I placed my order on the online app. I picked up my food around 12:10 a.m. the lady cashier was very sweet. When I got to the window, my food was ready, it was fresh, and it was delicious. The lady cashier was so very kind, professional, and sweet. It was nice to go to a restaurant and get fast food that was fast food. Thank you for such wonderful service. 💕

We have our grandchildren for the month, and we decided to stop in and order from the AI kiosk, which works very well and allowed our children to see all the pictures and pick out their favorites. Especially if you happen to have a child that doesn't care for tacos, they'll need ⁸į⁸can still find something they like, although it might be dessert, lol. After we ordered, we got all of our condiments and utensils from the well stocked, clean, and tidy butler counters. Got drinks and waited maybe 10 min for our food. It was busy .itv ßstuff ourselves and sat down at the tables t4PQhey were was a lot of space. It's a very old Taco Bell, but it has always been very well maintained, and the employees are always polite. The best part is that after we placed our order, the 3-year-old realized that the other two children and my husband got the freeze drink red Icy thing an icy, and she became veè upset and wanted the same thing. For all you Mama's out there who know their kids; I said, "she's going to cry if she sees theirs and doesn't have one of her own," hubby said "nah, she will be fine, weve already ordered, she probably won't even notice. "...Yeah, right, like that has ever really happened, in the history of 3 yr old girls," 🙄 and oh man, does she have lungs. She cried so hard, it was so sad. I took her soda to the counter and explained the issue, I was prepared to pay her for the icy, but instead, she asked my grandbaby, "What color would you like, miss? My granddaughter pointed and said red, and she made her a small red cup of icy free of charge. Congratulations, Taco Bell, coming out on top again

Whoever made this, perfection, this delivery, just look at the presentation, usually food comes not looking at all what you expect, this was beautiful, fresh, crispy. Perfect chips to toppings ratio, did NOT run out of toppings before the chips, and delivery was ahead of schedule. KUDOS Taco Bell and Uber Eats

Even though she took a moment to apologize for the brief wait, it was clear to anyone observing that the team was working diligently to serve everyone as quickly as possible, so any apology felt unnecessary. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the delicious meal she prepared. Her hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I genuinely appreciate all that she does to ensure a wonderful experience for customers like myself.

To whoever made my food at 02/01/2026 01:54 pm, my chalupa was immaculate. I come to this location frequently and get a box just for that taco. The shell was beautifully cooked, not too hard while still maintaining a crispy crunch. And my chicken and sour cream spread was gorgeous. Honestly, one of the best if not the best chalupas I’ve ever received (even after the fact that I picked it up like 15 minutes after it was made.) I wish I could thank this person by name, but whoever you are just know that I noticed and appreciate your craftsmanship. Thank you.

If you're expecting Taco Bell and an accurately prepared order, I have found I get exactly that on each of my 3 visits here so far. They seem to work hard and try to get it right for the guests.

We just picked up our dinner. And they had put the wrong sticker on our order so we went in and they corrected it quickly though we had the right combo from the start we hadn't opened the box . I only gave 4 stars bc they had put sour cream on my friends burrito and my sons so they didn't eat part of their meals. On the bright side my mini salads were delicious. Overall rating bc if mix up around 3.5 to 4.

I was very pleased with my order. I ordered 2 Surpreme Lux Box, Discovery Luxe Box, for under 10$ each, with several items inside, cinnamon twists, plus a drink. Just a heads up there was no avacado in sight, and that's the reason I ordered the Avocado Ranch Taco. Other than that, service was acceptional, no items misplaced or wrong orders. I've not had a bad experience here once. I usually use the drive thru and anyone I've ever had take my order has been very professional, polite and cheerful. I've never felt rushed to complete my order either. There can be a line sometimes but the pleasant encounter with the staff made the wait worth it. The food looks good too. Doesn't look slapped together and they are usually pretty consistent with quality. (In my experiences, anyway.)

Taco bell is comfort food. A smile & a friendly kind word goes a long way & cashier was very hospitable. The food was good but I felt it lacked meat. I bought a stacker & it barely had meat. It was more like a plain tortilla.

Location sucks but this Taco Bell has gotten 3000% better Management/Staff wise. Food actually tastes how it's supposed to and is fresh how we want it. 2022 til now October 2023 it's such a huge difference than say 2019 2020 and 2021. Overall I'd give the Normandy location 4 stars or a B-

Standard service, they were clearly understaffed and the person in the window was trying to take orders and hand out orders at the same moment. No greeting, no words spoken, just orders being taken while I wait for my food at the window. I don’t expect much but I at least want to be spoken to when I’m being handed a lemonade I didn’t order and I politely mention I didn’t order a lemonade. Not eyes rolled and a window slammed shut!

Went through the drive-in. Saw some negative reviews about food not being all there or not having enough in the tortilla. Had no issue with my order aside from the baja blast tasting a 'lil off. It happens. I've worked at fast food before. The drink was free anyway. My guess is they just cleaned the soda fountain or the drink was running out. The lady taking my order was kind and patient. I just wonder if those who wrote the negative reviews weren't so kind and patient.

