for me.
Every time I go to this location, I have a problem with management or the staff. The incompetence of this location is starting to become redundant and inconveniencing. I will physically make it a point to contact the BBB if you don’t know what that means the Better Business Bureau to have this location shut down because of the lack of competence at this location between management Staff and amongst everything else it always looks dirty. It never looks clean. I’m over it. Good luck keeping this location open after I’m done with you.
Constantly get food wrong. Order in drive-through they get it wrong, order on uber eats they get it wrong, order on app, they get it wrong. ONLY time they get it right ia at the counter which explains why the lines inside are so long!
Worst experience I've ever had at a McD's and mind you I worked at McDonald's for many years as both cashier/front, drivethru and shift leader. Went thru drive thru because I was needing food quickly with my morning medication to curb the nausea. I was ignored in the 2nd lane while several other customers successfully ordered and pulled up thru the main lane. Decided to pull up to the window to ask to order because in my experience it's one headset for 2 lanes you're supposed to switch back and forth to keep times down, but she kept talking over everything I was trying to nicely explain and she told me next time I should just wait. She asked what I wanted then said I can't hear you, half shut the window in my face and decided to start taking another order while I was telling her mine. By that time over 10 mins had passed so my code had expired. I just gave up and drove away.
I have only gone to this location twice and each time I pull up to the window to see the young women working the drive thru yelling and arguing with each other! The behavior I witnessed is not how someone does their job professionally! I wanted to ask for my card back and not eat there after seeing this display
I was in the restaurant as a customer on October 3rd at 7:25 PM, I saw an employee in a black cap, colored t-shirt, and a big chain humiliate and threaten a delivery driver in front of everyone. The driver did nothing wrong, yet this employee kept yelling and insulting him. It is shocking and shameful that this restaurant tolerates such abusive and unprofessional behavior. I will never return here and I will strongly warn others to avoid this place. I hope Owner pay attention.
I've visited this place on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, there is a consistent issue with the burgers. They are always excessively salty, to the point where the salt completely overpowers any other flavor and makes them difficult to eat. It's a shame, because the burgers seem like they would be great otherwise. I hope the kitchen can address this problem.
Waited at the counter for over 10 minutes. 6 people on staff, another employee off duty with his backpack was walking around the food area. I wound up leaving
I originally placed my order got my drink proceeded to fill up my drink cannot find any straws because they are behind the counter cannot find the napkins because they are also behind the counter or ketchup dispensers because that's behind the counter you have to ask for any and everything I proceeded to work go to eat my chicken crispers and they are completely raw I wish I could post an image!!!
Literally the most rude crew. Always have an attitude and the food is always wrong. They have the lobby closed at 3:10 in the afternoon then give an attitude because I’m picking my in store order up in the drive thru. She says it’s inside pick up though, I said but your lobby is locked she goes “yaaaaaaa”like how dare I question her
April 7, around 9:15-9:30am I encounter Terrible and rude customer service at this location in the drive through NOT ONLY I came by when it wasn’t busy in the morning to only be ignored in the first bay of the drive through and had to move to the second drive through only to be spoken to with a NASTY attitude not welcoming of McDonalds standard or policies that deal with how to SERVE the CUSTOMERS, with POLITE manners and a strong welcome that would reflect THE VALUES that McDonald’s used to stand for, I been here dozens of times during the week, but this will be the last time I EVER came here and I would advice anyeone to legit go else where even to a different location then this. Terrible customer service in the morning and I would have to assume clock round terrible.
Unfortunately, there is no rating below 0 when it comes to poor service, this location sets a benchmark. I came to find that my experiences with the rude, arrogant manager and incompetent staff are far from isolated. I am a diabetic and asked for a Diet Coke. They gave me a regular. When I went back the cashier said he couldn’t change it. The manager told me I should be drinking water. It had to turn into a loud argument for them to fix it.
While the service and food quality at this particular location is remarkably sub standard for the chain, the incompetence of the staff puts it over the top as a bad experience. They flubbed an order and called the police on the man who was calmly waiting for them to fix their mistake. Mashup Goyal (franchise owner) should be fined!!!
Double lane for drive-through person was ordering a pull into the other place to order. The other car takes off to go get their food. I wait, and then another car pulls into where the other car left and then it was greeted by a person to take their order I was waiting so I drove to the window and then the lady said did you make an order and I don’t know I was waiting there and she goes oh I was helping a customer I go. Yeah I was waiting at the window and somebody was taking this person‘s order before me. She got very upset and was like oh can I take your order right out of the window? Normally, I wouldn’t drive up, but I avoid this place for reasons like this and the messing up food you don’t find out until you’re away from the cluster don’t wanna go back!!! Burger King in Brockton is much better than McDonald’s in Hydepark
I don't know why 1312 Hyde Park Avenue participates in the app. They completely ignore the customer. Everyone working with their heads down, the manager giving instructions and ignoring the customers as if they didn't exist. I asked the manager if I was invisible and she simply told me that everyone was waiting for their order. She didn't even bother to ask me what I needed or why I had said that, she just continued giving instructions to the employees without caring about anything else. That's where you can see how important a customer is to her. My first experience with the app and it was definitely disappointing.
Got unpleasant experience in this restaurant. Staff not paying attention to customers, working very slowly. A lady put my order in the front of me, I confirmed the order, but she barely moved, slowly put stickers on it. It was very painful to look at at the end of the work day on my way home. Moreover, all six (I counted) employees spoke foreign languages in the front of the customer, I found this very disrespectful. I’m for fun at the work place, but not when serving customers. If you in the hurry, I suggest you avoid this restaurant. It became on list of places to avoid. Update 08/08/22. Still dirty and slow service.
