The wait to be seated was oddly longer than expected because the restaurant was empty. Once we were seated, our server took great care of us! Server’s name was Shanyah! She was very attentive to our needs!

Shelia was definitely that girl. My friend told her that my order didn’t taste to my liking and I didn’t want to complain she offered to fix my order and I was like don’t worry I’ll just keep it she was hearing that she went and got lo’key who’s the manager and he was like nawl you gone leave hear happy tonight took my tray and made it right they was on me like I was complaining and I wasn’t but they wanted to satisfy me and I appreciate that. So if you come here definitely sit with me Shelia cause she’s going to make sure your right with her manager to back her.

Shanyah was our server and she was extremely attentive and offered outstanding service throughout our time there. The food was amazing too. As a restaurant owner, I’d give Shanyah a 10 star review. Definitely a great asset to your business. Sharon R.

The girl at the front door never acknowledged me, so after a while, I ended up going to the back and someone else provided a table for me. Once seated our Server Shanyah was amazing. Very polite, smiles a lot and checked on us every second. This started shaky, but it ended great!!!

My family and I went to 5 different restaurants to eat and get drinks. We stumbled upon the juicy crab and we were NOT disappointed!!! Shelia is an amazing bartender with great vibes!! The whole place is such a good vibe. I would give a 10/10 to her and the atmosphere!

Favorite place to come for a boil in town. When I walked in the staff seated me where I requested. Once I sat down, my server was amazing. Im on a very strict diet and Lowkey (mgt) gave me option for my seasoning and that was exactly what I wanted! My food was great & I enjoyed my stay Thanks to Lowkey as he was attentive, very helpful, had great customer service, and fun. I will definitely be back!

Good afternoon, I am writing to express both a compliment and a serious concern regarding my visit to your establishment last night. My bartender/server, Amon, was excellent. He was attentive, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. I truly appreciate his level of customer service, especially since I had my children with me. However, I was very uncomfortable with the behavior of the manager, Monye. She approached Amon in a disrespectful manner in front of customers, which was unprofessional and inappropriate. Additionally, she smelled strongly of marijuana, which is extremely concerning for a manager working in an establishment open to the public—especially one with families present. I also placed a to-go order and waited over three hours to receive it. During that time, Amon repeatedly asked about my order on my behalf, yet Monye continued to respond rudely to him instead of addressing the issue. Amon did everything he could to help, but the delay and the way he was treated were unacceptable. I want to be very clear that Amon should not be penalized in any way. He handled the situation with professionalism despite the circumstances. My concern is strictly with the management conduct and the impact it had on both customers and staff. I hope this matter is taken seriously, as I enjoy your establishment and would like to continue visiting under better management practices.

We came in for dinner today and got seated immediately! Our server Ms. Paige was absolutely phenomenal! She was very quick and attentive to our table, she was also super sweet and welcoming! She helped us with our drinks and always brought refills without any problems!! Next time you come ask for Paige cause she really made service sooo exceptional!!!

As always, the food seems to be great here. Everything I have always recieved was delicious. Each time I get the 1 cluster crab & shrimp boil because I am obsessed (lol) and each time was great. Seated fast and smiles all around, but for a 5 p.m dinner, they were dead, so most the workers I seen were sitting around on their phones or chatting with eachother. I felt like it could have been alot cleaner, otherwise the sitting around probably wouldnt have bothered me at all because the food had me distracted! The food may bring me back, but I have high hopes that maybe we came a little early for dinner- and next time will be better as far as service and cleanliness. Thanks!

Our server Paige was great! She made our first experience here real nice and took good care of us. The food was delicious and they play good music here. Only one complaint is that the lobster shell wasn’t cut and the servers had to hunt down some scissors for us. Not a huge deal though, we’ll definitely eat here again!

We ordered crab to go and specifically asked for utensils and plates since we were staying in a hotel. Guess what… no utensils or plates included. The crab was definitely overcooked and tough. The inside of the restaurant was filthy. It was our wedding anniversary dinner - hopefully you do better for the next people celebrating an occasion.

TONIGH ON FEBRUARY 28,2026, MY DAUGHTER AND FAMILY CHOOSE TO GO TO JUICY CRAB AND WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED, THEY WERE ABLE TO GET DRINKS, ORDERED APPETIZERS,THAT TOOK AN HOUR TO COME OUT TO THE TABLE,ALSO WAITED EVEN LONGER FOR FOOD, WHEN TWO HOURS PASSED AND NO FOOD,THEY DECIDED TO JUST LEAVE, AFTER PAYING FOR DRINKS AND APPETIZERS, THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND UNREAL, THE SERVER DIDN'T EVEN GIVE REFILLS WHILE WAITING ON APPETIZERS AND FOOD A MANAGER DID DO THAT, AND WAS NEVER SEEN AGAIN AFTER THAT, WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A NICE SATURDAY SEAFOOD EVENING AS EVERYONE PLAN, TURNED INTO A TOTAL DISASTER, AND JUST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. 0/0 SERVICE AND 0/0 FOR SERVER, 0/0 OVERALL EXPERIENCE ,AS WELL.. Basically just got scammed out of $60. Ordered on DoorDash, app said food was ready. When we arrived, nothing was ready at all. We waited for around an hour, watching people be seated and served, until eventually the hostess said we should cancel our order, and that the kitchen was behind an hour and a half. Never received our food, and DoorDash would not refund me.

Could not get service, sat at bar waited about 20-30 mins. For a draft beer! Woman behind the bar with the yellow hat and shirt kept saying she would help us, but helped every guest that sat after us service. Pretty sure there was something behind her not helping us?!? I’m in the service industry and this seemed intentional!! The place is absolutely disgusting, should have checked the health inspections before going! Menus sticky, floor sticky, bar was sticky, shoes stuck to the floor everywhere! service was absolutely terrible. Grease all the way to the bathroom on the floors, should have taken pics but We just left! Save yourself some money and food poisoning and go somewhere else! There are so many good options in Jacksonville, I’m surprised this place is still open.

I got there probably at 4pm today or a little after. It is now 4:27 and my fiance & i, with our baby, had to walk out. The hostess with the pink hair is super sweet. She was the only one talking to us and acknowledging us. And got our drinks. But not a server in sight. No one asked if we wanted and app, and about 25 mins there with our hungry 2 year old & we were only talked to by the girl who sat us. Smh we ended up going up the street to olive garden

Was really wanting to try this place out, but the wait time is insane. Took 20mins to get seated by the host, she had a lot on her plate with takeout orders etc, she was pleasant though. But then waiting 40mins, and the server still hasn't even stopped by our table, or hasn't even stopped to say sorry about the wait or anything. Didn't even get a drink order from us. We ended up just walking out. Need more staff or staff that can manage their tables better. Would've been alright if the server would have at least acknowledged us in any way possible. But there was absolutely nothing.
