Let’s just say Tony made a perfect drink. I’ve had a few PS drinks that weren’t that best, but Tony made history.
The Nottingham Starbucks location is closer to where I live, but I drive farther to this location whenever I want Starbucks. Unlike the Nottingham location, service is FAST and drinks are always made correctly. I never have to spend longer than 10 minutes in the drive-thru here. Keep up the good work, partners!
Shout out to the multiple people I’ve seen running the shop alone! The young lady working today @ 1230 handled 4 separate orders, all served within a timely manner and still helping the next people in line. She should be running her own, with multiple employees. Also want to add her kindness & ability to not miss a step. She even made sure I typed in my target number for the order (which other reps have skipped it before I could type it in).

My favorite coffee shop, it's clean the workers are very friendly and helpful, AJ and TY the Baristas that work here are very professional, always helpful, they make my experience very nice there. I will always patronize this establishment.

I’ve had several great experiences here. When it was very cold a week or so ago, the barista wrote stay safe and warm on my cup. I thought that was very sweet. Today, I got a drink that my puppy knocked out of my hand and I mentioned it to them. They gave me a free drink when I came back later. The staff is always friendly. And my drink is always correct.
Liannah helped me out when I had made an embarrassing mistake at the window. She didn't flinch, but rather hooked me up. And all with a smile. Great customer service... Awesome.

Can't give it 5 stars because they gave me the wrong order which had milk in it so I ended up not having a drink. However, they did rectify the situation by giving me my order the next day. But this was the first time I've had and error like this at Starbucks.
The store is comfortable, bathrooms were fairly clean although out of hand soap. The seats at the tables were cushioned which is a nice change. They had our bean coffee, Yukon Blend which many Starbucks do not have. I ordered a vanilla latte and they had to remake it because they made a regular latte. It was super busy and many unhappy customers waiting. The latte the second time around was good.
Service is very sloppy, there was chocolate all over the bag add caramel on the cup. I did not know about the chocolate on the bag and it stained everywhere on my dress.

Came into establishment was greeted that was fine 5 people behind the counter waited for 6 minutes to place order no one in the store. Not one person said anything few seconds later young lady comes from the back no good morning I'm sorry for the wait poor customer service this morning.
this is a tough rating to give since I've always loved this Starbucks. it's been part of my Target shopping routine for years to start with a Starbucks drink, do my shopping around the store, and then maybe get my free tea refill on my way out. however, my last 3 or 4 visits in a row haven't been pleasant. I'm not sure if there was a managerial change, but there's definitely been a downward trend in the quality/accuracy of the drinks and the friendliness and knowledge of the employees. I really hope they improve and get back to the level of excellence they used to be.
Need another location in addition to this 1 . The line was wrapped around the building almost twice.
I have never had such a long wait at Starbucks as I do at this particular location. The staff is doing anything except making drinks. I placed a mobile order for the drive thru and waited well over 10 minutes at the window (no one in front of me) to receive my drink. Meanwhile, the line built up behind me to wrap around the building. They could not be less efficient.
This location always takes a very long time to fulfill orders even when they aren’t overly busy. Drive through took 45 minutes today and they got 1 of the 2 drinks wrong. Expect to wait a long time at this location

Customer service and quality has really gone down since the renovation. Whether ordering at the store or picking up, the wait is consistently at least 30 minutes, even when ordering ahead. The drive through is the absolute worst. I ordered my usual drink tonight the same exact way I’ve ordered it several other times across locations, including this one, and the worker blamed ME for ordering my drink wrong when I brought it back. The “fixed” one tastes like zero flavor at all. Extremely disappointing, especially since the other nearest locations are in Target. Please get it together.
The girl at the window FELISHA was rude and said “ummmm” with rolling eyes because she got MY ORDER WRONG then lied and said it wasn’t her on the speaker, she seriously needs to get out of customer service if she is going to give nasty attitudes
Good morning everyone, I don’t normally give a review to none of the companies or stores. I have nothing personal with company as well. The only thing is the service given by employees there compelled me to throw my some words over here. A lot of delivery drivers and customers been waiting there for more than 15 -20 minutes for nothing even though their food is already ready over there. The employees ignore delivery drivers even though customers food is ready and lying there for more than 15 minutes and still there are some employees free and standing there doing nothing. I know store is little busy but some employees are working hard but not working smart. Some of them are just watching around. They know the food is ready for customers still they dam care. And I experienced same thing every time I go there. Not a single day. I wouldn’t complain if it was a one or two days. If they work smart it will save a lot of time for customers and drivers and even store will not be crowded for no reason . I’m really fond of Starbucks food. They have good foods. Hopefully employees in this Campbell blvd don’t ruin the reputation of every Starbucks. Let’s see if they improve in the days to come. Thank you
I went to this location today and they were out of my favorite syrup. No problem. I ordered another drink with Soy. I got almond milk. I went back around and they made it again, but it was not tasty at all. So I was stuck with a drink I can’t drink due to allergies and one I could not consume due to its taste. I called the store (which was one of my favorite locations in my state) and no one answered the phone. I just want my drink remade for compensation because they were not drinkable. Thanks, Gina
Me and my grandaughter went to pick up a drink this afternoon and we felt that the employee taking the drive through orders on November 15 at approximately 4:15 was rather curt with us on the speaker. But it only gets worse. We got to the window and he made us wait, while he started to prepare someone else's order while we sat there and he completely ignored us. And then he started dancing and giving us weird looks. We were very uncomfortable. When he finally gave us the drink he suggested we check the three dollar tip box which we did not do based off the service he provided. We said thank you for the drink and he just gave a weird look and grunted. We suggest you might have him work at a different station without much public contact in the interest of your business. In addition please be advised we will be returning Thank you.
I went to pick a white mocha and it was horrible. My drink never tastes the same from this store. It’s tasted like they filled it with milk it had absolutely no flavor. This drink is my absolute favorite and this store made it taste disgusting causing me to pour it out. Isn’t there a process you follow each time. I just don’t understand why it always hit or miss at this Starbucks. I won’t be going back.
I order from this starbucks EVERY DAY. I am so sick of them or should I say ONE person being on strike. Its really annoying considering they get paid well plus i always tip them as well as many other customers. Sorry but I wont be coming back.
Placed a mobile order for in store pick up because I had somewhere to be. I get there and doors are locked and had a sign saying drive thru only today. Need less to say I had to wait behind 10 cars to get my drink. The store manager or district manager should of had the in store pick up turned off in the app so customers don’t have to go through this.

