I had the pleasure of having a very attentive waiter in Lee. He know his stuff and was prompt with his service. The food was delicious and what I wanted and needed. The military discount is hit or miss with whom the cashier is but that didn't take away from my families enjoyment and satisfaction.
We hit a low point with this place and almost stopped going all together because of a waitress that said she was hard of hearing, and had to read our lips, and could not get our order right for anything in the world. It made my wife feel stupid, and it would take so long sending food back trying to get it right. Finally someone let us know we could ask to not be seated in certain areas, and from then on it has been better for everyone involved. We started being seated in Breas area and every single time she gets our order right, makes us feel comfortable and welcome and she even remembers our order because we get the same thing every time. She deserves a raise or a bonus and I feel like its important to say, she makes the Cracker Barrel experience feel like it’s suppose to. Down home, southern hospitality, like Nanas house. I’m sure she might have hard days or things in her own life but I mean every time she is very pleasant and amazing at her job.
Cracker Barrel is truly in a league of its own. As full-time RVers, we find ourselves stopping here constantly, and it has become a cornerstone of our lifestyle on the road. There is a specific kind of peace that comes with waking up, stepping out of the rig, and walking in for that first morning coffee. It’s more than just a meal; it’s a consistently safe, welcoming environment that we’ve relied on for years. The vibe is authentic, nostalgic, and "truly original." A massive thank you to Cracker Barrel for being a genuine ally to the RV community. You offer more than just hospitality—you offer a sense of home, no matter where we are parked.
Excellent breakfast place. Wish we had this chain of restaurants back home in Southern California. Awesome customer service and great food, loved the whole atmosphere. Party of 2, around 8:20 am. Lots of parking, not a busy restaurant this early and during the week. Michele was our waitress this morning (4 stars on her apron). She was super nice, helped me pick something good, and very attentive. The food was soooo delicious! I had the Grandma’s Sampler $11.49 (Sweet ham, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and hash brown casserole). On point! Specially the hash brown casserole, never had that before. It was really good. Excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back here before going back to California. We loved it!
This was my first time at this location. I decided to go here for breakfast being that I was in the area. I decided to order eggs, grits, and bacon. I chose two over easy eggs. Those eggs were cooked very well. The grits were hot and creamy. The bacon was flavorful and crispy. I will return here again.
Country cooking and great comfort food. The servers are always friendly and helpful. With the renovation it's brighter and clean, but without some definite separation between areas it gets pretty loud.
Food is always well prepared, waiting can very a bit on busy or slow nights, busy nights bout 15 mins on food slow nights are a bit faster. Staff are friendly and courteous, tend to remain very attentive throughout your visits. Store has a lot of unique and wonderful snacks, drinks, clothes, nicknacks and toys for visitors bit pricey but not crazy on store items always enjoy getting a toy or snacks and drink for the family. Atmosphere is old fashioned and set to feel very country in nature always love how it feels coming in would recommend to anyone in town visiting or passing through to try this restaurant it's a wonderful experience with gifts and keep sakes to grab along the way

Great food and service. We were seated pretty quickly and served right away. The Old Country Store has a lot of great gifts and snack foods. Some locations also serve mimosas and beer. This one does. I think they have about 5 flavors. Great addition.

Favorite cracker barrel in Jacksonville. However this particular day Service was Lacking. However food is always good, fresh and never disappoints

I like how Cracker Barrel is consistent with their service. Server was great! Food was great! Atmosphere was great! This location is a little hidden away and was very quiet. Nice music and ambience. No complaints here!
The store looked like it had recently been remodeled. It was very clean. The service was great and speedy. Food was cooked well. I asked for cheeze on my eggs and I was charged $1.50 ?? Waitress was very good and attentive refilling our drinks and checking on us. It was an overall good experience.

