Mr Dragon has been serving awesome food for as long as I can remember. It has always been my favorite Chinese restaurant. Anytime I get food from there I am never disappointed. It's an extremely rare occasion for something to go wrong when ordering from there. The food is great, the service is wonderful and swift, majority of the time because they get extremely busy often because they're so awesome. I love dining with them and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone! Love, love, love, love, love!!

Probably the best Chinese carry out on the Westside if not all of Jacksonville. The Eggrolls are so good.

I ordered through door dash. It was hot and fresh, so so good! Lots of flavor unlike your typical Chinese food place

Thai chicken and beef basil is awesome. Very flavorful and spicy. Mu shu is very good to. Pancakes could be fresher but the rest is very good

I can't emphasize enough how excited I was when I got this home. I love Chinese food, but a lot of places can be pitiful. The meat in the fried rice is real and delicious, the vegetables are great, the portions are perfect. I've only had one dish so far, so don't take my word as gospel, but I look forward to trying out more of their menu.

They have the best chicken & garlic sauce (extra spicy) ever!!! You have to order it (best in the country).

Food was delicious, service was good, and the order was ready for pickup within 20 minutes.

My wife and I drive by here every Sunday on our way to church. We talked about trying it for some time. Today we finally did, and, we were very glad that we did. Everything was very delicious. We got their egg rolls. Krab cheese egg rolls,boneless spare ribs, orange chicken, mixed vegetables w/garlic sauce and a side of the house lomein. Now we have to figure more ways to make it by here! We will definitely be returning!

This was our first time to try Mr Dragon. We went after church and got there when they opened. Service was fast & friendly. They even brought it out to our car when it was ready. The food was fresh and delicious. We got Orange Chicken, Boneless spareribs, mixed veggies, eggrolls and wontons. Their eggrolls & House Lomein are really good. Better than other take out Chinese restaurants. And the Orange Chicken was outstanding. Very crisp and flavorful. Looking forward to trying more on their menu.

The curry chicken was excellent and fresh and a good portion. It wasn’t gooey or weird like some Chinese restaurants. I also ordered a soda which was a good fresh sprite. It was not flat. I also ordered their fried chicken wings. Their chicken wings are fresh , crunchy , flavored well. If you want some good chicken wings I would definitely recommend ordering their chicken wings. I’m very pleased with their service! I’m a very picky eater and I’m funny when it comes to my chicken. But their chicken is of quality and excellent. I will definitely be back!!! The flavors were immaculate and marvelous. The presentation was on point and smells were detectible. We had the combination plate. The following plates were ordered: Beef with broccoli, orange chicken, pepper steak &onions, veggie mei fun, and sweet and sour chicken. I savored my food which is rare for me. THIS is definitely a keeper. I will visit this location again for a second update before January! Update as of 4/11/23 check the updates tab for the new updated review

I never leave reviews for food, but I just had to leave a review for mr dragon. This was the first time I have ever ordered (not sure why bc I literally live off Cassat it’s so close) anyways, my regular places were closed today. I ordered the beef and broccoli, spring rolls, and steamed dumplings - everything was ON POINT! I was actually rly surprised - lots of flavor, freshly cooked and hot, didn’t skimp on the broccoli and it was not over cooked. The beef had no grizzle and was tender, and I loved the addition of carrots! The spring rolls were small but had good flavor! The dumplings were huge and the sauce was really yummy - I have no complaints and will definitely be making this my new go to Chinese food spot!

I like Mr. Dragon because of the different flavors they have for their chicken wings and their fried rice is legit fried rice, unlike other places that use yellow rice and call it “fried.” Egg rolls are pretty good as well and not greasy. Portions are good for the price, I always get two meals out of one portion.

Some of the best Chinese food my wife and I have had in the area compared to similar locations. The General Tso's chicken, Cream Cheese Fried Wontons, and House Special Fried Rice were all great! They were very busy making multiple orders at once for callers and delivery drivers the night I went, but the food was well worth the wait.

I have lived in Jax for 4 years, I am leaving now. But I wouldn't even consider any other Chinese place on the Westside. You call and place an order, you pull into the drive through 20 minutes later and It will be ready, and accurate. And absolutely worth the money. I will miss this place.