Waited 20 minutes for a pickup after due time was estimated to be ready. Understandable if I had large, complex order. I had a small iced coffee. It was morning and obviously busy, but I waited so long that every customer had more than cycled through from the line and waiting for pickups. I approached and shared my order with a nearby barista who stared at me and said it’s coming up. I could have ordered in line 5 times over and had received my order by now (based on seeing everyone else come and go).
I have come to this location a couple times to pick up food and employees ignore you. You have to try to get someone’s attention to get help. Today I was once again left standing there waiting for someone to help me. I went over to the lady working the register and gave her the name I was picking up for. She responded rudely like I was bothering her. She grabbed the bag and handed it to me. I said thank you as I was leaving she screamed sarcastically “have a great day and you’re welcome” I’m assuming because she didnt hear me say thank you.. I normally don’t leave reviews but this location needs a lot of help with customer service. The young lady that was on register this morning shouldn’t be in customer service. I believe she might have blonde hair in braids and maybe a nose pietcing.
Today, I ordered a coffee and bacon, egg and cheese sandwich without the bacon. Once the staff began to prepare my sandwich, I noticed that she was removing the bacon from the sandwich. I stopped her and stated that I can’t eat that sandwich. She asked if I wanted something else or provide a refund. I decided to pick the egg white and spinach wrap. The bacon sandwich was roughly $6 and the egg white was roughly $5. I never received a refund for the difference. Also, I requested a receipt for my employer and the second staff whose back was facing the other staff stated, “she can only do one thing at a time. Once she is done, you’ll be taken care of”. I replied, “actually the staff turned around to come back to the counter which is the reason for my request”. The coffee was great but the sandwich was nasty along with the service at this location. I will go to another location next time since the staff doesn’t know how to serve vegetarian customers.
I had a very bad experience buying at this Starbucks, I went to buy through the drive-through and a woman with a bad attitude named Linnaha served me. When I tried to pay, I dropped my card. I tried several times to open the door of my car and I couldn't. She very rudely told me there was nothing I could do about it. I told my daughter to go down to get the card and she got even more upset. I don't know why they put a rude woman with a bad attitude at the customer service window. The situation was very uncomfortable. There is no compassion in this person. I was just trying to make my payment and my card fell to the floor. I just wanted to pick it up to pay her. I didn't expect her to give me anything. If she doesn't like serving the public, she should stay home.
Its been years i order this dring ..exactly today i so dispointed,,they make just ice espresso with caramel..no white mocca nothing..i dont know who teach the barista..really really terible..i thing if not ready work as barista better training again until know the knowledge..for me it not about money..but about profesional how you comitment as worker how you handle about you job….please make sure you make something..not any costumer cheathing..we know what we order..
This karen is extremely rude, didnt do her job the order was placed and it was never made. Upon asking she gave attitude and said 'oh we forgot about you'. She needs to be fired. But nothing will be done her and her little co workers will have her back and say she didnt do anything wrong. Ill be telling everyone not to come here and to go to the starbucks in target where customer service is number one! Rude and terrible person.
I paid extra for more dragonfruit pieces and they just put…the regular amount…😭 The refresher also tasted watered down, so I think they must have scooped some water into it too.
I ordered a pink drink and the drink was already separated before I got it. The barista was lazy and didn’t shake it well enough. They also didn’t tell me they were out of the strawberries normally added into the drink (or I wouldn’t have gotten the drink). The baristas were also not friendly and have messed my drinks up a few times before. Go to a different Starbucks!

