I’m writing because I had a really bad experience today in this location. I ordered 6 pizzas through your app this morning and scheduled them to be ready for 4:30 PM. The order was paid ahead of time. But when I showed up to pick them up, the store was closed. There was a woman inside, but she wouldn’t even open the door to talk to me. She had a really bad attitude from the beginning and made no effort to help. I didn’t get my pizzas, no refund, and no cancellation receipt. I ended up paying for nothing. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this and refund my money as soon as possible.

I ordered a Detroit supreme pizza, Got a cheese pizza basically whatever they wanted to make because they don’t want to work, Call the store talk to a gentleman was ready to argue. Had to explain to him that I received everything but what I ordered on the pizza just got a cheese pizza had to explain Little Caesar employee to chill because he swear that he made the order correct and so I explained to him that I was willing to bring him back the pizza to show him and What he gave to me with the money that I paid, Try to explain my situation with Uber and they went completely alive thinking that I never When I explained to them that I did receive my order, but our wrong order do not order on apps go in person or on Uber, I’ll be talking to corporate It seems like management Has been compromised for at least four years and going , Every time I have to get either a refund or deal with it with this place and I’m done with eating at Little Caesars

On 3/6 my husband was sent home with the wrong order. He went back to get ours and they gave him one of the old pizzas and my fresh pizza. Also hard as rocks bacon cheese bites with no cheese. My pineapple on the pizza was so hard like it was old. They didn't offer us money bac for their mistakes. Didn't offer free pizza on next order nothing. I have been sick since eating this pizza. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The self service option is never working . You can't scan your code or enter your code having to get back in line and wait when you order online. The store is a mess the floor is always dirty the back of the restaurant is always so messy they never refilled the sodas always just handing out warm soda so lazy the front of the store is dirty filled with litter 🚯🚮 the windows have not been cleaned in over half a year. The register is always a mess counters are not being cleaned or sanitized. Get it together guys . Pick it up clean it up. You have customer s who been loyal to little ceacers for years they deserve better service better food better atmosphere. This store needs a good deep cleaning scrub down and to be recognized fix it up.

I ordered a pizza and there were several pieces of hair in it. I called back and asked for anywhere I could report it too but they told me I had to bring in the pizza to receive any accommodation. The lady who also answered the phone was very rude when I mentioned if there was any flexibility since I did walk and lived 30 minutes away. Quite frankly I believe they should have an option for online customer service because I had to walk about 30 minutes just to get my pizza (not to mention walking at night). I wasted $13 for my pizza and didn’t get to even enjoy it with satisfaction. Please check your pizza before leaving the store!

I usually don't care to post reviews and I usually enjoy thier food in general, besides this particular location putting way to much salt on pretzel pizza on more than one occasion. But tonight I've had the worst experience I've ever had with them or any place. After I ordered my pizza and go to get it the man working there not only does not respond to me, he only responds in gestures telling me to leave and no. I assumed there was a misunderstanding and try to gesture back I called. I'd understand if I was showing up to order after hours. Then when I didn't leave he sends his coworker to talk to me instead of talking to me. The poor girl was obviously confused to as to why he was trying to send me away. I told her I order over the phone, she tells him and he insist that they can't and tells her to tell me that the registers are closed. I can clearly see him at the register tapping away at it (trying to close it down). She parrots his response obviously uncomfortable with lying. Not only that, I see the pizzas behind him, she knows they made them. So what happened was he wanted my pizzas and turned me away so he can take them home. I'm so frustrated that I don't think I'll ever want to get pizza from them again. I know that they also have those registers open late because I've ordered from them before, this one in fact.

This company should change the name, the service and waiting time is an hour or more. and all because the boys are very disorganized, talking and joking, even on the phone, all this is visible from the waiting area... so no more... hot n ready!! when you have to wait so long. And this is very sad because, including me, there are many of us who like this company's pizzas. and a few years ago it stopped being what many of us liked.

As I read through the comments I see a known issue that I dealt with at this location as well. I placed my order at 541pm for one stuffed crust pizza, was told 25 min I show up at 6pm and I noticed when I arrived they didn’t even start my order, they asked if I wanted to pay for it and so I did thinking fine maybe 15 min max for it since it is what the cashier told me. It was 625 until I finally told them to reimburse me, the pizza finally came out and asked if I wanted to cancel the refund , of course not! , that’s not the point, the point is the known issue of people waiting 40 min for ONE pizza is bad management and associates that don’t improve with their job through time. Obviously this known issue has been going on and still is meaning they don’t care to improve or fix this issue.

Horrible experience. On the bright side I'll never order from this place again. Ordered through the app for the portal pick up. Went there at the time the app told me to get my portal pick up. Come to find out, they don't follow through with the portal pick up protocol. They just handing out pizzas. I would know, I've been there for 40 minutes, got in line twice and asked them multiple times about my order. It's always the same response. It'll be ready in 2-3 min we're just waiting on the cheese pizza. I’m standing there waiting, keep checking in. Finally I just said I want my refund and it's still not that simple. Talking about waiting 5 days for back charge me. Never again

This place really need to get it together. Hot-N-Ready is the claim but this location is a waiting game. There are never any Hot-N-Ready pizza or lunch combo. I have actually been told that the lunch combos are only available on the weekend!! This is the last time i come to this location and its a corporate location. I would expect waiting at a franchise location but this location is the worst of all the locations in the coachella valley.
