Food was amazing! Plus all the staff was laughing, joking and having a good time at work! I love that, it means that they put all that good energy into cooking our food. I will always go to a place where the employees are having a good time working!

The canes here is outdoors which is cool and it is has a good atmosphere. My food always comes out hot and the canes sauce is delicious! But, I removed a star because the chicken fingers are always small. Staff is nice.

The downside is having to wait in line again for the bathroom code, which is located outside, as it is an outdoor location. In that note, it was shaded, but rather chilly. The food did not stay warm long, but ok if you eat quickly. They do offer a drive through as an alternative option.

Update: spoke with the store manager and he provided a cup of water for the dogs. Hope they have more training for staff in the future. Store manager was super understanding. I’m a regular here as it’s closer to home. But today I asked for a cup of water for my dogs and they are not pet friendly in the drive thru. Even when I ordered a big order they charged me 30 cents for the cup of water for my dogs. Other restaurants it’s a no cost for our fur babies.

Sometimes they allow you to switch the bread from the 3 finger combos with an extra sauce, other times the cashier tells you that's only possible for the larger combos. So, some days you're allowed to customize your order and other days you're not. Other than that, this place is always comfortable and the food is delicous.

Service was quick and friendly, even though the place was pretty busy. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the menu is limited — you really have to be in the mood for chicken tenders. But if that’s what you’re after, this spot does it right.

Drive-thru is quick here fast service thank's, I Always get the tailgate trays and sides , friendly staff stay awsome.

This location just opened up recently. The service is okay . There was no line when we got there but the customer service just lacked . Chicken strips were small compared to other locations. Food was somewhat warm . The coolest part were the murals outside

There is only one single restroom stall Always a line You cant even wash your hands without stanting in line Nice restaurant Premium.prices I dont think one stall makes it for the large volume of customers it handles

Nothing special,wanted to see what the fuzz was about,good chicken,but nothing special,and the sauce? Very regular,Carl's jr chicken strips are the same ,if not better!

I ordered a box combo through the drive thru,got my order, and headed home. When I arrived I noticed my order was missing an item. So I drove back and walked to the register and informed the worker of what had happened. My food was already cold due to the weather so I thought plus the drive so it made sense that I would get my order re-done so I could eat it nice and hot by the time I got back home. But their solution was just to give me another tender that mightve just been sitting on the grill to be served. Extremely unsatisfied with the service and their solution to their problem.

Never have had a bad experience at any of the other canes locations like I did this one, I bought food for my mother assuming I’d receive the same size portions as any of the other locations, when we stopped to check the order I opened the 3 piece meal and there was a pinch of fries inside, told my mother to get down and go ask for some more fries (never a problem at any other canes) and the lady sat there going back and forth with my mother about the portion sizes changing at every canes location and that’s the new portion (when I say small portion I’m talking kids meal portion or LESS on a 3 piece) so the lady offers to remake the meal, remakes it and gives her even LESS fries!!! But proceeds to say “I gave you an extra sauce though” last I checked Canes charges for extra sauces, why give me a free sauce that cost $ when you could simply give us the extra fries to make it a normal portion??? Not to mention there was a gentlemen right next to us speaking to another lady worker there and she was arguing with him about his meal!! INSANELY TERRIBLE customer service! Also I ordered a box combo for myself with no slaw extra fries and my box was STACKED with fries, but the portions changed right? Doubtful, wouldn’t recommend this location AT ALL.

Fake attitudes, skimp your food for what you pay for, argue with you when they're wrong for poor & bad service... I appreciated they hung in to fix their mistakes👍 I did not appreciate under cooked chicken & fries In a small batch when I payed extra ordering the Caniac. My chicken strips had blackish red veins in the chicken.
