Standard service, they were clearly understaffed and the person in the window was trying to take orders and hand out orders at the same moment. No greeting, no words spoken, just orders being taken while I wait for my food at the window. I don’t expect much but I at least want to be spoken to when I’m being handed a lemonade I didn’t order and I politely mention I didn’t order a lemonade. Not eyes rolled and a window slammed shut!

Went through the drive-in. Saw some negative reviews about food not being all there or not having enough in the tortilla. Had no issue with my order aside from the baja blast tasting a 'lil off. It happens. I've worked at fast food before. The drink was free anyway. My guess is they just cleaned the soda fountain or the drink was running out. The lady taking my order was kind and patient. I just wonder if those who wrote the negative reviews weren't so kind and patient.

There always so slow and getting someone to the front counter is dang near impossible, I would give one star but there is one or two employees that are awesome and try there best, and if your a delivery driver going there at night is the worst thing to do I refuse every one of them u will be there no joke at least 30 minutes to an hour

As much as I love taco bell I can not fake with the review. I can honestly say that I've never went to this restaurant and they've prepared the food to look worth buying. It's like it's always rushed. I know it's not going to look as advertised but COME ON WORKERS. They really need to work on food presentation. I've had to call corporate a good bit of times for different reasons and not for just this location. This location has it bad for sending out food to customers that they probably wouldn't eat themselves if sold to them in that way. But I love taco bell when it's done right

I spent 60.00 dollars at this place and it's the most messy crap I've ever seen. Cantina chicken taco has nothing in it. Ask for no tomatoes everything has tomatoes on it. Just pathetic! This place is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever had for service. The food like all Taco bells is mediocre but it's good to have every so often. But when you wait for 15 minutes for someone to answer you at the drive-thru when there's no cars even being serviced at the windows, then it just shows how little they feel about customer service. If it was an isolated incident, I wouldn't really be leaving a review. But this happens quite often. So now I just go to tunis down the Normandy. Better food, better portions, better service

Over 50% of the time our mobile orders are incorrect. Have addressed issues with the GM Emily. She seemed to have a pretty positive attitude the first time I talked to her about a month ago. But when I talk to her today, it seems like she doesn’t care and has given up as well. I’m done paying for food that is made incorrectly. The attitudes and the food quality are terrible at this location.

If your coming to this taco bell past 9pm good luck. Worst staff and service possible for drive through youll sit in line for over half an hour with 5 cars in front of you. And if your ordering past 10 pm might as well stop somewhere else first to get something to eat because youll be waiting over an hour just to get your order

This Taco Bell sucks when it comes to picking up DoorDash. You'll end up waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes for an order which is completely ridiculous. They're always short of staff and they seem to never acknowledge when you walk up to the window.

I needed help with ordering food. Had to yell behind counter to get help. Then I was given attitude because I needed help. Waited 45 minutes in lobby for food. I watched 3 others got food before me they came in after me. I also watch 4 people walk out because of the rudness. The employees were more Interested in talking to eachother, on cell phones and standing at the back room talking. The whole experience was absolutely horrible.

I gave the Taco Bell on Normandy one more chance but once again they completely messed up my order. I will not ever go back. Train your folks to know the menu. Ordering in drive through is also worthless... the cashiers apparently focus on what is going on inside rather than listening to the customer at hand.

Not sure why the Normandy Taco Bell can’t handle making a simple taco. The service and quality of food was absolutely ridiculous. Just look at this pitiful taco they gave me in my photo next to the photo of the website taco. Really sad Taco Bell, maybe you should do better