Waited approximately 10 minutes to get to the speaker box and they were out of basic ingredients (tea to make the honey citrus mint tea, peppermint syrup, or caramel brûlée mix). 3/29/25 And STILL a one star rating (I come back once in awhile in hopes this place changed). Terribly long wait so we left. 11/12/23 A second review and still a one star. Returned both of my ordered drinks not once, but twice at this visit. Watered down flavor, weak espresso shots, bland gingerbread flavor. The first round of drinks were so hot the cups were too hot to hold. The pick-up counter was dirty and needed a good wipe down (food, straw wrappers, drink stains). This used to be a great SB. Sad to see how it has become. We'll just take our dedicated patronage elsewhere.

I came to this location on Saturday, February 10th and utilized the drive thru at 12:05pm to place an order for a Pineapple Passionfruit cooler. I sat in line for OVER 20min and never even made it to the speaker to place my order. Finally, at 12:35pm I gave up and went to Target to patronise the Starbucks inside that location. This site ALWAYS has long wait times and they need more staff or faster team members who can process orders and make drinks in an efficient manner. It makes no sense that I had to wait that long and STILL was not able to order my drink.

Haven't been to this location in a while. Placed a mobile order before I left my house, as I was on my way somewhere. The app showed it would be ready at 3:35, which surprised me, as it was 20 min after the order was placed. As of 4, I'm still in line. I went into the store, thinking something was wrong. It took a few minutes before anyone even acknowledged me at the register and only one person was actively making drinks out of 4 staff. Insane. Update: Starbucks reached out and encouraged me to send a feedback email to an address they provided. I took the time to do it and they then respomded, telling me to go to their chat bot for a refund. I declined since enough of my time has already been wasted. Good grief.
This Starbucks is the worst I've ever been to. The people at the window were very confused. The wait was extremwly long. almost 30 minutes. And the frapp (which i order every day at a different store) was not what I ordered and was so bad I threw it away. I will never go to that store again.
I guess I arrived at a bad time. The machines that make regular coffee on demand were down for service, do I couldn't get one. I was offered an Americano, but not at the regular coffee price. On top of that, the Americano was weak. Just not what you expect from Starbucks.
I never leave reviews but the staff is always rude, orders are consistently wrong and they are out of coffee frequently because the machine is broken so you have to buy a coffee drink twice the price. Not to mention wait times are 3x as long as other locations. I have noticed some new staff that are friendly and work hard but I’ve walked in countless times to lazy staff, sloppily made drinks and had too many bad experiences here.
Normally don't share reviews! It's 5am on a Sunday. I Google Starbucks and I have three I can choose from. The closest one has the worst rating, but I'm like all I want is a matcha latte we should be cool. Guess whats the one thing they don't have! Yup I see why the rating is low! Its 5 am top of the morning and you already out of stuff? Who's in charge of ordering inventory!
As the dm, GM or area manager of this location reading these reviews and simply doing nothing about it is beyond me or not getting results. Either or. It’s literally always a 30 min wait. They have no sense of urgency. They’ll literally finish a conversation before making the drinks. The evening shifts need better operation.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I can understand running out of an item and forgetting to mark it out on the mobile order app. But how are going to make 1 of 2 orders watch me grab the first order and then not tell me you dont have the ingredients for my second order. Not only did i have to ask 10 minutes after my first drink came out to know this information, and then i had to wait another 10 minutes for that drink to come out only for it to be made completely wrong.
It was right around 5:30p and I placed a mobile order. The app said 6-9 min. Great! I arrived with 3 min to spare. No big deal. I could wait. Since I ordered to Frappuccinos I didn't want to get there too late and they be melted. They were not busy inside, but the drive thru had at least seven cars in it. The counter where drinks are placed was a mess, they had some of the syrups on it and were making drinks from it. The caramel sauce was there and they were placing the milk on it. And just liquid everywhere. I get it, they felt slammed. But there were three of them there. No one was ordering inside but one stood at the indoor register, the drive thru associate was standing there while the 3rd person was making drinks. At some point, the register person started helping. And finally, the drive thru person. I watched them refill the freeze dried fruit over drink cups. I watched them leave milk on the counter. I watched one of them slip and almost fall. It was a mess. After about a 15 min wait I went to ask about my drinks. I was told mine were next. After 5 more min, one of my drinks was ready. After another 5 min, I asked about my 2nd drink. That was my mistake. They were put off by my request. The person making the drinks starting putting things down more roughly than before. But they made other drinks for newer orders while I was waiting. Then, as they made the drink, we were told there was no mocha powder. Nearly 30 minutes later and that's when I find out. I just wanted to go so when they offered the pump of mocha I took it. I got out of there 35 min after arriving. I thought that was the end of it, but no. The drinks were not made correctly. There was no sugar in one of the drinks and the other had an extra surprise. There was a freeze dried strawberry in it. Thankfully, it wasn't my drink as I'm allergic to strawberries. But it is still annoying because they were so careless there. I want to give the benefit of the doubt but I do wonder. One thing is for sure...I do not recommend and I will not return to this location.