I love 5 layer burritos. Like who thought about putting a layer of cheese in a burrito... genious. However, this burrito was far less than impressive. Its skimpy on meat and beans and probably half as much cheese as they have always had. Pretty lame. The chicken power menu bowl was great. It was the fullest one I’ve ever received across various locations. However, I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch with a Doritos Locos Taco shell instead of a regular shell. The person goes, “Would you like extra meat for .50?” to which I respond, “No, thank you.” I didn’t think by responding no that I would end up with almost no meat in my taco… Other than that, everything was fine and the staff was very polite.

Blue freeze for my daughter and she said they wasn’t working / done: and I couldn’t get it . Well I said ok , but my daughter said she had to use the restroom. So when I went inside I seen the freeze machine working just fine . Actually looked amazing and had the green light . So I knew instantly the woman had lied to me . It instantly made me upset that she was so lazy she couldn’t walk over and fill a cup. I then knew at that moment why she couldn’t get a better job than fast food . I was in there ordering. There was a man complaining about some cinnamon buns and I thought to myself he needed to chill. But I ordered four tacos so it came out to nine dollars for four tacos they barely had anything on them. I’m adding the photo because I feel like they took my money. As much as I love taco bell I can not fake with the review. I can honestly say that I've never went to this restaurant and they've prepared the food to look worth buying. It's like it's always rushed. I know it's not going to look as advertised but COME ON WORKERS. They really need to work on food presentation. I've had to call corporate a good bit of times for different reasons and not for just this location. This location has it bad for sending out food to customers that they probably wouldn't eat themselves if sold to them in that way. But I love taco bell when it's done right

The night shift always take an hour and 30 min to take an order waiting for the time they close to reject customers orders losing millions of dollars

Ordered three burritos. One was quite small, but the other two were TINY. Unbelievable how it costs nearly SEVEN DOLLARS for three burritos (two bean and one cheesy bean and rice) and two of them were so severely underportioned that they would have been rejected by a starving Ethiopian. Terrible "fast food" service. This location is usually busy & I expect to wait a FEW minutes for my order...NOT 30 MINUTES! Yes, 30. When my husband politely asked about the order after 15 minutes, the response was "It's coming, we're busy". The 2nd time he checked was at 25 minutes & they said "It's almost done". No apology for the wait. Top it off with....NOT ONE ITEM WAS CORRECT, after 30 minutes! The pic shows what we recieved, but we ordered a few CRUNCHY taco supremes and a pack of cinnabons. Instead of the cinnabons we got an apple empanada. At this point, we just ate what we got & we'll never go back. I don't expect fine-dining from Taco Bell, but I sure expect better than this.

I have never been to a Taco Bell that was Sooooooo Slow and still didn't get everything right. Even down to me asking for straws, being told they were in the bag and they weren't. I stopped into this location today. 12/4/24 to pick up a 7.00 Luxe Cravings Box. When the lady started talking seemed like somebody else was talking as well & I could not understand what was going on. Conversation wise I explained to the lady that I could not hear very well because my ears rang. Could I come to the window? No answer. I proceeded to the window & Sat there for about 1 & 1/2 minutes before she decided to open it. I let her know again that I was having trouble hearing her at the speaker. She then told me that I had to come inside. I could not give my @ the window. Meanwhile there was only one car behind me. Being a Senior Citizen with a Disability That was Really Disheartening. So from this point on in December of 2024, I will never spend another dime at that Taco Bell or possibly any other Taco Bell in Jacksonville.

These goobers decided it would a good idea to start a 200 dollar transaction at noon and have over a dozen cars waiting in the drive thru, I’d say another 6 more pulled out of line. No apologies, just sloppy work handling this situation

Cold!!! Not just the food, which was wrong, but so were the employees. And it wasn't even busy yet. This was a comment the drive thur person made while sitting there waiting on my wrong, cold order. When you go through the drive thur, prepare to get screwed, anywhere. Not only was the order wrong, but it was soggy. I only drove, maybe 2 miles, to have lunch with friends (which It was my turn to buy). What an embarrassing situation when I started passing out their order. Now, it's still my turn, which will definitely never be from the bell to hell.

I dislike this location so much. They are slow, dining room nasty, not welcomg. If you go in the evenings the line is wrapped around the corner. They will mess up your food, majority night shift. If I do go it's for the early shift.

This Taco Bell has been closing early! There were two other cars in front of me and by the time I get up to the teller it says “I’m sorry, please visit us during normal business hours!” It was 3:40am! They regularly tell me that they don’t have nachos fries too because they don’t want to fry them!

This place is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever had for service. The food like all Taco bells is mediocre but it's good to have every so often. Over 50% of the time our mobile orders are incorrect. Have addressed issues with the GM Emily. She seemed to have a pretty positive attitude the first time I talked to her about a month ago. - 20 min wait time - The 1 cashier working said he was the only person making tacos downstairs - Kitchen had food on the floor - Dining area had filthy tables & seating. Seats were sticky & tables had grease on them. Food on floors in dining area

Not sure why the Normandy Taco Bell can’t handle making a simple taco. The service and quality of food was absolutely ridiculous. Just look at this pitiful taco they gave me in my photo next to the photo of the website taco. Really sad Taco Bell, maybe you should do better
