Like this place... Open, Happening and good pizza. Tried Buffalo chicken on thin crust, it was good and calories intake was low. It wasn't Greece or dry. I would recommend for fresh pizza, it just takes about 5-10 min to bake pizza. They also have good salads with it. Service is good too.

This place has fabulous pizza. It's seriously good and the quality of ingredients are great. I love that they multiple options for kids as well to make it family friendly. If my review was based upon the quality of the pizza alone, I would give this review 5 stars. However there were some things I noticed that made it less than appealing for me. 1. The cleanliness factor. The bar where the pizza was made was not wiped down, even when there were people standing around doing nothing. There was one employee that was standing around and multiple other employees talking. The dining area was never cleaned the entire time we were in the restaurant, which was at least an hour, because we had 3 small children with us. There were multiple dirty tables, I would even say more dirty than clean. The bathroom was not clean as well. The changing table was not clean, neither was the sink, and the floor. Basically-- maybe there needs to be some changes in evening management around dinner time or some employees should not be put together on the schedule. There's always something to do. When they were cutting the pizza there were at least 4 pizza cutters in the holders, and I'm pretty sure one was supposed to be filled with water (it wasn't), and all of them were dirty. So if you ordered a vegetarian pizza like I did, when they cut it maybe you would get meat on your pizza because the roller they used to cut it was dirty. EWWW 2. The gloves the employee used to make my pizza with were old. I didn't ask her to change them but I could tell. 3. The employees were so busy talking they forgot my pizza at the other end of the oven. It was sitting there for 4 minutes after the kids and everyone else at my table had revived their food before I flagged down an employee and asked them to push my pizza into the oven. 4. The rewards program. The employees literally don't know about it, such as you get 25 bonus points just for downloading it. They didn't ask me if I was a rewards member nor did they tell me about it. When I came back to get a cookie and asked about it, they told me I could scan my receipt, but they hadn't given me one, and when I asked for them to look up my order and print it out the employee was reluctant to do so. It was only after I pointed out I was probably less than 10 orders back as it was extremely slow, another employee came and they did it together. But I had to ask and wait for over 30 seconds before the employee agreed to help me. While the food is good, the cleanliness, quality, and consistency of the experience itself when coming into the restaurant needs to be improved. It's definitely worth a repeat visit.... If these issues are fixed.

I found the restaurant to be dirty, both the dining room and the bathroom. Had to wait to be greeted and place my order. Food was fine, nothing exceptional.

Food and staff are fine, no issues. The restaurant though.... It's basically dirty on every level. Be prepared to clean your own table and watch where you step. For clarity, I've been here several times and live in the area. This wasn't just a one time visit on a bad day. The restaurant is normally this messy. Unfortunately

Pizza was good, but the staff didn’t know how to make the signature pizzas. Had to help read off the ingredients on the cheap sheet for him. Arrived 45 minutes before close, able to order pizzas, but couldn’t order bread sticks or get fountain drinks. Kind of disappointing to know that after they had already put our pizzas into the oven. Also it seems like they are closing the dining room early to avoid cleaning. We were only given the option for takeout. Food was good, but item availability and the experience could have been better. PS The vomit outside was a nice feature…

First time trying this location. First impression was not good. We walked in to a lake. Literally. The whole front of the restaurant leaks water horribly when it rains. So they had roped off those seats and put up a sign saying to go around to order. Fine, we did that. We ordered our two pizzas. Tried to order desserts, but they said they didn’t “have the dough for that.” Okay, whatever, so no desserts. Pizza was mediocre at best. The thin crust was like rubber, and the toppings on the Five Star weren’t even warm. While we were sitting there eating, a gentleman walks in and ends up going under the railing, which their sign asked people not to do, but he didn’t read that far down. No harm, but one of the girls behind the counter proceeds to tell him, “We told you we don’t want you going under the railing!” Really?! It’s over and done and if you care about “people’s safety,” then how about you get at least two of those five employees off of their phones to mop up the puddle that is literally in front of the door! Unfortunately, the photos don’t truly capture the amount of water.

I ordered the Chicken pesto pizza from the menu but ALL it has on it is chicken and pesto. No sauce. No carmelized onions. No tomatoes. Did I really just pay $10 for this? Disappointed. I would take it back but it was delivered to my work.

This is third time they "forgot" or "missed" the order, so I have to sit and wait for them to do it. It affects me because I have a 2 yo in the car. After 15 minutes, I got a half empty pizza. Thanks Pie5, I miss the days when you were good.

09/11/25: this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The plastic fork broke in my mouth. Please change your plastic ware. Note, your food is excellent and your staff is good. Visit last month: What the Fork! 2 plastic forks broke on me! When the Pizza is too hot to touch, I cut the pizza using a fork and knife. The forks that are here explode and break when working with hot pizza. In fact I'm still looking for a fourth prong; hopefully it's not in the pizza. The plastic knives are pretty sturdy though , thank you! As for the pizza, fantastic taste and fast service with a smile.**** Please change the forks. This is a safety hazard.

Both employees sitting on the counter with their shoes up there, phone and vape in hand. Mind you this is where box up your food, ridiculous lol.

The pizza was great!! That's where it ends. The restroom was on its last leg, the toilet had pee ALL over it, no seat covers, hardly any running water, and had to rig the soap to come out. EVERY table was dirty and had trash on it except 3. The floor was dirty, trash was piled up at the trash bin, and it was overflowing. There were only two workers in the establishment, and one was extremely bland. She seemed like she didn't want to be there and had no personality. The gentleman was nice and very courteous. No salad was available except Italian, and it looked like it had been sitting out for a while even though they advertise different salads. The atmosphere was dead... no music, no life, not inviting at all. It was very depressing and sad. This was definitely a one and done for me.