Very good service, excellent food, fair prices, good portions. We have goon there many times and the food is always excellent and the service excellent.
The kitchen service and wait staff service have declined in Orange Park. This is what we received for an order of Meatloaf + 2 sides (hashbrown casserole and beans), 2 pancakes, Country fried chicken, loaded sweet potato, biscuits and tea. Missing meal, missing pancake, missing biscuits, very unappetizing and poor food arrangement and no straws or napkins. We waited at our seat for over 45 minutes for this. With Thanksgiving coming up in a few days, I hope for everyone's sake that this establishment gets their program together. We went back for Thanksgiving where the service was better and the presentation appeared to be an improvement but that's probably because they had to place all the food on one plate. 2022 Update: the robot 5-star apron woman waiter wouldn't serve a beer to the wrinkly faced 80+ year old gentleman next to us during Thanksgiving mealtime until he showed his driver's license to prove his age. The matriarch of the table of 4 adults and 2 rambunctious grandchildren was carded. And he wasn't smiling. The situation looked inappropriate. 2023 Update: The service is getting better. Plating looks so rushed. Menu has changed to include new dishes. I forgot to check if the catfish was removed - per a rumor.
Honestly, I do like the food, especially the chicken and dumplings. However, I feel like the food quality has gone down. I don't care for the atmosphere since they changed everything inside. It doesn't have the same vibe it used to.
Cracker Barrel was awesome as expected. I had the country fried steak which never disappoints. My wife had the sunrise sampler. And my son had the steak. Everything was cooked perfectly. The wait staff is always very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our server was Darianne S big thanks to her for making it a great experience. I will definitely be back.
Stopped in after attending our granddaughters softball game and found this an interesting place to get into off I-295. Plenty of parking and our party of five seated right away. Mandy (Madison) was our server and must say was absolutely fantastic and pleasant giving us great service. By the way, this location has been updated and is fresh and clean as well as bright. Our party of five ordered. I ordered my meatloaf with two sides Green Beans and Hash brown casserole 5 ⭐. One guest the Chicken with Dumplings another 5 ⭐. Regretfully this is where the wheels began to fall off the wagon. Guest ordered the Chicken Dumpling Soup. Was ok but came out warm as opposed to hot and somewhat bland so 4 ⭐. Next was Bill's Grandmother Breakfast. Everything was ok except for the meat. Country Ham, small and tough, sausage patty cool and dry with one skimpy piece of bacon 🥓. Sorry that's 4 ⭐. Now the problem. Guest ordered the Fried Chicken. Came out a very dark brown almost black... over fried. Mac and cheese was tasteless so 3 ⭐. Last guest the Chicken Tenders OMG looked like Charcoal Sticks. So dry that Bill asked Madison to take them off the Bill so zero ⭐. Madison advised us that once we ordered them she knew we shouldn't have. Suggested that the manager realized this, advise the kitchen and if things don't improve earn the customer.
We recently ate at the one in Pensacola near Exit 7 on I-10. The crowd was much smaller than expected. Got a seat with no wait for breakfast. The service was great. The menu is missing items I liked, but many restaurants have cut back, it seems. We enjoyed the meal, so could recommend it.
The sewer smell in the entry way and front of store is a Huge turn off. The cashier said they know all about it, but have been unable to fix it. A quiet low velocity fan mounted in the entry way to draw air from the restaurant and vestibule, pushing the air outside would be a big help.
Came to get dinner with family service was great. Quick and easy. Food came out pretty quick. As normal all the food was good. I should of stuck with breakfast or chicken and dumplings but was craving steak and shrimp. Shrimp was good. The steak ehh not so much but I should of known better lol. Other than that great place right by the interstate.

