Took a really a fun and unique class tonight at the Glass Bar making fused glass Christmas trees. My mom and I had so much fun creating our own creations. Never worked with glass before but Jordan the owner was really kind and helpful - I felt like a pro in no time. Really good value for then money. Will definitely be going back!

We had an absolute blast today. Jordan was the nicest and most helpful person ever, made us feel at ease and quickly picked up on our personalities and the way we communicated. I was pleasantly surprised by how much we got to do, and how long it took! I will forever cherish this piece, and know my family will too. After you take a class, you can come back and do open studio which I did last night. It was great to be able to chat with other people and learn about their projects and other classes offered. I made another bowl. I hope to sign up for the 6 week class to learn how to make other types of items.

I had such a blast doing the feather stained glass class here! The teacher Tracey was very knowledgeable and fun. She went over all the steps to putting together our stained glass in detail and while we were working she showed us a bunch of really cool other projects with explanations of how they were put together too. I'm already looking at other classes to take here :)

A wonderful experience for my wife’s birthday. Instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and funny. The activity was enjoyable and depending on your interest it could be as challenging or easy as you want it. I would recommend it for a date night or special occasion, maybe even a birthday party. Make sure you follow the instructions when handling the glass.

The Glass Bar is a gorgeous and welcoming space and our instructor, Tracey, was so kind and knowledgable! We loved the results of our first project and are already looking for a date we can return.

The Glass Bar in Needham is a wonderful place to have some creative fun. I've taken several Mosaics classes with one of their teachers, Wendy, and thoroughly enjoyed every one. Most recently I attended a Morrocan Lamp class where in only three hours we created a stunning lamp. Wendy's very knowledgeable about her craft, and teaches in way that is relaxing and fun. Looking forward to taking more classes at the Glass Bar.

What an amazing place and experience! Joie was an outstanding instructor, patient, kind, helpful, and funny and so knowledgeable about her craft. I do not consider myself a crafty person at all so this was my first time taking a class and making something as beautiful as stained glass. You will not regret trying this class!

What a wonderful first experience with glass fusing. We started the class with instruction on glass cutting and grinding. Then the choices we had to make for our own glass piece and how the different shapes were accomplished. Then viola we did it. Eager to see the finished art work!!

My children have always loved the Glass Bar since we discovered it 2.5 years ago during the winter holiday season for a workshop. They attended camp there last summer and again this summer and have had a wonderful time and made beautiful artwork! The staff is phenomenal - kind, patient, knowledgeable, and are excellent teachers and communicators - and they work hard to successfully create a supportive, friendly, educational and safe environment for all.