I got the orange chicken with lo mein and egg rolls last night and omg... so freaking good! The chicken was flavorful, tasted fresh and actually had a nice crisp to it, not soggy at all. The lo mein was saucy and flavorful as well. Egg rolls were pretty good too. This is my new go-to spot from now on. I can't wait to go back!

Ordered the Mr Dragon Wings, and the Hot and Spicy Chicken and shrimp. Food was great only complaint is they gave me plain breaded wings instead of the sauced Mr. Dragon Wings I ordered.

i chose this place over other Chinese restaurants closer to me because of the amazing reviews. i did delivery. the delivery was extremely fast and the food was above average compared to some of the other Chinese restaurants on the west side . the only reason i’m not leaving a perfect 5 star review it because when the delivery driver got here they kept loudly banging on my door . it didn’t take me more than a minute to get to the door as i was getting their tip ready (as my order was already paid for using a credit card). but the driver just kept banging every five seconds until i came to the door. kinda put me off and made me feel strange .

They definitely give you enough food. I was stuffed. I ordered the honey chicken combo with a side of wings and a sweet tea. It was my first visit. They definitely don't have enough room for dine in, but the food was worth the 25 minute drive. Worth the price too.

Did this place change hands? I know times are tough, but when I order ( and have ordered it for years here) I dont expect to get CANNED mushrooms in a beef and mushroom entree PT.

Mr dragon used to be good, with good portion sizes and taste. Just visited for the lunch special and was highly disappointed. The food was bland and taste like it was from yesterday. Not my first choice anymore

As a veteran and loyal customer for over 3 years, To be charged nearly over $30+ our regular price for what my family gets on the regular PLUS LAAAATE delivery over an hour is RIDICULOUS. My children, my whole family was hungry PAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY. AND had to wait due to company over filling deliveries on ONE delivery driver. Will be also letting my followers know NOT to shop with this company anymore. What once was a great transaction turned VERY SOUR OVER NIGHT. It feels they are getting greedy and do not care at all about customers or loyal but just want money. Also, I was told a certain item came in one size but, HOW when you have smaller boxes that could have fulfilled the order like you used to. 2 stars only for the delivery driver being kind. It’s unfortunate they treat employees this way when they are just trying to feed their families VERY SAD DAY!

Placed my order online and waited an hour (15 minutes past expected delivery time) before calling to check on order. Was told the printer had broken and that my order had already left. Waited another 20 minutes before I gave up and went to go get something else. Driver pulled in as I was leaving and I told him I no longer wanted the old, incredibly late food. Driver sped off. We just moved making this our closest place for Chinese but we’ll definitely be making the trek to our old spot for quality service.

I ordered the "Quart of Mongolian Chicken" which was essentially 4 pounds of vegetables and 6 little pieces of rubbery chicken. Terrible.

I ordered egg drop soup and the soup was not soup at all. It was very thick and slimy like why is it like that????? Please tell whoever is in the kitchen to not put so much corn starch in it. I got it a second time and the same thing happened. It was very disappointing.

My experience at this establishment was unsettling. The way the lady in the phone spoke to me was very uncomfortable. She was very bossy and demanding. She definitely doesn’t have any patience. My food was undercooked and overpriced I would highly recommend trying a different location or company for Chinese I wouldn’t wanna give up my hard earned money to be treated unruly

The food was garbage today. The lomein didn't have any veggies or sauce on it. The pepper steak didn't have any steak today just veggies. The plate was thrown together and I hate it. They had a whole hour to fix my food and gave me a plate that was worth giving to a dog. I won't be coming back here anymore. I'm so disappointed in them and I always sing their praises and send them new customers.

The food is very good,however this single star is being given for customer service. The lady in the window is rude and she doesn't listen. I ordered two of each entree and she messed the order up again and forgot one. She then offered to fix it in 5 minutes and ran back inside and after 10 minutes of sitting on the parking lot, she comes back outside WITH NO FOOD THEN LOOKS AT ME LIKE SHE SAW A GHOST!!!! I was so upset I couldn't even say anything. I'm just going to stop coming up there. I'd rather drive to Hoho's on the Northside at least I know they will get my order correct.

Saw a lady in the back drop chicken on the floor and still proceeded to put it on someone’s tray and serve it to them…. This was my first time getting food from them. Avoid this place at all costs