Living in Jacksonville we visit this place about twice a month. Good Food, Good Service, but if you hit it at the wrong time YOU'LL Have A long wait
Once upon a time Cracker Barrel was the place to go for great honestyle food; unfortunately, they've gone down a lot. I ordered the turkey and dressing. The turkey was OK. The dressing was gummy and bland. The sweet potato casserole was lacking both sugar/ sweetness and flavor. Even the texture was off. My cornbread came out 30 minutes into my meal. I use to look forward to the Thursday meals at CB. . .not anymore
Favorite part of going to Cracker Barrel is the biscuits. They seemed undercooked and were saturated with margarine. We love Cracker Barrel normally and the biscuits. We always eat them all and ask for more. I said something to our server and she said they changed the way they do the biscuits now. I hope they change it back because we will stop going if that is the case. I had the dumpling mash potatoes and carrots it was just ok that day unfortunately. I wish I had taken a picture the potatoes didn’t look right. I only ate about half my meal and didn’t take it home. On a positive note we do like the remodel.

Cracker barrel has always been one of my favorite spots. I hadn't been in a while and I see they made some changes to the menu. They now have pitchers of mimosas. The menu says you get 4 glasses out if the pitcher for 20.99 but my husband only had three. Also the pancakes are smaller now, and thinner. My bacon was flavorless and coffee was just ok. Nothing g special with the breakfast.
This place no soul to it anymore. It’s definitely not the same place from when I was younger. Younger kids nowadays will never know what they missed out on. I remember coming on Fri nights with the family as a kid. The place would be packed! There used to be a guy playing music out front for atmosphere. Most of the antiques that used to hang are gone. It doesn’t give off a very country feel anymore. Seems like all that’s left is the name and menu. Again no soul to it. I come here for the memories now. I can’t say I’m too thrilled with the changes the company has made since I was younger. It doesn’t feel like a familiar place anymore. Just somewhere I go to close my eyes and remember. The positioning of the spotlights is off as well and can be incredibly blinding when you’re trying g to sit and enjoy a meal. But yo the food and service are still sort of decent.

Food was mediocre, server was not friendly. My order was wrong, after telling the server she brought out the correct side. She forgot our biscuits, we asked for them 3 separate times. The friendliest people were in gift shop at the registers.

Management what a Joke Huge Concern, seemed staff was being not lead but being discouraged & reprimanded while trying to do there job,
I am here as I type this and first we waited longer than expected to be seated. About 20 more minutes than told. Then once we were seated we waited about another 20 minutes before we went to the manager and told her that no one has come to service us yet and other people who came in after us were being served. We were told the waitress decided to go on break and did not communicate with someone else that she was leaving. Being here we feel like we're a bother to them. The wait staff is way below expectations and this is the absolute WORST experience I've ever had at a cracker barrel and I eat here every so often. Even the manager seems to need some staff relations training because she was not pleasant whatsoever. Our food came out and it was so disappointing and disgusting I'm going to try and attach the pictures along. I suppose to had something like a hash brown casserole but they were out so she just ordered me the ingredients with whole tomatoes and thickly sliced round onions. My husband the country fried steak and it tasted freezer burned and still raw in the middle. It was just despicable! We left hungry. Luckily the manager came over before we paid and we told him about our experience and he said we didn't have to pay. But we had already spend $140 dollars in the gift shop of what we were about to return until he said we didn't have to pay for our meal. Even the biscuits were nasty for Pete's sake. Just awful! How the food looks in the picture is exactly how it was delivered to us. Nothing like what I requested.
Worst experience ever. I spent over $32.00 for turkey and dressing was dry and the fried apples tasted like they had some sort of chemical in them and macaroni and cheese. I threw it in the trash where it belonged, and this is a picture of the bread. I think that it speaks for itself, this is what it looked like when she brought it to me, so the bread that they placed in the bag with the meal was bad too. However since i was rushing to get to my home on the Northside, i didn't check it to see if everything was okay. That will never happen again... I know that y'all would not have eaten it and if i worked for a business who's supposed to be one of the best restaurants in Jacksonville Fl, i would have been ashamed of myself for serving someone that food. It was truly awful i would have not served that food to my dog and most definitely not a person. It was not meant to be eaten by humans. It should have been put in the trash. If it wasn't for the customer's the restaurant wouldn't exist. I don't know about your other restaurants but the Orange Park CRACKER BARREL HAS GOT TO DO BETTER. ☹️
