Tried this spot on door dash. Everything packed neatly. The tomato soup was yummy the sandwich was tasty, the ice latte was ok and love the chips!Was good overall :)

We like to stop by Panera Bread a couple times a month. Usually good fresh food. Our service at the counter was excellent. Channel was friendly and professional. We were disappointed how long it took to get our frozen drink. I had to get up 3 times to ask for it. It's like they forgot about us... several times....

Usually I had good experience at Panera locations. It has many options for food. The staff here is friendly, but every time I have visited, I always had to remind them to refill coffee, hot water cans. I had to ask them to refill milk as well. Most of the times I don’t see this location being very busy either. Maybe they can work on that.

Nice and quiet place to dine with friends or family. The food served fast, however it's not on the cheap side for e.g. half a grilled cheese sandwich is $6.50. Service was good!

Drowned this $7 oatmeal in sugar to the point I can’t eat it and had to pick out fruit and almonds. Bagel toasted but seems weird texture and not actually toasted maybe warm. Starbucks bagels are much better and actually toasted.

Went in and had to get bagels twice because they didnt understand the concept of toasted vs warmed up. Literally had to go home and warm up my bagel in the oven for it to feel toasted. This is such a easy task but I guess they are trying to rush to get orders out…the establishment is nice and I like that I can order on my own through the kiosk but all in all, I’ll stick to the Paneras in Missouri! Looking at other reviews Im happy I only purchased a dry bread bagel!

***Why are there 3 homeless people camped out in the dining room? At least, they weren't soliciting. The food we ordered was delivered in seconds. All tasted delicious. Minus the homeless people, this was an good visit.

Ordered the chicken noodle soup, chipotle chicken avocado melt, a mango smoothie, and a hot dark roast coffee. Within 20 minutes of finishing my meal, I was experiencing severe stomach pain like I'd never had in my entire life for about 2 hours. This was accompanied by nausea, dizziness, and a fever. This was the worst stomach ache I'd ever had in my life by far, and at one point I was considering dialing 911, but fortunately the pain subsided without any serious progression. About a week and a half earlier, I had a salad and the ciabatta cheesesteak with a mango smoothie and experienced stomach pain right after the meal, and it was bad too, but it was nothing like the above. Absolutely will never be eating from panera bread again.

Received my sandwich and there was no meat in it. I took a picture and wanted to post it but was unable. I an highly disgusted that I paid for a bbq chicken sandwich and it had bbq sauce with no chicken. I am currently recovering from surgery and was unable to bring the food back.

I want to start by saying that I love the Sip Club. I've visited this location several times, and the customer service has always been good. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered Eddie, the general manager, at the front counter. Unfortunately, he seemed to lack personality and emotion. Today, I decided to dine in and ordered a grilled cheese sandwich. I handed Eddie a $20 bill, and he took a pen to check if it was counterfeit. Thankfully, my bill passed the pen test! However, when my sandwich arrived, it wasn't toasted at all. I also wanted to take advantage of the free pastry offer I saw in my app. I went back to the counter and asked Eddie if I could redeem the free pastry. He told me he didn't see the offer when he took my order. I know about the free pastry because previous visits informed me of the offer. To prove my point, I showed Eddie the offer in my app, but he insisted it wasn't available when he placed my order. I knew this wasn't true, as I had been informed about the offer before I ordered. When I asked what he suggested I get instead, he recommended an almond pastry, which turned out to be very dry—just like Eddie's demeanor at the counter. It seems that being a general manager doesn't necessarily require good customer service skills. Like Eddie's demeanor at the counter. Eddie if I come into the store please walk away and let those with a beautiful smile and a great personality serve me. Energy is transferable and I don't want that negative energy near me and any food I may order.

I’m a delivery service carrier. (I’d say the company but I’m not sure what the consequences are). Anyway as you might already know it is VERY tough for us with being on the road ALL the time to deliver packages to people and climbing up and down 3 floors of stairs daily. Not to mention having to run inside of businesses to ask if I could use the restroom or if there’s any scraps being thrown away that I could have. I walked in here and Mariah watched me walk up to the counter and wait for about 4 minutes before she got up from a table where customers sit to come behind the counter and ask me what do I want. Mind you I’m in full uniform and I was completely blown away by how rude that approach was. I still asked if there were any goods being thrown away that I could have and she rudely said no then looked me up and down. I was disgusted by her demeanor and will not recommend anyone going here for their fly infested bakery.

found a cockroach in my Cobb salad. This was a take-out - ordered in the store. I Called the manager, Martha Castro, and she got really defensive and said we needed to bring back the salad and blamed it on the lettuce vendor. She wouldn’t refund us without the salad. We returned all the food, 12 min drive lol. She didn’t apologize and was extremely rude about the whole thing. Reading the reviews this seems like a common occurrence… not sanitary and the manager blames it on other vendors. Skip this location!

I am currently in isolation and wanted to ensure that I order food safely from restaurants to keep myself and others safe. From Panera bread I ordered a Turkey sandwich, chips, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. My delivery from Uber came quickly and was packaged correctly. My issue is not with Uber, it’s with Panera. Upon opening my sandwich, which was packed tightly and sealed, I saw a long brown piece of hair tucked in my sandwich. I was immediately disgusted and was not able to eat the sandwich. Now I don’t have lunch. I had also asked for extra onions and pickles. I got the extra onions but did not get the pickles. I no longer trust this location for delivery.
